    @HSBC_UK 3 hours on hold last night just to get cut off at 8.17 and on hold again now for an hour!. I just need to fix my rate and your system will not allow me to do it online. What am I supposed to do?????

    @HSBC_UK Nope, the whole company I work for is having the same issue. We download our figures every day and it hasn’t been working for 3 hours. It opens and I can log in and then it doesn’t update.
