    Got through to @Hyperoptic, biggest network outage ever apparently. They can’t provide any timeframe for reconnection but said they hope it’s fixed within ‘48 hours.’ Surely we need compensation if this lasts longer than a few hours wtaf

    @lulu_veganx @mariucha77 @Hyperoptic Still broken late on Day 4. Seems hyperotic have 2 systems. The new system is fine and the old one has broken for everyone in a km radius. No meaningful updates being provided.

    @Hyperoptic do you have an update on when internet will be restored in HA4? Its been close to 4 hours since the outage and there’s no update from your end .

    BT openreach van outside my flat earlier, and now suddenly there's no WiFi on my network #hyperoptic ... if openreach broke something I want compensation. I'm working from home! Not ok! @Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic Amazing. Got hyperoptic less than a week ago... it's been down all day. No updates. Now have to pay to work outside of my home tomorrow, take time off work and still nothing from you. Not a great start. Might be the end of a very short relationship.

    @Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic Seems like your company engineers are unable to connect people to your network. How & where do we send these boxes your not technical staff left behind. Shall we charge storage
