"What are the localised issues in #communities, what resources do we as a business have available, and what do we need to do to make sure our customers take up the opportunities we provide? It isn’t just about giving them a device." - James Prowse, @Hyperoptic #Housing2022

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS I’d like to know where my broadband is? I was told 6-8 wks - but after 9 wks there’s still no sign of installation! No one answers emails or website queries & even talking to engineers in the street - they had no idea we were waiting for install! Poor!

@Hyperoptic Useless company, my neighbour next door has your service, yet your post code checker not working my address, no calls back, no comms at all. Now i am receiving emails stating "still working in your area". @CommunityFibre never let me down, and provide top class service in London.

Stay clear of @Hyperoptic, waiting 9 days en-counting to get broadband activated. Customer Service just say ticket is raised and no updates from Technical team, apparently "Urgent priority". Sometimes it's worth paying a bit more for a much better service.

@Hillingdon @Hyperoptic Will this include a landline phone service? Many full fibre services don't, which means being forced to pay for a mobile phone separately. Elderly social housing residents in particular may still prefer the simplicity of a fixed landline.
