    @w_r_b_1971 @HSBC_UK I've had an awful experience with them today as well their standards is appalling and declining quickly. The agent was so rude, spoke at a speed that I couldn't not gather what they was saying and they were getting annoyed at me!! This is not customer service

    Just experienced the insanity of @HSBC_UK customer service, whereby the only way for me to register for *mobile or online banking* appears to be to visit a branch. There are none near my home.

    @HSBC_UK , I am Profoundly dyslexic. And I tried to make a claim Regarding holiday insurance. And I realised that there was so much paperwork Which I had to read and write and I realised and I realised that this service was not accessible to me With my disability

    @HSBC_UK circle of doom means HSBC app will not open. Same is true of HSBC business app. Meanwhile 2 rival banking apps working perfectly this morning..

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK Applied for couple of positions through careers section on website. Got mail after 2 long months stating application declined that too without providing any reason. Can we call it unprofessionalism of highest standards ? #hsbc #Careers

    Everyday I question why I still bank with @HSBC_UK… support is slow, always get things wrong, fail to understand queries, never seem to speak to each other in different departments, always chasing updates for my own applications… just painful and draining/tiresome dealing with

    Hi @HSBC_UK Ive had letter from you claiming that you owe me a refund due to historic credit card charges and to reply with my bank acc details on a pre paid form. Not sure if a scam and yr helpline cant confirm. No HSBC branches near me. Help!
