    @Hyperoptic beginning to think this 24hr support is a lie. Reported issue a day ago. No response. Been no. 1 in queue for chat support for over an hour now. No support at all. Getting worse and worse. And you want me to renew? Renew what?

    @HyperopticCS our @Hyperoptic Internet service is down in York (YO1) this afternoon, home router has been turn off and on, all the usual IT support steps followed… is there a service outage?

    @d3x7r0 Oh i have Hyperoptic , proper fiber, no issues with slow speeds. This Vodafone offering is just sad.
