@Dafydd_62 @Hyperoptic Aye, I believe that BT have teamed up with EE to cover their outages in the same way. The first time we got hot with a 24hour+ outage, I wasn't able to get the unlimited data, I resolved that as soon as I could and had to use it multiple times in 12 months.

@ashic @Hyperoptic At least it works for you, just wait until it doesn't. Response times, fix times and customer support all non-existent. Customer service is limited to sending memes.

It can be up to 60% service accounts costs build with fake/ invalid invoices and utter negligence of managing agents. We have system to tackle this, will government will listen??
