The agent was so rude, spoke at a speed that I couldn't not gather what they was saying and they were getting annoyed at me!! This is not customer service

Simon Heron (@siheron) reported@HSBC_UK Thought I’d successfully applied for a new account via the app - I’ve got my sort code & account number - but I can’t get any further to ‘set up mobile banking’ - I get the message ‘service unavailable’ and I have been trying again later for the last 16 hours.
