    @Hyperoptic We’ve been without internet since Sunday and it’s now Tuesday evening. We’ve had to repeatedly call for updates, spend long periods on hold, and still have no clear explanation or resolution timeframe in W3 Area. Told engineers attended today but still no timeframe.

    @lulu_veganx @mariucha77 @Hyperoptic Still broken late on Day 4. Seems hyperotic have 2 systems. The new system is fine and the old one has broken for everyone in a km radius. No meaningful updates being provided.

    @Hyperoptic your customer service is in the gutter. Hundreds of customers have been without service for hours, yet there’s been zero communication, no way to reach support and seemingly no acknowledgement that there’s even an issue. Absolutely disgraceful.

    @Hyperoptic what the hell is going on? Internet has been down for 10 hours so far today. This is the second time in the space of a couple months. I hate that I renewed my contract with you for another 24 months only a few months ago. This is diabolical!
