While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

You can’t just switch to another provider, first you have to pay £450 in this inst.

Danielle (@F1Danii) reported@ironside @nzlata @Hyperoptic Initially they claimed the cables had been vandalised, took them nearly 2 weeks to fix. Within 24 hours the service broke again after ‘maintenance works’, I needed to wait for an engineer to rectify which took nearly another week. Just seems to be problems after problems.
