    Almost 3 hours without Internet. I work remotely and I am completely isolated from my company. @Hyperoptic at Manchester has been great so far but this is really bad.

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS another unsuccessful attempt to connect service! Put through to the advanced team which was a mailbox full and the line hung up! 30 mins passed around 😡

    @Hyperoptic having just spoken to the rudest customer service representative I have ever come across whilst giving my 30 days notice, please can you confirm when I will receive written confirmation of this? He couldn't do anything other than be rude to me 👍👍

    @Hyperoptic easily the most shoddy internet provider in the UK. Random outages and when you try and contact them they just literally switch off their customer support. Can’t call them. Can’t live chat them. Can’t do anything.

    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

    @Hyperoptic hi. Your service people just destroyed our Internet while putting in cabling for another flat in the building. This is the SECOND TIME and we need this fixed IMMEDIATELY. The hold time when calling is hours long. DM me or I’ll go on a campaign
