Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@Catherine212 @HSBC_UK Thanks, Cat. It’s unbelievably poor service @HSBC_UK to make it compulsory to do something and then not offer customers a way to do the something you require! SO frustrating!

What's going on with @HSBC_UK @HSBC. I've been trying to resolve a large international business payment that's been missing for weeks & I can't get through to a human that the live chat is directing me to. The Cambridge brand of HSBC tell me it can only be resolved by phone. Help

Thank you @HSBC_UK for finally sorting out my daughter's account. It has taken nearly two months but since Thursday she has received her pin through the post three times. So even though you caused the problem, you still don't think she deserves any compensation. Well done

@RealHunkHarris @HSBC_UK I’m going going to pretend that it wouldn’t. It would, and I would absolutely support those riots and protests against it.

@OnceUponASophie @todd_williams_ @HSBC_UK You can tell she’s running out of logical points to argue as she’s gone down the, “I’ll repeat myself” stage. This always signifies the end.
