HSBC telephone banking will not give me access to anyone because it doesn't recognise my account / Date of Birth 😠. Is there a tel number I can call???

It’s all apps and self service machines these days. Good 👍 idea though - perhaps part of the Town Hall space could be deployed.

Anna (@annacjone5) reported@HSBC_UK got my phone fixed & now I can't log in to the mobile banking app. It says 'Unable to send activation code'. Rang up on the 18th and gave my phone number but it never changed. Will the code be texted to me? And how long will it take? Need to pay rent soon!
