    @TomThornhill_2 @FourthStreetDan @Hyperoptic Sorry do you mean not far from me? Mine is still down I’ve had issues all week with them after almost 48hours of no service. I’ve been given nearly 3 months free service.

    @hyperoptic I would like to know why you think I will pay £136.79 for a service you never rendered. Granted, you cut my service 2 weeks into an unpaid contract and I do owe you for that month. But why will you charge me for subsequent months knowing you never rendered any service to me? @Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic I've been on hold for 50 minutes - will you just pick up the bloody phone? Ridiculous service - you need to hire more staff innit. Think it might be time to change provider - you're even worse than Vodafone and that is sayyying something!

    Intermittent speeds as low as 0.35Kbps from @Hyperoptic for the last 3 weeks. Totally unusable service. Somehow the faster and more reliable of the two providers that actually cover my building so I can't switch, otherwise I would. Great job, guys.

    @Hyperoptic your customer service is in the gutter. Hundreds of customers have been without service for hours, yet there’s been zero communication, no way to reach support and seemingly no acknowledgement that there’s even an issue. Absolutely disgraceful.
