We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

Rory (@RHt95) reported@HyperopticCS Hi, we've had constant issues with Hyperoptic since we moved in - our WiFi works fine, but we cannot use any mobile apps on the hyperoptic wifi (Spotify, Messenger, Instagram, etc.) Every time I've contacted the support team, they reset the DNS - still no fix.

BT and SKy were in the middle range and @virginmedia were voted the second worst.I can’t believe how much of my precious time I have wasted dealing with them and still no result. Paul Thompson (@tommo_68) reported@aaronosher @Hyperoptic Price go up a lot when renewing the contract and & if their service goes down as ours did recently it took 3.5 days to b restored and as over a weekend no official compensation offered. Would not suggest using Hyperoptic if you can't b without a service when there is problems
