Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

The live chat service for @HSBC_UK is a joke. I’ve been online with them for over an hour waiting for an answer to ONE question. For the last half hour they’ve just been saying they’re checking my account details. How can this take so long?

@HSBC_UK The telephone number for NONE HSBC customers listed on your website (03456 040626) asks me to input my sort code and account details. Clearly as a non-customer I don't have any. I also tried the HSBC customer number listed (03457 404404), and it asks for the same info.

@HSBC_UK I can't access my online banking. I can't get past the username stage without it showing 'GSA error' I have tried calling telephone banking but no one answers. I hung on for 3 hours so far. My money transfer from HSBC UK to my bank in Thailand hasn't gone through after 6 days.

AND @HSBC_UK I can't do this banking via the mobile app as it keeps coming up with a yellow error message when I try. Oddly enough your phone banking computer is telling me you're experiencing high call volumes. Wonder why!

@Russell46739210 @HSBC_UK Yep, I can't even log in. It tells me I'm using an "incorrect code" when I'm using my fingerprint. I can't use the website to fix it because that requires you to use the app to log on. Their advice seems to be to arrange to have a physical key delivered which is laughable
