It’s been an entire day without internet.I have been calling the whole day. Baffles me that none of your engineers even attempted to visit the property. Poor Service!!!

It’s been almost a day and it baffles me why no one was even available to make an attempt to visit the property. Poor Service!

Sophia (@sophiaranting) reported@Hyperoptic never thought I'd be left without internet in London, so thanks for that, will be switching to @bt_uk asap. You will also be compensating me for my @ThreeUK bill because I have no choice but to hotspot my phone in the meantime.
