-
Steve Race (@steve_race) reported from Islington, England@vmrampulla @virginmedia @Hyperoptic Sadly had hyperoptic in my old flat, which was great and neither they nor G-Network are yet available on my street 🙄🙄🙄
-
Mark Kelly (@GlueWhichBinds) reported from Walthamstow, England@jeffsprogress @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I was with Hyperoptic for 4 years, not a single outage I can recall. Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.
-
Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, EnglandFrom @Hyperoptic “At this moment we cannot take installation orders on this site. While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”
-
Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, England@SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, EnglandLooking forward to a message from @HyperopticCS. We were told that our service would start w/c 16 April. Can we have an update as that didn’t happen.@Hyperoptic

farook zaman (@farookzaman) reported@Hyperoptic there is no Internet connectivity for more than 24hrs now! The response from the customer care is pointless! First person said few hours, second person said 20 minutes, third person said 7 minutes, forth person didn’t give any definite time, fifth person just hang up!
-
Mo (@iPazooki) reportedThink twice before signing with @Hyperoptic . Unresponsive customer support and zero respect for clients. When moving home, they charge full termination fees even if THEY can’t provide service at your new address. Terrible experience. Stay away! 🚫 #Broadband #Hyperoptic

Slimfit (@iSlimfit) reportedHad an internet outage all morning and had to use my office phone as hotspot. Reported it to my ISP, and the issue was fixed around 1pm. I asked if there was any compensation for the disruption, and they knocked 50% off my next month’s bill. Hyperoptic l’ẹ́kàn sí. 👏
-
Luke Heydenrych (@Luke_Heydenrych) reportedNow over 24 hours without service, tried calling @Hyperoptic and they were about as useful as the social media team… no solution, no explanation, no timeline. Just no service.
-
Richard (@Photochromatic) reported@MoMayet3 @Hyperoptic Still no service in E1. Chat cut off for third time before I got to an agent.

James | JD 🇬🇧/🇮🇪 (@MaddogSuperior) reported@TheMexicanMoose @Hyperoptic Basically to do with the wholesale network provider, people like BT/OR have the capacity to do symmetric, but they're afraid of ruining their Leased Line business/income. DM me on Discord and I can take a look at options for you - work for an ISP on the side :)
