Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@HSBC_UK Just ended a mind numbingly bad conversation with HSBC who consistently show a robotic absence of attention or respect with absolutely APPALLING customer service. Our 25 years of responsible banking with HSBC count for nothing. The customer must absorb the inconvenience.

The irritating thing about @boltapp is that if you cancel a ride, the refund takes DAYS to come through. It’s ridiculous that they take the money from your account before the car is confirmed. Waste of time and @HSBC_UK are no help whatsoever. #taxi #taxidriver

@HSBC_UK Hello Margie, thank you. I am just exhausted with the stonewalling I get from HSBC. I need to resolve an issue but am numbed by the lack of any interest in my situation. Right now it is urgent that I see my business accounts but cannot access them. Any ideas would be very welcome

Lol @HSBC_UK has sent me a letter saying "Ensuring you pay more funds into your account than you have outgoings each month will help reduce reliance on your overdraft". Thanks for explaining basic maths to me, you patronising *****.
