Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

Want to open a @HSBC_UK business account. Website says call number. Phone number says use live chat. Live chat offers a virtual appointment to start the application process at the end of NEXT month. Come on HSBC, that's rubbish, how do I speak to a person?

@HSBC_UK keep saying that they don’t support public BETA iOS software. However, this isn’t a small classroom full of nerds testing the software, it’s four million people testing early release software.

@HSBC_UK shockingly poor customer service. When fraud attempts happen it’s you who should be helping us, protecting your customers. We’ve banked with you for 30yrs, but it’s a no brainier, we change banks.
