    Another week where @Hyperoptic have broken my IPv6 having only just gotten it working. Third time. This time just a week after fixing it last time. How I long for the days where I could choose which ISP I use.

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS another unsuccessful attempt to connect service! Put through to the advanced team which was a mailbox full and the line hung up! 30 mins passed around 😡

    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

    @theashrb Hyperoptic is severely limited to specific blocks of flats in urban areas and isn't available elsewhere. **** comparison.

    @Hyperoptic Wouldn't recommend signing up with Hyperoptic. When the internet is down, usually weekends their attitude is tough luck, we'll fix it during the working week. Had issues with this several times, so they cannot be bothered with customers Internet. Cannot work from home with them

    @Hyperoptic our service has been disrupted since Saturday. @Ofcom regulations state compensation is due if not resumed within 2 working days. Your “support” tells me they conveniently found a ‘new fault’ as of end of 2nd working day and you are restarting the clock. #ScamAlert
