    @jammach @theashrb @Hyperoptic I used to use hyperoptic. Their service was very unreliable. A few xmas's so we were without internet for over a week due to not having access to the cabinet on our estate. We're with community fibre now which has been much more reliable (and faster)

    @GeneticGenesis @Hyperoptic I know, I bet they're just overprovisioning the network and overselling. If you look at reddit there's plenty of recent posts with the same **** download speed issue.

    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

    @Hyperoptic Ongoing outage since 11:30 yesterday at E3 4RW. Still no service or updates after almost 24 hours. Please investigate and provide an ETA.

    Got through to @Hyperoptic, biggest network outage ever apparently. They can’t provide any timeframe for reconnection but said they hope it’s fixed within ‘48 hours.’ Surely we need compensation if this lasts longer than a few hours wtaf

    @Hyperoptic have the absolute WORST customer service, no wifi for 3 days now - engineer did not turn up and they are not allowing us to rebook an engineer till they find out why. Incredibly hard to get through to them on the phone in the first place - do not recommend.

    @theashrb It only shows how your Hyperoptic pricing sucks, as I have had 3Gb/s from Community Fiber for over a year for £41

    @Hyperoptic no service in NW6 since Wednesday 15th, and no updates from yourselves. The ombudsman WILL be involved! Live chat doesn’t work - no sms updates, missed call outs, it’s BAD!
