@Hyperoptic That would be great if that was working… my line have been down for 3 weeks now and customer service is being very unhelpful. Central London location while I am working from home

  • Loubna_Rg L R (@Loubna_Rg) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Thanks for the swift answer but I am still waiting for a solution to my problem beyond the “please be patient we are looking into this” that I am getting from the customer service since 3 weeks

  • OliverBoaler Oliver (@OliverBoaler) reported

.@hyperoptic has worst #CustomerService I’ve ever experienced. Our internet was meant to be activated 19 days ago + still doesn’t work + no guarantee when it will. Every person I speak to tells me I need to speak to someone else who isn’t avail. for 48hrs. #help #fail @WhichUK

  • MikScarlet Mik Scarlet (@MikScarlet) reported

@Matthew_Wright Camden eh? Middle of our capital city but mobile signal that won't go through walls & internet through wires. We've just had @Hyperoptic put in & very impressed. 500gps & no drop outs. It's like a new world. Still have to hang out the window to get 5g phone reception 😜

  • woodgnomology paulusthewoodgnome 🇺🇦💙 (@woodgnomology) reported

@OliverBoaler @Hyperoptic @WhichUK Neighbour had his installation 2 weeks ago. Still unactivated. Had mine today after calling customer service on Monday for assurance the network would be working by today. They said definitely. It isn't. My ISP cancelled, I now have no internet. Your experience is not reassuring.

  • SkibbleDazz Raza (@SkibbleDazz) reported

.@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS I’m sorry this is unacceptable every other night my internet connection is lost. You’re charging a premium but your quality of service seems to be declining.

  • _TheShiv_ Shiv (@_TheShiv_) reported

Oh. Got hyperoptic in as well. Okay so I won’t be living here all the time within probably a few months but holy **** it’s fast. Including upload. And that’s on WiFi. And it’s half the price of virgin media. 180 upload, i don’t even stream and I nearly cried lol

  • MrLewisVuitton 🇰🇪 (@MrLewisVuitton) reported

@subtlerose_xo @virginmedia Hyperoptic isn’t in my area yet. Switching as soon as I can. Virgin upgraded me from 100mb to 350mb for “free” after complaining but I never get these speeds

  • Nastino Nastino (@Nastino) reported

Don't usually do this, but a tweet about @Hyperoptic Sign up, installation, service for just over 2 years, all absolutely fuss free and flawless. I cancelled today as I'm moving, and even this was excellent. Phone answered straight away, call took about 30 seconds. No fuss.

  • Me__Cynthia Cynthia (@Me__Cynthia) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Oh no ha ha. I just had an email stating about some works to be carried between 20.00 and 6.00 for 4 days. So was just laughing how people are supposed to spend their evening if the internet goes down :)
