Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

BT and SKy were in the middle range and @virginmedia were voted the second worst.I can’t believe how much of my precious time I have wasted dealing with them and still no result. @aaronosher @Hyperoptic Price go up quite a bit when renewing the contract and and if ther service goes down as ours did recently it too 3.5 days to be restored and as over a weekend no official compensation offered.
