We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.
-
Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, EnglandFrom @Hyperoptic “At this moment we cannot take installation orders on this site. While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

Mark Kelly (@GlueWhichBinds) reported from Walthamstow, England@jeffsprogress @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I was with Hyperoptic for 4 years, not a single outage I can recall. Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.

-
Rick Sanchez (@RickSanchezDJ) reported@theashrb Hyperoptic is actually a good network (used to work for them). Starlink makes sense if you live in the sticks
-
KusariNinja 🏴🏴 (@KusariNinja) reported@jammach @theashrb @Hyperoptic I used to use hyperoptic. Their service was very unreliable. A few xmas's so we were without internet for over a week due to not having access to the cabinet on our estate. We're with community fibre now which has been much more reliable (and faster)
-

-
van woosen (@woosen7717) reported@Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic My internet keeps randomly dropping out, multiple times in a single month, and each outage lasts days. On top of that, calling support often means waiting 30–40 minutes just to be told it can’t be fixed. This level of instability is really annoying
