Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not. I’m trying to log on to my account. Something that I’ve done hundreds of times. I’m having the same problem as Lauren and have narrowed it down to trying to do it on an Apple product. We’re both having the same problem. I need to get online tonight.

@dahliabeachandi @HSBC_UK what is going on…a big bank holding a small business to ransom by keeping all her money! While you investigate a potential error. Come on! Guilty without evidence is terrible business practice. So NO to HSBC.

@HSBC @HSBC_UK HSBC - Little disappointing. Tweeted TSB and RBS of this issue and received an reply within 10 minutes. And not even a customer! HSBC service is non existent. If only it were easy to change our business bank...

@HSBC_UK It’s ok I have solved the problem myself, just switched banks instead and received £200 for doing so, I should’ve done this years ago as I have always had problems with Hsbc, bye 👋🏻
