@HSBC_UK been attempting to get a new account setup. App'tly lodging a complaint does nowt, my business needs this account and no one can tell me when I will get called back! Crap customer service! We rake in billions, you are a small business who cares! 😡

@HSBC_UK Tried using the chat service. It's down of course. WE CAN'T WORK LIKE THIS. I complained about the awful interactions on the anti money laundering scheme where you threatened to shut our account down but had to chase and chase for months. THE COMPLAINT WAS NEVER DEALT WITH

@HSBC_UK opened an advanced account two weeks ago and can’t access online banking as no telephone ID and can’t activate debit card. No access to money and old account closed. Customer service unhelpful and asked me to wait, no indication as to how long!!

The worst customer experience from a company and they have the audacity to ask you to attend their digital transformation summit! Useless @HSBC_UK can't even open an account and my company suffers due to it. But who cares HSBC don't!

@HSBC_UK I have persisted to stay on the line rather than use callback. I eventually got spoke with Sam, she couldn’t help and so passed me on to Liam, he couldn’t help so passed me to Lika, she didn’t know how to help either so passed me back to beginning of the queue all over again.
