    Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

    @HSBC_UK thinking about switching to HSBC using current account switch service but want to know: 1. Do I have to close my current account as I’d like to keep it 2. Do I need to tell my employer my new bank details or do you do all of that? Thanks 👍🏻

    After three days with iOS 15, the only problems that I’ve seen are @HSBC_UK app crashing when loading and “Unable to load” error when configuring widgets.

    @nw_nicholas @ChrisTMarsden I was charged loads of compounded overdraft fees back in the 00s. I’ve not heard anything about any compensation . (IE I wasn’t over my limit, but fees from @HSBC_UK Kept putting me over my limit.) Things have improved but for a while it was an impossible and stressful cycle.

    @Thamesmond @HSBC_UK The customer service at coinbase has been atrocious. They keep saying I'm not authorized to add my UK bank. I've asked them if this is just me personally, or for every UK coinbase customer and they refuse to answer that question

    @HSBC_UK No this is a currently working card that I just want to pay off the balance on and it just doesn’t seem like HSBC could be making it any harder to do that!

    @GavGoulder @Broadbentius @HSBC_UK I have a monzo account. Their local banking is fine (their app is very good) but be aware that they don't offer a business service. If you're taking foreign payments it can be a pita. I use my nationwide acct for the most part b/c of that.
