@HSBC_UK unacceptable service in the Southend branch. All paying in machines broken & no counter service. Have a cash gift to pay in & don't want to walk around with. I used to work for HSBC & would pride myself on service but the staff can't do this when being squeezed like this

@HSBC_UK Cannot log on to HSBC app, getting error message, warning about 'multiple attempts'. Cannot log on to website because app is giving me the code, and then not recognising details. This has been ongoing for three days. Surviving by transfering funds using my Revolut card.

@HSBC_UK @MrASingh @gratitudeinart Why don’t you team up with some people who can answer the phone on your business banking phone line? Maybe that might be an idea? Was kept on hold for 1hr 40 mins and then the bloke was “short” with me. As a bank you are a disgrace in terms of customer service. Businesses beware!

@HSBC_UK you block a payment to my insurance when there are plenty of funds on my account. I call you TWICE and still can get no reason why&no fix Now I’m risking to lose my insurance and mess my credit score for YOUR missed payment.Ridiculous! Fix it now!!!

@HSBC_UK Chris - thanks for your reply but I don't see how the customer escalation team can help aside from resolving the known problem with the app. I see communications suggesting its fixed but I can assure you this is not the case. The lack of proper communication on this is very bad.
