    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic The main problem is you're not admitting the widespread issue and delay in fixing the issue. When you have atleast 100+ customers impacted try to provide proper update and ETA.

    So it seems @Hyperoptic have all the time in the world to respond to people complaining about @virginmedia but won’t do anything to fix their widespread issues and just close their live chat down instead and have no one answer the 24/7 support tickets or calls.

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS I had to wait 5 weeks for an installation and the box has finally been installed on Thursday, but our service has yet to start working. Tried ringing up every day since but still no solutions.

    @Hyperoptic Team, I am a user and whenever there is an outage in my area (G312HB), you guys take ages to fix it. Last time when it went on Friday Morning, it got fixed on Monday Morning. Who the hell would take 3 days to fix an issue ??? Classic example of your POOR SERVICES !!!
