@Hyperoptic / @HyperopticBuild has been down in our building in SE16 for 4+ days now. No communication other than “engineers will be on site”, nor updates or ETAs on when this will be resolved.

@Hyperoptic I’d agree with all of that however your service has failed 4 times in less than 2 years and your MTTR (Mean time to recovery) is not acceptable. From experience it has been between 18 and 36 hours after a connection failure. You need to invest in better network resilience.

@Hyperoptic your company as whole is the worst I've ever known, your Internet always cuts out on the same day only this time it has rolled into today and your customer service is the worst part, not only do you not provide a solution when it is needed urgently.............

Avoid hyperoptic! Awful customer service who take 8 days to fix an issue, for it not to be fixed and say the next appointment for an engineer is the 1st September. 4 weeks after the outage started. @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS @Ofcom

@jesslynnrose @axelk @Hyperoptic That generally comes down to discussions with the building owners, whom either don't want to talk about it, or don't like the terms offered. The same schtick would also quickly hinder anyone else.

Look forward to the day my Twitter won’t solely be dedicated to trying to get hyperoptic to fix my wifi. @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Not sure that day is going to come anytime soon. I should have stuck with @TalkTalk at least they could maintain a quality service.
