We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

We've organized an engineer visit, and they should be there any minute to fix the connection. We hope it will be fixed ASAP. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
