    @_Shareen267 Hyperoptic, consistently fast and strong speed constantly, even when there is lots of devices on at once, been with them for 2 years now not a single complaint.

    @Sudonte_ Awful. Moved from #hyperoptic and absolutely dismal from @skybroadband and @skytv via their puck streaming which only works half the time. Can't wait to change.

    Naively thought @Hyperoptic was a pretty cool but nope, you automatically roll onto a terrible value plan and are forced into a tedious back-and-forth chat with customer service to change. I'm sure it makes financial sense but man that's a scummy approach to making money

    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.
