Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

We’re trying to book our honeymoon and @HSBC_UK keep blocking the payment, so we phone them and they say okay we’ve unblocked it, and they it block again when we try to pay 5 minutes later 🙃 GIRL, if we lose this room because we’ve had to wait until tomorrow morninggggg

It isn't very often I need to go into a branch. Only to pay a cheque in usually. I know @HSBC_UK have taken away the counter service at Chippenham where I usually go (4)

@HSBC_UK No not resolved at all. I don’t understand the problem. We took ID - he is 13, we were awaiting his bank card and details. But no. Branch closed yesterday so now need to drive to another town. He just wants to open a bank account.

@HSBC_UK hello, I need my ID to be verified for a joint current account. I have an EU passport so can't do it online. Do I need an appointment or can I just pop into a branch? Also, can I do it on a Saturday? I can't make 16:30 on a weekday as I'm working. Thanks.

@HSBC_UK As an ex-staff member, I was badly disappointed at the service & info a friend was given by a telrep yesterday. She's not totally confident & it could have left her £500 out of pocket. Sadly, she won't ring to report a service failure as she doesn't want to cause a fuss!

Whoever built @HSBC_UK @HSBC security features didn't do it with user friendliness in mind. It's confusing, involves multiple device swivels, and is needlessly complex. I'm strongly considering taking my business elsewhere as it takes too long to accomplish login/transactions.
