@HSBC_UK got a new bank card, been told to activate my card by logging in the mobile app, can't log in to the mobile app because I have no telephone banking security number, told the number will be sent out 7 days after I receive my card. I mean what the hells the point of that?

@HSBC_UK - I applied for a balance transfer credit card with you on 16th October. This was accepted, but all that's happened so far is I've digitally signed the T&Cs. No card, no further information. It's so slow! My current card will begin accruing interest soon. Help?
