@hyperoptic I miss your high quality internet connection. How come you have such brilliant connection and customer support when @bt_uk struggle so? Perhaps you can give them a few tips?

  • robjtweets Rob Jane (@robjtweets) reported

@Hyperoptic absolutely pointless. Service not working. Sat on hold 50 mins listening to music trying to resolve. You people know it’s 2021, right? And this shouldn’t happen anymore..! Why on earth didn’t I just go with @BTCare @BTGroup

@Hyperoptic my internet has been down since 4pm yesterday. Any idea when it will be back. I work from home so it’s kind of essential. L2 postcode.

@Hyperoptic I've been trying to set up a broadband contract with your team for the past 1 week but have had the slowest and poorest service + response time I've ever experienced with any company as a new customer. Can someone please help?

  • bhallums2 Bertie Hallums (@bhallums2) reported

@Dafydd_62 @Hyperoptic (I would say, when it works it's great and really fast - it's just such a bloody shame that their CS is such an awful experience).

  • yorkshire_htafc Blue and White stripes (@yorkshire_htafc) reported from York, England

10 weeks since to my escalation, 4 weeks since my follow up, zero response from @Hyperoptic! Service live in the block for over 12 weeks, with only a couple of apartments installed. Is this tweet enough to get a response, or is posting a review on @Trustpilot? #fibrebroadband

@argen I'd never heard of them until a letter through the door. Got excited, then nothing. Weirdly Hyperoptic also suggest service (and have fibre up the pole metres from my house) then haven't done anything either. They are all feeling out markets with disingenuous promises?

  • bhallums2 Bertie Hallums (@bhallums2) reported

@Dafydd_62 @Hyperoptic Aye, I believe that BT have teamed up with EE to cover their outages in the same way. The first time we got hot with a 24hour+ outage, I wasn't able to get the unlimited data, I resolved that as soon as I could and had to use it multiple times in 12 months.
