    @HSBC_UK dreadful service with online banking. Entered my correct code only for it to be declined now I'm locked out. I have asked for a text code to reset but nothing has come through.

    @hsbc_uk Tried to pay cash into @firstdirect account today inside a HSBC branch. Was told my new card won't work with the machines and as there was no counter service, I couldn't even bank my cash at the bank! Was told to go to post office to pay cash in. What's going on?

    @LewisWi06706681 @HSBC_UK Glad to know I'm not going mad. It's absurd, if I was a UK business client, no problem. As a personal banking client, impossible!! I've even presented the evidence.

    @HSBC_UK HSBC dont do opportunity! I had an account for ten years only for them to freeze my account without explanation for over four weeks!, then they have the cheek to tell me a week later i am no longer a customer they want! Ruthless to the core! R I P HSBC!!!!

    @HSBC_UK Maybe should focus on running hsbc properly. It has gone downhill over the last 2 years, none customer friendly changes to savings accounts and now our counter services have been closed.

    @HSBC_UK rejected my current acct switch - after freezing my business account. They gave enough notice of closure - but no way to stop it being frozen. Call queues in excess of 20 mins, inadequate online communications, no more in-branch business team = appalling service!

    Amazing service at tottenham court road branch from sayyid and toby to finally get an account open after over a month trying to get it done online and going back and forth over the phone. Probably best to bring back offline account openings! @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK Good to talk are you having a laugh no one ever answers the phone another 40 min wait @hsbc_uk you couldn’t help me over the phone was told to go in to branch once in branch was told there were no business expert’s in and had to ring them in store terrible service
