Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@HSBC_UK After many messages to many chat advisors, I *finally* got connected with someone that was prepared to help me. She did what I requested - amended my standing order… if only every member of HSBC staff was that helpful… such a simple request should not take so long to action!

@empiresend @HSBC_UK You may find that branch staff numbers have reduced but under regulation they should log customer complaints and give you a complaint reference number so if you need to escalate to the ombudsman you have a link. Complete add into have to be dealt with in a strict timescale.

@HSBC_UK any idea when you will fix the app which has been crashing since the recent update? It is more than frustrating, given it's necessary for security codes too for browser based online banking. Thanks.
