Dr Teej (@teejay2g) reported@Hyperoptic @TheSun @Hyperoptic may be cheap but their customer service is deplorable. Over 2 weeks and no feedback on when internet can be set up, just a load of nothing from offshored customer service reps who know nothing. All beware!

You need to sort this!
