@phd_at_work @Hyperoptic Hey Peter. Yes - sadly, there is an outage in this area, and the service is down. We've organized an engineer visit, and they should be there any minute to fix the connection. We hope it will be fixed ASAP. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.

@Hyperoptic hello I can't seem to get through on the phone and my broadband has been down for several hours - I work from home and desperately need WiFi for a deadline tomorrow, is there anyone I can speak to?

.@itvMLshow @MartinSLewis - Hi Martin we made the switch to @Hyperoptic to help cut our bills and have been left without internet for the last week - without any estimates on when they might have it working. Please advise your viewers not to make this switch!

@ryan54752513 @shanethegooner Meanwhile I just got an offer to renew my Hyperoptic 1Gbit up/down for £5 cheaper than I paid last year (£45/m for gbit + static IP) :)

@Hyperoptic are there any hyperopti issues in the Limehouse, London? My internet has just gone down

  • DormanSarahx Sarah Dorman (@DormanSarahx) reported

@HollieWickens1 Your exchange doesn’t have fibre and you don’t have cable available. All ADSL providers use the same cables. 30GB isn’t bad though (my parents have much less). Might all be worth checking if community fibre or hyperoptic have plans or the 5G signal

@Hyperoptic my Wifi is not working. I am told by customer care that cable connecting my flat and cabinet is broken and would need to either be replaced or repaired - to be done by engineer on 3rd May. I can’t wait for that long as my work will suffer. Can you pls prioritise this?
