Appalling. There needs to be legislation to stop this inequity, deeply unfair & greedy. Complaining gets nowhere either

Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.

Maks (@Makssss_O) reportedWaited four days for my hyperoptic router only for it to arrive and there’s a fault somewhere in my flat and can’t get an engineer till next week. Wouldn’t have been the worst thing but O2 has next to no signal so I’m basically stuck in the stone ages in this flat.
