.@hyperoptic has worst #CustomerService I’ve ever experienced. Our internet was meant to be activated 19 days ago + still doesn’t work + no guarantee when it will. Every person I speak to tells me I need to speak to someone else who isn’t avail. for 48hrs. #help #fail @WhichUK

Still no fix and zero updates from the @Hyperoptic support team. Embarrassing service from a firm who claim to have 24/7 support. 3rd day without internet, when my wife relies on it for work. Total joke

@CommunityFibre Please come to SW9! I was with you guys before moving house - such a good service! Now I'm stuck with @Hyperoptic and am on day 3 of no internet for the second time in <6months. Last time was over actual Christmas, for 4 days.

@Matthew_Wright Camden eh? Middle of our capital city but mobile signal that won't go through walls & internet through wires. We've just had @Hyperoptic put in & very impressed. 500gps & no drop outs. It's like a new world. Still have to hang out the window to get 5g phone reception 😜

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS my internet connection suddenly disappeared 3 weeks ago and no one from the helpline seems to be able to help! I am the only one in the entire building with the issue and tour engineers can’t find a solution so I keep being asked to wait. Can you advise?

@StevenNT G Network Tried my hardest with Hyperoptic but for some reason they seem to have some issues causing delays in my area. I got multiple emails assuring me that they're on the way still but every time I asked I was told they couldn't give a definite date 🫤

@virginmedia As soon as Hyperoptic or Community Fibre is available here, I'll be cancelling my contract with Virgin Media. You had your chances and you still let me down.
