@HyperopticCS More outages in NW9? Any updates? Are these connected to the long outages the previous month? Hyperoptic has been solid for years until the previous outage

  • jaemsnrg James (@jaemsnrg) reported

@Hyperoptic Guys, we've been waiting on an installation for 3 months now; engineer never pitched today. What is going on here?

  • yeptch Yeptch (@yeptch) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS have had 500mb down speed since “upgrading” to 1gb over 5 weeks ago. Why do I have to keep chasing you guys when I get told I’d be provided w/ an update. Absolute sh*tshow. And still no compensation when my device went down for 4 days after “upgrading”.

  • demuDann Dann Parry (@demuDann) reported

Absolutely fuming. First @Hyperoptic doesn't cancel my account after I switch to @CommunityFibre, and now they're asking for £180 just so I can cancel a service I haven't used in months after I was reassured by CF there would be no charge. to do this in a cost of living crisis..

  • ironside Ironside (@ironside) reported

@AndrejsFjodoro2 @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Been there Andrejs. In fact I’m still there. Truly awful comms - just thanks for your patience and we’re on it. But every day is the same.

  • AnvarolD AnvarolDreams (@AnvarolD) reported

@ironside @HyperopticCS @JamesHobley3 Hyperoptic used to offer customers wirelesss hotspots during outages. Maybe they could help you with that? For what its worth, my guess is that the duct does not belong to them so they will be depending on BT Openreach to fix it.

  • Farid_UK Farid Pasha (@Farid_UK) reported

@Hyperoptic second time i am having outage with them and no one is able to fix it. I rely on the internet for work. Also, since joining ive only been getting 1/3 of the speed i was supposed to get

  • sophiefoskettt foz (@sophiefoskettt) reported

@Hyperoptic the most unreliable, rude and humiliating customer service I have ever experienced… do better and reply to your customers instead of ignoring them until the next payment day so you can charge them an extra month (or 3) when they wanted to cancel. Sickening

  • tomcoady Tom Coady (@tomcoady) reported

@Hyperoptic why are you ignoring my support requests by email and using your contact form?

  • Juliannochie Seemore (ジュリアン) (@Juliannochie) reported

@Hyperoptic I’ve been waiting for 5 days for my activation. They responded to my last tweet, but now I seem to have entered the black hole that is Customer Services
