Anyone moving into a new home and thinking of taking the @Hyperoptic broadband on the promise of instant connection please don’t! It’s not true and there is absolutely no customer service. Five days no connection and no communication. Dreadful

My @virginmedia broadband in SW London has been down for most of the past few days and it seems to be impossible to discover what’s going on. The uncertainty of knowing whether I can WFH or not over the weekend is infuriating. Does anyone out there have experience of Hyperoptic?

@HyperopticCS Hyperoptic confirmed that there was an outage caused by a hardware failure. To be quite honest, your network has been absolutely great ever since I became a customer several years ago. However, I’m noticing a trend of regular outages though your prices have been increasing YoY.

Yo @Hyperoptic why is your customer service so bad ? Been on hold for over 40 mins just to ensure the correct work order is provided to your engineer as he has only been allocated 30 mins for new install & extension.
