@rudybonnier @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic I've had 30 minute call with them. They're sending engineers out again tomorrow morning should be here 8am. Utterly disappointed with @Hyperoptic and @HyperopticCS team. Due to unfortunate circumstances out of my control I’ve had to terminate my fixed term contract as the landlord has sold the property and source last minute accommodation. Now charged with a hefty cancellation fee!

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS How dumb of you guys to call yourselves ''UK's fastest hyperfast broadband'' when the customer has been repeatedly complaining about ''UK's slowest hyperslow broadband''.

@DrNickHazel @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS I had a similar horrible experience 3 years ago when there were 5 planned and one unplanned outages within 3 months so started monitoring my connection with UptimeRobot. In the intervening three years it has reported 0 seconds downtime (and yes, it is working). Not a bad record!

5th day now without internet with @Hyperoptic, sent a replacement router on Friday and still not here. Apparently the service is great, only if I had a router to actually *use* it.

Isabelle Brennan (@untilshesaid) reported
@Hyperoptic while encouraging us all to watch Eurovision, I can’t because service is down. I understand that a complete lack of service today cannot even be properly investigated until Monday? How is it possible that you’re only operating on business days?

We've got a new @Hyperoptic router as we've upgraded our internet from 150 to 500mb. Nicola's laptop can't connect to that new router. If we switch back to the old router, it connects, but with old speeds. She's got a 2014 macbook air. Has anyone had a similar problem before?
