Hyperoptic Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
ally (@exhalemoons) reported. @Hyperoptic is literally the worst Wi-Fi service provider ever. I’ve been trying to activate my service whilst PAYING for it for over two weeks and you just leave me on hold every time I call you
-
JitanEDM (@JitanEDM) reported@Desborough9John @Hyperoptic These guys are the worst support, looks like they have only new people who have no clue what to report or log or do most of the time. I’m on day 18, engineer finally came yesterday and said someone had completely messed around with the wires in the central bit of the building.
-
Prashant Mishra (@prashant041086) reported@Hyperoptic I work from home. I cant work without internet. Either I have to go to office which is 2 hours one way or loose 2 weeks of pay. And there is no way to get early appointment. This is reddiculous. Extra price+installation charge still wait for 2 weeks. Help appreciated
-
Vivek (@xZPRUntaojgAHOT) reportedI’ve provided all the necessary informations every time I called. Talked to customer service over the phone and chat thrice but all the false promises. I can’t work from home due to this. Hope I kept back up virgin media plan. Never knew @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic this bad.
-
Tomasz Rykała (@tomaszrykala) reported@Hyperoptic You're the best. Shame you aren't everywhere though. I miss you after moving out of the apartment in which I had you 150 mbps up/down <3
-
JitanEDM (@JitanEDM) reported@BusSafetyRep Provisioning should take all of about 5 minutes by the ISP. It’s literally just sending an address to your router and registering it to receive connection to the internet. I have no idea why hyperoptic have a network team that takes forever to do this.
-
Ironside (@ironside) reported@tomcoady @Hyperoptic Yeah Tom hide it in the dms please so that everyone else can’t see how our support makes promises and then fails to meet them 🤫
-
Jay Taylor (@jaytay1or) reported@thisisAlanTurk I would avoid Three like the plague, frankly. I had a terrible time with them. Download speeds were snail pace. Poor customer service. I’d try to get Hyperoptic or Community Fibre if I were you :)
-
Yeptch (@yeptch) reported@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS have had 500mb down speed since “upgrading” to 1gb over 5 weeks ago. Why do I have to keep chasing you guys when I get told I’d be provided w/ an update. Absolute sh*tshow. And still no compensation when my device went down for 4 days after “upgrading”.
-
PyrionFlax (@PyrionFlax) reportedso virgin media tell me it's a "signal noise ratio outage" in my area. been 2 months unfixable apparently. of course, none of this is mentioned on the service status page.... please @Hyperoptic or someone else expand here. please. I beg you. please god.
