  • FOSHgardens
Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, England

From @Hyperoptic โ€œAt this moment we cannot take installation orders on this site. While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.โ€

  • FOSHgardens
Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, England

@SamPallis @Hyperoptic Theyโ€™ve said theyโ€™ll call but nothing yet. We donโ€™t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

  • GlueWhichBinds
Mark Kelly (@GlueWhichBinds) reported from Walthamstow, England

@jeffsprogress @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I was with Hyperoptic for 4 years, not a single outage I can recall. Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.

  • FOSHgardens
Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, England

Looking forward to a message from @HyperopticCS. We were told that our service would start w/c 16 April. Can we have an update as that didnโ€™t happen.@Hyperoptic

@Hyperoptic Wouldn't recommend signing up with Hyperoptic. When the internet is down, usually weekends their attitude is tough luck, we'll fix it during the working week. Had issues with this several times, so they cannot be bothered with customers Internet. Cannot work from home with them

@Hyperoptic have the absolute WORST customer service, no wifi for 3 days now - engineer did not turn up and they are not allowing us to rebook an engineer till they find out why. Incredibly hard to get through to them on the phone in the first place - do not recommend.

@Hyperoptic You provide speed tests on your website, but went the speed is 5% of what I pay for there isn't a means to propagate this into a support request. Is it simply there to confirm the service is performing horribly?
