Jonathan Bromley (@bromleyj) reported@HSBC_UK extraordinarily poor service and process today and yesterday, wasting over 2 hours of my time to do a simple transaction for which I have to pay a fee. Only redeeming feature: staff member Ben was helpful and thorough. Time for a re-think of my account of 50+ years.
