    @HSBC_UK, do all your customer service staff tell fibs? Spoke to them on 30.3 and told I'd receive a call back in 5 working days. Today is working day 7, and obviously, no call has happened.

    @HSBC_UK block my card for possible fraud. Fair enough, ask me to ring the fraud team. Fair enough. Can’t put me through to the fraud team due to technical issues your end but my card will still be blocked ! Very poor service.

    @HSBC_UK Terrible. No information was sent on this by email. By taking the app offline when even logging on over the desktop requires a 6 digit app-generated code, you're de-banking customers for 2 hours.

    In @HSBC_UK Maidstone. Lady in front of me was Italian and trying to deposit large amount of cash on behalf of her mother. Not exaggerating, money laundering etc, must have been explained to her 20 times she needed ID etc Are @HSBC_UK staff allowed to tell customers to **** off.

    Still waiting for a reply saying that my money @HSBC_UK STOLE will be given back to me today TODAY THIS IS FINANCIAL ABUSE!!! 5 working days and 8 days in total from my direct debit indemnity claim filed Liars, liars, liars!!!!!!!!

    @HSBC_UK It's impossible to do online payments for a week now. Called you and the customer rep said they couldn't see any issues. There are funds in the account. No fraud alert. What's going on?

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK Applied for couple of positions through careers section on website. Got mail after 2 long months stating application declined that too without providing any reason. Can we call it unprofessionalism of highest standards ? #hsbc #Careers
