    @ancr_cotswold @Hyperoptic @ChooseUK Just saw this now due to a new reply. Personally, I believe that if you can't afford to get a whole device to provide an LTE Backup like I have, it's no excuse you had to miss an online meeting due to the wifi being down when mobile data is mainstream nowadays.

    @AtM0StF34r @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Same with me, got download speed of 0.1mb on a 500mb service. Was fine last night, nothing this morning. According to website the service is normal in my area

    Dear @Hyperoptic may you please explain why, since the first time we called you to install socket and router in our apartment on the 15th of October, there has been zero help on your sidet? We work from home and you have given us an appointment for 10 Nov. This is unecceptable.

    For abour 14 days and over, I have not been able to connect to the internet after signing up. Perhaps @Hyperoptic is one of the most terrible companies I have ever subscribed to. I am so disappointed!!!

    @Hyperoptic my internet is down for last three days, waiting for an engineer visit, spoke to customer care execs many times, no one could give me a date for engineer visit and looks like going to be an indefinite thing. ticket no: 2655446

    @NocturnalFudj Would recommend hyperoptic and cityfibre but they're not available everywhere The others are just as bad as each other
