We’ve had to repeatedly call for updates, spend long periods on hold, and still have no clear explanation or resolution timeframe in W3 Area. Told engineers attended today but still no timeframe.

They are regional unfortunately and not universally available. Always good to shop around, especially with providers who supply synchronous fibre connections - eg download and upload speed the same.

No front door bell, lighting, heating, sound system etc. Spent hours on phone 3 times but apparently no engineers available and no idea how many days before they can get one WTAF?!

Unnat (@unnat_619) reportedCustomer support is equally frustrating. 1+ hour waits on calls, 30+ minute chat queues, then agents disappear for 5–7 minutes and the chat gets terminated if I'm inactive for 60 seconds. Poor performance, endless waiting, no resolution Customers deserve better #Hyperoptic
