Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

Do you have a @HSBC_UK business account? We bank with @santanderuk with most of our services purchased online via card, but since recent changes to the way card payments are handled (due to regulations) we've had no end of issues. Is it the same with HSBC?

@HSBC_UK are you having issues with the app log-in process? We can't log on without reactivating the digital security key each time. The app seems to "forget" any setup and credentials... Tried the call centre twice with no luck. Please can someone assist?
