@Hyperoptic it’s been over 24hours and still not fixed! I’m seriously considering already leaving your company due to this poor customer service. You stated someone has come but not gained access?! There was onsite builder and site management. I work from home 😤

  • tomgsalisbury Tom Salisbury (@tomgsalisbury) reported

@Hyperoptic - No service since 1705 in SE17. Can you confirm you are aware of the outage and that you're working to resolve it?

  • Christian_sand Christian Sanderson (@Christian_sand) reported

@Hyperoptic Gold standard service, you are jokers, 8+ days for an engineer to fix an issue, 9 internet outages in 8 weeks, are you sure about this! #jokers #shocking

  • DrEllisCrawford Ellis Crawford (@DrEllisCrawford) reported

I'm off to Cambridge for work but our bathroom is still without water. @Hyperoptic and their contractor, Pioneer, seem more interested in arguing over whose fault it is, and that I refer to that correctly, rather than fixing the issue. Having to arrange all call outs myself.

I’ve provided all the necessary informations every time I called. Talked to customer service over the phone and chat thrice but all the false promises. I can’t work from home due to this. Hope I kept back up virgin media plan. Never knew @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic this bad.

@Hyperoptic Why ask thatbi sent a private message if you had no intention of helping.Yours is the only company that provides ZERO help for when broadband goes down.I can no longer work from home as my mobile allowance is finished. Yours is truly a shockingly bad company.

  • nzlata Nonna Polonskaya (@nzlata) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic My account was cancelled without any warning. You have created a new account but cannot activate my broadband and “at some point next week” is not an estimate. Me and my partner work from home - this is not acceptable - pls help immediately!

  • indraselva Selva (@indraselva) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS looks like you had changed some network policies that is blocking VPN? Is this what the reason why we're doing network maintenance? Why can't you be transparent when doing such changes?

Day 11 of my @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS activation saga. They told me they expected the team to check between today and yesterday (as if almost 7 working days haven't been enough) still no updates. Wonder what @Ofcom thinks of them offering a service that they can't really provide
