The engineer has been on site for 3 hours now and your email said it would be fixed by 530 pm and it’s now after 7pm? An update that contained some information would be a good start.

My old provider (hyperoptic) let me have 2 diff wi-fi connections on my router, 1 for 2.4ghz and other for 5ghz (diff benefits to each one), it'd separate what your devices are connected to
