No home internet since Thursday. Hyperoptic saying it will take a week to fix (!). Cancelled perfectly good wireless broadband with someone else 3 months ago. Huge mistake.

Anyone else using Ubiquiti routing gear with Hyperoptic not able to get IPV6 working using DHCPV6 and prefix delegation? This was working for past 2 years until some engineering works last Thursday at my location so I think some change of equipment has caused the issue.

One of the Worst Things on social media is the adverts from ISPs who say “we’ve arrived!” only to find via their postcode checked that they have not, in fact, arrived. @virginmedia @CommunityFibre @Hyperoptic are all culprits of this.

Hello @Hyperoptic, I’ve now had no internet for a day and a half and your website says there’s no problem. What’s going on in SW18?

Whatever has happened with the Hyperoptic IPV6 setup its broken my very old PFSense install which was fully configured to use IPV6 with the default settings before. GOing to have to use this Nokia router for a while.
