@Hyperoptic …tomorrow. Hypertrophic employee said “great, you can cancel it then.” I once again asked for confirmation that hyperoptic was ready in our building, she confirmed. I got home from work on Thursday and phoned in to activate my hyperoptic router. The network wasn’t ready…

@Hyperoptic Called by hyperoptic on Thursday. Told the network is ready in my building. I queried that and ask for confirmation. Hyperoptic employee said it’s definitely live. I explained I’ve been waiting for two weeks to get broadband installed and it’s due to be installed by Openreach…

Dear @Hyperoptic you keep saying you will come and fix my internet but you haven’t yet and people (yes multiple!) send me horrible messages if I don’t reply in a certain time period (I don’t know what that period is.) So please can you hurry up 🙏🏽

@HyperopticCS @FinancialBear James don’t try hyperoptic. They are not providing information regarding why there’s a seemingly London wide outage, many customers affected FOR DAYS without a clear ETA or update, and their customer service isn’t picking up the phone or support tickets. AVOID

Hi @Hyperoptic we have had a wifi outage since Thursday and still no update on when it will be back on or if there is an interim fix ??

@Hyperoptic I’ve called, emailed and DM’d you about my connection going down and accessing compensation and haven’t had any meaningful response in 2 days. Is this a concerted effort to stop people getting their compensation? …is that legal? 🤔

@Hyperoptic When will there be an ETA on the outage in London? Its been 48 hours now and no news on when it will be fixed?
