    @Hyperoptic your service has been down three times this week, most recent outage has lasted for 24hrs. Unacceptable. What is going on??? Service credits only after 48hrs of outage is rubbish. Sort it out. Not impressed.

    @HyperopticCS Joined Hyperoptic recently.. now second day in row having outage for many hours..!!! This is absolutely unacceptable..!!! others having same issues.. if don't get this sorted ASAP me and many others will move to other companies..!

    @Hyperoptic no proactive updates on how you’re fixing the issue that’s lasted for more than 24hrs now. The outage was reported yesterday afternoon and you sent an engineer 3pm the next day? Not good enough.

    @Hyperoptic Outage now at our building for over 4 hours. Just called for an update and the engineer hasn't even arrived yet!

    I am super disappointed by the customer service of WiFi provider @Hyperoptic in London. The WiFi service from @Hyperoptic has been down for four days and they don’t bother sending an engineer to fix the simple issue. What a bad customer service you have - TERRIBLE

    Hi @Hyperoptic I recently upgraded to your 500mb service from your 250. Since then, I'm barely getting 20mb download speed on an ethernet connection. I've emailed your support team twice with no response. yes, I've restarted the router several times. Starting to feel annoyed.
