Last Thursday Hyperoptic online chat told me you had access to the point but due to it being a major outage it was unlikely the service would be back up before today. Robert Schilling (@mrskull73) reported@Hyperoptic Getting you on the phone is impossible, waiting times are crazy. The same with chat. Also, why can't I install my service and why do you say you don't have installers available in West London? How can I be confident in choosing your service if you are unreachable?
