Called @Hyperoptic to upgrade plan. Call answered immediately. Was on the phone for all of two minutes and left happy with a good deal. This is how all customer service should be.

@HyperopticCS Sadly I have to say with all my dealings with telephone and broadband this is the worst company for Customer Service. I complied with the end of my contract when I moved house and asked to port my telephone but Hyperoptic has refused. This was not in my contract

Since I'm on hold with @Hyperoptic (5th in the queue for 10 minutes now) trying to get my Internet turned back on, let's sum up how this is only the last instance of terrible service around my recent move. (It's not like I can do any work.)

@Hyperoptic Hi, I am unable to connect hyperoptic wifi to new LG smart TV. I've got the TV changed twice but this issue is with broadband as TV is able to connect to mobile hotspot and BT/sky wifi connections but not hyperoptic. Plz help or terminate my contract.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS why is it taking almost 24 hours to fix the wifi in only 2 postcodes?? Could you update us on how far you’ve actually gone in fixing this and how long we should expect there to be no wifi.
