Slimfit (@iSlimfit) reportedHad an internet outage all morning and had to use my office phone as hotspot. Reported it to my ISP, and the issue was fixed around 1pm. I asked if there was any compensation for the disruption, and they knocked 50% off my next month’s bill. Hyperoptic l’ẹ́kàn sí. 👏

I was approached my Hyperoptic and liased with them with my landlords permission and just like that have better product

Have to wait 30 minutes on the phone for Customer Service, only for them to give you unreliable information! FED UP!
