    Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

    @LouiseASmalldon @HSBC_UK It took me 45 minutes to get through to be told it ‘might’ be working in an hour. Shocking communication from them. Useless.
