@Hyperoptic told 3 weeks ago it would take 15 mins to set up wifi, 3 weeks later still not been able to- called 5 times today after chat said it was the only way to set up and unable to get through - sent an email to support 5 days ago no response - pls help to set up wifi

It can be up to 60% service accounts costs build with fake/ invalid invoices and utter negligence of managing agents. We have system to tackle this, will government will listen??

Hi @Hyperoptic usually you are fantastic at customer service; but I've been on hold for 52 minutes now and it was telling me where I was in the queue, but that seems to have stopped. Am I going to get through some time soon or am I just in limbo now? @HyperopticCS
