  • Swandermann Martin Swanson (@Swandermann) reported

@Hyperoptic Just wanted to share the appalling wi-fi service I’m experiencing as a home worker and the even worse Customer Service…11 days to respond. Thank you also for the reminder that I can terminate my contract with you.

  • jaymiethomas Jaymie Thomas 🇺🇦 (@jaymiethomas) reported

@philipbrown @virginmedia With an open choice, I’d go with @Hyperoptic but they seem mainly concentrated around apartment blocks and high-density areas. Biggest outage with VM over 5 years was maybe a couple of hours, and only a few times. Can’t fault the speed, just the online options for a/c mgmt.

  • praveenjothi_ Praveen Paranjothi (@praveenjothi_) reported

dear @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS do you see a time when the service will work? It's either not working at all, or getting a 2-4MB upload speed, which is becoming a regular thing.

@Hyperoptic @QPRWFC @QPRtrust Invest in customer service and stop duping people!!!

Are your services down in London @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS? Have sent a DM

  • F1Danii Danielle (@F1Danii) reported

@UKPolicyPro @Hyperoptic They don’t give a **** about the impact they have on peoples lives. I went 11 days with no internet and it went down again 2 days after being fixed. On day 2 now, hardly any data left on my phone contact and it’s the same lines each time.

  • F1Danii Danielle (@F1Danii) reported

@R_N_Lee They couldn’t care less, they have no way of actually speaking with the network team/service team who fix the issues and peddle the same lines. This is day 14 of no Wi-Fi for me this month. Hyperoptic are money grabbing cowboys

  • R_N_Lee RNL (@R_N_Lee) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic still no internet access, counting 6 days now. Reminder that it was your engineer that caused this issue. CS not giving an update and clueless as to what the problem is. Who can fix this?! You have 24 hours until I switch. Do not use this provider

  • Sonia19020057 Sonia (@Sonia19020057) reported

@Hyperoptic I have unfortunately got stuck with the worst company ever. I have a problem Nd I have been put on hold for over an hour having spoken to 3 people and repeating my issue and then being put on hold again

  • heymandar mandar mane (@heymandar) reported

@Hyperoptic it takes less than a week for you'll to install but 1 month to cancel service ? Why does it take 1 month for you'll yo cancel service?
