    @Hyperoptic “keeping your network super fast” should not be done at our expense . For the gazilionth time you do maintenance and shutting down of services ( 2 hours this time ) during working hours . “Informed you so you can find alternatives” is not acceptable

    Just had @Hyperoptic installed last week. It randomly stopped working, apparently due to bad wiring The next engineer available is in six days Dog **** company, avoid

    @theashrb Hyperoptic is actually a good network (used to work for them). Starlink makes sense if you live in the sticks

    Got through to @Hyperoptic, biggest network outage ever apparently. They can’t provide any timeframe for reconnection but said they hope it’s fixed within ‘48 hours.’ Surely we need compensation if this lasts longer than a few hours wtaf

    BT openreach van outside my flat earlier, and now suddenly there's no WiFi on my network #hyperoptic ... if openreach broke something I want compensation. I'm working from home! Not ok! @Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic please respond and do something about your bad work! Last maintenance I had no service for more than 4 days and you said “few hours” as today! It’s 9:30 hours and still NO service 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP

    @Hyperoptic Any news on the internet outage at Brighton Marina… You said an engineer is on his way and will be in the area at 10:30am to fix it, it’s now 2pm and nothing, I haven’t seen a single engineer anywhere!
