But for a new customer who starts with Hyperoptic can still avail the same price I was paying last year. This is insane ! Why this disparity between old and new customer? Plus you hold monopoly in my area.

The engineer has been on site for 3 hours now and your email said it would be fixed by 530 pm and it’s now after 7pm? An update that contained some information would be a good start.

The visit ws cancelld & no communicatn about dis until I askd customer service. It's been 2 days without broadband service. Next visit is now after 2 more days. Unhappy with the service!
