    @Hyperoptic Team, I am a user and whenever there is an outage in my area (G312HB), you guys take ages to fix it. Last time when it went on Friday Morning, it got fixed on Monday Morning. Who the hell would take 3 days to fix an issue ??? Classic example of your POOR SERVICES !!!

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic The main problem is you're not admitting the widespread issue and delay in fixing the issue. When you have atleast 100+ customers impacted try to provide proper update and ETA.

    @HyperopticCS I have messaged in Facebook, created ticket in Hyperoptic account, Live chat option is already dead, called customer care multiple times but no resolution yet and no communication on ETA.

    @malroun1 @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Tell me about it, submitted a support ticket through the web, live chat isn’t available and no contact via dm or reply on Twitter. Guess they only reply when you complain about the lack of response.
