Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@HSBC_UK your support for trying to deal with a PoA is dreadful. You gave me no information, so 6 week delay, then rubbish information: 3 week delay. Spent more than an hour waiting on your “help”line and your online system doesn’t work. @LloydsBank so much better.

I am both physically at HSBC and on the phone with them. Been trying for an hour to set up a direct debit. Why is this so hard. No one in the branch can help and the phone keeps transferring me. Wtf @HSBC_UK @HSBC

@HSBC_UK absolutely shocked that 3 people in the Indian call centre refused to raise a complaint, also had no idea what a subject access request was so i can find out myself what's happening on my account. Surely they have to follow rules? This is a legal right yet !

@HSBC_UK getting in touch without keep getting told to contact another number after trying to do what you say is the quickest who say they have not got enough staff to answer a question is not good service when you are also closing more branches.
