Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@HSBC_UK @HSBC Is anyone actually working in your bank??? I spent 4 hours on the weekend to get a simple matter sorted concerning my credit card. I was told that I am going to be contacted by the IT/Tech dept. Still waiting. I will close all my accounts after I get this matter

Trying to make a payment to a credit card with @HSBC_UK seems impossible! No way to do this online, unless you're a HSBC customer and on the phone for over 20mins so far. Got to be the worst customer service... Help please HSBC?

@HSBC_UK please advise when you will be looking to increase the savings interest rates on your savings accounts. Please do not respond to this request by posting a snap shot of your website as I’ve read it. I just would like a time frame for how long it will take to consider it.

@HSBC_UK dreadful customer service 55 precious minutes wasted on ordering a new chequebook. Person still can’t tell me how I can order one next time online or if I can even use the banking app. Just shocking.

@HSBC_UK No previous address on record bc they've lived at same one all life. Now locked out of phone banking, bc new security no being sent - but takes 7 working days. System now won't let them talk to anyone til got this no and reset security... 2/3

On hold to @HSBC_UK for 30mins, connected me to wrong department, terrible line, call handler had crying baby in the background, call took 20mins only to be sent to mobile app to complete the task and it didn’t work. Do you treat all long serving customers with such contempt?

@HSBC_UK some early promise on that call but 2hrs on the phone to you (mostly on hold) you still haven’t been able to provide me with the basic financial service I asked for. You can’t even respond in a timely manner on your DMs. Should dealing with you really be this difficult?
