    @Hyperoptic I have had no service for 3 days and am currently without internet. I now have to wait another week for an engineer visit. Not good enough.

    So @Hyperoptic is down AGAIN in London. SORT IT OUT. Shouldn’t be paying this much for it to be going out every other week (position number 12 in queue though)

    I am seriously confused why we are stuck paying ridiculous prices for 1GB Internet from @virginmedia because @toobbroadband and @Hyperoptic won’t get there stuff together to help the north of the UK

    @Hyperoptic do you have an update on when internet will be restored in HA4? Its been close to 4 hours since the outage and there’s no update from your end .
