    @mariucha77 @lulu_veganx @Hyperoptic Day 5. Supposedly they found the failed node yesterday but didn't fix it. They told me that they will be back trying again at 10am today. Incredibly slow

    @MrRoflWaffles Hyperoptic are actually evil. Only a few months ago they charged me £600 to cancel after I got fired from my very first job I had to move into the city for. I lost my flat and among other things left THOUSANDS in debt and had to move back to an unideal situation. I’m only 22 btw.

    Friends who understand broadband, why ******** do companies ONLY offer asymmetric speeds with their fibre deals? I’d love to get @Hyperoptic but they don’t cover the property I’ll be hopefully moving to, I’m looking at options but most of them are pretty bleak…

    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.

    @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic you think that’s bad try the Netherlands, we had a cable problem and it took them 3 months to fix it no compensation whatsoever… Still incredibly annoying and they should do better as a company.
