    @HSBC_UK Feedback - Customer Services are getting poor day by day in HSBC. Spending over 60 minutes to just raise a complaint. And customer services agent still trying to find out someone in HSBC before he can raise a complaint. Rude and very poor customer services.

    I’m pretty sure none they have dealt with has ever set up a business themselves or put their neck on the line. The service and communication is appalling, everyone hiding behind online communication, @HSBC_UK it is very poor

    @HSBC_UK I would like you to get in touch with the branch and find out why these barriers exist This person needs access to a bank account and with the time scale Nov 26 that aint good enough
