@Hyperoptic My internet is down again for the 4th time in a matter of weeks. This is the worst internet in Glasgow! Why is no one answering when I'm calling?

@kentaylor56 @Lord_Sugar I have first hand experience of atrocious service from 'working from home' people who only live a short distance from the office they should be in. That includes atrocious Labour run Hackney (voted Labour all my life) EDF Thames Water Virgin Media & Hyperoptic. Get back2work!

Moved from Virgin to Hyperoptic. Great speeds up and down, 🤞 hopefully more reliable. The only downside is HO do carrier NAT so I'll have to get a static IP if I want to access my stuff out of the house, and they reserve 80/443 for remote management, breaking LetsEncrypt 😢

@bt_uk Hi we are leaving you for @Hyperoptic as you have failed to deliver fast internet in our area. Not you directly as we are an indirect customer as Now TV use Openreach.

@spookymornings @HyperopticCS Spooky Mornings are you able to report your issue to Hyperoptic via telephone, they have not had any other reports and so are not treating the issue as a wider problem. Thanks

@JamesLeeC @Hyperoptic Wow. This is actually the first of heard of bad service from them. They must be better at hiding than most.
