    Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

    @HSBC_UK Hi. When I open the HSBC app it is asking me to re-register my digital security key even though I used the app this morning. Is this something dodgy or is it genuine? At the minute can’t access the app or online banking. Very frustrating

    @HSBC_UK furious!! 😡😡😡😡😡 Stuck in Halifax as got public transport down from the north east this morning to buy a new car only for me to be able to release funds to the garage but it's been held as I have to go in to branch with ID even when I've passed my own security!!😡😡

    @AxisBank @HSBC_UK @RBI hi RBI team kindly help for the concern it’s been 2 months still I haven’t received any proper support from axis bank for the reversal of the £580 pound. It’s a pathetic service from axis.

    @HSBC_UK Sorry, not going to bother. Have spent 18months with your customer service trying to fix this, and you always just end up blaming Tesco, Amazon etc. funnily enough, no problems with American Express. I recommend them now.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, this as not helped at all, HSBC just need to see what the issue is with the app. I have found many friends and family are having same or similar issues HSBC need to just sort it asap.

    @HSBC_UK Hello, I'm having an issue with my 'Spending insights settings'. Everytime I click on it (on mobile app), it keeps saying 'Something went wrong. We're sorry, we're unable to load your preference. Please try again later'. This is preventing me from using the monthly budget feature
