@MarkHeath45 Not sure where you are, but try hyperoptic. You can pay monthly so not tied into contract where you are stuck with a service that might ben not what you need. And the service is excellent.

@Hyperoptic I’m a new customer and I’m already looking at cancelling our account - your service has been super poor. Service due to start 18/07 - engineer’s been out, we’ve spoken to activation team several times - the account is awaiting the system team to change serial numbers

Hyperoptic sent me an email a few days ago to upgrade my wifi for an extra 5 pounds and get a contract of 1 year, and since then my internet has become extremely slow, lol.

@Hyperoptic for the impact this has had on my business and made no effort to offer a resolution. Instead, he casually stated that \"nothing can be done at this moment\" and even suggested I terminate the service if I?m dissatisfied? p2

@Hyperoptic I had a call with Stephen regarding the ongoing connectivity issues. Despite my having submitted sufficient evidence demonstrating repeated drop-offs to 1 Mbps?on a plan that promises 150 Mbps?he was unable or unwilling to acknowledge the problem. He appeared indifferent P1.

@AlanPaedowitz @Hyperoptic I'm 40 minutes and they repeat me what I know, the customer service in Serbia they are not only to solve any problem, they complicate the complaints to the maximum.
