Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Just done the same and moved to Halifax, HSBC closed the local counter service. If I want to be able to talk to somebody face to face I expect a service

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I left them in 2013 for similar reasons! Their internet banking was rubbish and trying to speak to a person face to face was impossible unless you wanted to make an appointment several weeks in advance!

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I've had bad service from HSBC as well. Ironically, the best customer service that I have had from a bank is from First Direct which is part of HSBC. No branches but really easy to speak to someone helpful on the phone.

@EmmaStaford @HSBC_UK I was recommended to @naomiagista they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK They’re awful. I spent over 9 hours trying to speak to someone about my account. When I go ally did they were awful. I bank with Lloyds now - you can always get through within 20 mins & they’re always helpful
