    @HSBC_IN @HSBC @HSBC_UK Absolutely ridiculous service from HSBC. Despite informing well in advance, I’m told: “Due to unavailability, we will not be able to service.” What’s the point of paying for a premium travel card if promised benefits fail ? Pathetic customer experience.

    @HSBC_UK The problem now is, since I send the documents and I even called you guys to confirmed whether you've received the documents, I was told that YES you guys have actually received the documents yet you guys haven't done anything about the account....3

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I’ve cancelled my credit card and the app has now signed me out. I still have a document I need to read but can’t access it. Will this be sent to me in the post instead? I’m assuming it just says to cut up the card, but I’m not sure.

    Husband opens up a new account with @HSBC_UK.. card arrives HSBC: haha no, we’re going to block your card before you’ve even used it, because of fraudulent activity on an account that hasn’t been used yet.
