    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia Stupid ***** tried to offer me a "deal" for my broadband after i had been on a rolling contract for a while that was more expensive (£75pm), managed to grind them down to a decent price and the morons didn't even put me on a new contract so left and went with HyperOptic for £25pm

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @Hyperoptic what the hell is going on? Internet has been down for 10 hours so far today. This is the second time in the space of a couple months. I hate that I renewed my contract with you for another 24 months only a few months ago. This is diabolical!

    @Hyperoptic Deeply disappointed by the way Hyperoptics handled my account today. I was given misleading information by a member of staff, which left me feeling deceived. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and better service than this.

    What’s going on with @Hyperoptic? We had maintenance that finished, the service didn’t resume, and now the status update is dead?

    @Hyperoptic I've been on hold for 50 minutes - will you just pick up the bloody phone? Ridiculous service - you need to hire more staff innit. Think it might be time to change provider - you're even worse than Vodafone and that is sayyying something!
