    @Hyperoptic It is hyperSLOW. I've just got the service two weeks ago and now the router is faulty. Now, I have to wait two weeks for the engineer's visit to fix it.

    @J3Lyon We're with Hyperoptic after terrible experiences with Virgin and Sky and it's been great! Such better value for money too and so quick to get setup as the previous tenants were with them too!

    @mikereedwt The experience has been bad nonstop. Both tech and customer service. I had no alternative the first five years. Hyperoptic was a significant improvement. Moving to a new home with supposedly good sky service led me to believe we past the worst. But so far it’s been just as bad.

    @virginmedia Hi John well fingers crossed he will be able to relocate my router with minimal fuss and i can get back to work. If not I've got @hyperoptic on speed dial for the 1gb up /down at less money than I'm paying you for 500mb that doesn't work .

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic I have been without internet for 36 hours and my issue is not being resolved. I am not even being told what the issue is. I am tired of calling the CS every hour and spent the entire day yesterday and today trying to even what the issue.

    @Hyperoptic I’ve tried your web chat and been timed out 4 times, sat on hold on your call centre for 30 minutes before being hung up… when can I expect my connection to be restored? Been down since 8am
