@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic can someone take a look at your DNS, Apple Music streaming isn’t working on it. Using mobile network or VPN it does, your default router settings and I assume the DNS are at fault.

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Hopefully it’s quicker than when one of your engineers unplugged my connection and it took a month to get someone to admit that might be the issue and send an engineer.

@Hyperoptic internet is down (again).. told it will take until 29 March for an engineer to visit - completely unacceptable as 2 of us work from home and for the reasons explained to your customer service team … so I just drove past your van on my street? You need to sort this!

@Hyperoptic Really slow service at N5 1FN for the past 4 months. Currently at 55Mbps. Especially bad when just connecting to a website.

@carlfairclough I had to ensure I could get @Hyperoptic gigabit at home before we moved somewhere... Can't be dealing with anything sub 100meg, Even @dock10 business in "MEDIA CITY" is sub 100mb and three times the price its hilarious how bad some ISP's are

Hey @Hyperoptic what's the point of sending out sales teams to flats and getting them knocking on existing customers doors? I've had that twice now in the last 3 months. Surely they should know which flats already have service?

Viewed many developments. I would value working Hyperoptic service at £100k premium. Think about how expensive it is to provision 1Gbps microwave internet or leased line over the lifetime of the house.
