    @Hyperoptic Here’s a simple but firm X post you can use: @Hyperoptic broadband down since this morning. no update. No reply to email or chat, and your phone lines.This is unacceptable for a service I rely on for work. I need an urgent update, fix and info on compensation.

    @Hyperoptic how come your service quality standards have stooped so low? Paying 40GBP+ per month and yet the network outage has left me with no internet for the past 3 days. Cannot attend meetings, cannot do anything. Tech support requires waiting for 30 minutes.

    So @Hyperoptic is down AGAIN in London. SORT IT OUT. Shouldn’t be paying this much for it to be going out every other week (position number 12 in queue though)

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    @jamesjnicholls @Hyperoptic That’s because Virgin have an actual team behind them. Hyperoptic service center is probably run out of some clown’s basement.

    @Hyperoptic Most useless and unhelpful customer service I’ve had with any wifi provider so far I was meant to have wifi up and running at my address originally over a month ago and still have no wifi. Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.
