Almost 3 hours without Internet. I work remotely and I am completely isolated from my company. @Hyperoptic at Manchester has been great so far but this is really bad.

@Tricky_85 @Hyperoptic Don't waste time on webchat, they spend 20 minutes asking security questions then copy-paste message our service is down there is nothing we can do blah blah @HyperopticCS is the worst.

@HyperopticCS In SW6 there’s also no internet since this morning. I’ve been trying to connect with the Customer Support team via the chat. However, your website automatically shuts down the chat message after waiting for more than 30mins in the queue. Overall, frustrating! @Hyperoptic
