    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS another unsuccessful attempt to connect service! Put through to the advanced team which was a mailbox full and the line hung up! 30 mins passed around 😑

    @Hyperoptic Don't suffer from any lag when the service is available. Can't rely on ther service though as lost service 13:30 11th June and service resumed around 18:00 14th June. Service good if you don't rely on reliability. Terrible time with customer services too.

    @HyperopticCS Hello Hyperopic, I've been a customer for around 4 years+ , and recently started streaming, do hyperoptic support streamers big and small or just the big ones, if I mentioned logo on stream, or twitch page to help advertise yourselves, do you have any such deal?

    @Hyperoptic Warning to potential customers. Service has been down from 13:30 11th June and they can't access the equipment to even investigate the problem until Monday 14th June. If you rely on connection, these are not an option I'd recommend

    @Hyperoptic Still no Internet since 13:30 11th June. They have advised they now have access to where the problem is but no detail on how long it will be until repaired

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Woke up this morning and my internet is down, no link light on my router and it's not getting an address from DHCP. On the phone to your CS line now but I'm on hold.

    @Hyperoptic @thinkbroadband It's 4 weeks since we sent you a support email about Hyperoptic SIP registrations being blocked from non Hyperoptic IP addresses which makes Hyperoptic VoIP useless on eg. a mobile phone. Any chance of a reply?

    @CCriadoPerez @bt_uk Lots of people recommended Zen and they have been very helpful. If it’s full fibre then the others we talked to were giganet and hyperoptic I think. Both Zen and Giganet were able to get a connection issue sorted very quickly when BT just shrugged.

    @HyperopticCS worst service ever by Hyperoptic. #Pathetic No internet since the last 4 days, we are struggling to WFH. only response we are getting on follow up is 'Team are working on the issues' #Disappointed

    @Hyperoptic Our Internet has been down since 13:30 11th June. Engineering finally turned up at 18:30 12th June and now needs to be fixed at another location. If Hyperoptic had taken action yesterday it might have been sorted by now. Appalling services. Don't touch them
