@Hyperoptic @expertreviews @Hyperoptic first have the capacity to respond to existing customer complaints before acquiring new customers. Internet service down in Basingstoke Crown Heights from 24 hours no response from customer support team.

  • evadne Evadne W. (@evadne) reported

Viewed many developments. I would value working Hyperoptic service at £100k premium. Think about how expensive it is to provision 1Gbps microwave internet or leased line over the lifetime of the house.

  • cmtrimby Christopher Trimby (@cmtrimby) reported

@Hyperoptic, I recently cancelled my subscription to move elsewhere but it seems as though @CommunityFibre are incapable of providing me with a functional service. What’s the best deal you can offer me to come back? I still have the Hyperoptic router.

  • samm1610 Sameer Gupta (@samm1610) reported

@Hyperoptic Hi, my internet is not working. Trying to reach customer support but not able to reach anyone. Please look into it urgently as my work is getting affected.

@Hyperoptic All well and good but pointless if your engineers literally unplug me for no reason and can’t come back to fix it for days… shocked really shocked that this can be allowed

  • awoffinden awoffinden (@awoffinden) reported

@Hyperoptic Really slow service at N5 1FN for the past 4 months. Currently at 55Mbps. Especially bad when just connecting to a website.

@Hyperoptic hi a simple task as placing a mature content filter as a parent has had Me on a call for 45 mins with me having to login to my iP address. This shouldn't be the case.raises the question of speed of safety! A simple check box on easy to UI !

  • OliverDale16 Oliver Dale (@OliverDale16) reported

@Hyperoptic internet is down (again).. told it will take until 29 March for an engineer to visit - completely unacceptable as 2 of us work from home and for the reasons explained to your customer service team … so I just drove past your van on my street? You need to sort this!
