    Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

    @HSBC_UK Thankyou Jack, I have responded with an update. Aaron was very helpful in unearthing the detail as to how this rotten situation started in the first place - HSBC removed Secure Key Card access from the Mobile App - without a pop up screen to notify - it forced a PIN and DSK.

    @HSBC_UK I just transferred all my wages to my mate to pay for a few bags of coke, he said he never got it... Must be an issue on your end, make sure it's back in my account ASAP, it is Friday night after all

    @HSBC_UK My Saved Payees are refusing to show in online banking, I'm unable to pay bills - can you let me know if this is a widespread issue or just my account, and when this is likely to be fixed?

    @HSBC_UK having issues with the App. Tried to make a payment to an existing payee earlier and it said couldn't connect to servers. Tried again just now and now my payees won't load... just comes up with an error message. What's going on? Thanks.

    OK @HSBC_UK I've been cut off once, mistransferred twice, and it's taken two hours on the phone for you to tell me a *software* issue prevents me getting a code to reactivate my account. And your website suggests I lodge a complaint by *phone*. Ha f***ing ha.
