    I've said this multiple times, but hear me people. @Hyperoptic is not only the worst internet company in the world, they are the worst company in the world, full stop!! We're now approaching nearly a full workday of outage and I've had six messages in total alternating between it's fixed and it's not working again

    @Hyperoptic - I live in Colindale, in the Trinity Square development and our entire block hasn’t been able to access the Internet since yesterday. Your customer service is impossible to get hold of + your website is reporting there is no issue even though 30 people say there is!

    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.

    @Hyperoptic Your phone support is a joke..57 mons on hold and still waiting…all for wanting to cancel my account
