@Hyperoptic yet again no damn Internet. We've had nowt but aggro since switching from Sky. Taking money from the bank before our account had even been activated, low wifi speeds, very poor connection (if & when it works). I bet u don't refund us for the days we are without WiFi?

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Not up for renewal until June 2022, but am looking at non-landline providers. Already told your team, I won't accept a automatic renewal. You're a good company, one criticising point, when things fail beyond your control, you don't send out messages, to explain what's happened.

@Hyperoptic I switched to hyperoptic because I had only two choices and I thought it was a fast broadband but I’m having some connection problems sometimes. Maybe if I get 1Gb it will get better. #10YearsOfHyperoptic 🍀

@Hyperoptic Am still waiting for you guys to come to my house but you are making progress. Can't Wait to get rid of Virgin Media. The thing I want the most is 1gbp/s UPLOAD!!! I have already referred 3 people to your service. Hopefully by end of next year I can get Hyperoptic!!!
