@HSBC_UK My account has been blocked. Called phone banking. Identified myself with voice so I'm obviously the account holder. Answered all questions. Now they want to speak to my wife (she's in another country/timezone). No way block can be removed. What fresh hell is this?

Blocking my card because you think is fraud I’ve only had it 3 days so if it’s fraud maybe look at your own staff who ask me for my password etc and then can’t help me. Prob the worse excuse of customer experience I’ve had in 5 years or so. Never apply for an @HSBC_UK credit card

@HSBC_UK one of worst customer service in Birmingham New street and Birmingham centenary square, open online account for my children, loaded everything as per process however the service given is quite appalling,no clarity as went twice, two different people and both not helpful

@HSBC_UK On hold for 35 minutes this morning and then told I would need to speak to someone in a branch. Already being advised it might take another 30 minutes on hold. Is this really an acceptable level of service?

@HSBC_UK your customer service line is ineffective. Holding for 20mins. Last time I gave up after 50mins! I simply want to make an in branch appointment. The automated message says book online. But online it says to call customer services! Please sort this!

@HSBC_UK I must say what a terrible service you Kinetic app and customer services is. I lost my debit card 5 days ago and was told,the chat service is not instant by Danniele. So I had to empty my account to get access to my money.....how am I meant to run a business like this ?
