Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@Andrea82989558 @HSBC_UK Did you have a new DSK pin? It only works on my iphone and on my iPad it’s asking for a PSK PIN (never had a PSK). Online banking just says error after putting in my username.

@HSBC_UK The number you have given is for customers . Im a non customer - I have now been on hold for another department. This is what happened yesterday - the person who answers puts me on hold for 20 minutes whilst they check and I haven’t got time to be put on hold for that long

@HSBC_UK My mobile app won’t open so I’m trying to log on via my computer. Can’t do that because I need to use a code which goes through the app!! What a stupid system. Can’t call anyone to help because lines close at 8pm. Can’t generate an online chat without using the app!!! 😡

@HSBC_UK wish I could find out why you recalled a transaction I authorised over the phone two days ago but I can’t because you don’t take calls after 8pm and your app is broken again so no access to 24/7 chat function. Thanks for being terrible.
