    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS more messages than I care to count two tweets two DM's five days of outage no updates. Your customer service is beyond shocking worse than BT which is saying something. 0 out of 10. Might as well as take your equipment back for what it's Worth

    @JamesTurner37 @virginmedia My Hyperoptic is working fine. Thanks for asking. ;) Whilst not as wow as the company likes to claim, the service is still noticeably more reliable than Virgin or BT. Only one outage for me in three years, and it was sorted in 12 hours.)

    @HyperopticCS Hyperoptic confirmed that there was an outage caused by a hardware failure. To be quite honest, your network has been absolutely great ever since I became a customer several years ago. However, I’m noticing a trend of regular outages though your prices have been increasing YoY.

    @Hyperoptic massive outage 4 days no internet no updates. When you call the customer service team they barely know their own names. You are failing your customer services teams and you are failing your customers so poor its beyond a joke
