    @MoMayet3 @Hyperoptic Same. Chat for over 1.5 hours, no response. On hold on telephone for over an hour. Prices keep going up, service is rock bottom.

    @TomThornhill_2 @Hyperoptic On our street Hyperoptic seems to be working for some houses but down for others, so guess it’s quite random

    @Hyperoptic what a bloody dreadful company you are!! I’ve been on the phone for nearly a hour trying to get the internet activated!! Shocking **** and I think your ratings are fake! Dreadful service!

    Intermittent speeds as low as 0.35Kbps from @Hyperoptic for the last 3 weeks. Totally unusable service. Somehow the faster and more reliable of the two providers that actually cover my building so I can't switch, otherwise I would. Great job, guys.

    @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic you think that’s bad try the Netherlands, we had a cable problem and it took them 3 months to fix it no compensation whatsoever… Still incredibly annoying and they should do better as a company.

    @Mabs79 @londoncolly @Hyperoptic I got through to them. They are sending an engineer tomorrow as their troubleshooting picked up nothing. I'm in E2 - it seems to be a problem here too
