@charlicbread_ I'm having the same issue with OFNL, we just moved to a building with this ****** provider. I miss Hyperoptic already. Did you find a good provider within OFNL?

@KFatima27 @Hyperoptic Hello! We're so sorry about the loss of service. We've located the issue and we're currently working on it. The issue turned out to be more complicated than first anticipated and the fiber issue that was found is currently being sorted. Hope to have you online soon!

@Hyperoptic There's been an issue lately for a flat I am about to move into. This is the only flat out of 50 or so flats that is not serviced because of potential repair cost? There are 6 identical ground floor flats right next to each other who all have hyperoptic service-Why?
