We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.

A few xmas's so we were without internet for over a week due to not having access to the cabinet on our estate. We're with community fibre now which has been much more reliable (and faster)

I had Hyperoptic but now it’s disconnected too. So I don’t have nothing!! Please help me fix this issue urgently!

Footimaster (@Footimaster) reported@TomStokesFC I found Virgin to be horrible Stokes and overpriced I had to switch I highly recommend Hyperoptic if they do your area much faster upload speeds, cheaper and overall better service
