    @HyperopticCS Still without internet from so long, Technician supposed to come on 23rd Dec but cancelled. Hyperoptic does not even have courtesy to inform us. Me and my husband was at our home and cancelled all the plans for this. In the end we called the support and than we got to know. Worst

    @Hyperoptic How about a Christmas gift of fixing your service when it goes down?! Waiting more than a week now in E1 for Hyperoptic to fix its outage. All the Hyperoptic customers in our building in Whitechapel are without any internet service now- v disappointed with your customer service

    @Hyperoptic I presumed you sending us a new router would improve our broadband. Instead, it's completely unreliable, regularly cuts out and is so, so, slow. Odd you also keep suggesting we upgrade. Coincidence? Think a switch is on the cards #lessthanhyperoptic #broadband

    @Hyperoptic Please can you fix my Internet before I take legal action? Three days without Internet and multiple stories from your customer support. No ETA on any fix and a compete lack of transparency. This is affecting hundreds of paying customers. DM Me.

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS @HyperopticBuild 4 hours on Christmas Day trying to sort broadband problems evasive and delaying tactics from Hyperoptic . Who really want you to solve the problem for yourself . Nobody actually helps, reading from a script and can’t cope if you deviate
