    @Hyperoptic our Internet is down in our apartments block. Can’t get anywhere with sorting it. Have tried the troubleshooting on your website. Hasn’t worked. Been down for half hr so far.

    @Hyperoptic You guys are the most unprofessional, unseasoned and terrible internet company I have come across. I terminated my account as I was moving home and you guys still have the effontry to be billing me and asking me for payment. ARE YOU MAD?

    @Hyperoptic no information from your support team and no internet for +7 hours in WC1X? You prompt people to contact customer support but all they say is “hopefully it will work soon”. Can we do better?

    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

    @Hyperoptic Disgusting service from Hyperoptic. Had it installed yesterday and zero internet. Loss of service light flashing red. Can’t use my lighting, heating or front door intercom. Hanging on to call for 30 mins still not through. No response to my emails.
