Anna (@annacjone5) reported@HSBC_UK got my phone fixed & now I can't log in to the mobile banking app. It says 'Unable to send activation code'. Rang up on the 18th and gave my phone number but it never changed. Will the code be texted to me? And how long will it take? Need to pay rent soon!

TA (@TA6509617590818) reported@hsbc_uk I’ve been alerted by CreditKarma to a hard search on my credit file by HSBC, but I haven’t applied for any accounts and I’m not a HSBC customer. Who do I report this to? I’ve tried calling a couple of times but the telephone operators aren’t able to help.

Lingmell (@T1mbuktwo) reported@HSBC_UK I am 50 years with HSBC. Just had some issues. Rang to fix an appointment to visit my local branch. Call centre individual hung up on me at 19.25 this evening. Cannot believe the way I am being treated. Time to finally close my account and move on.
