    Almost 3 hours without Internet. I work remotely and I am completely isolated from my company. @Hyperoptic at Manchester has been great so far but this is really bad.

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS another unsuccessful attempt to connect service! Put through to the advanced team which was a mailbox full and the line hung up! 30 mins passed around 😡

    Another week where @Hyperoptic have broken my IPv6 having only just gotten it working. Third time. This time just a week after fixing it last time. How I long for the days where I could choose which ISP I use.

    My @Hyperoptic has been dropping as low as 0.2mbps for over 3 weeks. Front-line support has been patronising and useless and I haven't seen an email from the technician I spoke to in almost a week now. Got an email saying it was fixed when it wasn't. Pathetic display, guys.

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    Got through to @Hyperoptic, biggest network outage ever apparently. They can’t provide any timeframe for reconnection but said they hope it’s fixed within ‘48 hours.’ Surely we need compensation if this lasts longer than a few hours wtaf
