@Hyperoptic When I first joined Hyperoptic, I had no issues while it was my ISP. I moved elsewhere and it wasn’t an available provider so I had to switch. I recently moved into a building where Hyperoptic is a provider and I have since been a happy customer again!

@Hyperoptic I switched to hyper optic as I needed a reliable broadband connection since being disappointed with other providers. Since I’ve switched only one have I had a connection problem. The team answered in 5 mins and resolved it super fast. #10YearsOfHyperoptic

My internet isn't working for weeks. I can't even cancel it without talking to them!! Seems like it's part of the business strategy @Hyperoptic.. Frustrate people on the call so that they can't even leave! Pathetic.
