Hello @Hyperoptic why do I need to pay more as a existing customer to renew? I missed the deadline and reached out and got charged more than what you offer new customer. Is this fair #hyperoptic @HyperopticCS

  • norfwigan northwigan 🇺🇦 (@norfwigan) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I still have no signal. And no, I’m using hyperoptic wifi.

  • replytomorons BarkingMonkey (@replytomorons) reported

After 3 frustrating days dealing with @Hyperoptic customer services, I finally got to talk to the amazing Aleksa N in Serbia. Not only was he able to fully explain the situation, he was clearly being honest, which was appreciated above all else 1/

My @virginmedia broadband in SW London has been down for most of the past few days and it seems to be impossible to discover what’s going on. The uncertainty of knowing whether I can WFH or not over the weekend is infuriating. Does anyone out there have experience of Hyperoptic?

  • Ccynica Ccynical (@Ccynica) reported

@SettaSoeyono @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Yes very slow customer service, their service is sooooooooo bad and slow.

@CindySughrue @Trustpilot @Hyperoptic Heya Cindy! While this is an unfortunate set of events leading to undesired experiences with some of the customers, it is certainly not a representation of the majority of our customer's experiences as the other 5 star reviews show. Our DMs are opened!

  • taxbod Andrew Brooks (@taxbod) reported

@JamesTurner37 @virginmedia My Hyperoptic is working fine. Thanks for asking. ;) Whilst not as wow as the company likes to claim, the service is still noticeably more reliable than Virgin or BT. Only one outage for me in three years, and it was sorted in 12 hours.)

  • jfsignorelli jfs (@jfsignorelli) reported

@Hyperoptic Haven’t had internet in 2 full days. What the hell is going on? I’ll be filing a complaint very soon

  • ViscountMonte Monte (@ViscountMonte) reported

@Ccynica @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Agreed, I sent them a DM as requested and just received a generic brush off with no ETA of resolution. Given the issue and experience the 24/7 support appears to be a myth.

  • Ccynica Ccynical (@Ccynica) reported

@jvantill @Hyperoptic Don't bother their customer service is the worst ever
