Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@LlyrDerwydd @XennialJoe @HSBC_UK We had the same problem, manager couldn’t deal with it and a nightmare to get hold of the safeguarding team! When we eventually got hold of a member of the safeguarding team we had their email address and sorted that way and she would ring us directly! Good luck!

I had a problem with my Debit Card and the staff there told me I had to call a helpline... I can't be bothered putting up with a 1980's bank anymore, I have started my move to Starling Bank

@HSBC_UK absolutely disgusted with your attitude when trying to get a pending payment reversed- even with the Merchant giving you an authorisation code! Implying I'm trying to defraud you is sickening- I've been a customer since 1979!

@HSBC_UK, what's the reasoning for the new HSBC mobile app being so slow? I've been trying to use it for the last few days and it's absolutely awful. I'm using an s7 edge. Secondly, why am I not receiving refunds on my account until literal months after I request them??

@InnovationMatt @HSBC_UK I know right? A multi billion global company, and they can’t point me down an online path to cancel an overdraft (& their annual fee on it) that doesn’t involved listening to crap music for 2 hrs! It’s now a battle of wills!
