@Hyperoptic do you have a complaints contact, please? I’m having to move home and you can’t supply my new place as your service isn’t available there. Both circumstances are out of my control yet you are expecting me to pay hundreds to cancel.

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic No one has called yet. How do I know they r actually coming today? I can’t stay indoors all day not know when they will turn up. I am connected to a neighbours Wi-Fi but the signal is so weak. It’s affecting my work as I work from home. This is very frustrating.

@Hyperoptic I'd love to know how you can claim to be BB provider of the year 2023 (it's April, grow up)? Especially as I'm paying you £50 a month for a dogshit service that buffers all over the shop on every. single. clip. I play on my phone. Utter garbage.

@Pijinnn_ nah they dont pay if you cancel, the deal is you sign up with them after your contract ends and theyll give you free internet till it ends. I know my mate is on month 5 of free hyperoptic internet, and as someone that used it for 5 years in glasgow, it never went down once!
