@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Of course - got home and it’s not working. Why is it so hard? YOUR engineer said it would take a week and you just don’t believe me? Why? Now it will be at least 7 days down.

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic To others: you’d be trading off service reliability for Hyperoptic’s marketing promise of “fast speed & low price”. Think again before signing up.

Hey @Hyperoptic what's the point of sending out sales teams to flats and getting them knocking on existing customers doors? I've had that twice now in the last 3 months. Surely they should know which flats already have service?

@Hyperoptic @TheSun @Hyperoptic may be cheap but their customer service is deplorable. Over 2 weeks and no feedback on when internet can be set up, just a load of nothing from offshored customer service reps who know nothing. All beware!
