Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

What is it with @HSBC_UK ? Just ordered a new credit card. Impossible to set up an online account, it seems to want me to use an old one from an app deleted months ago for which I have no details. And of course you can't reset online, it needs a number you don't have and can't..

Customer services in big companies have been atrocious today at @HSBC_UK and @eon_next I get that things are going the digital way, that’s all well and good when things work, but their Customer Service is just a joke today. Plus hate being called Mam 😫 #RantOver
