    After 9 or 10 hours of no service, and no customer service, no helpline, no online info about the mass outage, and no attempt to fix or communicate at all, @Hyperoptic now has a phone line open at least, where it tells you there's no problem in your area, and puts you in a 20 plus person queue. This is pathetic.

    @TomThornhill_2 @Hyperoptic On our street Hyperoptic seems to be working for some houses but down for others, so guess it’s quite random

    @evadne oh hyperoptic is a service provider! for a second there i was like woah there's something _above_ fiber optic already jesus. all the stops i'm checking on rightmove say "ultrafast ~1500mbps" which frankly is more than i need (assuming its not shared with the whole building)

    @MrRoflWaffles Hyperoptic are actually evil. Only a few months ago they charged me £600 to cancel after I got fired from my very first job I had to move into the city for. I lost my flat and among other things left THOUSANDS in debt and had to move back to an unideal situation. I’m only 22 btw.

    Someone give us a good WiFi provider. Currently with @Hyperoptic that is shocking, TV loads every 2 minutes. Also been with @virginmedia and NEVER again, shocking connection. So yeah an actual decent recommendation would be nice

    @MoMayet3 @electrodrummer @Hyperoptic I’ve had to hang up as having calls but still in chat and 1.5hrs 😳. Crazy as just need to be online and back from holiday 🫣
