@Hyperoptic what has happened to your customer service? You used to be so good but each of the 4 people I’ve spoken to over the past week have been incredibly rude and unhelpful! All your infrastructure is installed yet I’m continually being fobbed off about no availability

@Hyperoptic I'm currently with BT and they offer unbreakable Internet if there is an outage I'm automatically connected to their mobile network do you ja e something similar so i can stay connected all the time?

@EastCyclist We checked and confirmed with our team that these are not Hyperoptic vehicles, and they appear to belong to CA Telecom, so it might be best to get in touch with their support team using the number stated as an emergency contact. We hope it all gets sorted out for you! 💙

@SkyUK are putting up my broadband bill by 12.5% for the 2nd year in a row. They treat loyal (read: 10yrs at this address) customers badly yet they offer NEW customers discounted rates to hook them in. Time to shop around for a new provider. Pity @Hyperoptic aren't in my area 😞

@HyperopticCS Poor instillation of cables at our estate today. I have a cable dangling infront of my kitchen window. Not good first impression from Hyperoptic engineers at all..
