Got a Roomba need to connect it to the WiFi but no 2.4 GHz on my router and the router admin page doesn't work (because I apparently haven't paid for my internet).

Char (@Char86855647) reportedNo internet at all since Friday in Rotherhithe! @Hyperoptic I called on Saturday for an update and your staff said they didn’t know what was going on. Fix this soon or myself (any many others in my building) will be finding a new internet provider this week!!!

Niall McCann (@Niall_McCann) reportedTried to order @Hyperoptic in June: repeat fail. Took them to 25July (+old ISP cut off) to realise need freehold say-so to install (granted 26July) +offer mobile WiFi (never received). Was just asked to "register order interest". In 11days I can rejoin old ISP as new customer
