@TysonBrillerr @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Are you having the same problem? I have spoke with them and they are saying its problem with a cabinet in my street that they can't get access too which is a lie🙄

  • wc1chris wc1chris (@wc1chris) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Hello! The internet in Zachary House SW9 0AF (London) has gone down this evening. It seems to be a problem across the building. Please can you advise when this will be rectified? Thank you

  • timhudson73 Tim Hudson (@timhudson73) reported

@Hyperoptic Would be great if someone #hyperoptic had not terminated my internet access for no reason on 23rd December without resolution! Full working day today still no resolution! So disappointed in poor service @Hyperoptic

  • AmanKhurana1710 Amandeep Kaur (@AmanKhurana1710) reported

@HyperopticCS Still without internet from so long, Technician supposed to come on 23rd Dec but cancelled. Hyperoptic does not even have courtesy to inform us. Me and my husband was at our home and cancelled all the plans for this. In the end we called the support and than we got to know. Worst

  • HyperopticCS HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported

@CHAYHO1 @Hyperoptic @zeninternet We understand that it may not be the fastest solution, but it is our standard practice to send our routers via Royal Mail. This way we have engineers available to immediately help our customers if they have a connection problem, or if an installation is required!

  • LezBrotherston *** brotherston OBE (@LezBrotherston) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS @HyperopticBuild Dear friends… don’t go anywhere near Hyperoptic . The service provided is terrible and their customer service appalling . Technical support is a woman with a book reading instructions that can’t really help

  • melanieteff Melanie Teff (@melanieteff) reported

@Hyperoptic 15 days of service outage in E1- since 14 December! When will Hyperoptic sort out this problem??? Since Hyperoptic was supposed to activate my service on 11 October, I have had only 2 weeks of Internet service...

  • Tesiccl ¡Silenzio, Bruno! (@Tesiccl) reported

@Jvmxsy Oh damn okay! Aha fair, Hyperoptic are fantastic, I hated having to leave them when I moved, going from 1gb per second up and down to 80 hurt hahaha

  • ianeharvey Ian Harvey 🇺🇦 (@ianeharvey) reported

@nikospolydorou @EddieBrand To be honest I believe they are all under staffed. I moved to Virgin from Hyperoptic 1Gb. I never had to call them, but I don't expect it would have been great if I had!

  • 9e3k 𝙨𝙪𝙟𝙤𝙮▫️ (@9e3k) reported

Hyperoptic and Community fibre both aggressively targeting their insta ads at my profile, but not being available in my area is the fail I didn't want my December to have.
