    @Hyperoptic Tried to register interest, but I kept getting an error. Finally figured out it's because I have a double-barrelled name and the form wouldn't accept "-" in a name. Thought you should know in case others have this trouble.

    @adambutler65 Yeah, I'm sure any fibre network is likely to be decent. It's only HyperOptic in this area right now. I had community fibre before and they were excellent.

    Made a complaint on the 6th February, we are now on the 15th and I've only had one email from @HyperopticCS (Which I replied to 5 days ago) STAY AWAY from Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Outage in my area. No ETA provided by support. Considering gdpr, do not collect date of birth for support chats. This is very personal info and shouldn't be collected for support chat / tickets Happy to speak with you if you need more info

    @Hyperoptic Internet is down in M4 (Manchester) area your website says due to a power outage but it is up for some people in our building. Has the 3rd party involved updated you on estimated time of resolution

    @Hyperoptic Be nice to have my service restored. 10th day with no service as @Hyperoptic arrange and eta for engineer to fix. Poor poor poor.

    @JzHarrison92 @BBCNews I switched to 5G as soon as they out a mast in and don't use any wiring. But Hyperoptic, City Fibre, Independent Fibre network all set up their own wiring in new areas to massively increase coverage that would have taken BT decades to do because they don't have the money. Free Mk
