@PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic We had a problem with signal to noise ratio for ages. Basically someone on my estate had crappy wiring. Whenever they went online it ****** everyone else in the area up. Tremendous fun.

Hey, @HyperopticCS I submitted a support query through my account on the Hyperoptic website over 2 weeks ago. No response/acknowledgement. Has that support channel been closed?

  • BusSafetyRep Moe (@BusSafetyRep) reported

Now they were happy for me to go find another provider and send me an email that I can discuss my complaint. To rejoin the HyperOptic Internet now I would lose on the offer of 27.99 and pay £30.00 p/m and they will activate it. They are happy for me to rejoin. 3/4

  • ShiranuiDotA SlarkChamp (@ShiranuiDotA) reported

@sheepsticked @PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic They keep cockteasing me by emailing that they're rolling out in my area, but never in my actual flat.

  • nzlata Nonna Polonskaya (@nzlata) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic My account was cancelled without any warning. You have created a new account but cannot activate my broadband and “at some point next week” is not an estimate. Me and my partner work from home - this is not acceptable - pls help immediately!

@aferoz007 @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Sorry to hear that Asad specially in this day and age where we have to work from home I would not want to have internet service provider like this. I hope it will be sorted out soon for you.

@Hyperoptic we are new customers to your service in beam park rainham. The internet is completely down and has been all day. I contacted your company this morning and they said somebody will be sent out… I gave them contact details for access to routers etc. Still no fix….
