-
Kapali (@chawlakapali) reported from London, England@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic And being in customer support you should have some respect for GDPR. That’s the reason I did not post people’s names. I have their full addresses with@post code if only u cared to DM n ask. #unethicalHyperoptic
-
Dr Agnes Arnold-Forster (@agnesjuliet) reported from Camberwell, EnglandI can’t work from home today because my @Hyperoptic wifi has now been broken for nine days, I can’t cycle because it’s too hot, and the only form of air conditioned public transport is on a restricted service 😔
-
Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, EnglandLooking forward to a message from @HyperopticCS. We were told that our service would start w/c 16 April. Can we have an update as that didn’t happen.@Hyperoptic
-
Nuclear Summer (@lizardUnicorn) reported from London, England@Hyperoptic filled in a form online, but never submitted it because I wanted to check if I can get out of my current contract with BT. Now I'm getting bombarded with sales call from your team. WtAF?
-
Kapali (@chawlakapali) reported from London, England@Hyperoptic u have increased yearly commitment contract prices by 25% !!!! But for a new customer who starts with Hyperoptic can still avail the same price I was paying last year. This is insane ! Why this disparity between old and new customer? Plus you hold monopoly in my area.
-
Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, England@SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.
-
Kalpitha Reddy (@kalpitha_reddy) reported from Poplar, England@Hyperoptic any timeframe on when the Wi-Fi issues will be resolved please. It’s been fairly 14+ hours since the outage in Canary Wharf.
-
Alex (@AlexRM) reported from Camberwell, EnglandHey @Hyperoptic I’ve just spent over an hour waiting to speak to someone in your Support team when the line hung up. Not impressed. Still waiting for my newly installed internet to start work. It’s now been 48 hours after install and still nothing…
-
Steve Race (@steve_race) reported from Islington, England@vmrampulla @virginmedia @Hyperoptic Sadly had hyperoptic in my old flat, which was great and neither they nor G-Network are yet available on my street 🙄🙄🙄
-
Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, EnglandFrom @Hyperoptic “At this moment we cannot take installation orders on this site. While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”
-
Alex Pasfield (@The_Stockboy) reported from London, England@Hyperoptic is there any update on when service will be restored to SE10 customers? Or at least when an engineer can be expected on-site?
-
Alex Pasfield (@The_Stockboy) reported from London, England@gregpower @Hyperoptic In all honesty it has been great for a number of years. But I’m the last couple of months they seem to have hit problems. This is the second time I have experienced a major outage with them.

-
Flowerbomb212 (@Flowerbomb212) reported@Hyperoptic you’re not experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls. Your renewals team are most likely offline. Why don’t you say that instead of lying, especially to customers who are looking to potentially cancel? Shambolic service.
-
thinkbroadband.com (@thinkbroadband) reported@AbPMet Hyperoptic have told us this wouldn't be related. Please contact their support (or DM us your details (name, e-mail address you use with Hyperoptic, postcode and flat number) and we'll ask them to look at it).
-
Eddie (@EddieMakesGames) reportedHey @Hyperoptic I think your network has just died - I live in a complex with exclusively hyperoptic and all networks apart from a sky connection have died
-
NEARK0 (@Nearko_) reported@Hyperoptic your service is down in my area! And you have no ******* call centres open to help! What a joke!!
-
Darán 🏆LFCCHAMP20NS🏆 (@DazLFC79) reported@MoneySavingExp Been with @Hyperoptic for 7 years, loyal to a fault yet my charges go up every year while I see new customers only pay less than half for exactly same service. Appalling. There needs to be legislation to stop this inequity, deeply unfair & greedy. Complaining gets nowhere either
-
Copious cups of tea (@Iron_B__) reportedReceived the most disgusting “service” from @Hyperoptic this evening. Called to discuss a cancellation fee being applied unfairly only to have my time wasted by the most awful person deliberately going round in circles trying to avoid the subject. Disgusting.
-
Gunjan Arora (@gunjanarora001) reported@Hyperoptic - broadband down for over 30 minutes and your customer care unreachable. Downdetector also showing multiple reports, is there an known outage?
-
Max Richardson (@MaxRichSES) reported@Hyperoptic I am sick of chasing and chasing, to essentially be told that you taking money is my problem. I pre-empted this was going to happen so I initially called to check no fee was going to be taken. Then I got a pre-warning of an upcoming (wrong) bill.
-
vsquad22 (@StainYNWA) reported@Hyperoptic Definitely not hyper reliable. London, NW10 has dropped to 2Mbps even though I paid for 1Gb. I've been on hold with tech support for 45 minutes and then the connection mysteriously drops out. Get it sorted for goodness sake! Cheap prices = poor service
-
babycakes (@Ry0hitan) reported@FourthStreetDan @Hyperoptic Is this occurring in W9 I have the same issue
