@Hyperoptic Hi, there appears to be an issue with Hyperoptic users connecting to the PlayStation network. This has been all day. I think the issue is with Hyperoptic because I can login to my account via 5G but not when connected to Hyperoptic. Could you please investigate?

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS doing a great job!!! 17 days now and you still have not assigned me the static ip that I have purchased. Apparently it only takes 24 hours??? Looks like it’s now time to cancel and join @BTGroup

@Zero_RVL @MarcBurrage @nintendolife Non gamers presumably… Just checked the link and it’s to HyperOptic, which is a broadband company I’ve never heard of. I think it’s a bit dodgy that Nintendo Life have published the article based on the above…Paid promo, without them saying so perhaps?

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Can you check messages please? Are you saying you can’t solve bad connection to overseas websites unless I switch ISP?

  • susanalsafizzle Susan Al-Safadi (@susanalsafizzle) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic here we are an entire week later still with no broadband and no communication as to when this will be resolved. You are a bunch of cowboys charging for a service you don’t provide.

  • ChrisKernachan Christopher Kernachan (@ChrisKernachan) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Is there any update on when internet will be restored in G51 4NQ? And where is the power outage affecting it please?

  • tomehoban Tommy Hoban (@tomehoban) reported

@Hyperoptic how do i contact you with regards to broadband service?

  • TomSamBee Thomas Braithwaite (@TomSamBee) reported

@RichardNeil13 @jnightda1 @AskPS_UK I've used their Live Chat and they said it was a global PSN issue but I doubt it tbh. Everyone I've spoken to on here says it's Hyperoptic so it's surely them?

  • sedielem Sander Dieleman (@sedielem) reported

@Hyperoptic Please come and save us from Virgin Media in London N10! They effectively have a monopoly here, because competitors only offer up to 60Mbps. I've been a customer since July and I'm considering a downgrade to be rid of them. Many neighbours are also fed up after recent outages.
