Can anyone recommend a good business bank? Currently with @HSBC_UK but I think I'm at the end of my tether with their customer service... Would still prefer a physical branch if possible. Any ideas?

@dessiegallagher @HSBC_UK I briefly got through 15 minutes ago but was then put back on hold so they could find a business banking adviser to help me. I had though that by calling the business banking advice line, one of them might have answered in the first place.

@HSBC_UK Disgusting customer service Disgusting disgusting still on hold now over 1hr 23mims. Past from pillow to post. Not one of them helpful. Totally disgusting. Worst bank ever
