    Customer support is equally frustrating. 1+ hour waits on calls, 30+ minute chat queues, then agents disappear for 5–7 minutes and the chat gets terminated if I'm inactive for 60 seconds. Poor performance, endless waiting, no resolution Customers deserve better #Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic 16 hours no service, no updates no respond to chat and call. Most useless service provider ever.

    @hopper70 @Hyperoptic It's crazy. They've had only minor outages, as in less than an hour, for years. It went down late last night and it's as if there's no one working at the weekend.

    @Hyperoptic myself and several neighbours in W6 having outages in last 24h. Your site status update reports no problems. Also can't seem to get through on the phone and no other way to report a technical issue

    @Hyperoptic what a bloody dreadful company you are!! I’ve been on the phone for nearly a hour trying to get the internet activated!! Shocking **** and I think your ratings are fake! Dreadful service!

    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.
