Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@Carti_Mandua @HSBC_UK If you use an anti-virus software package it could be down to a clash. I had the same sort of problem with Lloyds Bank. I had to disable the banking protection element of my software. Hope that helps.

@Carti_Mandua @HSBC_UK On the app don’t log in, click generate code and it will give you a choice. Click Log On Security Code and Bingo. Best done with facial recognition.
