    @Hyperoptic complete scam. No internet even though you get charged no costumer support even if I stay on phone for hours. No live chat. No contact at all.

    @LGSTFU22 @HyperopticCS Point proven then I don't know how they get it to each property but clearly a wider issue despite them denying it. DO YOU UNDERSTAND @Hyperoptic ? Where's the Glasgow engineer? Get them to my block to prove I'm right!

    Called @Hyperoptic to upgrade plan. Call answered immediately. Was on the phone for all of two minutes and left happy with a good deal. This is how all customer service should be.
