    @Hyperoptic How can you justify offering new customers (via comparison sites) broadband at £12-£26 PCM but want me to renew as an existing loyal customer at £30-£35 PCM?! That’s daylight robbery. Already spoken to your agents but no reasoning with them. I am not impressed. 😡

    Can someone in @Hyperoptic pls explain why their service is so bad and 2 engineers don’t even know how to make the system work. I don’t recommend at all

    @Hyperoptic your customer accounts team just hung up the phone on me whilst discussing a refund for money that should never have been taken from my account. Shocking behaviour.

    @Hyperoptic May I ask as potential new customer why I have been in a waiting queue for 30 minutes now on the phone! Not really filling me with confidence about switching provider.

    @NicholasJTS @Hyperoptic They have really bad customer service! Plus be ready your internet will drop out often without any communication from them😡😡😡
