    @Hyperoptic I raised issue of loss of service Friday last week in morning. Sunday still no resolution so raised complaint. Now it's still not fixed and no one is replying to me since Monday. Not one update. Stay away from this company you will pay and not get service for 5 day+

    @Sophie__Hayes @Hyperoptic They really are ****, our area has been down 16 hours. Way too many drops lately. Thank god my contract ends in a couple of months

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    @Hyperoptic Comms re: today’s outage have been nothing short of abysmal. 1 text at midday then 9 hrs of silence. We had to scour Reddit to get info from 1 of your engineers. Do you have even have a comms team or did you cut them to save £££? Are they on holiday? SHOCKING.

    Just had @Hyperoptic installed last week. It randomly stopped working, apparently due to bad wiring The next engineer available is in six days Dog **** company, avoid

    @koenjideck Could not recommend hyperoptic enough not had a single issue with them and its chep to i get full 1000 fibire for 35 quid a month
