    @Hyperoptic Warning to potential customers. Service has been down from 13:30 11th June and they can't access the equipment to even investigate the problem until Monday 14th June. If you rely on connection, these are not an option I'd recommend

    @Hyperoptic An engineer visit ws scheduled today 2 fix our broadbnd issue & nobody showed up. The visit ws cancelld & no communicatn about dis until I askd customer service. It's been 2 days without broadband service. Next visit is now after 2 more days. Unhappy with the service!

    @Hyperoptic Again, anyone using another ISP. Internet failure from 13:30 11th June. Just got off the phone as engineers claiming tried yesterday but didn't turn up. Claiming damage to cabinet today and at my block trying to fix it but wasn't here.

    @Kirsty_Hulse @zigojacko @TalkTalk I wish I could go back to Hyperoptic! So much faster and cheaper. And as far as I know they don’t harass people who cancel.

    @Hyperoptic We have no service since yesterday evening in the Maidenhill area G77, when is service likely to be restored ? I have seen no updates since the outage began...

    @Hyperoptic Awful service when things go wrong. Don't touch them. Others may be slower but never had this sort of problem elsewhere

    @Hyperoptic @EURO2020 Only winner is people with another ISP. Advised after a 5+ hour outage that it is fixed but still no Internet. Staff lie and are rude. Okay as long as you don't need to contact customer services and there is no service outage

    4 weeks and still no internet or even a timeframe for resolution. Not what I was expecting from @Hyperoptic . Any chance of a plan? #workingfromhome #publichealth during a pandemic…painful

    @Fastmail did you by any chance take down access a little more widely than you planned? I can't seem to access you from @Hyperoptic — works fine from O2.

    @Hyperoptic I am in postcode RG6 1. Hyper optic has begun finer installation a while ago. Can you please give me an ETA on when I can become your customer finally?

    @ZenInternetHelp That will be why I couldn’t get it to work then! Lots of other ISPs now have IPv6 enabled by default (eg BT, Sky, Hyperoptic, AAISP). Why not Zen? I’m sure someone could help, if you are having difficulty with something? cc @UKIPv6Council

    @HyperopticCS Would not recommend Hyperoptic. Where there are problems, trying to find out when the Internet will work again is a nightmare. Age on phone holding and cannot offer timeframes when it will be repaired

    @Hyperoptic It's now been over 5 weeks since you sent the wrong engineer to install my broadband, and you still haven't rescheduled the appointment or even given any real explanation as to why you haven't done so. What gives? Will I ever get service? #WFH #CustomerService

    @Hyperoptic Our Internet has been down since 13:30 11th June. Engineering finally turned up at 18:30 12th June and now needs to be fixed at another location. If Hyperoptic had taken action yesterday it might have been sorted by now. Appalling services. Don't touch them

    @PositiveLad @Hyperoptic @virginmedia And when I do speak to someone I get the same script, the same assumption it's a problem with my setup, which always proves never to be the case. (FFS I used to work in support. Do they think it never occurred to turn it off and on again?)

    @Hyperoptic Internet down. No advice of the failure and still down from 13:30 11th June. Appalling customer services and no details of how long it will be down. Awfully poor customer services when there is a problem

    @CCriadoPerez @bt_uk Lots of people recommended Zen and they have been very helpful. If it’s full fibre then the others we talked to were giganet and hyperoptic I think. Both Zen and Giganet were able to get a connection issue sorted very quickly when BT just shrugged.

    @PositiveLad @Hyperoptic @virginmedia Interesting. Seriously will consider it and Vodafone 5G as well (they're my mobile provider so may make savings). I just can't stand the frequent outages and inability to speak to people when there's an issue.

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic my internet has been down for over an hour now and I have been on hold for a while on the phone trying to connect to an agent I can speak to, to resolve this issue.

    @HyperopticCS No Internet since 11th June 13:30 & conflicting information from Hyperoptic. Seems they cannot access equipment as council owned. Seems unless Internet goes down Mon to Fri during office hours the can't fix it.
