No Wi-Fi has to be one of the most effective modern day torture strategies. Couple that with awful customer service and piss poor excuses and you have the perfect storm. Sort it out @Hyperoptic

@Beanss33 @Hyperoptic You probably don't even need an engineer. They didn't need access in December to sort ours out, they just used it as an excuse because they didn't want to pay Christmas rates to staff. @CommunityFibre doesn't treat people like this. Even truly awful BT doesn't do this.

Again really disappointed in @Hyperoptic 's service. Multiple service outages after a horrendous 12 month installation and failed activations. Yet no response from @HyperopticCS to a number of emails. #fibre

@Hyperoptic @Ofcom How about if you move address and Hyoeroptic don't provide service there then they shouldn't be able to charge you an early exit fee like I have just been. £76! Disgraceful!
