    @Hyperoptic hi team, I had requested to be a champion to attain internet in my building.. which supposedly is available already but just not in my block.. been couple months but no engagement from your side yet.. pls help expedite!

    @argen I'd never heard of them until a letter through the door. Got excited, then nothing. Weirdly Hyperoptic also suggest service (and have fibre up the pole metres from my house) then haven't done anything either. They are all feeling out markets with disingenuous promises?

    @Hyperoptic why are Google services no longer working on your network? Everything was great until 3 days ago, now I can't even check Gmail, connect nest devices or use Google services and apps on your network. Get it sorted. And before you ask... Yes I've reset everything already

    @ashic @Hyperoptic At least it works for you, just wait until it doesn't. Response times, fix times and customer support all non-existent. Customer service is limited to sending memes.
