    @hyperoptic I would like to know why you think I will pay £136.79 for a service you never rendered. Granted, you cut my service 2 weeks into an unpaid contract and I do owe you for that month. But why will you charge me for subsequent months knowing you never rendered any service to me? @Hyperoptic

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    Wi-fi down for a second day. @Hyperoptic are very slow to respond, and won't even guarantee an engineer visit today. It looks like my time with this company won't be very long. Not good enough.

    @mariucha77 @lulu_veganx @Hyperoptic Day 5. Supposedly they found the failed node yesterday but didn't fix it. They told me that they will be back trying again at 10am today. Incredibly slow

    @Hyperoptic LS16 constantly dropping off all evening, didn't have a problem for 3 years and its been a nightmare for.the last week! Please sort it out.
