  @Hyperoptic what the hell is going on? Internet has been down for 10 hours so far today. This is the second time in the space of a couple months. I hate that I renewed my contract with you for another 24 months only a few months ago. This is diabolical!

  @Hyperoptic Sorry, just spoke to Davis and he was useless. Still not resolved my problem and will not send an engineer out to diagnose a reoccurring problem. 0/10 Ps folk. Do not, I mean never use Hyperoptic because if you have problems they don't care. Currently looking for a new supplier

  Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

  Now over 24 hours without service, tried calling @Hyperoptic and they were about as useful as the social media team… no solution, no explanation, no timeline. Just no service.

  @Hyperoptic has to be the WORST customer service ever! Changed my provider last month, and they still chasing me for a bill, even though they called me last month and said I owe nothing. Their customer service keep cutting me off!!! Disgraceful
