Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

Stood outside a closed @HSBC bank, on the phone to @HSBC_UK to fix out card issue, while simultaneously attempting to chat via @HSBC_UK app people and all don't have the required number of staff to provide any service at all.

Apparently “ask your husband to do it” is acceptable customer service advice @HSBC_UK! Thank god us helpless women with men around, hey! Oh, except this was said to my mum and her husband, my dad, passed away 4 months ago!

@HSBC_UK I tweeted you this morning about my mobile banking app not working for the past 2 days. You told me to call in. I called and was put on hold for 20 mins, gave my security details to a colleague, then waited another 45 mins before being hung up on. Not happy.

@HSBC_UK Just spent an hour (second hour I’ve spent) calling to solve my login issues. Despite countless password resets I can’t login. your staff didn’t know what was going on. Also the women was vile and should be fired. Either that or she was a scammer? Worst customer service
