Canβt use my lighting, heating or front door intercom. Hanging on to call for 30 mins still not through. No response to my emails.

Tia (@justforumrah) reported@Hyperoptic have the absolute WORST customer service, no wifi for 3 days now - engineer did not turn up and they are not allowing us to rebook an engineer till they find out why. Incredibly hard to get through to them on the phone in the first place - do not recommend.

AKP (@witless_duck) reported@Hyperoptic how come your service quality standards have stooped so low? Paying 40GBP+ per month and yet the network outage has left me with no internet for the past 3 days. Cannot attend meetings, cannot do anything. Tech support requires waiting for 30 minutes.

NotSteve (@NotSteveMusic) reported@Hyperoptic easily the most shoddy internet provider in the UK. Random outages and when you try and contact them they just literally switch off their customer support. Canβt call them. Canβt live chat them. Canβt do anything.
