    @MarcSDuffy @bt_uk Hyperoptic has been amazing for me, much cheaper and customer service is really streamlined.

    Moment of bafflement today. @Hyperoptic why on earth would you declare an issue closed when we send you nearly daily emails asking you to resolve said issue??

    I had such high hopes of @Hyperoptic . So quick to respond when selling me their service. Now I have a problem, 15 min and counting on hold. #sameoldsameold As I am still in my cooling off period, I suggest you pick up the phone ASAP or I am off back to BT
