@Hyperoptic I’ve called, emailed and DM’d you about my connection going down and accessing compensation and haven’t had any meaningful response in 2 days. Is this a concerted effort to stop people getting their compensation? …is that legal? 🤔

Dear @Hyperoptic you keep saying you will come and fix my internet but you haven’t yet and people (yes multiple!) send me horrible messages if I don’t reply in a certain time period (I don’t know what that period is.) So please can you hurry up 🙏🏽

@SettaSoeyono @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Yes very slow customer service, their service is sooooooooo bad and slow.

Monte (@ViscountMonte) reported
@Ccynica @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Agreed, I sent them a DM as requested and just received a generic brush off with no ETA of resolution. Given the issue and experience the 24/7 support appears to be a myth.

@AuroraNiav @Hyperoptic We are sorry to learn you haven't yet heard from our support team Aurora, please note they are overwhelmed with requests, but they always ensure that all are handled in due time and noted on your account. We will send you a direct message to offer an alternative.

After 3 frustrating days dealing with @Hyperoptic customer services, I finally got to talk to the amazing Aleksa N in Serbia. Not only was he able to fully explain the situation, he was clearly being honest, which was appreciated above all else 1/

Hello @Hyperoptic why do I need to pay more as a existing customer to renew? I missed the deadline and reached out and got charged more than what you offer new customer. Is this fair #hyperoptic @HyperopticCS

@Hyperoptic should be using Aleksa N as a consultant to teach their training staff how customer service should be done. It shouldn't have taken me so long to get through to someone like him.
