    Always always call your service providers at least once a year. There are always deals. I’ve doubled my internet speed from what I had before.. for cheaper then I was paying for half the speed that I’m now getting. 1gbps upload and download parity now. @Hyperoptic 🙏🏾

    @J3Lyon Start of lockdown#1 we had Sky internet, it was so slow I’d want to cry trying to WFH. Then @Hyperoptic came along and haven’t had an issue since.

    @HyperopticCS I'm thinking about having a Sky Fibre Broadband connection installed to be able to use the internet while I wait for my Hyperoptic service to be fixed on the 20th of September. Can you confirm if I'll be able to use both services at the same time thereafter?

    @blackamnesias Wtf that’s bullshit??? 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 It really is luck. I’ve been fine with them… so far. Don’t like to think the response I’d get if I had a problem though. How’s hyperoptic’s customer service been for you if you’ve used it?
