It is very clear that its your end issue. It Sony update as all the other internet provider customers are fine apart from hyperoptic.

James Holyoake (@JamesHVoices) reported@HyperopticCS @ChppIl While I'm sure you have to say this, it's unfortunately highly likely that the problem is with @Hyperoptic. Most people have attempted tethering with phones and it works fine. Perhaps a little more investigation is needed your end.
