Edwin Bradford (@edwinbradford) reported@asentance I needed to find a supplier for my father recently and @zeninternet commit to not raising prices during your contract, if they do go up you have the chance to switch supplier. Personally I've had very good service from Hyperoptic too if you can get them. Both offer fibre.

Tony Costanza (@BarryDavid69562) reported@Hyperoptic no internet and no updates for over 6 hours in WC1X 9HF - simply “hopefully it works soon”. What is going on - give your customers transparency on issues and estimated time of fix. This is unacceptable
-
Stuart Hazeldine (@stuarthazeldine) reported@Hyperoptic Comms re: today’s outage have been nothing short of abysmal. 1 text at midday then 9 hrs of silence. We had to scour Reddit to get info from 1 of your engineers. Do you have even have a comms team or did you cut them to save £££? Are they on holiday? SHOCKING.
-
Drahnier_ (@JaffaReinhard) reported@Hyperoptic Most useless and unhelpful customer service I’ve had with any wifi provider so far I was meant to have wifi up and running at my address originally over a month ago and still have no wifi. Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.

Saika (@Saiccc2) reported@Hyperoptic Your internet are got really bad since Nov in some parts of London, like from 500mbps+ to 2mbps. Should you have a chance to investigate the infrastructure?
