  @Hyperoptic myself and several neighbours in W6 having outages in last 24h. Your site status update reports no problems. Also can't seem to get through on the phone and no other way to report a technical issue

  @Hyperoptic Appalling service by Hyperoptic!😡 2nd time this month that the wifi has stopped for hours due to thunder. Incredibly frustrated with this provider! Have to wait 30 minutes on the phone for Customer Service, only for them to give you unreliable information! FED UP!

  My @Hyperoptic has been dropping as low as 0.2mbps for over 3 weeks. Front-line support has been patronising and useless and I haven't seen an email from the technician I spoke to in almost a week now. Got an email saying it was fixed when it wasn't. Pathetic display, guys.

  @Hyperoptic 3 days broken in SE16. Not sending text updates. Clearly not prioritising fixing your outage. What on earth is going on?

  So @Hyperoptic has been down in Greenwich pretty much well over 48 hours & there’s been help besides the odd ‘working on a service outage’. Zero answers from customer support too. WHEN WILL IT BE FIXED !

  @TheEternalJay @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic Glad but also not...that it's not just me experiencing **** with Virgin. I didn't have any alternatives near where I was at the time 🫠 pretty sure it got me out on a warning list as unreliable due to internet for a while

  @MrRoflWaffles Hyperoptic are actually evil. Only a few months ago they charged me £600 to cancel after I got fired from my very first job I had to move into the city for. I lost my flat and among other things left THOUSANDS in debt and had to move back to an unideal situation. I’m only 22 btw.

  @Hyperoptic your cancellation service is so unprofessional and inconsiderate it literally makes me feel sick. Ive submitted a request to cancel. Ive had no callback after 6 weeks. I call your tel line and i'm left on hold for 45 Minutes, Making it from 8th to 7th in the Queue.

  @Hyperoptic - I live in Colindale, in the Trinity Square development and our entire block hasn’t been able to access the Internet since yesterday. Your customer service is impossible to get hold of + your website is reporting there is no issue even though 30 people say there is!
