    @HSBC_UK Thanks for your reply Mauro, but at the moment I’m so annoyed about the whole thing I’m going to use an alternative service for online transactions from now on, it just shouldn’t have happened, especially seems I used your secure platform to authorised the payment.

    @HSBC_UK please advise why I can no longer download statement & dd/so info to Excel and now have to print off and input separately? Those of us with number issues have it complicated. Thank you.

    @HSBC_UK @AsdaServiceTeam Not sure who to tag for this, I was trying to order on the app, and the payment confirmation where it gave an option of using Hsbc app or a one time passcode wouldn’t respond to my input. I eventually got it to work on the website.

    @HSBC_UK my parents have been treated appallingly by HSBC customer service team. STILL not sent deeds to their property no one has contacted them, their property sale has been stalled. Tried all usual ways to contact, but nothing. They’re elderly so can’t use Twitter. REPLY TO ME

    @HSBC_UK Hello. My current account opened on 19-Oct, received card on 22-Oct. Activated on phone on the same day. Made first deposit on 26-Oct. However I didn't receive Telephone Banking Security Number. Please assist. I need to access mobile banking.
