And the funny thing about @HSBC_UK is they rang me to say they are putting their charges up soon .. so I am going to leave them anyway with all my accounts .. they need to pay customers to stay to us an appallingly bad service.

@HSBC_UK might have got the prize for the worse service ever. 15 minutes for a person to pass me on to someone else. 45 minutes waiting for that person. Who then explains I will be put forward to a priority team. I get cut off. What a joke of a bank.

@HSBC_UK Shocking service from HSBC....you blocked me from talking about my account 2 weeks ago (unjustly), I raised a complaint and it said you'd hear back about it in 5 working days but not heard anything. I was also told that a letter would come to me with a number to call so

@HSBC_UK And because it's showing £0.00 I am unable to transfer money from my bank account to the card. So I have to wait until the purchases are showing on my account before I can make the transfer. The person I spoke with was very understanding and helpful. I wish the error was clearer!

@HSBC_UK Well, no, I can't set it up now. That's the whole point. I get the error I mentioned and can't proceed. The payee bank is YOU and I have never had a problem making the transfer regardless what time of day or night I've done so. You have an error on your end.
