    @Hyperoptic Exactly. My hyperoptic broadband has become substandard since 04/01/22. 58.75 mbps download and 139mbps upload vs the 500mbps paid for and previous. Location N1. Causing me hassle. Please help.

    @Hyperoptic Just been told by I have a fault in a cable and you can fix it in 7 days. Doesn’t sound reliable and hyperfast to me. Meanwhile we can’t do our job for the next week but am expected to pay you £50 a month!

    @appariciojunior Thanks a lot for the feedback. Unfortunately we do not such a system in place, but you can check your service status through the Hyperoptic account. If you haven't already please reach us via DM, to take a look into other issues you've been having.

    @arscott69 @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Hi as I have said you should be careful and check the terms as you may get free broadband or you may pay. I suspect in the future this will be a viable option. Hyperoptic don't use BT Openreach as they have their own network.

    @HyperopticCS our @Hyperoptic Internet service is down in York (YO1) this afternoon, home router has been turn off and on, all the usual IT support steps followed… is there a service outage?

    @Hyperoptic beginning to think this 24hr support is a lie. Reported issue a day ago. No response. Been no. 1 in queue for chat support for over an hour now. No support at all. Getting worse and worse. And you want me to renew? Renew what?

    @HyperopticCS @Trustpilot @Hyperoptic I’ve had 6 months of stress and now you’ve decided to send me a new router…the customer service has been shocking and this costs me a small fortune every month.
