@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS avoiding us won't save u. Customer service requires that u care. U clearly dont

Wow @Hyperoptic I've just had my first negative experience with your service. An agent trying to tell me I don't qualify l, and overcharge by £5. Not impressed. Why do we loyal customers (6+ years) have to fight to get same prices as new customers when our deals are finished?

  • Googlana Michele Castellana (@Googlana) reported

@Hyperoptic #outage in Canary Wharf since this early morning. Any update on when it will be fixed? I am #WFH and I have #nointernet

  • AberraAdam Adam Aberra (@AberraAdam) reported

@Hyperoptic your service has been down three times this week, most recent outage has lasted for 24hrs. Unacceptable. What is going on??? Service credits only after 48hrs of outage is rubbish. Sort it out. Not impressed.

  • the_perfexp SanKay Exposures (@the_perfexp) reported

@Hyperoptic Can you tone down the marketing and focus on fixing your constant internet issues, we go for days without internet and your support take days to reply

  • KateMacquillan Kate MacQuillan (@KateMacquillan) reported

@hyperoptic #outage in Canary Wharf, any updates on when it will be restored? Thanks

  • GillesOhana Gilles D Ohana (@GillesOhana) reported

I am super disappointed by the customer service of WiFi provider @Hyperoptic in London. The WiFi service from @Hyperoptic has been down for four days and they don’t bother sending an engineer to fix the simple issue. What a bad customer service you have - TERRIBLE

  • benfelix Ben Felix (@benfelix) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCEO Haven’t had internet now for more than 30 hours; into the 2nd working day. This is not acceptable - expecting an honest response on what’s going on and when I can expect the service back that I am paying for. Please reply here, not on DMs.
