    @Hyperoptic I am definitely suing for compensation. No wifi in the NW9 area for 15 hours now. No communication or response from customer service. ****** network and leaving definitely.

    @jellyforlunch @Hyperoptic Also no internet in NW9, I was in the online support queue from 52nd place to 5th place and then froze on that number. Been hours now.

    @Hyperoptic you have arranged 4 engineer visits to our apartment and issue remains u resolved. Please confirm to me what exactly your engineers are doing on site as it doesn’t seem to be anything.

    @Hyperoptic Have had no internet in E1 since yesterday evening! Please fix this as I work from home and it quite annoying for sure! My roommate called and you only promised to have someone at my place in 10 days?? What is this kind of service, so I need to work on 4G now?

    @Hyperoptic what kind of internet are you providing? Everyone in the whole area has had no internet since 3 pm. No official notice on your socials and your chat and phone lines disconnect. Awful service
