    @HyperopticCS @AskPlayStation anyone having issues with connecting to PSN on Hyperoptic try manually changing your DNS to Google's DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), fixed the issue for me

    @RebeccaAliceEFC @AskPS_UK @HyperopticCS I'm having same issue, also with Hyperoptic, got speeds of 400mb upload and download, yet ps5 says connection time out when trying to connect psn server and software update won't happen. I want this sorted PS UK!

    @Hyperoptic i haven't been able to connect to my PlayStation Network all day, there seems to be a lot of people who are also customers with the same issues. How long before these issues are fixed??

    @JasonWilde_SIEE @AskPS_UK What company is your internet provider ? I have same issue with hyperoptic they blame Sony UK but some of other websites and apps don't work for me neither .

    @Hyperoptic Internet down in London SE. Its been 4 hours, can we have an update? This is the second time this year and I've never had an issue with BT. 🤔

    @HyperopticCS @ChppIl While I'm sure you have to say this, it's unfortunately highly likely that the problem is with @Hyperoptic. Most people have attempted tethering with phones and it works fine. Perhaps a little more investigation is needed your end.
