Xeu (@Xeu_uk) reported@Hyperoptic You provide speed tests on your website, but went the speed is 5% of what I pay for there isn't a means to propagate this into a support request. Is it simply there to confirm the service is performing horribly?
-
Shivers (@CicomoNosca) reported@theashrb Unfortunately I can't get Hyperoptic in my area, but I do pay £33 a month for 900mb down and like 100mb upload with EE. Still cheaper than Starlink. Not trying to knock the service because I have friends in rural areas who use it however it definitely isn't cheaper
-
Jean-Paul Percival (@joyjppercival) reported@Hyperoptic 16 hours no service, no updates no respond to chat and call. Most useless service provider ever.
-
Rafael Lino (@maidaomd) reported@theashrb But hyperoptic is utterly unreliable, I live just about a mile away from their headquarters in Hammersmith, and have monthly outage that can last up to 5 days.
-
John Younghusband (@nenamewilldo) reported@Hyperoptic CS12010207 you don't answer the phone and your robot doesn't speak or understand English, I have sent an email to support however I don't want a telecoms supplier that takes 48 hours to respond cancel the install booking for Friday 1st May
-
Paul Thompson (@tommo_68) reported@Hyperoptic When the internet is down though you cannot switch.
-
Adam Piper (@bitwog) reported@Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic your 12 hour SLA has been violated multiple times with delays over days. The best you've done so far is a single reply to multiple emails over the course of days. And even that one took 2 days, 16 hours, 42 minutes. Why are you so bad at this?

Elizabeth (@Elizabe80680425) reported@gunjanarora001 @Hyperoptic Yes it’s down many places
