They have a lack of comprehension and they only repeat the information. Better to speak with AI, is more smart than customer service girls in Serbia, it's awful.

I called them (after being on hold 20 mins!). They refused to cancel despite today being the last day of the contract. Have to pay £58.60 this month!

I have a problem with you and I think I will throw the router to the bin, it looks like you don't want customers. Worst customer service ever.

Laura (@laura_h_87) reported@Hyperoptic I had internet installed yesterday! Everything is set up and running yet I have no service! After three hours no engineer was able to find a problem! I have been left with no internet! No technical support person can find a problem! What a cowboy company!

Suzybear (@Suzybear6) reported@MarkHeath45 Not sure where you are, but try hyperoptic. You can pay monthly so not tied into contract where you are stuck with a service that might ben not what you need. And the service is excellent.

Three hours and several technical engineers later no one can find what the problem is! No one has contacted me to fix it! Cowboy firm
