No Wi-Fi has to be one of the most effective modern day torture strategies. Couple that with awful customer service and piss poor excuses and you have the perfect storm. Sort it out @Hyperoptic

@Hyperoptic fancy fixing your WiFi in my new house? Been here nearly 3 days and it’s been down 3 times for close to 24 hours in total. Been on hold for 20 minutes now #Internetdown
