Never going with @Hyperoptic again ever, will recommend no one buys these guys. Filled with incompetency across the organisation it seems and new personnel who haven’t got a clue on how to provide support.

@HyperopticCS @Juliannochie @Hyperoptic Don’t get your hopes up Julian, they say wait until day X and then on the day you get palmed off. Look through my history with them. Cancel while you can.

@BusSafetyRep Provisioning should take all of about 5 minutes by the ISP. It’s literally just sending an address to your router and registering it to receive connection to the internet. I have no idea why hyperoptic have a network team that takes forever to do this.

@Hyperoptic Into 6th day of waiting for Hyperoptic activation, rather than the minutes I was told. I get pacifying messages from customer services but no timeline or evidence of anything actually happening.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS have had 500mb down speed since “upgrading” to 1gb over 5 weeks ago. Why do I have to keep chasing you guys when I get told I’d be provided w/ an update. Absolute sh*tshow. And still no compensation when my device went down for 4 days after “upgrading”.
