    @ZequnCui Same experience here. @Hyperoptic has been down for days with no explanation or end it sight. Worst internet provider.

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS citywide internet down for now 4 days with no update. Any idea when you guys will get your act together? Do I need to go through the work week without internet?

    If anyone buying a new home is thinking of using @Hyperoptic as they promise to connect you instantly please don’t believe them. Three days and still no clue when we will get this sorted. Tv engineers cancelled and unable to work from home and no help from them. Avoid!

    @Hyperoptic I nominate #hyperoptic as the worst #internet provider in UK. #isp internet goes down for days (not hours) with no explanation.

    If there is a less reliable and helpful company than @Hyperoptic I'd love to know who it is. Absolutely zero customer service
