Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@HSBC_UK Hi there. The app begins to open, showing the HSBC logo, but then crashes out to the iPhone menu before going to the log in page. I did manage to get on once, but when I clicked my account it crashed again.

Hi @HSBC_UK Why does almost every one of your external ATMs in central London display "Sorry this machine is unable to serve you" outside office hours? It's bad enough you closing hundreds of branches without closing down all your remaining ATMs as well.

@HSBC_UK you have closed the Fenchurch Street branch in the city of London which was the closest to my work, I have to go to the Bishopsgate branch now. Today I got told that you are closing the counter service at that branch. How are businesses meant to get change.

@HSBC_UK Seriously considering closing my HSBC current accounts, after 35 years. Not only do I have to travel to the next town since my branch was shut down, but they are not open at all on a Saturday. I work M-F so I now have zero ability to pay in cash or any cheque over £500.
