@Hyperoptic Ditto on losing Internet access. Speaking with customer service ain't going to fix the issue. Have lost access twice in the span of two weeks, so think twice before committing.

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Looks like support teams are not aligned internally, you wrote in a dm that on 31st there is planned maintenance in my zone and I just received a reply on ticket where support team is eager to conclude the issue by saying they don't see a problem. Funny.

For what it's worth @Hyperoptic broadband are a mess. Their customer service is stuck behind script-based responses, and out-dated notions of "compensation". Wasted a month (so far) offline, paying for services I can't use, a cost Hyperoptic demonstrably don't care about. Ugh!

No internet since 1am last night. So glad I'm paying £68 a month for this service. Great being stuck with live TV on Christmas Day. Thanks @Hyperoptic 🙄😫

@Hyperoptic No service on Christmas Day at TW7 is very dissapointing. Thanks for ruining our party last evening. Can we expect someone to 1. Fix the issue asap 2. Look at why it is so frequent now, several outages in a month is not acceptable. @HyperopticCEO @Hyperoptic #HyperOptic

@The_MLane @Hyperoptic Wired directly to router, 15m CAT6. Via Wi-Fi is approx 600 up/down. Powerline TPLink1200 renders about 300Mbps which tbh with Powerline, doesn't surprise me!

I don't think @Hyperoptic is even trying to fix our internet. No vans, no engineers, no sign of the company whatsoever. 2.5 days of nothing. Say they can't get access (you'd have to be here for that) why didn't they arrange something with @sw9housing BEFORE this happened?!
