@HyperopticCS There we go again! A service outage affecting the SW6 area. Can Hyperoptic please explain why there’s a service outage this time? When can residents from the area also expect to get the connection back up and running?

Got a HyperOptic installation at mine tommorow afternoon, twice the speed for half the cost of what I'm paying with Talk Talk. That's what it's all about these days - getting a better service for less money . .

  • GoatApocalypse Nick (@GoatApocalypse) reported

@HyperopticCS Hi there, having problems logging into Microsoft apps today - works fine if I hotspot off my phone but not if I'm on Hyperoptic broadband. Any ideas?

  • DomLip94 Dominic Lipscombe (@DomLip94) reported

@CBobblers1878 Hyperoptic if you can get it. Paying £30 a month for 500 up & down. Just done a test then and it's 425 Down 543 Up at the min

  • Jamieonthisday Jamie (@Jamieonthisday) reported

@ByJamesJones @TalkTalk I would say I’m surprised… I paid more for BT. Better customer service, can actually speak to them, too but when I moved went with Hyperoptic. Easy to talk to as well.

@Felix_F_Fern Hyperoptic have been good. Really good customer service and reliable

Honestly, screw these companies advertising "superfast internet" when it's below 100Mbps. Superfast = 250Mbps MIN. I've had 60 down for a decade, at least. Places like @Hyperoptic and @CityFibre could be making huge wins right now if they could get rolled out quicker.

  • lizardUnicorn Nuclear Summer (@lizardUnicorn) reported from London, England

@Hyperoptic filled in a form online, but never submitted it because I wanted to check if I can get out of my current contract with BT. Now I'm getting bombarded with sales call from your team. WtAF?

Seem to be having issues with @Hyperoptic tonight.

@SkyUK are putting up my broadband bill by 12.5% for the 2nd year in a row. They treat loyal (read: 10yrs at this address) customers badly yet they offer NEW customers discounted rates to hook them in. Time to shop around for a new provider. Pity @Hyperoptic aren't in my area 😞
