45mins waiting for @Hyperoptic to message back via their chat, only for them to disconnect me and add me back to the queue. Not sure what's worse, my WiFi or their customer service right now.

Never going with @Hyperoptic again ever, will recommend no one buys these guys. Filled with incompetency across the organisation it seems and new personnel who haven’t got a clue on how to provide support.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS See the problem with these contracts is if you sign for £35/m for 24m, and after a couple of days you loose connection for 2 weeks and is unable to WFH - you are trapped. You can’t just switch to another provider, first you have to pay £450 in this inst.

@nzlata @Hyperoptic Please accept our apologies for not getting you reconnected, Nonna. Our team advised it is a complicated issue, and they will require more time to resolve this. :/ Please accept our apologies for leaving you offline for so long. :(

@Hyperoptic Into 6th day of waiting for Hyperoptic activation, rather than the minutes I was told. I get pacifying messages from customer services but no timeline or evidence of anything actually happening.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS MARKING 10 DAYS WITHOUT INTERNET! Oh boy, what a journey,I had all spectrum of emotions, from denial to anger to acceptance. This is the worst internet provider. I strongly recommend you not to sign for 24 months, and consider with caution signing for 12

@Hyperoptic I’ve been waiting for 5 days for my activation. They responded to my last tweet, but now I seem to have entered the black hole that is Customer Services

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS you opened a complaint on my behalf on the 17th of September. You asked for 10 business days to address the complaint. It is the 14th of October and I have heard nothing. #complaint #poorcustomerservice #poorcustomerxp

@Hyperoptic Dropped? Like your service in South East London since Monday last week with no resolution time in sight? Customers being told 'fix due tomorrow' and being left hanging daily, plus over the weekend too? Sign me up!

Their network people don’t work at the weekend so it will be a whole week without @hyperoptic managing to activate my internet connection. Supposed to take minutes. Extremely disappointing.

Been sat in the @Hyperoptic online support chat queue for over an hour. Still not at front of queue. The quality of service had better be worth the missing of lunch!

@Hyperoptic the most unreliable, rude and humiliating customer service I have ever experienced… do better and reply to your customers instead of ignoring them until the next payment day so you can charge them an extra month (or 3) when they wanted to cancel. Sickening

@ironside @HyperopticCS @JamesHobley3 Hyperoptic used to offer customers wirelesss hotspots during outages. Maybe they could help you with that? For what its worth, my guess is that the duct does not belong to them so they will be depending on BT Openreach to fix it.

@HyperopticCS @Juliannochie @Hyperoptic Don’t get your hopes up Julian, they say wait until day X and then on the day you get palmed off. Look through my history with them. Cancel while you can.

@Hyperoptic We do not have internet connection & the only solution they offered is that they can check it in a week. We are remote workers & they just told us that we will not have any internet connection for at least a week. They didn't offer any alternative. So bad service.

@Hyperoptic @nokia Unlike the other unhappy customers here, I think this is great! I've been a customer for 5 years and didn't realise you were running FP4. I worked on both FP4 & 5 so it's cool to see a customer enjoying our backwards compatibility. #dogfooding

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Okay, you might have some grace period of 30 days, when you first sign the contract, to be able to cancel it, then you’re on your own. @hyperoptic Please correct me if I’m wrong. Happy to chat about it! Not renewing this year, nor ever.
