Plus you hold monopoly in my area.

Paul Thompson (@tommo_68) reported@Hyperoptic Wouldn't recommend signing up with Hyperoptic. When the internet is down, usually weekends their attitude is tough luck, we'll fix it during the working week. Had issues with this several times, so they cannot be bothered with customers Internet. Cannot work from home with them

SanchoMagnifico (@SanchoMagnifico) reported@jamesjnicholls @Hyperoptic That’s because Virgin have an actual team behind them. Hyperoptic service center is probably run out of some clown’s basement.
-
Flowerbomb212 (@Flowerbomb212) reported@Hyperoptic you’re not experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls. Your renewals team are most likely offline. Why don’t you say that instead of lying, especially to customers who are looking to potentially cancel? Shambolic service.
-
van woosen (@woosen7717) reported@Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic My internet keeps randomly dropping out, multiple times in a single month, and each outage lasts days. On top of that, calling support often means waiting 30–40 minutes just to be told it can’t be fixed. This level of instability is really annoying
