    Got notification today that @Hyperoptic will/should/might be installing full fibre broadband to my building next week! My days of suffering slow broadband may soon be over...might have to book some time off just to download things.

    @Argos_Online @Cex 180MBP. I have hyperoptic. Your website is slow. Takes ages to proceed to the next phase. Happens every time I use it. Can't even change my billing address without it slowing down. Sorry I've cancelled purchase. Walking to CEX the land of nerds.

    @Hyperoptic is it better to report an outage by phone, support ticket or Twitter? My internet has been out since before 1200, submitted a ticket and no response nor any internet

    God help anyone who chooses you as their isp. I only hope this thread will be a warning to others. Avoid at all costs. These guys are chancers and you don’t want to have to deal with this bullshit. BEWARE - HYPEROPTIC IS A LOST CAUSE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    Onceee again I am having to wait in the queue for hyperoptic support. By which time the internet will come back on and they will say that it looks fine on their end 😑😑😑😑

    Internet went out again after a engineer visited. Contacted @Hyperoptic to arrange another technician. They said they fixed it. I said it's going to cut out again in 20 mins so please can I arrange a engineer visit. They said they would email me if it does... andd they didnt🤬
