    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic If you think that’s bad try the Netherlands, we had a cable problem and it took them 3 months to fix it no compensation whatsoever…

    @Hyperoptic Leading the way for fast Wi-Fi in blocks of flats. Very hard where I live, but very helpful, very good customer service never had no problems. When I was with ee, I had nothing but problems. Thank you so much.
