@Hyperoptic is there any update on when service will be restored to SE10 customers? Or at least when an engineer can be expected on-site?

  • yssdt Yusuf Seedat (@yssdt) reported

@EE Just spoke to one your agents who advised that he couldn’t provide the signing up email because of the legwork. Thank GOD I’m not with EE. Poor bloke is being recharged 32 pounds for what hyperoptic is providing at twice the speed for £20. The worst thing is customer service

  • MuradAh06758081 Murad Ahmed (@MuradAh06758081) reported

@Hyperoptic just got off the phone with Natasha at Hyperoptic customer service. She cut off the line after she found out all the problems I'm having with the my activation. Too early for problems on a Monday morning I guess.

  • IvesJamz Roger jamz ives (@IvesJamz) reported

@SwanHousing when will you start allowing @Hyperoptic to install into your properties in the e14 area. We struggling to work from home due to bad internet service. We have been told you don’t have funds to upgrade to fibre. @Hyperoptic the best thing local.

  • bigmb_007 Malav Bateriwala (@bigmb_007) reported

@AllyMunira @virginmedia @Hyperoptic They did start service this April in my building with 50% cost and same speed, but i already have 18 months contract so can't do anything. Since 3 months, a lot of problems have started on Virgin.

  • nikhilnadipelli Nikhil Nadipelli (@nikhilnadipelli) reported

@Hyperoptic Your gif image actually suits well to the terrible customer service representatives who definitely don't value any 'customer'. I decide to close my connection and I am offered '6M' free connection. But better pay for good service than be treated bad.

  • gregpower Greg Power (@gregpower) reported

@The_Stockboy @Hyperoptic Is it like this a lot? Just moved to Greenwich, my phone signal is so poor for tethering and this is the first outage I've had since being with them

  • LittleScandi Bianca Wessel (@LittleScandi) reported

@Batteryhq @Hyperoptic Complete opposite experience. Placed order end of June. Have countless of emails, hours on chat and even an engineer ‘installing’, yet still no Wi-Fi. Their customer service team will notify the ‘advanced team’ every time. Not once have they contacted us to follow up the order.

  • CharlesMishal Charles Mishal (@CharlesMishal) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic No one has ever contacted us so far and even today my internet is not working

  • matty_verse Meta Matt (@matty_verse) reported

@Hyperoptic Had no internet since last Sunday. The technical department needed not working weekends. Taking holidays when behind with service tickets. Can’t speak to anyone in charge, can’t get any timeline to fix. Don’t use this company.
