    How has @Hyperoptic told me I'm second in the queue for them only to keep me on hold for 20 mins. First day of service and theres no internet lol.... looks like ill be finding another provider

    @Hyperoptic any danger of you providing updates on when the service is up and running again. WiFi has been down almost a day, for the second time this month

    @Hyperoptic Worst ever customer care, I have been trying to connect to customer care and in position 1 for last 1 hour but no one is picking up. When you are with them they are are and once you come out of the service, they won’t respond and keep you waiting.
