I can’t work from home today because my @Hyperoptic wifi has now been broken for nine days, I can’t cycle because it’s too hot, and the only form of air conditioned public transport is on a restricted service 😔

Any news on the NW9 internet outage as it enters hour 27 @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS ? The engineer has been on site for 3 hours now and your email said it would be fixed by 530 pm and it’s now after 7pm? An update that contained some information would be a good start.

@Hyperoptic really upset with the progress and quality of my installation, it's the 4th visit and yet the wrong team and engineers who are incapable of solving the problem and don't have the equipment are being dispatched to me. I've had to constantly chase for more visits myself

First sort out Full Fibre to the homes!! Labour has dropped the ball on this issue. @Hyperoptic @InGoodEspirito @Hyperoptic support team don’t support just pass you around departments, the kit is installed but for reasons unknown cannot get this activated even though the engineer has said it’s in resolve 2 so should be able to be activated. We are extremely frustrated no one will help!!!
