    @Hyperoptic your cancellation service is so unprofessional and inconsiderate it literally makes me feel sick. Ive submitted a request to cancel. Ive had no callback after 6 weeks. I call your tel line and i'm left on hold for 45 Minutes, Making it from 8th to 7th in the Queue.

    @Hyperoptic 5 days since my router was delivered and still no internet access. Called tech support team 4 times and been assured it will be fixed and still nothing. Been on hold for over an hour this morning - sort it out

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @Hyperoptic has to be the WORST customer service ever! Changed my provider last month, and they still chasing me for a bill, even though they called me last month and said I owe nothing. Their customer service keep cutting me off!!! Disgraceful
