@Hyperoptic can you explain why your customer service on a Friday and weekend is so diabolical? Waiting 40 minutes on webchat to speak to someone and still on hold on the phone waiting to speak to someone for nearly an hour now. Absolute joke!

@Hyperoptic if you rely on word of mouth, how come your 1st customer of a 4 block development has had no internet for a week after installation still? No updates unless I call and I’m always told it’s being worked on. Thanks for a week of stress 👍

Pathetic Customer Services by @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS, I’m without internet since last 5 days and they promised Engineer will attend today 9am sharp. But still at 14:45 no sign of engineer at all and no one picking the phone up waited 50 mins on phone
