    Hello @HSBC_UK In one of your branches, I’ve just been told that it will take up to 4 working days to set up a new payee & make a transfer, if done in the branch. When I asked why & pointed out that it would be immediate if done online, the response was a shrug. Is this correct?

    It’s been 2 month already as my @HSBC_UK account is frozen and all of my money in it because the acc is “under the review”. I uploaded all of the documents they requested a month ago and got no response whatsoever since then. Many important plans had been broken because of that.

    @HSBC_UK The issue isn’t with the App: InvestDirect has never opened on the App. This issue is with portfolio views not opening when viewing internet banking on iPad. Please relay to the systems team.

    I'd love to go to @HSBC_UK, click on my DD or SO and see a break down of payments made ATLEAST back to the start of the previous tax year! Wouldn't that be helpful!!!

    @HSBC_UK you are the worst bank ever! Taking £1300 from me with no explanation and now when I try and sort it out I get the phone put down on me! Disgusting service with lots errors made.

    @HSBC_UK Your customer service is off the charts atrocious these days. Hardly any branches still open and those that are have hours long queues to undertake basic banking transactions. Please send me info about how easiest to close my account!

    @HSBC_UK Every single time I login to the mobile app to make a payment to Ovo, as soon as I touch the line for my reference no. it crashes and logs me out. It’s updated. I’ve paid it another way but you need to sort it out, thanks
