    @Hyperoptic having such a difficult time moving to you! Your map says we’re eligible, we’ve had sales leaflets through the door, but it’s impossible to sign up - and we’ve had conflicting responses from customer service. 1/2

    We have been waiting today for the 4TH ENGINEER to turn up from @OpenreachHelp only for them to AGAIN not turn up. I don't get why @SkyUK find it so difficult to get us help... Its been 2 weeks! Not happy for a first time customer. Cancelling and switching to @Hyperoptic

    Hi @Hyperoptic this is to inform you that I have already cancelled your trial within 3 months which was confirmed number of times by your customer service and sales when he signed contract over the phone.

    @Hyperoptic I tried. Hyperoptic failed on set up so I had to cancel and now won't install because that installation is not complete. All I'm getting are "Computer says no" type answers.
