Almost 3 hours without Internet. I work remotely and I am completely isolated from my company. @Hyperoptic at Manchester has been great so far but this is really bad.

It can be up to 60% service accounts costs build with fake/ invalid invoices and utter negligence of managing agents. We have system to tackle this, will government will listen??

@Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic you know what isn't easy? Speaking to your customer service team. Your engineers visited my site at 8am this morning. My internet stopped working at 11. Your engineers were still on site when I first contacted your customer support. To be told that i have to wait 8d.
