There’s currently no WiFi in my home because @Hyperoptic can’t figure out the problem. My whole house runs on internet apparently, so everything has come to a complete stop and being at home is the most boring place on earth right now

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS 4 hour outage. No updates from Hyperoptic. An outage of this length without an update to customers is unacceptable. Your outgoing message about outage was recorded in an echo chamber and is inaudible. 1/2

@kieranmch @Hyperoptic Loved having hyperoptic. Only complaint is if you ever want to leave they bill very high cancellation fees, even if moving home,.

@GirlGiada There are a couple of free things to check first. Electronic equipment near your router could be interfering (move it/other stuff) or the signal could be competing with a nearby neighbours router. Call hyperoptic tech help desk for advice on how to adjust it.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Managed to create an outage on a weekend and conveniently keeping their systems in a place where they can’t access on a weekend .No updates on the site and long queue to get hold of an agent . Basically you are not 24/7 so please update that.
