@CommunityFibre Please come to SW9! I was with you guys before moving house - such a good service! Now I'm stuck with @Hyperoptic and am on day 3 of no internet for the second time in <6months. Last time was over actual Christmas, for 4 days.

  • Nastino Nastino (@Nastino) reported

Don't usually do this, but a tweet about @Hyperoptic Sign up, installation, service for just over 2 years, all absolutely fuss free and flawless. I cancelled today as I'm moving, and even this was excellent. Phone answered straight away, call took about 30 seconds. No fuss.

@Hyperoptic I have to say your customer service is awful once again!! Waited in all afternoon for the engineer to turn up and guess what no show!! And I only found out when I had to ring you!!! I’ve been a customer nearly two weeks still no internet really not good enough!!!

  • Loubna_Rg L R (@Loubna_Rg) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Thanks for the swift answer but I am still waiting for a solution to my problem beyond the “please be patient we are looking into this” that I am getting from the customer service since 3 weeks

  • Rachet1988 Rachael (@Rachet1988) reported from Manchester, England

I've got 10 mins of the movie left and Hyperoptic has gone down. I'll just make up the ending shall I?

  • NecroG4ming NecroGaming (@NecroG4ming) reported

@ItsMadJohn @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Can't catch a break mate. I'm moving over to Plusnet on 23rd. Ain't gonna fix the problem I've had for 6 years though as its still BT's infastructre :(

  • Jonathan_Kettle Johnny Bravo Fantom (@Jonathan_Kettle) reported

@Hyperoptic the support team are taking 10 days plus to even come close to restoring my connection. Poor response times and lack of information also.

  • OliverBoaler Oliver (@OliverBoaler) reported

.@hyperoptic has worst #CustomerService I’ve ever experienced. Our internet was meant to be activated 19 days ago + still doesn’t work + no guarantee when it will. Every person I speak to tells me I need to speak to someone else who isn’t avail. for 48hrs. #help #fail @WhichUK

  • iratesocialist Irate Socialist (she/her) 💙💚💜 (@iratesocialist) reported

@Beanss33 @Hyperoptic You probably don't even need an engineer. They didn't need access in December to sort ours out, they just used it as an excuse because they didn't want to pay Christmas rates to staff. @CommunityFibre doesn't treat people like this. Even truly awful BT doesn't do this.

  • tuf0xy NAVI tuf0xy (@tuf0xy) reported

@SquashyJG all down to your infrastructure bro, if you can get full fibre like hyperoptic do it next best thing is your BT line. All the vodafones/zen/skys ect legit just use the bt line that every house already has. my shits still copper/aluminium so the bt route is impossilbe so VM pain
