@HSBC_UK daughter in law has been waiting for a refund for gig tickets for about 12 weeks, keeps getting fobbed of everytime she phones up at the moment she doesn’t need the stress, having a baby in 3 weeks very poor customer service

@o_oRoxy @HSBC_UK I couldn’t log in to my account when I try to log in to the app with my old registered phone number and my original passcode I get an error message. So I reached out to unihacksupport on insta, they helped in getting my back account I’m very grateful.

They tell you to go on live chat to get help and all live chat do is say they’re looking into it then give you a million numbers to call so they can “resolve” the issue @HSBC_UK
