    @Hyperoptic My broadband is down, I’ve done the usual unplug the router for 1 minute thing, my router signal is showing as full but still no broadband. Please can you shed some light on the situation?? I’m based in HP3 area

    @Hyperoptic dropouts and slow speeds all day and evening. I’ve read your updates relating to issues so glad it’s not just me but how long for the fix? Best guess even…
