@Dannn0401 @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I would receive a text saying ‘outage’ & service would be fine, & then when there was an outage no comms at all. Cancelling has been a nightmare, I called & was unnecessarily passed between 3 agents, none of them did what I asked- simply cancel. Only reaffirms my decision.

@Hyperoptic internet in our area (CM8) is still down for 2 days now. Their reasoning: "we are still ttying to access the premise" is getting ridiculous now! How can you not "get access to the premise" for 2 days??!!! Its affecting is a LOT!

@Hyperoptic our internet has been down in SE1 since Friday. That’s 3 times in the last couple years where internet is not fixed for several days. I’ve now spent over £50 on 4G since Sunday and you’ve offered us £8 discount - I don’t want your money anyway, I want your internet!!
