    Seriously @Hyperoptic Three days in a row the Internet has gone off. This is ridiculous, I want some compensation or something, this cannot continue. How can service be THIS BAD?!

    @MartinSLewis My sister in Glasgow was with Plusnet they never haggled about the price she's now with Hyperoptic for £25 a month she gets 1GB hyper fast download speed against 65 megabytes download speeds of Plusnet and they were charging £36 a month for old phone line technology

    @Hyperoptic I received an email re getting in touch to discuss your renewal options on 20/06. I responded on 11/07 and since then I've been chasing the sales and support team daily for a response. Can you please have a look?

    @Hyperoptic and of course now I’m charged £60 per month as the contract ended and you never responded back to me for a renewal.

    @Hyperoptic both yesterday and now today the Internet is down? I WFH, I need Internet! No eta on the Network Status dashboard, and you charge me £55 for this?!

    @Hyperoptic The only good things about the festival were Bob Vylan & Kneecap. The rest were as indifferent as your now very poor service
