Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, England@SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, EnglandFrom @Hyperoptic “At this moment we cannot take installation orders on this site. While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

Mark Kelly (@GlueWhichBinds) reported from Walthamstow, England@jeffsprogress @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I was with Hyperoptic for 4 years, not a single outage I can recall. Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.

-
M. (@mariucha77) reported@donedgley1 @lulu_veganx @Hyperoptic The only thing they acknowledge is a bad review in Trustpilot, we get ignored everywhere else
-
justin (@jamsmcp) reported@Hyperoptic I have had no Internet since Wednesday afternoon. Your team let me know that the earliest available time for someone to come out is Friday afternoon. 48 hours without Internet that literally controls everything plus working from home has been a poor experience 🤧😠😤
-
Josh Billings (@_JoshBillings) reported@Hyperoptic why is your website / account section completely down? Chat support also completely down. No way to contact anyone. I have never been less impressed with a company I’ve signed up with. Huge sales team to get you in and then absolutely shocking once you sign up
-
JollyLeaf (@Comik99) reported@Hyperoptic no internet service in SE7 7FS. Multiple households are reporting issue. Do you know anything about it?
-
SmileyGFace (@SmileyGFace1) reported@Hyperoptic Your post states that I can contact Customer Support via the online chat but when I try, I get an everlasting waiting to respond signal. I can see how embarrassing it is for your lack of customer support to be advertised on social media. Not a good advert, is it?
-
Nelly Friday (@menticapti) reported@root3vil @Hyperoptic Have they been sold? The customer service used to be so good.
-
Ryan 🤠 (@Slimothy_James) reportedIntermittent speeds as low as 0.35Kbps from @Hyperoptic for the last 3 weeks. Totally unusable service. Somehow the faster and more reliable of the two providers that actually cover my building so I can't switch, otherwise I would. Great job, guys.
-
Marcelo Hidalgo (@mhmnat1) reported@Hyperoptic is there a problem with the internet? I don’t have service.
-
Nicky Hill (@nickyjanehill) reportedUrrrgh got my new @Hyperoptic broadband installed not realising what a nightmare it would be to get all my smart devices connected. 4 hours with Amazon customer help and only one reconnected after very tricky technical instructions followed. Be warned if you have older devices!
-
Jean-Paul Percival (@joyjppercival) reported@Hyperoptic 16 hours no service, no updates no respond to chat and call. Most useless service provider ever.
