@UbuntuBhoy @Hyperoptic Shocking customer service, installation booked, cancelled half hour before, info credit when live, twitter DM area unserviceable conflicts the email info. Why book an installation if you can't provide the service and your Web page says otherwise. Disappointing poor customer info

Seriously all companies out there need to be mirroring @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS level of customer service, they just get it. Same deals for new & existing customers and new contracts can be signed via their online chat, no need to call and wait on hold #keepupthegoodwork

@UbuntuBhoy @Hyperoptic Disappointed installation cancelled half hour before, now been told area unserviceable, unable to book installation. No idea if temp delay or unable to supply Internet. Poor customer information. No time scale no proper info.

@ashic @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Very bad connection, can’t even provide basic connection. I took maximum speed /connection option which they have but completely rubbish. I asked for cancellation, don’t want to do that either. Bad bad bad…..not even one star.

Moved from house last week to flat. Don’t need a phone at the apartment and already have FTTP from @hyperoptic. Tried to cancel @BTCare . Told £550 cancel fee as I’m in contract till Sept 2022.
