    @HyperopticCS I'm thinking about having a Sky Fibre Broadband connection installed to be able to use the internet while I wait for my Hyperoptic service to be fixed on the 20th of September. Can you confirm if I'll be able to use both services at the same time thereafter?

    I don't know what going on but @Hyperoptic when I first got my broadband it was superfast. Now the speed has drastically reduced. Can you help me out?

    @lottyburns @BT Hyperoptic are good. I'm really gutted that we couldn't move to them when we moved. We're with Vodafone and as a fellow millennial I've not found them too bad. Rung once in 2 years and that was because I accidentally switched the router off on the initial download 🤦

    @virginmedia I don’t have time for your questions now. You didn’t want to fix it in July, instead tried getting more money out of me like the scammers you are. Now I want to go elsewhere @Hyperoptic seems way better. Think I’ll go there.

    @Mug4Times LMAO no. It varies by area and for my Virgin have been good for about 3 years until like. these 2 weeks. and they're known to have the worst customer service out of any ISP. Rn i wanna move to hyperoptic but they're just working on giving it out to my area but in small numbers

    @Hyperoptic Dudes!!! There is little greater than Symmetrical Service, it plays a huge part in overall service quality and performance... Any provider who thinks otherwise is simply.... Lopsided!
