Probably in Delhi, accent issues, background noise and a total lack of UK knowledge - unhelpful to the extreme. Closing branches without an online telephone system that works for clients! 😡😡😡

I’ve since deleted the app and reinstalled it but it’s still doing it! Also what will you do with pictures of myself and ID I had to provide to set the app back up???

Sarah Lloyd (@Sazlloyd) reported@HSBC_UK I am having problems registering with on line banking for my credit card it just keeps saying sorry we can't continue with your application. When I then try and sign up it won't send an activation code to my phone
