Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@HSBC_UK It's worth saying that I can access this facility on the website, but can't on the mobile app. TBH: it's probably when out with a mobile that the facility to temporarily block a card is most likely to be needed.

@HSBC_UK why is it so hard to actually pay you money? It is ridiculous that I can't make a debit card payment to my credit card account, just because my bank account is not HSBC. You make it stupidly hard to pay you while charging me and threatening my credit rating Awful
