@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic This is more than just that ofcom compensation within 48 hours. You have caused me a huge loss as I can’t attend meetings or do online transactions. You have not bothered to provide ETA for sorting out this issue and you have just posted a few mins ago about the issue. Disgrace

Outage is still going on. Its been this way since 4:45pm yesterday @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS when will it be fixed? The next working day is about to start and I have no internet still

  • jjwere1 jjwere (@jjwere1) reported

@Hyperoptic I am definitely suing for compensation. No wifi in the NW9 area for 15 hours now. No communication or response from customer service. ****** network and leaving definitely.

@HyperopticCS @cruindggn @Hyperoptic Well I called! Left waiting for 30 minutes yesterday, 40 minutes today! Also raised a support case on the website. What I got? Nothing! No update and worse, no acknowledgement. So unfortunately, admin, you are out only PoC at the moment.

  • rwigleysmith Becky Wigley-Smith (@rwigleysmith) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic what’s happening with the internet in NW9? I start work in 10 minutes and currently can’t use your internet. Imagine yourselves in our shoes. Now what are you doing to fix this and how long will it take?

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic I will be invoicing you for the mobile data I’m using! Been 24hrs and still down

  • iamsamitpatel Samit Max Patel 💩 (@iamsamitpatel) reported

@Hyperoptic what kind of internet are you providing? Everyone in the whole area has had no internet since 3 pm. No official notice on your socials and your chat and phone lines disconnect. Awful service

  • thekuntz69 aeris daddy (@thekuntz69) reported from Barnet, England

So @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS and idea if the service is going to come back on in London today? Also it would be a good idea to update your service indicator on your website in line with what your CS is explaining on the live chat.

  • RamGam90 RG90 (@RamGam90) reported

@Hyperoptic @TheXavianna @hyperoptic stop giving free trips and fix your WiFi!

  • hugo_amp Hugo Parreiras (@hugo_amp) reported

@Hyperoptic Without Internet service from as late as 17:30 yesterday (time I arrived home). Tried the Live Chat, nothing. Tried creating a ticket, nothing. On the phone for more than 30 minutes, nothing! Is this the service a 4/5 year customer deserves from you?
