    @Hyperoptic Appalling service by Hyperoptic!😑 2nd time this month that the wifi has stopped for hours due to thunder. Incredibly frustrated with this provider! Have to wait 30 minutes on the phone for Customer Service, only for them to give you unreliable information! FED UP!

    @Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic your 12 hour SLA has been violated multiple times with delays over days. The best you've done so far is a single reply to multiple emails over the course of days. And even that one took 2 days, 16 hours, 42 minutes. Why are you so bad at this?

    @Hyperoptic why is your website / account section completely down? Chat support also completely down. No way to contact anyone. I have never been less impressed with a company I’ve signed up with. Huge sales team to get you in and then absolutely shocking once you sign up
