    Still no functioning internet from @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS. Appalling service. Terrible customer service. Broken promises from managers to fix the issues. No communication between teams. 01/10 for this company.

    We need @Hyperoptic to do mobile phone services. Just got a £5 a months increase which is insane as I get the same service that I always did without improvement or extra benefits.

    @Hyperoptic filled in a form online, but never submitted it because I wanted to check if I can get out of my current contract with BT. Now I'm getting bombarded with sales call from your team. WtAF?

    @Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS for weeks I have been trying to get services after championing installation in our building. Cables in. Boxes in place. No service, no contact. Are you usually so useless?
