    @Hyperoptic Suggestion, you should offer a free 0800 number for customers to call you if there is a fault in service

    @firaskamal The guy told me from hyperoptic, check down detector there are thousand of people in the same boat not just hyperoptic all the other providers as well. But what I don't understand is I can't log in to fut 22 companion app and some other apps when I am connected to wi-fi at home.

    @Piskopat54Yazar @firaskamal @AskPS_UK Don't suppose you've had any more luck with this? Me and my flatmate are unable to launch FFXIV's launcher on PC or Windows Updates without tethering to our phones, so seems like a Hyperoptic problem?
