@HSBC_UK I am trying to talk on the phone banking for more than a week, but it is just impossible, the wait is long and when someone answer the call, it just drops after some minutes.

@HSBC_UK It's been 15 days I am still struggling to open a savings account with you. I have provided all required documents and not sure still what's the problem. I have already been to Guildford branch 2 times but no clear response. Please let me know the progress on my account?

@HSBC_UK Please can you advise me as to how we get to speak to one of your customer agents nowadays please? All your local banks near me are closed and I have given up on getting through on the phone to you after 45mins. 😢

@robertjackson @HSBC_UK I pressed send on that last message, and almost instantly a lovely woman called Courtenay answered and was able to sort my issue. Coincidence? ;-) [ Second time in 2 months that iPhone App has required a reset. Zeroth world problem, obviously. Quit whining Dycey ;-) ]

@HSBC_UK - why are your app push notifications so slow / delayed? Notifications from @StarlingBank business app are almost instant. I've just had to wait close to 45 minutes for one to appear in your app 🧐

@HSBC_UK I don’t know how else to get help with this as there’s nothing on your website that seems to be Able to help with this and calls don’t appear to be going through! I’m trying to set up a new card I’ve received but I haven’t been given a phone security code or a PIN number

Is it just me, or is hold music too distracting? So I have to wait an hour for @HSBC_UK to answer. Fine. But have an option to not have the hold music and get 'help on-line' verbiage... at least that way I can get something done without having the sonar-drivel stopping me work.

Anyone aware why all @HSBC_UK phone lines are not working ?
