@Hyperoptic Thanks for the old school throwback. 1.4mb this morning. Last time I complained about poor speed and instability, it took WEEKS for technical to come back and they gave me a list of a thousand things to do before they’d help further. Brilliant.

@Hyperoptic Been without WiFi for over 4 weeks and they still don't have any answers to when I will be connected. Keep getting fobbed off from one department to the next! Save your money and avoid this awful company!!!

@Hyperoptic my internet is down for last three days, waiting for an engineer visit, spoke to customer care execs many times, no one could give me a date for engineer visit and looks like going to be an indefinite thing. ticket no: 2655446 , can you help??

@Hyperoptic 14 days now with no phone service with a medical need for it. You replied to@one out of 18 chasing emails. Your phones have wait times of up to 1 hour. How do I get someone’s attention? You seem understaffed?

I was just told it not going to resolved for few more days. How is this okay? Even after the physical installation some of your system is preventing activation because of a small issue, which is causing delays for almost a week for customers. @Hyperoptic
