@GeeMcWhizz @ron_mould @StFilansDream Of course. You highlighted another area that makes it even more unfair is that it seems only BT gets tax payers cash, Hyperoptic, Gigaclear, VM etc as they don't have nationwide coverage don't get bungs. BT inherited their network from the GPO. Tebbit has a lot to answer for.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Great job managing to get an outage in Leamington right before the weekend and then not bothering to fix it, because according to customer service you can’t send engineers on the weekend (I guess being on-call doesnt exist?)

@GirlGiada There are a couple of free things to check first. Electronic equipment near your router could be interfering (move it/other stuff) or the signal could be competing with a nearby neighbours router. Call hyperoptic tech help desk for advice on how to adjust it.

  • goron59 A.Mill… (@goron59) reported

@Hyperoptic Zero stars at the moment. No service at all.
