@Hyperoptic 2 weeks for installing wifi. I'm not even living in the middle of the woods or something. Never got back the calls or emails. Didn't able to wait for 2 weeks, now still counting.

called @Hyperoptic multiple times EVERYDAY for 2 WEEKS, every call had to wait for more than 30 mins. Calls and emails they only said "we get back to us" but never did.

@HyperopticCS So not really got me covered... Can we get this sorted today? please can someone call or just cancel my contract - as landlord has indicated Hyperoptic wasn't installed here despite what you guys claim. Shocking customer service from you guys.

@HyperopticCS I believe previous resident used an internal fibre converter. There's no Hyperoptic socket. Please help! Yesterday's customer service was poor.
