Have to wait 30 minutes on the phone for Customer Service, only for them to give you unreliable information! FED UP!

Slimfit (@iSlimfit) reportedHad an internet outage all morning and had to use my office phone as hotspot. Reported it to my ISP, and the issue was fixed around 1pm. I asked if there was any compensation for the disruption, and they knocked 50% off my next month’s bill. Hyperoptic l’ẹ́kàn sí. 👏

🏳️🌈 Barrie (@jammach) reported@IainSankey @virginmedia I’m with @Hyperoptic who apart from one outage because of equipment failure have been very good. They are regional unfortunately and not universally available. Always good to shop around, especially with providers who supply synchronous fibre connections - eg download and upload speed the same.
