@HyperopticCS Still without internet from so long, Technician supposed to come on 23rd Dec but cancelled. Hyperoptic does not even have courtesy to inform us. Me and my husband was at our home and cancelled all the plans for this. In the end we called the support and than we got to know. Worst

@Hyperoptic when are you coming to all the Nottingham? getting fed up of overpriced, shocking customer service and little to no competition in the area.

@Hyperoptic what a ******* dreadful service 3 different story’s no one knows what’s going on! £38 a month for crap. Should have stuck with sky

  • GaborPfalzer Gabor (@GaborPfalzer) reported from Kensington, England

@BigupJeff @virginmedia Yeah, unfortunately. We are okay with the service, that’s why we kept it in the new one, but the customer service is a joke. Had @Hyperoptic once, was absolutely brilliant. Too bad it’s rarely available.

  • Alan_L_Williams AlanWilliams (@Alan_L_Williams) reported

@Hyperoptic very poor service so far. No Internet for five days. Starting to regret joining #Hyperoptic

  • Leeroy436906 Lee Williams (@Leeroy436906) reported

@virginmedia 2 months waiting for Virgin to sort themselves out and get my internet installed. Finally gave up and cancelled today. Signed up for @Hyperoptic and within FIFTEEN MINUTES I have working internet. From the worst service I’ve ever received to possibly the best.

  • LezBrotherston *** brotherston OBE (@LezBrotherston) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS @HyperopticBuild Dear friends… don’t go anywhere near Hyperoptic . The service provided is terrible and their customer service appalling . Technical support is a woman with a book reading instructions that can’t really help

  • LezBrotherston *** brotherston OBE (@LezBrotherston) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS @HyperopticBuild 4 hours on Christmas Day trying to sort broadband problems evasive and delaying tactics from Hyperoptic . Who really want you to solve the problem for yourself . Nobody actually helps, reading from a script and can’t cope if you deviate

  • rbaker74 Rob Baker (@rbaker74) reported

@Hyperoptic I presumed you sending us a new router would improve our broadband. Instead, it's completely unreliable, regularly cuts out and is so, so, slow. Odd you also keep suggesting we upgrade. Coincidence? Think a switch is on the cards #lessthanhyperoptic #broadband
