@Hyperoptic May I ask as potential new customer why I have been in a waiting queue for 30 minutes now on the phone! Not really filling me with confidence about switching provider.

@Hyperoptic How can you justify offering new customers (via comparison sites) broadband at £12-£26 PCM but want me to renew as an existing loyal customer at £30-£35 PCM?! That’s daylight robbery. Already spoken to your agents but no reasoning with them. I am not impressed. 😡

@Hyperoptic can you help. I am sick to my bones with this service. All morning I have been without WiFi AGAIN. This is such a regular occurrence for me. I'm done. I'm literally searching now for another provider. 7 years I've put up with this extremely inadequate service.

@Hyperoptic have finally followed the herd and now have started to increase their prices on a yearly basis and by £3! And they won't even offer the prices online because I aint a new customer! How sad after 7 years of being with them.

@Hyperoptic why do my tickets requesting technical support get closed without an answer? It's been over 2 weeks and I'm struggling to get a response from support even with new tickets.
