Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@HSBC_UK Excellent, so to confirm, as long as we have the correct IBAN then any payment should go through without issue if we use that SWIFT code (HBUKGB4B) along with the correct IBAN?

@ClaireUniverseF @BigThickSlices @HSBC_UK Yeah he does. He doesn't publicly display them like anyone gives a ****. The entitlement from you lot that anyone really gives a crap on your preferred anything. Do your job and serve me.

@HSBC_UK You’re having to bribe new current account customers with £170 to join your bank. We already have laws protecting people’s immutable characteristics, especially at work. Perhaps you should focus on service delivery and grow your customer base that way? Just a thought.

@HSBC_UK I tried to add my HSBC business card to Apple Pay. It says ´issuer of the card does not yet offer support for this card. ´ is there something I did wrong?

@HSBC_UK I’ve been forced through setting up a new password and security id with your mobile app today. After completing that it still says the service is unavailable and isn’t supporting login via Face ID. This means I can’t currently access my funds?

"Where were you transferring the money, sir?" "To a savings account." "And was this payment for a service?" "No... it was a savings account." "And is that a service, sir?" "Surely you know what a savings account is..." @HSBC_UK fraud protection continue to baffle.

@HSBC_UK Your branch service is a shambles, my closest is a digital service branch which is a glorified banking app and there is a 2 hour wait in my latest branch with people. Don't worry about customers who are teachers and can't take extended lunch breaks

@HSBC_UK @EmmaRaducanu Maybe if you spent less time watching the tennis and more time helping your customers we might not have to suffer your disgraceful service. I do like nostalgia but 1970's opening hours after decimating the branch network, realy?
