    @Deiah_Renka too many people and it's too much of an overload :') but i only recommend hyperoptic because i had virgin in the past and they sold my dad dREAMS and switching over to them was one of the worst things we could have done, it was easily the worst provider i ever had 😭

    @Hyperoptic 14 days now with no phone service with a medical need for it. You replied to@one out of 18 chasing emails. Your phones have wait times of up to 1 hour. How do I get someone’s attention? You seem understaffed?

    @virginmedia your router is dreadful 😡 and keeps seemingly randomly dropping connection despite the white light staying on. I have an online interview coming up. How can I get in touch with your twitter customer support team? Hyperoptic have much better deals right now
