Mark Kelly (@GlueWhichBinds) reported from Walthamstow, England@jeffsprogress @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I was with Hyperoptic for 4 years, not a single outage I can recall. Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.

Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, England@SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. AKP (@witless_duck) reported@Hyperoptic how come your service quality standards have stooped so low? Paying 40GBP+ per month and yet the network outage has left me with no internet for the past 3 days. Cannot attend meetings, cannot do anything. Tech support requires waiting for 30 minutes.
-
Den Perry (@RedArmy99) reported@MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv If you are a residential customer with access to AltNets like YouFibre or Hyperoptic, you’d be an idiot to consider Starlink.

SmileyGFace (@SmileyGFace1) reported@Hyperoptic Your post states that I can contact Customer Support via the online chat but when I try, I get an everlasting waiting to respond signal. I can see how embarrassing it is for your lack of customer support to be advertised on social media. Not a good advert, is it?
