  • matty_verse Meta Matt (@matty_verse) reported

@Hyperoptic Had no internet since last Sunday. The technical department needed not working weekends. Taking holidays when behind with service tickets. Can’t speak to anyone in charge, can’t get any timeline to fix. Don’t use this company.

  • HyperopticCS HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported

@moll411 @Hyperoptic We apologise for the trouble caused by the downtime. It looks like we are having access issues on site, and we will most likely obtain it either Tomorrow or on Wednesday. We are sorry this is taking longer to resolve, and we hope it will be fixed soon!

  • cb33scotland Craig Bailey (@cb33scotland) reported

@Hyperoptic why are some of your staff not able to speak to engineers but some can. Now been or of service for 3 days!!!!! Really thinking of leaving at the end of my contract

  • deadsoundman Rob Summers (@deadsoundman) reported

@Hyperoptic your support is below par. Workmen cut my cat-5 last Thursday and I reported it but still nothing. What are you playing at?

  • The_Stockboy Alex Pasfield (@The_Stockboy) reported from London, England

@gregpower @Hyperoptic In all honesty it has been great for a number of years. But I’m the last couple of months they seem to have hit problems. This is the second time I have experienced a major outage with them.

  • Jules2906 Jules2906 (@Jules2906) reported

@Hyperoptic My daughter moved in 6 days ago and still has no service. When she calls she is fobbed off with it's been looked at, a ticket has been raised. When she asks to speak to a manager, she's told they are not customer facing. Absolute joke! DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER 😡

  • The_Stockboy Alex Pasfield (@The_Stockboy) reported from London, England

@Hyperoptic is there any update on when service will be restored to SE10 customers? Or at least when an engineer can be expected on-site?

  • moll411 Monica la bruja (@moll411) reported

@Hyperoptic How much longer is it going to take you to restore service in Salford M6 5FJ area? we are now heading towards day three. Its getting beyond a joke.

  • srbpower Dan (@srbpower) reported

@kellismithx @bt_uk BT are 100% the worst company I've had to deal with in 20 years of business! If you need fast and reliable internet, see if @Hyperoptic cover your postcode. I have their 1gb service and the only time it's been down is for about 1 hour in the night and they gave me advanced notice

ppl in the know about these things - if my place isn't on the bt fttc network, and the obvious alternatives (e.g. virgin, talktalk's own thing, hyperoptic) are dead ends, is there any way for me to get better internet than adsl+?
