    Just spoke to @Hyperoptic Apparently it’s their biggest outage and a major priority but they have no time frame 👍 also the staff said their service tracker is actually fake that’s why it constantly says no issues

    @Hyperoptic as you won't answer the phone and your robot can't speak or understand english be advised I don't have a contract and you can cancel my installation visit tommorow oss I don't like threats

    So @Hyperoptic is down AGAIN in London. SORT IT OUT. Shouldn’t be paying this much for it to be going out every other week (position number 12 in queue though)

    @Hyperoptic I have had no service for 3 days and am currently without internet. I now have to wait another week for an engineer visit. Not good enough.

    @Hyperoptic your cancellation service is so unprofessional and inconsiderate it literally makes me feel sick. Ive submitted a request to cancel. Ive had no callback after 6 weeks. I call your tel line and i'm left on hold for 45 Minutes, Making it from 8th to 7th in the Queue.
