    @GeneticGenesis @Hyperoptic I know, I bet they're just overprovisioning the network and overselling. If you look at reddit there's plenty of recent posts with the same **** download speed issue.

    @Hyperoptic I am sick of chasing and chasing, to essentially be told that you taking money is my problem. I pre-empted this was going to happen so I initially called to check no fee was going to be taken. Then I got a pre-warning of an upcoming (wrong) bill.

    @Hyperoptic Definitely not hyper reliable. London, NW10 has dropped to 2Mbps even though I paid for 1Gb. I've been on hold with tech support for 45 minutes and then the connection mysteriously drops out. Get it sorted for goodness sake! Cheap prices = poor service

    @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP

    @Hyperoptic Ongoing outage since 11:30 yesterday at E3 4RW. Still no service or updates after almost 24 hours. Please investigate and provide an ETA.
