    @Hyperoptic how come your service quality standards have stooped so low? Paying 40GBP+ per month and yet the network outage has left me with no internet for the past 3 days. Cannot attend meetings, cannot do anything. Tech support requires waiting for 30 minutes.

    @marcwalsh @Hyperoptic Yes, same. Drove me mad, now using a hotspot to do some work. There is no outage apparently in my area....

    So @Hyperoptic is down AGAIN in London. SORT IT OUT. Shouldn’t be paying this much for it to be going out every other week (currently position number 12 in queue though🤪)

    @Hyperoptic as you won't answer the phone and your robot can't speak or understand english be advised I don't have a contract and you can cancel my installation visit tommorow oss I don't like threats

    Just spoke to @Hyperoptic Apparently it’s their biggest outage and a major priority but they have no time frame 👍 also the staff said their service tracker is actually fake that’s why it constantly says no issues
