@TGrayWrites @Hyperoptic Very similar experience. Great service when it's working, but repairs etc. are ridiculously slow, spent most of a month without service while WFH last summer...

@aaronosher @Hyperoptic Price go up a lot when renewing the contract and & if their service goes down as ours did recently it took 3.5 days to b restored and as over a weekend no official compensation offered. Would not suggest using Hyperoptic if you can't b without a service when there is problems

Not only was @virginmedia acting slow, I was playing @SeaOfThieves with my friends and got disconnected because the WI-FI decided to kill itself. Happens all the time. It’s disgusting. Please @Hyperoptic, when you coming to Blackpool?

Reading moving in guide for my new place: “All homes in East Village have free 30Mbps broadband provided by Hyperoptic, for £10 per month, Hyperoptic can provide 150Mbps service and for £20 per month a 1000Mbps service.“ £20 for a gigabit? Don’t mind if I do 😎

@Hyperoptic Your engineers were installing their cables on our road today but they damaged the cables for @CommunityFibre. Their engineers have been hard at work all day trying to fix the damage you caused and get our Internet back up. How will you address this issue?

@CatsAreLoud 75Mbps for less than £28pm sounds like a damn good deal! Just wish FTTP was more commonplace in areas outside London, 'cause Hyperoptic does 1Gbps for £45pm... :/

@Miss_Snuffy Get it for now. But in the long run switch to Hyperoptic if you can. I've had Sky and EE/BT - both are equally bad. Hyperoptic thus far hasn't given us any trouble.

@Hyperoptic is the service down in the Tottenham area? Can't seem to get connected.

@virginmedia For what it is worth, I am a very happy @Hyperoptic customer. They sent me my router and my 1 gbps service was live the day I moved in. They don't harass me. I pay for an awesome service, done deal. Why would Virgin Media hassle a Hyperoptic customer to move to ****** ADSL2???
