    @freetoswitch 1/2 Don't bother with this. @Hyperoptic will get you in and then screw you. I currently have 19 months left on my deal, @HyperopticCS do not provide the service at my new address, so I'm left with no choice but to pay a termination fee of £380!

    Internet with @Hyperoptic went live on Monday, Thursday it is already down. Today is the first day I decided to work from home and this happens :/. Not ideal. At least the communication has been good. Constant updates on the situation.

    @jemmaphysics @Hyperoptic One month?! 😱 We're 10 days into waiting for our '15 minutes to set up' hyperoptic Internet in our new house and the customer service has been shocking We've given up and gone with EE!

    @Uklawyer123 @freetoswitch @Hyperoptic 1/2 While we'd love to help, in our T&C we state that we guarantee service at the address where the account is opened. We can't guarantee that we can provide our services at other addresses in case you decide to move during the commitment period.

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Hi, internet down in E14 for 2h now though message in my account page says it will be 4 minutes due to maintenance work. Also the works were supposed to be over by 12:30 now is 12:50, it is still down. Tried to call but cannot get through

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS One of your engineers was digging up the cables in SE1 and now I have no internet in the house. I spoke to the engineer and they said that no damage to the wires should have occurred, but I still dont have internet

    Praise be to @Hyperoptic @hyperopticCS - made a support call to activate my new line, got cut off during it but the lovely person still got it all sorted. Couldn't say thanks unfortunately! Nice simple fast internet!

    @Hyperoptic hello 5th outage in 6 weeks in London N7, yet no real communication or offer of compensation. You don't answer the phone and emails take minimum 2 days for response. You're not getting alot right ... Tweeting via 5g of course.
