    @Benjojo12 don’t suppose you know someone at @Hyperoptic how can help me figure out why their core network has started refusing to give my router an IPv6 prefix? Their CS won’t even look at because their provided router works

    @Hyperoptic Just been told by I have a fault in a cable and you can fix it in 7 days. Doesn’t sound reliable and hyperfast to me. Meanwhile we can’t do our job for the next week but am expected to pay you £50 a month!

    @HyperopticCS our @Hyperoptic Internet service is down in York (YO1) this afternoon, home router has been turn off and on, all the usual IT support steps followed… is there a service outage?

    @arscott69 @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Hi as I have said you should be careful and check the terms as you may get free broadband or you may pay. I suspect in the future this will be a viable option. Hyperoptic don't use BT Openreach as they have their own network.
