    @Hyperoptic Deeply disappointed by the way Hyperoptics handled my account today. I was given misleading information by a member of staff, which left me feeling deceived. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and better service than this.

    Just spoke to @Hyperoptic Apparently itโ€™s their biggest outage and a major priority but they have no time frame ๐Ÿ‘ also the staff said their service tracker is actually fake thatโ€™s why it constantly says no issues

    @Hyperoptic our Internet is down in our apartments block. Canโ€™t get anywhere with sorting it. Have tried the troubleshooting on your website. Hasnโ€™t worked. Been down for half hr so far.

    @Hyperoptic can you check KT20 5FP have had no service since 1930 and your service checker says no known outages. My neighbour is the same. X

    @asentance I needed to find a supplier for my father recently and @zeninternet commit to not raising prices during your contract, if they do go up you have the chance to switch supplier. Personally I've had very good service from Hyperoptic too if you can get them. Both offer fibre.
