    @HSBC_UK trying to make payment to a new payee on both website and app today. Tells me I’m entering the wrong code woth error -10004. I am not entering the wrong code and trying to get help through your chat function is pointless. Please provide support on this.

    @ruskin147 Over ten to @HSBC_UK . Got through and 45 minutes later problem unresolved. Need to send another keycard. Heaven help their customers who are vulnerable or not that tech savvy or haven't got a smartphone.
