    @Hyperoptic Sorry, just spoke to Davis and he was useless. Still not resolved my problem and will not send an engineer out to diagnose a reoccurring problem. 0/10 Ps folk. Do not, I mean never use Hyperoptic because if you have problems they don't care. Currently looking for a new supplier

    @MrRoflWaffles Hyperoptic are actually evil. Only a few months ago they charged me Ā£600 to cancel after I got fired from my very first job I had to move into the city for. I lost my flat and among other things left THOUSANDS in debt and had to move back to an unideal situation. Iā€™m only 22 btw.

    @Hyperoptic any danger of you providing updates on when the service is up and running again. WiFi has been down almost a day, for the second time this month
