    @Hyperoptic what’s going on with your service? You said maintenance this morning from 9am to 1pm (4hours) it’s 3:17 and still no service! Last time you made a “maintenance” I lost my service for 4 days!! 😡😡😡😡

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    Just had @Hyperoptic installed last week. It randomly stopped working, apparently due to bad wiring The next engineer available is in six days Dog **** company, avoid

    @KurtRobsonn @Hyperoptic 48 hours.... 😭 Remote working tomorrow should be fun. Compensation, it's something ridiculous like £10 a day after 48 hours no service after reporting it.

    @Hyperoptic You guys are the most unprofessional, unseasoned and terrible internet company I have come across. I terminated my account as I was moving home and you guys still have the effontry to be billing me and asking me for payment. ARE YOU MAD?

    @HyperopticCEO I moved over to Hyperoptic over a week ago. The service has not been connected and I have to wait a week for an engineer visit. You have also disconnected my old supplier. Not good enough @Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic Most useless and unhelpful customer service I’ve had with any wifi provider so far I was meant to have wifi up and running at my address originally over a month ago and still have no wifi. Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.
