Gary C (@HamstringTownFC) reported@HSBC_UK why have I lost the ability of OTP and have to authorise every payment know the app. Its impossible as everytime i return to the site after authorising on the hsbc app the payment page has gone back to the homepage. Give me back the OTP option

Speak to different people every time. I will be removing all my clients from your service. DO NOT USE HSBC FOR BUSINESS!
