@Hyperoptic I’ve been at position one of your phone queue for over 20 minutes now with “an estimated wait time of 3 minutes”. Is there any chance of someone picking up?? When did HyperOptic get this bad????

@Hyperoptic Your service is beyond poor!!! All I want to do is change address and keep your service with the same pricing. Why have I been on hold for 35 minutes just to get through to somebody?! Awful.

@MartinSLewis My sister in Glasgow was with Plusnet they never haggled about the price she's now with Hyperoptic for £25 a month she gets 1GB hyper fast download speed against 65 megabytes download speeds of Plusnet and they were charging £36 a month on fibre to the cabinet FTTC connection

@Hyperoptic So no reward for customer loyalty then?!’ And a 2 tier system. This is such poor practice, not to mention unethical, and disadvantages vulnerable customers. I will take my business elsewhere, you are not competitive.
