    So @Hyperoptic is down AGAIN in London. SORT IT OUT. Shouldn’t be paying this much for it to be going out every other week (position number 12 in queue though)

    @MartinSLewis Sky broadband wouldn’t budge for slow speeds very expensive so went Hyperoptic’s for less than half the price and much faster

    @MoneySavingExp Been with @Hyperoptic for 7 years, loyal to a fault yet my charges go up every year while I see new customers only pay less than half for exactly same service. Appalling. There needs to be legislation to stop this inequity, deeply unfair & greedy. Complaining gets nowhere either

    @Hyperoptic our service has been disrupted since Saturday. @Ofcom regulations state compensation is due if not resumed within 2 working days. Your “support” tells me they conveniently found a ‘new fault’ as of end of 2nd working day and you are restarting the clock. #ScamAlert

    @Hyperoptic Most useless and unhelpful customer service I’ve had with any wifi provider so far I was meant to have wifi up and running at my address originally over a month ago and still have no wifi. Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.
