Pravish Vijayan (@i_am_pravish) reported@Hyperoptic Their engineer come here, install and then say there is low power and that I would have to call support and request another engineer. When I did, they told me the next engineer could come only on 21 Oct.

It’s been an entire day without internet.I have been calling the whole day. Baffles me that none of your engineers even attempted to visit the property. Poor Service!!!

It’s been almost a day and it baffles me why no one was even available to make an attempt to visit the property. Poor Service!
