@Hyperoptic What’s the usual waiting time between you installing your infrastructure on a telegraph pole and the service being available to order? There are cables looped up and taped to the pole by my house which were added in December but no update since then. Thanks

@HyperopticCS I’ve had no service for 28 days now. Is this acceptable? I was laughed by your team every time I asked if the time frame is hours, days, weeks or months. Shall I start adding years? Because still nobody knows, and I’m not allowed to speak to a manager. @Hyperoptic

@Hyperoptic what are your people doing banging and making noise at night outside my house. Tonight is the 4th time I have been kept away in last 2 months! We don’t even have your cable down our street!!

So very disappointing that @Hyperoptic can't provide a 7-day engineer service to mend our severed fibre cable and can't even tell us when we might have Internet restored next week. Will seriously disrupt our work schedule. I'm sure competitors would do a lot better

@AshScrivens @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I’m not far behind after a 7 year customer and now out of contract they’ve put my broadband only up to £60 a month. Community Fibre for a faster speed at £25!

@hwallop @GNetworkComms I get the impression from looking at tweets and talking to some of our clients that GNetwork is unreliable and support poor. Do you regret taking the service out? They dug our street up (Highbury) in July but haven't installed yet, Hyperoptic will be here in a few weeks.

@virginmedia Also not even near the fastest speeds. Hyperoptic have 1gb packages and are symmetrical. What you get down you also get up. I pay for 350mbs but lucky to get 200 most days. Whilst the upload is 34mbs. Hardly worth the 33% rise is it?

Being a customer at @Hyperoptic is WILD. Each time a person comes back to me with an offer it changes. Given an offer at 9pm last night. Then it’s gone up 20% today before I had chance to reply. Yet neighbour got 30% less cost for better at same time. Is this the stock exchange?

Upgraded my 150Mbps broadband to 1Gbps broadband. Thank you @Hyperoptic for the quick service. Came a long way from 100kbps days to 1Gbps. I am waiting for the day when WiFi routers are able to support full 1Gbps. Currently, one would get somewhere between 400-700Mbps over WiFi.

@HyperopticCEO not only did our service fail over Christmas and new year between 23rd Dec and 6th Jan. Now our service is out again for the weekend. Customer service people are pleasant bit there is something fundamentally wrong......@Hyperoptic
