@pcgamer Try having a UK #BT supposedly FTTC connection giving 0.2 mbps upload & being told on reporting it that the download speed is ok & I would be charged by #OpenReach if no fault found. It was so bad I couldn't even get my email, yet #BT said it was fine. Can't wait 4 @Hyperoptic

@adrianhon @Hyperoptic Better than OpenReach fibre! By far! I was struggling with a crap connection for about 2 years before Hyperoptic were in my area, been with them for 4 months nearly and I’ve had no problems. I pay £30 a month. I don’t have a phone line though. I’m also on the 500mbps.

@Jonnyhibberd @Hyperoptic Well not going by my experience! Horrendously poor

@MsLolade_ @Hyperoptic Oh damn. We use them for work and they’re not tooo bad. If you are gonna switch, stay faaar away from TalkTalk pls worst service

@Hyperoptic I have continuously tried reaching you to have your engineer remove his van from my driveway. My car is blocked in. I'm not a customer!!! It's been 3 hours. Your staff are unhelpful and quite frankly rude. A truly awful business!! Avoid at all costs.

  • davyg006 David Geraghty (@davyg006) reported

@Hyperoptic yet again this week the internet has gone down in E3 London, it’s been off all morning and no calls being answered, what is going on?

  • adrianhon Adrian Hon (@adrianhon) reported

Thoughts on @Hyperoptic? That 900mbps up/down is very enticing! Is it as good as it sounds? Better than OpenReach fibre? Also: why is the monthly rolling contract *cheaper* than 12/24 month commitments?

  • IAmAGiantMonkey Matt Hughes (@IAmAGiantMonkey) reported

@Hyperoptic Oh, FWIW, we’ve emailed and phoned several times. No-one ever seems sure what’s going on and we never actually get any answers.

  • IAmAGiantMonkey Matt Hughes (@IAmAGiantMonkey) reported

@Hyperoptic Genuinely unimpressed. Had a few issues with Sky and BT before but at times it genuinely feels like you want us to have to fight to be able to use you as our ISP. What kind of company finds an issue when installing something and rather than say anything, just leaves?

  • NotClaudine Michæl Miyeeers (@NotClaudine) reported

@hashtagcali_ @virginmedia Hyperoptic slaps. Virgin is literally the worst
