    @HSBC_UK any chance of a response as to when business banking will be back up. Very difficult to run a business without access to it!

    @HSBC_UK For anyone having issues with business banking, I just got through on the phone and all they could advise is it shouldn't take more than one working day to fix. Many issues recently, which is disappointing.

    @HSBC_UK Shameful HSBC. 45 mins on hold to speak to your cust services to be told that you have a known issue that is stopping customers accessing banking and you have not posted this or put a message on your own site. How can you think this is acceptable?
