    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS another unsuccessful attempt to connect service! Put through to the advanced team which was a mailbox full and the line hung up! 30 mins passed around 😑

    @mikeapollo Sounds about right for those two providers. We failed to get traction re Virgin and Hyperoptic. We would have settled for FTTC, but lucked out when they installed FTTP out of the blue for us. Honestly these new 5G devices are surprising lot great, even in bad weather

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Looks like support teams are not aligned internally, you wrote in a dm that on 31st there is planned maintenance in my zone and I just received a reply on ticket where support team is eager to conclude the issue by saying they don't see a problem. Funny.

    @CryptoTolly Yes. Us! It works - but barely a signal. Hyperoptic phone not working. Presume a power failure affecting their end and thus our services

    Okay so I was still confused as to why my internet literally just cut out halfway through stream so I've done a speedtest and I'm only getting a little over half my upload and download... @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS HALP

    @virginmedia your are down in DA8 - now beginning 3rd year working at home - only been here for 6 months & more downtime than ever compared to @Hyperoptic - not helping me@when I have an afternoon of calls! 😑

    @HyperopticCS I am wondering. How come a big company like hyperoptic can not fix the issue till now. 100 subscribers does not have internet for almost 10 days and support and customer care is informing that there is no estimated time to get issue fixed !!!!!!!@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS

    Is there worse customer care than at @Hyperoptic cause for 6 months every month my direct debit gets removed and no one can tell me why πŸ‘πŸ»

    @jami__jami__ @jstn I don't think ISPs in the UK would have an issue with this. You would need a static IP address though (not common, Hyperoptic charge extra) and to configure port forwarding to the raspberry pi. It carries some security risk (your home network being DOS'd).
