    @Hyperoptic you’re not experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls. Your renewals team are most likely offline. Why don’t you say that instead of lying, especially to customers who are looking to potentially cancel? Shambolic service.

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    @Hyperoptic no information from your support team and no internet for +7 hours in WC1X? You prompt people to contact customer support but all they say is “hopefully it will work soon”. Can we do better?

    @MoneySavingExp Been with @Hyperoptic for 7 years, loyal to a fault yet my charges go up every year while I see new customers only pay less than half for exactly same service. Appalling. There needs to be legislation to stop this inequity, deeply unfair & greedy. Complaining gets nowhere either
