-
Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, EnglandFrom @Hyperoptic “At this moment we cannot take installation orders on this site. While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”
-
Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, England@SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

Steve Race (@steve_race) reported from Islington, England@vmrampulla @virginmedia @Hyperoptic Sadly had hyperoptic in my old flat, which was great and neither they nor G-Network are yet available on my street 🙄🙄🙄
-
Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, EnglandLooking forward to a message from @HyperopticCS. We were told that our service would start w/c 16 April. Can we have an update as that didn’t happen.@Hyperoptic
-
Mark Kelly (@GlueWhichBinds) reported from Walthamstow, England@jeffsprogress @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I was with Hyperoptic for 4 years, not a single outage I can recall. Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.

-
justin (@jamsmcp) reported@Hyperoptic I have had no Internet since Wednesday afternoon. Your team let me know that the earliest available time for someone to come out is Friday afternoon. 48 hours without Internet that literally controls everything plus working from home has been a poor experience 🤧😠😤
-
Kieron Charles (@MRKCT_) reportedSolid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.
-
Ahnaf Mahmud (@AhnafAMahmud) reportedHyperoptic down again. All lights green but no internet!
-
Tom Thornhill (@TomThornhill_2) reported@FourthStreetDan @Hyperoptic Interesting. The light on my router went green and sure enough the Internet is back up if I switch back from mobile tethering to my usual Wifi. I'm at two hours three minutes on hold but I'm at position three and it seems to be going down.
-
Don Edgley (@donedgley1) reported@mariucha77 @lulu_veganx @Hyperoptic Day 5. Supposedly they found the failed node yesterday but didn't fix it. They told me that they will be back trying again at 10am today. Incredibly slow
-
Tom Thornhill (@TomThornhill_2) reported@Hyperoptic is down and they're not answering the phone or web chat.
-
Jean-Paul Percival (@joyjppercival) reported@Hyperoptic 16 hours no service, no updates no respond to chat and call. Most useless service provider ever.
-
EKO (@EKOcasts) reported@heyimtwiggy @Hyperoptic Booked @TeamEndpoint studio for desk tomorrow cause there's "no expected resolution timeline" just a guess of 3 days 😭😭
-
James | JD 🇬🇧/🇮🇪 (@MaddogSuperior) reported@TheMexicanMoose @Hyperoptic Basically to do with the wholesale network provider, people like BT/OR have the capacity to do symmetric, but they're afraid of ruining their Leased Line business/income. DM me on Discord and I can take a look at options for you - work for an ISP on the side :)
