@HSBC_UK Seems to be a problem beyond HSBC as Barclays app was down this morning. It is called being bloody minded and not doing the preventative site cleaning over the weekend. Well at least they joined the queue of chaotic living & who cares!!

Going to close my @HSBC_UK account tomorrow… have a credit card that accidentally went into credit (yeah guys I have a standing order set up) - @HSBC_UK seemed to have made the card disappear from my web app and mobile app taking the money with it .. that’s a legal problem now

@HSBC_UK it is impossible to get in touch with your customer service without logging into online banking. I cannot do that because I closed my account in 2021. A refund was sent to this closed account and I want my money back

@HSBC_UK I waited 90 minutes then got to speak to someone and got disconnected, THEN had to wait ANOTHER 40 minutes only to be told they could not help. SMH! busy is not an excuse for poor customer service!
