@diegor @Jennaxgriffin @HSBC_UK It was working on iOS 15 until the latest Beta update which breaks it again, they’ll likely release another fix but it may break again if Apple release another Beta update afterwards. Best bet is waiting a bit before jumping on the next Beta update!

.@HSBC_UK Urgently do something about your customer service. It is taking well over an hour and thirty minutes to get a customer service staff to pick your calls. This is most unacceptable. Kindly audit your processes & procedures urgently so that you do not loose your customers.

@HSBC_UK As I thought, HSBC totally unfriendly and not customer reliable. Hate the tough questions. People sick to death of being forced to use online banking and not being able to talk to humans. Great if banks were open Saturday, but not.

@HSBC_UK how can I make a complaint about a staff member at your Newbury branch? I had to wait over a week for a free appointment and then was greeted by a rude staff member who laughed at me and clearly had decided she wasn't going to help me before we even started.
