Jason Cartwright (@jasoncartwright) reported@argen I'd never heard of them until a letter through the door. Got excited, then nothing. Weirdly Hyperoptic also suggest service (and have fibre up the pole metres from my house) then haven't done anything either. They are all feeling out markets with disingenuous promises?

Rob Jane (@robjtweets) reported@Hyperoptic absolutely pointless. Service not working. Sat on hold 50 mins listening to music trying to resolve. You people know it’s 2021, right? And this shouldn’t happen anymore..! Why on earth didn’t I just go with @BTCare @BTGroup
