@Hyperoptic shocking service in SE15, no doubt ‘due to the rain’. Generic message on phone line explaining outages in ‘some areas’ surprisingly not v helpful either

I’ve never had more reliable and fast internet as I’ve had with @Hyperoptic but their customer service is just appalling, constantly overcharged and it’s a nightmare to get anyone to sort it out.

@craigvmorrison @Hyperoptic Ah yeah my girlfriend has that, just a pity the wifi isn't great, we get about 400/250 on hers unless I stand next to the router, but yeah loads better! Can get BT's 900/100 here but it's suuuuch a pain in the arse to switch over and cancel the others.

10 weeks since to my escalation, 4 weeks since my follow up, zero response from @Hyperoptic! Service live in the block for over 12 weeks, with only a couple of apartments installed. Is this tweet enough to get a response, or is posting a review on @Trustpilot? #fibrebroadband

@Hyperoptic my bb has been down all day. I've sent a support ticket at lunchtime, no reply. Whats happening? I'm running out of mobile data. I'm at S11 8FD. Some info and time scales would really be appreciated. Thanks

@HyperopticCS @UbuntuBhoy @Hyperoptic Poor customer service, please update your website so other customers do not have this bad experience, area unserviceable should have been picked up before install date. Not half an hour before install. Disappointing

@Hyperoptic we are in tw8 and the Internet service has been offline since at least yesterday evening. Is there any chance of an update as I'm having to run zoom calls using my phone and share out my 4g connection, which isn't ideal. Thanks

@argen I'd never heard of them until a letter through the door. Got excited, then nothing. Weirdly Hyperoptic also suggest service (and have fibre up the pole metres from my house) then haven't done anything either. They are all feeling out markets with disingenuous promises?

@Hyperoptic I've been trying to set up a broadband contract with your team for the past 1 week but have had the slowest and poorest service + response time I've ever experienced with any company as a new customer. Can someone please help?
