    @Hyperoptic I find calling your support services time-consuming as they require unnecessary personal probing and ๐Ÿชช verification. Would it be possible to provide an email address instead?

    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment
