    @Hyperoptic So no reward for customer loyalty then?!’ And a 2 tier system. This is such poor practice, not to mention unethical, and disadvantages vulnerable customers. I will take my business elsewhere, you are not competitive.

    @virginmedia broadband issues several times over the last few weeks, random outages and the app shows no issue with services. Really poor from Virgin. @Hyperoptic @CommunityFibre when are you coming to Hounslow?? We need alternative providers!

    @jelambhatt I’ve had hyperoptic for a while and can vouch for it But ngl phone network is **** everywhere

    I left Sky Broadband after 20 years to go with Hyperoptic (who was already installed into my new home, by the developers) Now im just feeling stupid and left with the worse Internet ever for two years. I just want my boyfriend back 😭
