    @HyperopticCS I haven’t had internet since 7pm today and the same thing happened within two weeks ago and I didn’t have internet for 27 hours hyperoptic fix this!!!!!!

    Avoid hyperoptic! Awful customer service who take 8 days to fix an issue, for it not to be fixed and say the next appointment for an engineer is the 1st September. 4 weeks after the outage started. @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS @Ofcom

    @NightmareModeGo every other week i get a flyer and an email telling me i can get hyperoptic (1gb up/down). Then i go to the website and it tells me i can't get hyperoptic.

    Day 2 without any upload speed this time. Usually it comes back by the next day but over 24 hours without and still nothing. A known issue for a month and they’ve allowed it to get this far. Day 2 of not being able to work @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS
