@MarkHeath45 Not sure where you are, but try hyperoptic. You can pay monthly so not tied into contract where you are stuck with a service that might ben not what you need. And the service is excellent.

  • deepak_kumar74 D Kumar (@deepak_kumar74) reported

@Hyperoptic - your service is down again, thats twice in 3months.

@Hyperoptic customer service is appalling. 50mins in a queue to discuss renewal options to then have the person answer say she’ll check something then hang up!!!! After 10yrs maybe time to move if this is service

  • laura_h_87 Laura (@laura_h_87) reported

@Hyperoptic I had internet installed yesterday! Everything is set up and running yet I have no service! After three hours no engineer was able to find a problem! I have been left with no internet! No technical support person can find a problem! What a cowboy company!

  • laura_h_87 Laura (@laura_h_87) reported

@Hyperoptic So had three engineers out yesterday all of them could not fix the problem and told me it was a technical problem which had now been wiped and rebooted and that my internet would work in 24hours - GUESS WHAT STILL NOT WORKING!!

  • christopherical Christopher Matthews (@christopherical) reported

@Hyperoptic I've been a loyal customer since November 2018, but today I cancelled my broadband. Why? Because the 24-month rate you offered me is 56% more than what you offer new customers. And because you didn't even attempt to convince me to stay – just "ok, bye".

  • msgooner2223 Jennie #BLM 🇬🇾🇬🇧 (@msgooner2223) reported

@Hyperoptic i have been without internet services for6 days and I work from home. When are you planning to rectify the problem? Or shall I contact a new provider?
