Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

The worse customer service! No one can fix my digital key issue and I cannot log onto online banking… so they pretend to get “cut off” and hang up! They never call back!!! @HSBC_UK
