    If you are ever considering @Hyperoptic as your ISP, reconsider immediately. I signed up a month ago, my line drops 3-4 times a week and I have collectively spent 5-10 hours trying to connect and troubleshoot with their support team. Status today: no internet again.

    @diptyquer @Hyperoptic For the best! I must of been 1 of the first to call and they haven’t got a scooby. Useless now I’m hearing potentially 48 hour outage

    @jammach @theashrb @Hyperoptic I used to use hyperoptic. Their service was very unreliable. A few xmas's so we were without internet for over a week due to not having access to the cabinet on our estate. We're with community fibre now which has been much more reliable (and faster)

    @asentance I needed to find a supplier for my father recently and @zeninternet commit to not raising prices during your contract, if they do go up you have the chance to switch supplier. Personally I've had very good service from Hyperoptic too if you can get them. Both offer fibre.

    @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP
