Plus you hold monopoly in my area.

aeris daddy (@thekuntz69) reported from Barnet, EnglandAny news on the NW9 internet outage as it enters hour 27 @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS ? The engineer has been on site for 3 hours now and your email said it would be fixed by 530 pm and it’s now after 7pm? An update that contained some information would be a good start.
-
aeris daddy (@thekuntz69) reported from Barnet, EnglandSo will @HyperopticCS or @Hyperoptic update the residents of Beaufort park NW9 as to what’s actually happening with the outage or will they just ignore us again and slink off for the evening? I’m going for the latter.

Gabor (@GaborPfalzer) reported from Kensington, England@BigupJeff @virginmedia Yeah, unfortunately. We are okay with the service, that’s why we kept it in the new one, but the customer service is a joke. Had @Hyperoptic once, was absolutely brilliant. Too bad it’s rarely available.
-
Alex (@AlexRM) reported from Camberwell, EnglandHey @Hyperoptic I’ve just spent over an hour waiting to speak to someone in your Support team when the line hung up. Not impressed. Still waiting for my newly installed internet to start work. It’s now been 48 hours after install and still nothing…

Alex Pasfield (@The_Stockboy) reported from London, England@Hyperoptic is there any update on when service will be restored to SE10 customers? Or at least when an engineer can be expected on-site?
-
aeris daddy (@thekuntz69) reported from Barnet, EnglandAnd of course no update. Shocking customer service from @Hyperoptic and @HyperopticCS . 3 updates in 24 hours for an issue affecting 100s of accounts is not acceptable.
-
Mark Kelly (@GlueWhichBinds) reported from Walthamstow, England@jeffsprogress @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I was with Hyperoptic for 4 years, not a single outage I can recall. Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.
-
Kapali (@chawlakapali) reported from London, England@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic And being in customer support you should have some respect for GDPR. That’s the reason I did not post people’s names. I have their full addresses with@post code if only u cared to DM n ask. #unethicalHyperoptic

Wayne Kettell (@wpmoyakettell) reported@tommo_68 @Hyperoptic Same here Paul. No service since 17th June and there’s zero communication when they’ll fix their issue. We’re new customers so this is our first experience with them. Would not recommend.

Paul Thompson (@tommo_68) reported@Hyperoptic Our Internet has been down since 13:30 11th June. Engineering finally turned up at 18:30 12th June and now needs to be fixed at another location. If Hyperoptic had taken action yesterday it might have been sorted by now. Appalling services. Don't touch them

-
Jason #WearAFuckingMask 🌈 (@Lewishamdreamer) reported@Hyperoptic @thinkbroadband Hi we're moving house to Hither Green on Wednesday, and we're really sad we'll be losing Hyperoptic access as a result. The service we've had from you in Deptford has been really good. We absolutely don't want to use Virgin Media but we seem to have no choice.
-
Paul Thompson (@tommo_68) reported@Hyperoptic Awful service when things go wrong. Don't touch them. Others may be slower but never had this sort of problem elsewhere
