    @HSBC_UK Seems to be a problem beyond HSBC as Barclays app was down this morning. It is called being bloody minded and not doing the preventative site cleaning over the weekend. Well at least they joined the queue of chaotic living & who cares!!

    @HSBC_UK Really poor quality of customer service ( or rather I should say non service ) being offered by your BIB telephone support. Dreadfully long wait times to get through and when I finally do I find out that you are holding old and inaccurate contact details for my business.

    @HSBC_UK hanging on for 30 minutes then again passed to the music. Poor service! Still waiting call back after trying to contact you for over an hour. need a better bank.

    @HSBC_UK I applied for an account online few months ago. I got confirmation about successful verification and been notified that card in on it's way. 5 months up, I still don't know my account details nor do I have my card. How am I supposed to get help without going to bank?

    @HSBC_UK It doesn’t help at all. Why don’t you do this? Every other bank I know of does. What is the problem with stamping the documents you’ve just printed? It defies common sense. If you won’t offer this basic service at no cost to you I’d rather have the forms to close the account.

    @HSBC_UK Are you still planning not to support upgrades of your App on older smartphones? I haven't had a message about this recently & wondered if you'd sensibly changed your mind or whether you still support climate destruction by requiring me to unnecessarily buy a new phone?
