@HSBC_UK my banking app keeps saying error then switches to a maintenance screen, it did it all morning yesterday then resumed at 3pm then around 5pm it’s saying the same thing again & still is? I really need access to online banking. Is this an error your end on the app or mine?

@HSBC_UK Trying to source a telephone banking security number after switching my current account. Each time I have called this morning the response has been an automated message advising you are now closed and that your opening hours are 8 am to 8 pm ... could you help, please!?
