@ajhall23 @Hyperoptic Has anybody got a Hyperoptic internet connection at the moment? Seems like they've just given up trying to provide a service of any sort (except posting memes on twitter of course)

@hyperoptic I miss your high quality internet connection. How come you have such brilliant connection and customer support when @bt_uk struggle so? Perhaps you can give them a few tips?

10 weeks since to my escalation, 4 weeks since my follow up, zero response from @Hyperoptic! Service live in the block for over 12 weeks, with only a couple of apartments installed. Is this tweet enough to get a response, or is posting a review on @Trustpilot? #fibrebroadband

@Hyperoptic I've been trying to set up a broadband contract with your team for the past 1 week but have had the slowest and poorest service + response time I've ever experienced with any company as a new customer. Can someone please help?

@Hyperoptic My internet went down yesterday morning and it's still not back. Me and my husband work from home, so I called many times, and everytime was a different update - first the engineeer would be on site by 3pm, then by 8pm, then he didn't get access to the building

Trying to get hold of @Hyperoptic because my WiFi’s been down for 2 hours isn’t exactly how I planned on spending my Saturday night

@ashic @Hyperoptic At least it works for you, just wait until it doesn't. Response times, fix times and customer support all non-existent. Customer service is limited to sending memes.

@Dafydd_62 @Hyperoptic (I would say, when it works it's great and really fast - it's just such a bloody shame that their CS is such an awful experience).

@Dafydd_62 @Hyperoptic Aye, I believe that BT have teamed up with EE to cover their outages in the same way. The first time we got hot with a 24hour+ outage, I wasn't able to get the unlimited data, I resolved that as soon as I could and had to use it multiple times in 12 months.
