    @Hyperoptic Waited nearly 4 weeks for a router to be delivered, and cancelled today, after being told for the 5th time, "we'll put the order in now, and a router will arrive to you in 1 to 2 business days." Terrible service, so disappointed.

    @HyperopticCS @greenovosch I'm in Birmingham (B5, EDGBASTON) and experiencing the same issues! No WiFi at all. How long until we have a fix Hyperoptic??
