    As a @Hyperoptic customer, going from telephone broadband to cable (optic) I don’t see any difference in speed & as far as quality of service until I need to contact you, I know nothing about that but am happy to rate you 1 star on any review ,if you so WISH

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS @HyperopticBuild Dear team ,I got hyperoptic for wifi in September 2022 , I was told if I move my place where hyperoptic doesn’t operates they will cancel the subscription with out any charges but now I am being forced to pay cancellation fee ,

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic The issue has not been resolved, I still don't have broadband and that message is still showing in my account with no further explanation of the said issue.

    @gingertrvlguru @strutcakes @virginmedia I tried to get virgin network extended to my building… too difficult. Had Hyperoptic install FTTP (over Openreach) and get 900mg

    Honestly, screw these companies advertising "superfast internet" when it's below 100Mbps. Superfast = 250Mbps MIN. I've had 60 down for a decade, at least. Places like @Hyperoptic and @CityFibre could be making huge wins right now if they could get rolled out quicker.

    @Hyperoptic filled in a form online, but never submitted it because I wanted to check if I can get out of my current contract with BT. Now I'm getting bombarded with sales call from your team. WtAF?
