Kapali (@chawlakapali) reported from London, England@Hyperoptic u have increased yearly commitment contract prices by 25% !!!! But for a new customer who starts with Hyperoptic can still avail the same price I was paying last year. This is insane ! Why this disparity between old and new customer? Plus you hold monopoly in my area.

Marisa Peek (@TheOneMarisa) reported@Hyperoptic our service has been disrupted since Saturday. @Ofcom regulations state compensation is due if not resumed within 2 working days. Your “support” tells me they conveniently found a ‘new fault’ as of end of 2nd working day and you are restarting the clock. #ScamAlert
-
Graham Hesketh (@Hesketh_GD) reported@Hyperoptic Your tech support is non-existent. No tech support on chat. No email. Only phone. Don't even have hold music! Just repeat same sentence saying "We are currently experiencing a higher than usual call volume" on every call. No choice but to hang up. Service very intermittent.
-
Paul Thompson (@tommo_68) reported@Hyperoptic When the internet is down though you cannot switch.
-
Chris Murphy (@AggressiveCool) reported@Hyperoptic Leading the way for fast Wi-Fi in blocks of flats. Very hard where I live, but very helpful, very good customer service never had no problems. When I was with ee, I had nothing but problems. Thank you so much.

Intelligence Service 🕵🏽♂️ (@london_Iran) reported@bikhialoo 1- Good neighborhood is better than good home infra or larger flat 2- Check warm water during visit 3- Prefer to have a on-site management 4- Access to under/over ground and ELZ line is the key 5- Do lots of search, don't settle with the first flat 6- Avoid Dexters. Chase Evans if better letting agency. 7- Avoid east, go west if possible 8- Check if the home is damp or not. Check molding 9- Check consoul tax and make sure it's reasonable 10- Check avg monthly water/electricity price 11- Check if Hyperoptic has installation in the building or not 12- If you like a flat to rent, check RightMove for the building history. There might be signs of issue 13- Avoid places near council homes. 14- Take pictures of the flat if you decide to rent. This can help resolve disputes later on. 15- Always use a letting agency. Do not deal with the landlord directly. Good Luck.
