    @Hyperoptic our Internet is down in our apartments block. Can’t get anywhere with sorting it. Have tried the troubleshooting on your website. Hasn’t worked. Been down for half hr so far.

    @Hyperoptic awful service, got the installation 2 days ago and still no internet they don’t have no answer and expect us to wait without internet they take hours to pick up regret joining them

    @koenjideck Could not recommend hyperoptic enough not had a single issue with them and its chep to i get full 1000 fibire for 35 quid a month

    @Hyperoptic Wouldn't recommend signing up with Hyperoptic. When the internet is down, usually weekends their attitude is tough luck, we'll fix it during the working week. Had issues with this several times, so they cannot be bothered with customers Internet. Cannot work from home with them

    @Hyperoptic I swear I will ******* lose it with you people. Refund me my £700 NOW. And furthermore what is this bullshit that I can only call or chat within certain times. I have hadbthe worst experience with your uncouth business. I want that refund immediately.
