@Steven_James1 @Hyperoptic Their expansion has led to serious customer service failures. The number of 1* reviews on TrustPilot for this month alone accompanied by exceptionally detailed reviews of the level of failure is a warning sign. As of today after less than 4 weeks I am facing the worst experience

@Hyperoptic what a joke, renewal went from £27pm to £67pm, then when I said I'm leaving they said £40, then to £30 and that was the best they can do. After saying again please cancel they offered £27. New customers get it for £18pm. After 7 years time to move to @CommunityFibre

@Hyperoptic Be careful of any offers that @hyperoptic promote. I have been waiting since January for the reward for a referral. Made numerous phone calls but nothing happens. Very bad customer service
