  • PedroT70 ArmchairCritique (@PedroT70) reported

@Hyperoptic Last night i down loaded a 2.39Gb game in around 2 minutes on your 500Mb/sec service. Bonkers speed. That breaks all my previous download records over the years.

  • Q09138879 Q (@Q09138879) reported

@HyperopticCS Service is down during an important conference call "due to a third party outtage" . No update from hyperoptic, and not picking up the phone for the last 30 minutes straight. Would be great to get some kind of feedback or an estimate at least

  • johntoal1989 Slayer (@johntoal1989) reported

@Hyperoptic my nets been slow all day today

  • Marc_Bubbles Marc (@Marc_Bubbles) reported from Manchester, England

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS another unsuccessful attempt to connect service! Put through to the advanced team which was a mailbox full and the line hung up! 30 mins passed around 😡

  • ollie299792458 Oliver Black (@ollie299792458) reported

@TalkTalk You seem to be under the impression that only your customers can call out your bad behaviour and hypocrisy. I'm with @ThreeUK & @Hyperoptic - neither have tried to shaft anyone on a fixed term contract.

  • dannylavelle_ HolyPanda (@dannylavelle_) reported

@Hyperoptic service is down in Manchester. Please can you sort ASAP.

  • joods Andrew G (@joods) reported

@Hyperoptic I would love to but your company has done half the job and disappeared, lousy service.

  • AJPendleton Andrew Pendleton (@AJPendleton) reported

@CommunityFibre @Hyperoptic But surely it would be better if we had one set of cables, owned by the local authority or community in some form, and then commissioned the service provider. In the meantime, loads of places aren't cabled at all.

  • NetherSchot NetherSchot (@NetherSchot) reported

@BobKindred @TinpotJ That's not how they put broadband (optic fibre) in. They would be micro-trenching that, which doesn't break paving (might cut through sections though obviously). Just ask CityFibre, HyperOptic or others. What you see here is car damage.

  • KingNoosh IC4 Male (@KingNoosh) reported

@systemantix @virginmedia @Hyperoptic Good phone support underrated. I don’t understand why it gets cheaped out on so much

  • MeleeCitizen Citizen of Mêlée (@MeleeCitizen) reported

@HyperopticCS Order form says "please start my hyperoptic service as soon as possible". Is there a step I've missed to request it to be activated after we move in?

  • FOSHgardens Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Everdon, England

These issues are now nearing resolution. We anticipate that, barring any further technical issues, Hyperoptic will switch the service on by week ending 16 April 2021” 2/2

@Hyperoptic Must admit, your service for over a year has never failed. 👍

  • Kayleighdance5 Kayleigh dance (@Kayleighdance5) reported

@HyperopticCS @CarrieHFletcher Been with hyperoptic since November 2020 as I switched over from sky. Sky was giving me 15-17 mbps for £29 a month and the connection was terrible. Didn’t even want to come out and fix the issues I had with dropping out etc. Was the best move I made by coming over too these guys
