James Nicholls (@jamesjnicholls) reported@SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!
-
Nicky Hill (@nickyjanehill) reportedUrrrgh got my new @Hyperoptic broadband installed not realising what a nightmare it would be to get all my smart devices connected. 4 hours with Amazon customer help and only one reconnected after very tricky technical instructions followed. Be warned if you have older devices!
-
Rick Sanchez (@RickSanchezDJ) reported@theashrb Hyperoptic is actually a good network (used to work for them). Starlink makes sense if you live in the sticks
-
NozzaOneHand (@NozzaOneHand) reportedI am seriously confused why we are stuck paying ridiculous prices for 1GB Internet from @virginmedia because @toobbroadband and @Hyperoptic won’t get there stuff together to help the north of the UK
-
𝔙𝔦𝔩𝔩𝔞𝔦𝔫𝔢𝔩𝔩𝔢 ✨ (@tang0ic3bl4st) reportedGuessing @Hyperoptic is down in most of London but the sounds of it?
-
Tony Costanza (@BarryDavid69562) reported@Hyperoptic no internet and no updates for over 6 hours in WC1X 9HF - simply “hopefully it works soon”. What is going on - give your customers transparency on issues and estimated time of fix. This is unacceptable
-
Sean Geraghty (@cedarmaster) reported@Hyperoptic I have had no service for 3 days and am currently without internet. I now have to wait another week for an engineer visit. Not good enough.
-
James Nicholls (@jamesjnicholls) reported@tpilla @CryptoCap97 @Hyperoptic He was wrong about the numbers - the outage was also in Gloucester where I am, Cheltenham, and somewhere else according to the automated message I got when I called. Doesn't seem like they pass information between departments very well!
