Can’t use my lighting, heating or front door intercom. Hanging on to call for 30 mins still not through. No response to my emails.

Your team let me know that the earliest available time for someone to come out is Friday afternoon. 48 hours without Internet that literally controls everything plus working from home has been a poor experience 🤧😠😤

NotSteve (@NotSteveMusic) reported@Hyperoptic easily the most shoddy internet provider in the UK. Random outages and when you try and contact them they just literally switch off their customer support. Can’t call them. Can’t live chat them. Can’t do anything.
