    As a @Hyperoptic customer, going from telephone broadband to cable (optic) I don’t see any difference in speed & as far as quality of service until I need to contact you, I know nothing about that but am happy to rate you 1 star on any review ,if you so WISH

    Hi @Hyperoptic - I’ve been having some speed and connection issues recently. They disappear if I connect via wired cable. Have tried the troubleshooting tips on your site, but I think we have one of your older routers. Thanks!

    @HyperopticCS Poor instillation of cables at our estate today. I have a cable dangling infront of my kitchen window. Not good first impression from Hyperoptic engineers at all..

    @EastCyclist We checked and confirmed with our team that these are not Hyperoptic vehicles, and they appear to belong to CA Telecom, so it might be best to get in touch with their support team using the number stated as an emergency contact. We hope it all gets sorted out for you! 💙
