Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@HSBC_UK I wouldn’t bother with HSBC they can’t help the customers with basic business banking services. Having to wait for 5 hours for a call back as they have not one member of staff in branch or at the call centre that can help sort out the simple request

@tobie Very true Tobie. In 2016 I got a call from @HSBC_UK's fraud department, wanting to take me through security. They were surprised when I insisted on calling them back! Terrible, terrible security protocols.
