    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic I guess they’ll claim this is the 0.1%, but in 14 yrs of using TalkTalk copper wire broadband I never had an outage this long.

    @theashrb It only shows how your Hyperoptic pricing sucks, as I have had 3Gb/s from Community Fiber for over a year for £41

    @Hyperoptic I swear I will ******* lose it with you people. Refund me my £700 NOW. And furthermore what is this bullshit that I can only call or chat within certain times. I have hadbthe worst experience with your uncouth business. I want that refund immediately.

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    Hey @Hyperoptic, loved the service for several years and always had a good response on your portal. Now i have a connection problem, suddenly not allowed to report a fault on the portal and phone line busy - 10 min wait (plus all the questions) - how can i get my service back?

    London-based friends here, do If any of you use Community Fibre or Hyperoptic? If so, could you let me know how happy you are with it? Any problems with set up or service? All feedback much appreciated!
