Ronald Anthony (@anth64369) reported@Hyperoptic probably one of the worst experiences we’ve been having after getting these guy!!! No customer support, no clue what’s wrong and we’ve been waiting for days now.
-
J (@emirxtesera) reported@AbPMet @Hyperoptic Still down?
-
Maks (@Makssss_O) reportedWaited four days for my hyperoptic router only for it to arrive and there’s a fault somewhere in my flat and can’t get an engineer till next week. Wouldn’t have been the worst thing but O2 has next to no signal so I’m basically stuck in the stone ages in this flat.

Nicky Hill (@nickyjanehill) reportedUrrrgh got my new @Hyperoptic broadband installed not realising what a nightmare it would be to get all my smart devices connected. 4 hours with Amazon customer help and only one reconnected after very tricky technical instructions followed. Be warned if you have older devices!

Kate (@katefalkingham) reported@Hyperoptic having just spoken to the rudest customer service representative I have ever come across whilst giving my 30 days notice, please can you confirm when I will receive written confirmation of this? He couldn't do anything other than be rude to me 👍👍

Marisa Peek (@TheOneMarisa) reported@Hyperoptic our service has been disrupted since Saturday. @Ofcom regulations state compensation is due if not resumed within 2 working days. Your “support” tells me they conveniently found a ‘new fault’ as of end of 2nd working day and you are restarting the clock. #ScamAlert

steven🐧 (@scarab999) reported@marcwalsh @Hyperoptic Yes, same. Drove me mad, now using a hotspot to do some work. There is no outage apparently in my area....

Alex 🌐 (@ajr_codes) reportedHey @Hyperoptic your service to me in London has gone down multiple times this week, with no issues reported online. It's been fine for the past 4 years. What's going on? You used to be so good.

Intelligence Service 🕵🏽♂️ (@london_Iran) reported@bikhialoo 1- Good neighborhood is better than good home infra or larger flat 2- Check warm water during visit 3- Prefer to have a on-site management 4- Access to under/over ground and ELZ line is the key 5- Do lots of search, don't settle with the first flat 6- Avoid Dexters. Chase Evans if better letting agency. 7- Avoid east, go west if possible 8- Check if the home is damp or not. Check molding 9- Check consoul tax and make sure it's reasonable 10- Check avg monthly water/electricity price 11- Check if Hyperoptic has installation in the building or not 12- If you like a flat to rent, check RightMove for the building history. There might be signs of issue 13- Avoid places near council homes. 14- Take pictures of the flat if you decide to rent. This can help resolve disputes later on. 15- Always use a letting agency. Do not deal with the landlord directly. Good Luck.

Alex Tarrant (@AlexTarrant4) reported@Hyperoptic We’ve been without internet since Sunday and it’s now Tuesday evening. We’ve had to repeatedly call for updates, spend long periods on hold, and still have no clear explanation or resolution timeframe in W3 Area. Told engineers attended today but still no timeframe.
