@Hyperoptic Hi, hyperoptic internet is down again in the N7 area. This is the 4th time in 6 weeks. Can I please get an update on what the problem is and when this will be resolved? These outages seem to be occurring on a weekly basis

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS your services are pathetic. I am trying to get my account activated and internet services running since last Saturday and nothing is happening. Your customer support team has no update to give and every time I call there is no SLA for your team #pathetic

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS One of your engineers was digging up the cables in SE1 and now I have no internet in the house. I spoke to the engineer and they said that no damage to the wires should have occurred, but I still dont have internet

@ashwinkumar05 @HyperopticCS I didn’t get any information from Hyperoptic but, according to a neighbour who spoke to them, an engineer turned up yesterday but they couldn’t get into the network cabinet.

@freetoswitch 1/2 Don't bother with this. @Hyperoptic will get you in and then screw you. I currently have 19 months left on my deal, @HyperopticCS do not provide the service at my new address, so I'm left with no choice but to pay a termination fee of £380!

@Hyperoptic so disappointed with this company. Huge lack of information between Engeneer and the customer service. I was told that my apartment is unserviceable while the whole building has Hyperoptic.

@Hyperoptic internet in our area (CM8) is still down for 2 days now. Their reasoning: "we are still ttying to access the premise" is getting ridiculous now! How can you not "get access to the premise" for 2 days??!!! Its affecting is a LOT!
