-
Oliver Black (@ollie299792458) reported@Hyperoptic Maybe hold off on the promotion until your full fibre connection is up and running again? Instead of 'roaming' could your team be working on fixing the current outage?
-
Bertie Hallums (@bhallums2) reported@Dafydd_62 @Hyperoptic (I would say, when it works it's great and really fast - it's just such a bloody shame that their CS is such an awful experience).
-
Carolina Marialva (@CahMarialva) reported@Hyperoptic My internet went down yesterday morning and it's still not back. Me and my husband work from home, so I called many times, and everytime was a different update - first the engineeer would be on site by 3pm, then by 8pm, then he didn't get access to the building
-
Bertie Hallums (@bhallums2) reported@ajhall23 @Hyperoptic Has anybody got a Hyperoptic internet connection at the moment? Seems like they've just given up trying to provide a service of any sort (except posting memes on twitter of course)

π ³π °π ΅ππ ³π ³ πͺπΊ (@Dafydd_62) reported@bhallums2 @Hyperoptic My company was going with BT and they said we had full coverage. Sadly they didn't bother to check our 5g,4g or even any signal in our office. We cancelled as it just didn't work. We decided to go with White Horse Telecom. Fab company.

Bertie Hallums (@bhallums2) reported@ashic @Hyperoptic At least it works for you, just wait until it doesn't. Response times, fix times and customer support all non-existent. Customer service is limited to sending memes.
-
Luke Fenton (@GinandRugby) reported@Hyperoptic why are Google services no longer working on your network? Everything was great until 3 days ago, now I can't even check Gmail, connect nest devices or use Google services and apps on your network. Get it sorted. And before you ask... Yes I've reset everything already
-
Bertie Hallums (@bhallums2) reported@Dafydd_62 @Hyperoptic It's amazing how consistently awful telcos are (most anyway). You'd think that given all the negative feedback, one of them would step up and try to get it right.

Antoni Domanski (@DomanskiAntoni) reported@Hyperoptic hiβ¦ whatβs happening with the outage in SE1?
