Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@HeardCustomer @HSBC_UK @HeardCustomer it is not poor customer service, you are just being stupid. The team dont want the call centre busy with people calling saying the ap isn't working. I know companies that don't even respond to there customers on twitter, HSBC's staff are working hard to fix it.

@HSBC_UK You'd like to think that wouldn't but both departments are still HSBC and the HSBC app isn't working (I think I can now 'as usual'). So we just wait around lives on hold while you patronise me telling me that both departments are separate.

@HSBC_UK Surely the thing to do would be to send a push notifications to Android users to let them know that there is an issue and that you are working on it. Just spent 15 MN on the phone listening to automated message about self serving on the app. You could have saved me that time.

@HSBC_UK why can’t I access online banking? It’s asking me to set up a digital passcode but when I try to do it I get the message that the service isn’t available. Therefore I can’t log in!
