    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic For everyone's benefit, I begged every person I spoke to on the phone to express my frustration and to speak to a customer relations person. I eventually gave up and cancelled the contract. What is the point in you reaching out now

    @bt_uk Not sure the best time to try and sell additional products Is when there has been issues with what should be a simple change of address…. Still no closer to fixing the problem. Anyone used @Hyperoptic are they any good?

    @HyperopticCS I haven’t had internet since 7pm today and the same thing happened within two weeks ago and I didn’t have internet for 27 hours hyperoptic fix this!!!!!!
