    @ianvisits @Hyperoptic Moved into a new house - Hperoptic and BT both installed. Went with BT as Hyperoptic had poor reviews- BT online within days and delivers 900 mb and customer service excellent. But more expensive

    @ProdByWalkz @Hyperoptic They’re literally the best internet provider, it never has random cut offs etc. hella reliable

    @Hyperoptic Can you please avoid maintenance work during working hours? As you might be aware a lot of people work from home these days, and loss of network on weekdays between the working hours is a very big inconvenience. Reading RG1.

    @Hyperoptic I’ve called up 6 times since March and you still haven’t resolved my issue. Disgraceful service. Constantly advise me to call back so I waste my time and get no update.

    @Hyperoptic connection in my new address was supposed to start on Thursday still not working. Engineer came today said switch was not registered its a 2min job but the people who do it don’t work on weekends So support only works during week? You said it takes 15 min #unreliable
