    @Hyperoptic diabolical service. Approaching 48hrs with little to no service. Issue claimed to be fixed for it to stop working again 2 hours later. No estimated timeframe for resolution.

    @Hyperoptic internet's been out since early Friday morning. Something that should've been fixed in a few hours is still down, with no real updates so far!!!! no one answering calls, are you even trying? the worst providers, ever!!!!!

    @c932x @Hyperoptic Mine too! I've been on hold for an hour and 30 mins. Got through to customer service and they said they'll transfer me right away on hold again

    @Hyperoptic I have had no Internet since Wednesday afternoon. Your team let me know that the earliest available time for someone to come out is Friday afternoon. 48 hours without Internet that literally controls everything plus working from home has been a poor experience 🤧😠😤
