Today is October 4. Wanna hear a joke? I ordered @Hyperoptic July 22. Guess who still has no service and been using an @EE hotspot in its place since…

@HyperopticCS @Xbox (Yes it's just the Xbox that has slow downloads, no this isn't a new issue, and "directly" means Hyperoptic Ethernet port -> Xbox, no router involved)

Still getting messages from @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS @HyperopticBuild about the issue and their struggle to find an Engineer to fix it. So sad after all this still getting messages but no real work done by them. So disappointed with the service getting by Hyperoptics SAD

@Hyperoptic ❎ Ensuring that water supplies to homes where new street cabling is being installed isn't damaged. You've received my formal complaint by email and you've got a contact number for me there. The work being undertaken is disruptive enough without damaging our plumbing!

@HyperopticCS I’ve contacted customer service multiple times but Hyperoptic refuse to provide any useful information whatsoever. No transparency. Things that get “escalated” just hit a dead end with no response.

@tjeffwilson @Hyperoptic @EE It’s sounding more and more like I should chargeback on charge and cancel direct debit payments and switch to another provider asap.

@Hyperoptic Hi @Hyperoptic - your engineers, while installing new cabling, damaged the water supply to my home and we've been left without hot water, and have a potentially damaged boiler, due to attempts of your engineers to fix things. Complaint in with Hyperoptic.

@Hyperoptic I'm not even a @Hyperoptic customer - this is from works being carried out on the road outside our property. Engineers very keen to find the owner of a misplaced parked car, less keen to ensure they don't damage residential water pipes and systems.

@Beesley1Carlie @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Whoever initially installed it, the wiring wasn’t allowing the light through the fibre so engineers came to fix it but said I should be able to ask for activation now it was sorted but still nothing…
