    Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

    @HSBC_UK I rest my case another broken process. As a CS rep u shud have the ability to identify and escalate poor processes as you see them more than management the fact you can’t do so without my name speak volumes. Thanks for your time I will write to Nuno as I said.

    Do not join @HSBC_UK if you use an iPhone. They make it impossible to use the app if there is an iOS update. You can’t access your online banking without a code, generated by opening the app which doesn’t work with iOS updates. Every other bank has managed to do it.

    @HSBC_UK issues paying in a cheque using your android app. Tells me that the deposit amount can't be zero... I've entered an amount, it matches the image taken. Is it the blank rear of the cheque that's a problem?

    I've been asked some daft questions before but going through the mortgage application process with @HSBC_UK when I'm also a @firstdirect customer is hard work. Anyone would think they could have a chat with each other to confirm what I'm paid and by whom each month. Painful. 😔
