  @ZONEofTECH @Hyperoptic They've deactivated their X. They don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails. They're completely rubbish. My Internet is down since last night.

  @hyperoptic, your business technical support is rubbish and an embarrassment to me. We were supposed to be down for 3 hours Thursday afternoon. 14 hours later, nothing. No one bothered to tell me when our connection will be restored. Apparently there is a simple fix.

  @Hyperoptic I've been on hold for 50 minutes - will you just pick up the bloody phone? Ridiculous service - you need to hire more staff innit. Think it might be time to change provider - you're even worse than Vodafone and that is sayyying something!

  @Hyperoptic hi. Your service people just destroyed our Internet while putting in cabling for another flat in the building. This is the SECOND TIME and we need this fixed IMMEDIATELY. The hold time when calling is hours long. DM me or I’ll go on a campaign

  @notiyda @BeCoolBlinkie @theo Depends on the UK ISP. If all you can get is the likes of BT or Sky or Virgin then guess that's true. Hyperoptic do static for an extra charge. But you cannot get a block of 8. Also support is consumer. Custom router with port settings their end and troubleshoot is a **** show.

  @TheEternalJay @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic Glad but also not...that it's not just me experiencing **** with Virgin. I didn't have any alternatives near where I was at the time 🫠 pretty sure it got me out on a warning list as unreliable due to internet for a while

  @TomPickering @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic Virgin Media died on me less than an hour before a broadcast...twice. Forced me to move my entire setup to a different house just so I didn't flake on my commitments. Switched to a different provider immediately after the 2nd incident. Never looked back since.

  @Hyperoptic I have had no Internet since Wednesday afternoon. Your team let me know that the earliest available time for someone to come out is Friday afternoon. 48 hours without Internet that literally controls everything plus working from home has been a poor experience 🤧😠😤
