But for a new customer who starts with Hyperoptic can still avail the same price I was paying last year. This is insane ! Why this disparity between old and new customer? Plus you hold monopoly in my area.

Your service is more pathetic than the ones you can get in some remote village in India or Mongolia. I am sick of this and on top that some of your agents are extremely rude.
