  • TheDenisORegan Denis O'Regan (@TheDenisORegan) reported from Hammersmith, England

@HyperopticCS #Hyperoptic is rubbish. This shouldn’t happen. Their customer service is often unbelievably rude.

  • steve_race Steve Race (@steve_race) reported from Islington, England

@vmrampulla @virginmedia @Hyperoptic Sadly had hyperoptic in my old flat, which was great and neither they nor G-Network are yet available on my street 🙄🙄🙄

  • FinallyCanuck Pete 🏳️‍🌈 🇨🇦 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 (@FinallyCanuck) reported from Bromley, England

  • FOSHgardens Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, England

Looking forward to a message from @HyperopticCS. We were told that our service would start w/c 16 April. Can we have an update as that didn’t happen.@Hyperoptic

  • FOSHgardens Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, England

From @Hyperoptic “At this moment we cannot take installation orders on this site. While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

  • FOSHgardens Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, England

@SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

  • caspararemi • C A S P A R • (@caspararemi) reported from Lambeth, England

@jameelamini It doesn’t help you but my guilting has just been hooked up to Hyperoptic and I am ✨excited✨

  • noblesalley Kamal (@noblesalley) reported

@Hyperoptic @IanKingSky @SkyNews You know what you really don't want to miss? That my family has been without Internet service from #NotsoHyperoptic for 15 days. West London roads being destroyed for weeks to lay fibre. But network reliability is weak. 2nd long outage in 3 months.

  • flippac Philippa Cowderoy (@flippac) reported

@Scatterbracken I don't know what the pricing deal for stuff over the BT/Openreach network's like, but I do know hyperoptic are more solid if you briefly need a *lot* of bandwidth. 50Mb/s should be okay with a short-term guest as well, but it can be a bit slow eg downloading games.

  • HyperopticCS HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported

@papafuzzz @Hyperoptic Liam, we're extremely sorry for the inconvenience. We have multiple teams working on the issue and you will be aware when we restore the connection.

  • papafuzzz Liam (@papafuzzz) reported

Nothing like hitting day 5 with no discernible progress. 2 more days and my time with @Hyperoptic hits 50/50 usable service/outage. Looking forward to seeing all the autocomp credits on my account…

  • Marabyte_ Hugo Nogueira (@Marabyte_) reported

@DominicTarason @dark1x I’m with @Hyperoptic and have +900Mbit up and down on the 1Gbit package. I get around 800Mbits when downloading from steam, epic store around 500.

  • colinwren Colin Wren (@colinwren) reported

@robdykedotcom @Cloudflare @Hyperoptic Looks like whatever you rolled out today (assuming that's why my internet blipped earlier) has broken BGP as it's now "incorrectly accepted invalid prefixes"

  • DeanPountain Dean Pountain (@DeanPountain) reported

@edstub207 However there has also been an increase in energy bills over Winter, and I believe most places charged more because of this. In terms of Internet, if your area has HyperOptic I recommend them. Never been with anyone other than Virgin, speeds were ok, customer service wasn't :')

  • majordamo Majordamo Again (@majordamo) reported

@Hyperoptic Late installation, half a day of work wasted waiting. Your support address doesn't respond An hour on hold on the phone, spoke to 2 ppl who said 'wrong department' You already have an email to this effect: this a cancellation based on nonexistent customer service

  • nightbussteve Steve Erskine (@nightbussteve) reported

@Hyperoptic But the price you pay is zero support and no customer service.

  • Chesterontheweb Chester on the Web (@Chesterontheweb) reported

@DawnieDove @DrewWildgoose According to information from Ofcom Shell Energy have Not signed up to pay Compensation for Poor and Loss of Service. But the major broadband providers who have signed up, include BT, Hyperoptic, Sky, NOW Broadband, TalkTalk, Virgin Media and Zen.
