Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

Question @HSBC_UK why do you need to take £120 out of our accounts when fueling car @Tesco - you have to enter pin to use, so why validate? Also this use to be £1 not £120 - i freaked when my app showed the withdrawal- thought last customer hadn’t paid!! So went into check.

@HSBC_UK . Im a non hsbc customer, trying to open a joint account with you but need to prove ID. I have a message stating its not the same ID on your records BUT its 100% my most up to date passport. Been on hold for half an hour trying to sort.

@HSBC_UK you have blocked my business account without telling me why, I have money in there that I cannot access, I have suppliers and wages to pay and I can’t as you have blocked my account. Nobody will tell me why or what has happened, but this is unacceptable. #noloyalty
