@HyperopticCS I've been a hyperoptic customer for 8 years now and now that i have to move, you want to charge me an activation fee + a more expensive deal for a slower package. Appalling service!

@HyperopticCS I believe previous resident used an internal fibre converter. There's no Hyperoptic socket. Please help! Yesterday's customer service was poor.

@Hyperoptic The most annoying things about moving house include having a bad decision choosing wifi provider, and waiting for 2 weeks (still counting) to get it installed

@Hyperoptic Switching to Hyperoptic is as easy: 1. Subscribe to the service 2. wait for the installation 3. repeat step 2 for the foreseeable future.

@GeeMcWhizz @ron_mould @StFilansDream Of course. You highlighted another area that makes it even more unfair is that it seems only BT gets tax payers cash, Hyperoptic, Gigaclear, VM etc as they don't have nationwide coverage don't get bungs. BT inherited their network from the GPO. Tebbit has a lot to answer for.
