neil gorringe (@hopper70) reported@TomThornhill_2 @Hyperoptic On our street Hyperoptic seems to be working for some houses but down for others, so guess it’s quite random
-
Ryan 🤠 (@Slimothy_James) reportedIntermittent speeds as low as 0.35Kbps from @Hyperoptic for the last 3 weeks. Totally unusable service. Somehow the faster and more reliable of the two providers that actually cover my building so I can't switch, otherwise I would. Great job, guys.

Caesar (@162wales) reported@Hyperoptic My broadband is down. No lights

-
Amit Kumar Jha (@iaktech) reportedHey @Hyperoptic do you understand people have better things to do than waiting on a call with you for an hour only to hear that you’re incompetent in fixing anything. You’ve the worst customer support I have ever experienced.

Farah Pop 🫧✨️ (@farahpopxo) reportedthe worst Internet provider award goes to @Hyperoptic 👏🏽
-
Alex Nixon (@alexnixon_uk) reportedNaively thought @Hyperoptic was a pretty cool but nope, you automatically roll onto a terrible value plan and are forced into a tedious back-and-forth chat with customer service to change. I'm sure it makes financial sense but man that's a scummy approach to making money
-
Nicci | This Charged Life (@niccimc) reported@Hyperoptic DOWN ONCE AGAIN! Worst internet provider going, time to leave & have a decent reliable service elsewhere!
-
Griffey (@Griffeyfc) reportedWhat has happened to hyperoptic? Issues after issues as of late
-
Jonathan Sacerdoti (@jonsac) reportedAfter 9 or 10 hours of no service, and no customer service, no helpline, no online info about the mass outage, and no attempt to fix or communicate at all, @Hyperoptic now has a phone line open at least, where it tells you there's no problem in your area, and puts you in a 20 plus person queue. This is pathetic.
