  @HSBC_UK been locked out of my mum's accounts which I have LPOA for as I didn't know if she had an overdraft limit. She is from the generation that never discussed this with their children, completely unreasonable question. Please help

  Took my 9 year old daughter to the bank to withdraw some of HER savings to be told it’s not possible as the counter has closed down and you can’t transfer out of it! Madness @HSBC_UK she can’t access her own money without travelling to a town!

  @HSBC_UK I've been with you for about 30 years & been happy with your services. Just had a loan approved and found no way to complete the journey. Error on website, blank screen on mobile app. I use @monzo for my spending money, but thinking of moving everything over to them.

  @HSBC_UK To continue, using Google Chrome on Linux (No, I don't do Windows), latest version updated today. Everything else is working fine, can log in to all Google accounts, YouTube etc etc. Tried again a few minutes ago with same problem.

  I would have needed to look at her account to check this - which I couldn't because I was locked out! Call centre won't help and I need to pay care home fees and other essential bills. Please help @HSBC_UK and design procedures for people with dementia and their carers
