Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@HSBC_UK Been with you since 94 for pers + 2x bus acts.After 2day’s experience with call centre I’ll leave.2hr on hold n only 5min actual convo,passed from pillar to post +disconnects.Long holds been going on too long in HSBC now.Fancy recommending bank with better service?

And just to add to my anger @HSBC_UK after me wasting 2hrs getting my account access back and being advised to resubmit the payment you blocked, you have (less than 5 hours later) once again blocked the payment and suspended my account access. Seriously? This is pure ineptitude

I’m thinking of switching banks as every other banking app works on iOS 15 apart from HSBC, and they keep blaming apple when it seems like they are just not wanting to help their user base out! @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK Thank you very much for your prompt reply and it’s very disappointing that I have to waste half a day chasing up for 10 mins phone call on my day off . Also Aviva doesn’t even know if they are underwriter of HSBC bank whilst customers are diverted to their website .🤷🏻
