Usually i let this stuff slide, but the customer service i just received from @Hyperoptic is really poor. Even though i've been with them for multiple years, won't offer me the same offer i had 4 days ago and then hung up on me just now. Crazy

@erossiniuk @Hyperoptic They’re anything but fast at relying ! Start replying to current customers in central London who you’ve left with an outage since last Monday please. No detail on the problem, your plan to fix it or timelines as of yet. Not even a single update yesterday.

Rest assured that we're working on getting you the service however, we have run into issues that require time to resolve. @Hyperoptic Thanks for the 6 text messages, emails and phone call yesterday from the engineer to ensure someone would be in and everything would be ready for them to come and install our broadband…but then never turn up or call us to let us know. Now we have to wait 10 more days
