Just so we’re clear though I literally spent over 100 hours trying to download it because the Bt WiFi hotspot is awful and @Hyperoptic can’t seem to install my wifi despite it all being installed in my building... I know it’s a #FirstWorldProblem by try a pandemic with no WiFi...

Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

@SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

@sunraios @HyperopticCS Outages are always inconvenient. Especially with the amount of stuff we do online these days. Practically everything! I've been with HyperOptic for 2 years and this is only the second outage I have had. From what I hear about Virgin Media, outages are a weekly occurrence.

@oiltraderlondon There are a small number of inner urban blackspots - too urban to qualify for subsidies for broadband rollout - but with antiquated infrastructure NONE of the providers have bothered to upgrade. BT, Virgin, Hyperoptic etc have ALL failed to offer better service in the blackspots
