@Hyperoptic great stated offering, take your money and do nothing. Rubbish customer service, if they respond can only pass it to someone else or say what they can’t do. Incompetence all over. Same thing first time we tried, no improvement in 2 years

@adhodgson I keep meaning to open an issue with opnsense and ask if we need an extra mode in Opnsense or if @Hyperoptic's gateways are broken. I'm not sure which is the case :-)

Anyone else using Ubiquiti routing gear with Hyperoptic not able to get IPV6 working using DHCPV6 and prefix delegation? This was working for past 2 years until some engineering works last Thursday at my location so I think some change of equipment has caused the issue.

Hello @Hyperoptic, I’ve now had no internet for a day and a half and your website says there’s no problem. What’s going on in SW18?

@apooja_agg @Hyperoptic It's been going on for days now, stop paying them as they're not providing any service

One of the Worst Things on social media is the adverts from ISPs who say “we’ve arrived!” only to find via their postcode checker that they have not, in fact, arrived. @virginmedia @CommunityFibre @Hyperoptic are all culprits of this.
