    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS what a let down. Told my fibre would be ready and waiting when I moved in. I move in, it's dead. First available technician appointment on 15th. #brandfail. I will have to go with another provider.

    @THHomes please help @Hyperoptic and @CommunityFibre to install fiber equipments as soon as possible. we are suffering from slow internet in blue anchor yard for a long time :(

    @HyperopticCS I believe previous resident used an internal fibre converter. There's no Hyperoptic socket. Please help! Yesterday's customer service was poor.

    @Hyperoptic 2 weeks for installing wifi. I'm not even living in the middle of the woods or something. Never got back the calls or emails. Didn't able to wait for 2 weeks, now still counting.
