    @allsomatt @Hyperoptic We're truly sorry to hear that we won't be having you on board any time soon, Matt. Making the service live in a certain area requires multiple stages and steps, and the physical installation is only one of them. We would need to connect the area to our network in the system too!

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic I can confirm that my internet is back on. However the speed is still a third of what it should be. I am actually scared to ask you guys to fix it. Can you without killing my internet again?

    Anyone else with Hyperoptic Internet? My internet speed is SO DOWN I can't work! Was 1 mb/s yesterday and now between 5-20! Anyone else? What is going on? @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS

    Day 44 since my instillation and still no internet. Starting to think @Hyperoptic’s technical support team won’t ever activate my account. @HyperopticCS it was only after my call today that I was offered any sort of escalation to a complaint department. Travesty.

    @latishaleighx @Hyperoptic We've looked into this case and we can see that it was raised as the highest priority to our field team, and the engineers are scheduled to visit tomorrow to repair the fault preventing the activation. We hope all goes well and you get your service up and running!

    @sendhelpformom @Hyperoptic Exactly the same. Day 6 for myself. Monday send me an update saying they have no update on it. Nothing since. Worst decision of a provider made

    @Hyperoptic hello, broadband is off in Stratford E20 1JU!!!! Almost and hour now, and surely i am on hold with your support line!!!
