@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic: Raised a request about a router on 20th August. You claim that it was delivered to me on 25th August, it wasn't. I was at home, and I didn't get it. It's been 11 days; either the courier marked it delivered falsely, or you never dispatched it.

At some point an engineer arrived to set up the physical infrastructure at my new flat. Very nice and competent. But he was here for 3 hours, and he spent most of that time on the phone with a @Hyperoptic call centre trying to get a signal through the cable he'd just put in.

@HyperopticCS My Broadband is backup. Try connecting all. Hyperoptic,Thank you for your hard work on restoring the service. Out of curiosity, it would be great to know what caused the issue.

@HyperopticCS I already did & you couldn’t help me. I had to sign up to Hyperoptic as it was the only provider in my block, then I had to move house after 6 months but was unable to port hyperoptic as it wasn’t available in my new flat. I still had to pay a penalty

@Hyperoptic been on hold for over an hour waiting to be spoken to by customer service. told our wifi would be on 2 days ago now it’s monday unable to work from home with no wifi & no one picking up calls😡

@Hyperoptic is very fast internet but very slow at fixing issues. A switch broke LAST NIGHT and they've still not fixed it leaving hundreds without internet.

Any news on my installation @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS or are you going to leave me yet another day without any service?! This has been going on since TUESDAY morning. Never, ever known a Company like it!!!! 🤬
