TS (@PZR311067) reported@HSBC_UK @rosieerooo22 Same with us, a/c upgrade on joint account, did 5 Hard searches each on our credit file because you upgraded to wrong account, and to fix it you did more, complaints team a joke, now with FOS to sort as in one go you have destroyed a perfect credit rating.

Nathan (@nathanwilde83) reportedAnd the rest. Opened a @HSBC_UK Fixed Rate Cash ISA 1 Apr for funds to transfer in at maturity on 1 May. 2 mths in & 1mth lost interest: zilch. Call centre ill informed help. Yet their Wealth ppl want me to move a £1m pension fund to them?? Not if they can’t get the basics right!
