    I paid my Three 5G contract off because it's SO bad. Switched to Hyperoptic broadband 500MB. SO rapid. Wired >> 5G

    I’ve never had internet issues before plusnet took over but I’m not allowed to leave, even though I lose internet connection dozens of times a day, @Hyperoptic I have to wait a couple of months till I’m out of contract but can I officially put the transfer request in now?

    Does anyone else with fibre optic have their service taken out for about 10 hours once a month for maintenance and/or engineering works? Or is it just @Hyperoptic
