Tom Thornhill (@TomThornhill_2) reported@FourthStreetDan @Hyperoptic Interesting. The light on my router went green and sure enough the Internet is back up if I switch back from mobile tethering to my usual Wifi. I'm at two hours three minutes on hold but I'm at position three and it seems to be going down.

mayhem in my veins 🇵🇸 (@___g_a_g_a) reported@c932x @Hyperoptic Mine too! I've been on hold for an hour and 30 mins. Got through to customer service and they said they'll transfer me right away on hold again
-
Envel (@Envel18) reported@Hyperoptic Reported a broadband fault on Friday. 500 Mbps package, but only 17–70 Mbps download while upload remains around 500 Mbps. Ticket open, no update from Technical Support, and unable to reach support by phone. Please DM me.

-
Liverpool1207 (@Liverpool1207) reportedAnother company that appears to have no concept of customer care. @Hyperoptic
-
Kris (yes it's actually spelt with a K) (@kobraman88) reported@JamieGBarry @virginmedia Stupid ***** tried to offer me a "deal" for my broadband after i had been on a rolling contract for a while that was more expensive (£75pm), managed to grind them down to a decent price and the morons didn't even put me on a new contract so left and went with HyperOptic for £25pm

M. (@mariucha77) reported@lulu_veganx @Hyperoptic @donedgley1 I’m having the same issue
-
Mr Direction (@swestzeta) reported@Hyperoptic still no internet and no communication from you as to when (or if) I will. You market yourselves as great customer service - which, so far, has not been my reality 😡😡
-
Jonathan Sacerdoti (@jonsac) reportedAfter 9 or 10 hours of no service, and no customer service, no helpline, no online info about the mass outage, and no attempt to fix or communicate at all, @Hyperoptic now has a phone line open at least, where it tells you there's no problem in your area, and puts you in a 20 plus person queue. This is pathetic.
