    @Hyperoptic Hi please fix your website for access on ipads. As the pop up privacy policy has not been optimised for ipads so cannot access the website due to the pop-up taking on the entire screen.

    @HyperopticCS I already did sent you dm.i spoke to you on chat and over the phone all your staff was doing blaming Sony update. It is very clear that its your end issue. It Sony update as all the other internet provider customers are fine apart from hyperoptic.

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS is there an issue with hyperoptic in London, stanmore area? My download speeds are 1mbps ... Status page says green. I've restarted the router as well but still no good.. can you check please?

    @Hyperoptic Hi, there appears to be an issue with Hyperoptic users connecting to the PlayStation network. This has been all day. I think the issue is with Hyperoptic because I can login to my account via 5G but not when connected to Hyperoptic. Could you please investigate?

    @RebeccaAliceEFC @AskPS_UK @HyperopticCS I'm having same issue, also with Hyperoptic, got speeds of 400mb upload and download, yet ps5 says connection time out when trying to connect psn server and software update won't happen. I want this sorted PS UK!

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS you need to look into issues with PS5 connectivity. Doesn’t work at all but the PS5 connects fine to other providers Not happy 🤬
