    @SamPallis @Hyperoptic Theyโ€™ve said theyโ€™ll call but nothing yet. We donโ€™t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

    Just so weโ€™re clear though I literally spent over 100 hours trying to download it because the Bt WiFi hotspot is awful and @Hyperoptic canโ€™t seem to install my wifi despite it all being installed in my building... I know itโ€™s a #FirstWorldProblem by try a pandemic with no WiFi...

    Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

    Slow ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ for the @Hyperoptic operative in the mini van who nearly ran into the back of me on old kent Rd GB++MVK Wasn't enough that the road is icy, you wanted 2 fiddle on whatever you had in your ๐Ÿคš๐Ÿพ rather than being aware of what was going on around you like the red lights &๐Ÿ

    @Hyperoptic How about a Christmas gift of fixing your service when it goes down?! Waiting more than a week now in E1 for Hyperoptic to fix its outage. All the Hyperoptic customers in our building in Whitechapel are without any internet service now- v disappointed with your customer service
