            Wandsworth, England@Hyperoptic engineering works between 9 and 11. Basically, I don’t have internet and I can’t work. After a rocky start, this is another bad situation. Why don’t you do this jobs during the night?

It’s been an entire day without internet.I have been calling the whole day. Baffles me that none of your engineers even attempted to visit the property. Poor Service!!!

    (@i_am_pravish) reported@Hyperoptic They came in today and said they have fixed it, but now they are saying they need the first engineer to come physically to close the ticket and then only they can activate it. The date for next engineer slot is 27 Oct. Horrible just plain horrible. Worst service seriously.
