    Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

    @skristos24 @HSBC_UK I can't. Because they block my card when I try to do it using wise or other low budget transfer and I am not paying their extortionate prices for international transfer.

    @HSBC_UK I'm replying publicly to keep the problems visible to other VoiceOver users. Will DM my name and postcode straight after describing the issues. 1. Log in, load transactions, observe how VO gestures won't move beyond the first few transactions unless you work from the bottom up.

    @HSBC_UK ******* useless company! Website utter **** and bot only chat, phone service basically as bad if not worse, and then told to go to branch, which closes at 3:30?? Wtf?! Only wondering why were 9 days into a new month and my card expired at the end of the last month!

    @HSBC_UK Yes I have done that. But now I have to log in again with my secure key card and it’s run out of battery so I can’t login? How do I resolve this please?

    @HSBC_UK Since you closed so many local branches, I have to drive to the next town. I was rather annoyed to find the only machine that takes notes was not working. I have no idea how you expect the average working person to access the bank!

    @HSBC_UK 8. Not an app problem per se, but a thing worth raising nevertheless. There's no consistent way of reporting this stuff. Please make your accessibility team more reachable.

    Status update: @HSBC_UK blocked my card two days ago, still does not give a ****, still didn't even attempted to contact me apart from social media team sending empty promises and some automated emails.

    @HSBC_UK I’ve never seen such a poor customer service, just for an update on credit card application I’ve been on phone for more 3 hours,on hold for 90 mins last Thursday and I was told call back request has been raised and I will be contacted within 48 hours. It’s just pathetic
