  • tommo_68 Paul Thompson (@tommo_68) reported

@KAIZURE_ @Hyperoptic Be prepared for large price increases after the 1st year. Also if access is difficult when the service fails you may struggle to get the service back. Waited 3.5 days over a weekend for service to be restored

  • giddr Giddr (@giddr) reported

@Hyperoptic No internet from inception of contract July 8th. 3 sets of engineers 3 weeks of incompetence. The worst experience. Left hand not communicating with right. A "support" centre doing anything but. Just rubbish.

  • thomasakenny Thomas (@thomasakenny) reported

@Hyperoptic shocking service in SE15, no doubt ‘due to the rain’. Generic message on phone line explaining outages in ‘some areas’ surprisingly not v helpful either

  • ajhall23 Andrew Hall (@ajhall23) reported

@Hyperoptic my internet has been down since 4pm yesterday. Any idea when it will be back. I work from home so it’s kind of essential. L2 postcode.

  • Manzillion Manzillion (@Manzillion) reported

@Hyperoptic I've been waiting 20 mins to connect my Internet.... I am a customer... I just want to connect!!!!

@HyperopticCS @KAIZURE_ @Hyperoptic I am still a customer but don't expect me to renew at the end of the current contract

  • John_Chilvers John Chilvers (@John_Chilvers) reported

I’ve never had more reliable and fast internet as I’ve had with @Hyperoptic but their customer service is just appalling, constantly overcharged and it’s a nightmare to get anyone to sort it out.

  • simonfwitzy fitz (@simonfwitzy) reported

@Hyperoptic we are in tw8 and the Internet service has been offline since at least yesterday evening. Is there any chance of an update as I'm having to run zoom calls using my phone and share out my 4g connection, which isn't ideal. Thanks

  • therealsrii Sri (@therealsrii) reported

@Hyperoptic I've been trying to set up a broadband contract with your team for the past 1 week but have had the slowest and poorest service + response time I've ever experienced with any company as a new customer. Can someone please help?
