    @Hyperoptic what a bloody dreadful company you are!! I’ve been on the phone for nearly a hour trying to get the internet activated!! Shocking **** and I think your ratings are fake! Dreadful service!

    Customer support is equally frustrating. 1+ hour waits on calls, 30+ minute chat queues, then agents disappear for 5–7 minutes and the chat gets terminated if I'm inactive for 60 seconds. Poor performance, endless waiting, no resolution Customers deserve better #Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic awful service, got the installation 2 days ago and still no internet they don’t have no answer and expect us to wait without internet they take hours to pick up regret joining them

    @asentance I needed to find a supplier for my father recently and @zeninternet commit to not raising prices during your contract, if they do go up you have the chance to switch supplier. Personally I've had very good service from Hyperoptic too if you can get them. Both offer fibre.
