@blackamnesias Wtf that’s bullshit??? 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 It really is luck. I’ve been fine with them… so far. Don’t like to think the response I’d get if I had a problem though. How’s hyperoptic’s customer service been for you if you’ve used it?

@lottyburns @BT Hyperoptic are good. I'm really gutted that we couldn't move to them when we moved. We're with Vodafone and as a fellow millennial I've not found them too bad. Rung once in 2 years and that was because I accidentally switched the router off on the initial download 🤦

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic My internet has been down for two weeks and you made us wait 7 days to send an engineer last Friday. Turns out Hyperoptic have lost the key to their own cabinet and are still trying to find it.

@HyperopticCS I'm thinking about having a Sky Fibre Broadband connection installed to be able to use the internet while I wait for my Hyperoptic service to be fixed on the 20th of September. Can you confirm if I'll be able to use both services at the same time thereafter?

  • SchwitzerEd Ed Reza Schwitzer (@SchwitzerEd) reported

@Hyperoptic thanks so much for sending me leaflets for months, finally convincing me to leave my existing provider, and then having an engineer come over to tell me due to fire stop regs he cant install. Never ever again. Now no wifi! Happy Friday all
