@Hyperoptic I presumed you sending us a new router would improve our broadband. Instead, it's completely unreliable, regularly cuts out and is so, so, slow. Odd you also keep suggesting we upgrade. Coincidence? Think a switch is on the cards #lessthanhyperoptic #broadband

No one use @Plusnet, they told me it would take a month to fix my internet connection and that there was nothing they can do. Coincidentally, the day after I enabled @Hyperoptic, Plusnet engineers finally come and fix the issue. Scummy business practices

@Hyperoptic Please can you fix my Internet before I take legal action? Three days without Internet and multiple stories from your customer support. No ETA on any fix and a compete lack of transparency. This is affecting hundreds of paying customers. DM Me.

@Hyperoptic our internet has been down in SE1 since Friday. That’s 3 times in the last couple years where internet is not fixed for several days. I’ve now spent over £50 on 4G since Sunday and you’ve offered us £8 discount - I don’t want your money anyway, I want your internet!!

@Hyperoptic Hey, when were we likely to get service up and running in KT12. It's been down most of the week, and as someone who works from home I'm now running out of data on my mobile as I've had to hotspot for days
