    traveling , @HSBC_UK decide to lock me out of my online account . I lost my bank card so I can not "block" it and can not clear customer service ( I can not remember how I spent £107 on the 4th of April ) My account may be empty for all I know and I can not do any about it

    @HSBC_UK Extremely concerned, I've been a victim of a scam, you investigated and found evidence of fraud and yet today one of your agents called me and was exceptionally rude. Can someone help please, I'd like to escalate the matter. I've been a customer for years, surprised.

    @HSBC_UK I have tried to log on to my business account but receive the message that the server is not available. Your website says that online banking is working normally. Is there a problem?

    @HSBC_UK frustrated I fulfilled my IVA nearly 4 years ago and you are still showing me as a defaulted open account but no one will talk to me as it’s no longer my account ????? Way to help a girl move on

    Appalling service from @HSBC_UK @HSBC Trying to report a lost card. Spent 20 minutes on the phone, redirected to 4 different agents all who assured me I was now being transferred to business lost card dept. Then got cut off!! #hsbcbusinessbanking
