@SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

I can’t work from home today because my @Hyperoptic wifi has now been broken for nine days, I can’t cycle because it’s too hot, and the only form of air conditioned public transport is on a restricted service 😔

@BenLinley4 @erichoko96 No, Amazon live is '****' and barely works on certain platforms and devices. Keep shilling. 1Gb Hyperoptic internet, wired, Apple 4K TV box - yet quality for the live football (only) was horrendous. Switched over to my Amazon firecube instead and it was fine. Case in point.

Usually i let this stuff slide, but the customer service i just received from @Hyperoptic is really poor. Even though i've been with them for multiple years, won't offer me the same offer i had 4 days ago and then hung up on me just now. Crazy
