Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@CruisingTheCut @HSBC_UK Have used Firstdirect for years and always got to speak to a real person whenever we called 24/7. We spend a lot of time out of UK so having access to somebody real was a priority for us. Never let us down in over 20 years.

@CruisingTheCut @HSBC_UK Their app is great, I can get money out at a post office and I can chat to someone whenever I want to. I get messages on my app. Don't go with Santander either, they emailed my access code and account Id to my email address that wasn't secure.

@HSBC_UK Oh, thx #HSBC. If you "see opportunity everywhere" (haha!) why did you screw up so many small club & group accounts for so long, thx to your money-laundering problems? My Hall a/c has been waiting about 2 years to get a card, thx to thoroughly user-unfriendly (lack of) service.

@HSBC_UK Hi, my mobile app keeps glitching and closing. I've updated my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled and closed the app. I'm at a loss of what else i can do. I can't access anything as I need my secure key that's on the app

@CruisingTheCut @HSBC_UK I know HSBC is owning First Direct but always available to speak to a human and service 99% of time first class. (Withdraw money from HSBC branch takes pre arrangement with FB can’t just walk in)
