    I am seriously confused why we are stuck paying ridiculous prices for 1GB Internet from @virginmedia because @toobbroadband and @Hyperoptic won’t get there stuff together to help the north of the UK

    @koenjideck Could not recommend hyperoptic enough not had a single issue with them and its chep to i get full 1000 fibire for 35 quid a month

    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.
