    @Hyperoptic I was tired of being stuck in the slow lane with BT "Superfast" Broadband. So I decided to switch to Hyperoptic Gigabit Broadband. Six months later - I feel like an Internet VIP. Best decision ever. #10YearsOfHyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic yet again no damn Internet. We've had nowt but aggro since switching from Sky. Taking money from the bank before our account had even been activated, low wifi speeds, very poor connection (if & when it works). I bet u don't refund us for the days we are without WiFi?

    @Hyperoptic have the slowest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Been trying for almost a month to sort internet with no avail: avoid.
