Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@HSBC_UK mobile app not working, continually getting an error "return to login" even after a force stop and reboot. Main website also generating a error. Other users affected.

@owens_lee @HSBC_UK Yes: I'm told that there are "problems with the latest version of our HSBC UK Mobile Banking App on some versions of iOS" - though, from my own experience and that of plenty of others, this is a regular occurrence for HSBC, whenever there is a new iOS. Other banks seem to cope...

@HSBC_UK Terrible service applying for a mortgage with you. Your online document uploaded does not work (PC / Mac, any browser) but we’re told on the phone ‘that’s never happened’. We’ve taken documents to branch but they have been lost and never uploaded on our behalf.

Disappointed by poor service from @HSBC_UK - all I want is to open a 2nd current account as an existing customer! 3 phone calls and 1hr 30 mins later still haven’t got anywhere - told to phone back later and that I could expect to wait >2 hours on hold to get it sorted 🤯

@misspaulalondon @HSBC_UK @HSBC Seems to be the standard since the pandemic. Those clothes look more suitable for going shopping or college lectures than working in a bank. Even a shirt and trousers with no tie would look better

@HSBC_UK Yes. Not really good enough in this data age we live in. Try importing that into excel and see how you fare! Awful!

@HSBC_UK can someone at HSBC contact me and tell me what has happened to an email sent to Ian Stuart and Maxine Pritchard on the 4th August regarding how you have treated a vulnerable customer and put them into financial hardship. No acknowledgment received at all. Thank you.

@daniadmiss @HSBC_UK They're busy being woke. Shut down all local branches and can only manage AI and bots. No actual humans work there anymore

@misspaulalondon @HSBC_UK @HSBC I wouldn't be able to trust this person dressed like that. I'd presume that they had just walked in off the street and sat down.
