Stuart Hazeldine (@stuarthazeldine) reported@Hyperoptic Comms re: today’s outage have been nothing short of abysmal. 1 text at midday then 9 hrs of silence. We had to scour Reddit to get info from 1 of your engineers. Do you have even have a comms team or did you cut them to save £££? Are they on holiday? SHOCKING.

Sean Geraghty (@cedarmaster) reported@HyperopticCEO I moved over to Hyperoptic over a week ago. The service has not been connected and I have to wait a week for an engineer visit. You have also disconnected my old supplier. Not good enough @Hyperoptic
