    @Hyperoptic Very unhappy today with @Hyperoptic service today following planned service disruption in the middle of working day when many still work from home. Insufficient notice was provided and a customer service that has no means of helping. Hours of working time lost due to bad planning

    @SuspiciousPleb @JKempEnergy Interesting. I thought the London fiber market was super competitive, i.e. extremely lucrative for consumers. I know Hyperoptic focus primarily on Multi dwelling units. Communityfiber/G.Network any better among the altnets?

    @MrTouchscreen @Hyperoptic They are great mate. Been with them for over a year, they reward loyalty and customer service if you have an issue is extremely good

    @Hyperoptic is 24h how long your customer service is on till or how long you have to wait before someone answers the phone?

    @Stephanopolus Hyperoptic if they do your building. Honestly amazing, so cheap and any time we have had an issue it's sorted instantly
