Hi @HSBC_UK your app isn't working on my phone and I can't log onto my online banking using a computer without also needing the app which is helpful. Looks like lots of people having app problems. Can you advise on when this will sorted?

@HSBC_UK You may be aware, but it's not logged with your "global" support team Yes, I'm running 12.5 - and your app only need 12.2 I've been reporting this for over a month, and apparently you have never logged it with the "global" IT team

@HSBC_UK Spent half an hour speaking to your telephone support colleague who repeatedly insisted there's NO logged issues with your iOS app Options i) It hasn't been logged in the right place ii) Telephone support guy wasn't looking in the right place You need to share knowledge better

@HSBC_UK How is there still no fix for the app it's been well over a month since HSBC has said that they're working on a fix. It seems like HSBC doesn't seem to care for their customers.

Not one but two system errors from @HSBC_UK has stopped me from getting my keys today. And it's stuck with a team that can only communicate by email and sticking to a 48hr turn around. Great work, so glad we picked @HSBC_UK
