    @Hyperoptic how come your service quality standards have stooped so low? Paying 40GBP+ per month and yet the network outage has left me with no internet for the past 3 days. Cannot attend meetings, cannot do anything. Tech support requires waiting for 30 minutes.

    @Hyperoptic I swear I will ******* lose it with you people. Refund me my £700 NOW. And furthermore what is this bullshit that I can only call or chat within certain times. I have hadbthe worst experience with your uncouth business. I want that refund immediately.

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    While everything else goes up in price, my broadband bill is going DOWN in price over the next 2 years - unreal work for the consumers from Hyperoptic honestly

    @CryptoCap97 @jamesjnicholls @Hyperoptic Yep, I spoke to them at 1pm and asked the service rep a) how widespread it is; he said about 1,000 customers in west London (I’m in queen’s Park) and b) suggested that he connect with their social media team to start communicating about this an updating their users.

    @Hyperoptic some part of E14 area broadband not working more than an hour now. What's going on??
