I made a huge mistake to subscribe and cancelled virgin media broadband Eversince I signed a contract and asked them to activate they have never activated the services, I can’t access the internet at all. @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS they don’t care.Its been 12 days and no Internet

@Hyperoptic u have increased yearly commitment contract prices by 25% !!!! But for a new customer who starts with Hyperoptic can still avail the same price I was paying last year. This is insane ! Why this disparity between old and new customer? Plus you hold monopoly in my area.

@PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic hang on what the heck is "signal noise ratio outage" because that sounds suspiciously like why our wifi has been randomly dropping these past few months in certain areas of the house. the answer i was given was "too many wifis" which sounds kinda like this??

@slightly76 @PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic oh my god, i think this is our problem as well. how did you go about fixing it? i don't even know how we'd figure out whose wiring it is. currently typing this from my laptop with a 12 foot long ethernet cable running across the room because the wifi is just that bad

@philippepolleux @Hyperoptic I never had Internet issues in my life like literally before I switched to #Hyperoptic its been 2 days my internet is down! In Westminster! 🙈 Just #appalling Mates coming over for the weekend. I'm ready for the banter & answering the laughable ISP I'm using to the fellas
