    I can’t work from home today because my @Hyperoptic wifi has now been broken for nine days, I can’t cycle because it’s too hot, and the only form of air conditioned public transport is on a restricted service 😔

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.
