Another week where @Hyperoptic have broken my IPv6 having only just gotten it working. Third time. This time just a week after fixing it last time. How I long for the days where I could choose which ISP I use.

@virginmedia it actually baffles me how you are still active as a company. Your service is terrible, your customers are leaving and now that @Hyperoptic and @CommunityFibre are here, I am just counting the days they are available in my area. Virgin Do Better!

@Hyperoptic so disappointed with this company. Huge lack of information between Engeneer and the customer service. I was told that my apartment is unserviceable while the whole building has Hyperoptic.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS One of your engineers was digging up the cables in SE1 and now I have no internet in the house. I spoke to the engineer and they said that no damage to the wires should have occurred, but I still dont have internet

@Uklawyer123 @freetoswitch @Hyperoptic 1/2 While we'd love to help, in our T&C we state that we guarantee service at the address where the account is opened. We can't guarantee that we can provide our services at other addresses in case you decide to move during the commitment period.

@HannahAlOthman Depends on what kind of connection (e.g. is it BT "full fibre"?). Virgin can oversubscribe leading to slower speeds at peak times (but can be a problem with anyone). If BT are offering ~60 Mbps or less try Virgin? In Manc worth check for local fibre first (e.g. hyperoptic, brsk)
