@AlanPaedowitz @Hyperoptic Yesterday I was on hold for 2 hours until my phone cut off (phone call limit). Issue still not fixed. Got cut off the first time today, second time, I'm 21 minutes and waiting

@Hyperoptic So had three engineers out yesterday all of them could not fix the problem and told me it was a technical problem which had now been wiped and rebooted and that my internet would work in 24hours - GUESS WHAT STILL NOT WORKING!!

@Hyperoptic No internet in B16 8DB and it’s been more than 40 hours! Me and my wife work from home and been draining our data continuously and now we are out of it! Tried calling the support team and I was 14th in the queue. The moment I got to the 1st, the call ended. WTH!

@MarkHeath45 Not sure where you are, but try hyperoptic. You can pay monthly so not tied into contract where you are stuck with a service that might ben not what you need. And the service is excellent.

@Hyperoptic I am on 150mbps plan and I don’t even get half of what I am paying for. My work is getting impacted. Raised ticket CS0517650 weeks ago but there is hardly any response. Tried calling and waited for 20mins…no one’s picking. Pathetic service.
