@HSBC_UK Errrr I know now @HSBC_UK The branch told me! My point is that it’s not mentioned on your website. Documents to bring should state ‘Marriage certificate and Photo ID’ so that it’s absolutely clear #hsbc #misinformation

@HSBC_UK you have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. On hold for 28 minutes, get through, cut off at 30 minutes. Disgraceful. Not rung back even though ID has been confirmed. Absolutely disgraceful. 😡

If you are having trouble with your order please contact your payment provider. They won't do anything about it. Occasionally a bored member of @HSBC_UK staff might DM you asking for more details and then blame @Morrisons , but that's it. Great service.

@HSBC_UK Please resolve the GSA Error with internet banking. I have tried it on 2 laptops and 1 phone across three different browsers. It's a perennial issue. I have done clearing of cache, cookies and history, but no avail.
