And still, no one is able to explain why my business debit card is blocked or has unblocked it. Why should anyone have a business account with you with such shoddy service?

I’ve spent an hour trying so far and have had enough of being passed from dept to dept and of being left holding on while listening to ghastly ‘music’.

Joe Langley (@langlineer) reported@HSBC_UK I’m a long term customer and I’ll be switching to another bank soon. Your customer service has gone off a cliff. Your phone messages state things can be done online that can’t. Some things only in branch, but can’t get a branch appt for months.
