Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@HSBC_UK joined you on 21 Jan. Can’t set up online banking/app as phone banking details not arrived. Called you and was told they were posted on 27 Jan and I should wait and see if they turn up - Asked for new details to be sent and put on hold for 15 mins. Poor service so far!

@HSBC_UK Hello, I am trying to access my account via mobile app where the correct dsk is not accepted. And tried forgot dsk and followed the process but I am not receiving OTP on my mobile. And it's locked now. And I can't call help line as it's ISD for me and costs me huge

@HSBC_UK i understand why you block someone's card due to possible fraud. Buy why on earth would you not reach out to that person to check if it was them, or to call them or message them to get in touch. You just block cards and do nothing... shambles #hsbc #hsbcuk #hsbcshambles

@HSBC_UK hi I’ve called four times this morning. Twice the phone has been put down on me (once when on hold, other when transferring me) and then they don’t call me back. I keep having to wait in the queue. Im not doing it again - please can you escalate.

@HSBC_UK what a disgrace of a service. Firstly your online banking app is crap. When asked to call you I get somebody who can’t speak English, then fail security checks because because I can’t confirm the amount of a transaction - because I can’t access my account! Shocking
