    @Hyperoptic Is anyone working in tech support today? Been on the phone on hold for 90 minutes now! I’m paying for your top service and getting mostly dead zones, or if I’m lucky 15 mbps next to the router! 1GB you promised! Fix it today or I cancel as I’m within the 14 days.

    @Hyperoptic Total drop out again. We've had an engineer and a replacement router. All of these dates are logged for the inevitable court battle for failure to supply the service I pay for

    @Hyperoptic being diabolically ****. 24 hr outage. No text updates Since this morning, and now website outright lying saying there’s no issues to my postcode. Contact centre online refuses to put me to an agent and just says call someone yolo

    @Hyperoptic I asked to cancel end of Aug (chat) & again 4 Sept (email). You STILL cut me off on 18 Sept but are charging me until END of Oct for ZERO service. Then admitted “we cancelled because someone else wanted to.” This is disgraceful. @DanaTomicic why rip off customers?

    Hi @hyperoptic. I've asked 2 times via support for my PDF file of my contract I signed up to December 2024 to renew my Internet from Jan 2025 until Jan 2027 with the discounted price.. I'm yet to get this still. I have NEVER recieved my contract .pdf only plain emails!

    @Brsk_uk I sent a support ticket and would like to get answer ASAP as I apparently get install tomorrow but deal. seems too good to be true and I'm getting red flags and my friends think I was mis-sold. hyperoptic contract doesn't end until 2027 and was told brsk be "free"?

    @alexmoneypenny Openreach is poor anyway. Try see if city fibre / community fibre / hyperoptic is avialbel for you.
