@Hyperoptic Just wanted to share the appalling wi-fi service I’m experiencing as a home worker and the even worse Customer Service…11 days to respond. Thank you also for the reminder that I can terminate my contract with you.

@Hyperoptic it takes less than a week for you'll to install but 1 month to cancel service ? Why does it take 1 month for you'll yo cancel service?

  • AirlieBenn Benn Airlie (@AirlieBenn) reported

@ella_kemp If it’s available in the building hyperoptic is great, they do up to 1gb speeds. I’d say avoid plusnet, kept losing signal and low speeds. Both of these were in Greenwich!

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS signed up on 8 Aug, took over 2 weeks for router to arrive. Now can't activate my router because of network issue and I am not being told how long this will take to fix... seriously considering terminating my contract. Worst broadband in the UK by far.

@LGSTFU22 @HyperopticCS Point proven then I don't know how they get it to each property but clearly a wider issue despite them denying it. DO YOU UNDERSTAND @Hyperoptic ? Where's the Glasgow engineer? Get them to my block to prove I'm right!
