If you need a reliable internet connection AVOID @Hyperoptic 7 days of no connection then they send someone to the property who can’t fix the issue. No internet means no work means no pay. Merry Christmas

@HyperopticCS @firaskamal @XeroNixxy The issue is not the PS servers, the only people who are experiencing the sign in issues are with Hyperoptic.

@Hyperoptic I just closed down my account with you guys as I’m moving house next week. I was sad when I learned you don’t serve my new location as I’ve enjoyed a fast and reliable product for over 3 years… 1/3

  • Or1onSLi Andrea (@Or1onSLi) reported

@ShowanW @Dachsjaeger @Xbox There's a bit of mix and match between software bugs and server capping. It has never been clear to me what the ideal setup is...my home never receives more than 364Mbps on Xbox but goes up to 600Mbps on Microsoft Store on PC. I'm in the UK with Hyperoptic.

My internet has been down for about 24 hours and @Hyperoptic says it's a damaged cable but they can't send anyone to look at it until the 14th December! 😭
