Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.

We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

We had to scour Reddit to get info from 1 of your engineers. Do you have even have a comms team or did you cut them to save £££? Are they on holiday? SHOCKING.

Yet auto-billing works flawlessly—even after disconnection. How do you justify running a business like this? Your business need some human in loop to survive
