Jez Smith (@NoAddedRubbish) reported@HSBC_UK Hi Desi. Thank you for confirming. My nearest "Full service" branch seems to be 40 miles away which is frustrating. There is a "Cash service branch" closer (Blackwood, South Wales) which says counter service Mon-Fri. Would I be able to deposit it there?
