    @Overlite1 That’s annoying :/ depending on your provider the might offer a faster package so upgrading could be an option? It depends though, the place I live in didn’t have fibre so we only had really slow options until I got Hyperoptic to install here.

    @HyperopticCS @Eurovision Well your service hyperoptic isn’t worth 1 point ! Se1 no broadband for 5 days . No email to your customers letting them know just bad service and non existent repairs

    @Hillingdon @Hyperoptic Will this include a landline phone service? Many full fibre services don't, which means being forced to pay for a mobile phone separately. Elderly social housing residents in particular may still prefer the simplicity of a fixed landline.

    @Hyperoptic and their sales people on the phone have got to be the most dull and least helpful service going they literally sound like they're reading a script and they're job is to sell but yet they always just say no no and no to any resolution you try and come up with
