Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@HSBC_UK I've managed to get round to calling and now have to wait up to 7 days for a security code to be posted out to pass authentication as I forgot what my card limit was. Horrendous service, and I will be closing my account as soon as I am able.

@HSBC_UK Best bit was the bit where the online bank on the desktop asks you for a security code, but not the one you've just created on the phone call, then activated on the mobile app. It's a new, specially generated one, and the first step to get it reads, "DON'T sign in to the app".

Dear @PostOffice it seems silly to order a cash depositing service at your branches and then decline to take all the money as it’s too much (£690)…. Also no @HSBC_UK easily accessible either. ****** system.
