Hyperoptic Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • wabdoteth wab.eth ❁ (@wabdoteth) reported

@dolessdoteth @Jarritos It's hyperoptic apparently I don't have a subscription yet my internet still suspiciously works. Got a Roomba need to connect it to the WiFi but no 2.4 GHz on my router and the router admin page doesn't work (because I apparently haven't paid for my internet).

  • ingotism69 LG (@ingotism69) reported

    8. #Hyperoptic A lot of customers are complaining about this site (as advised by Customer Services)

  • VikeshKPatel Vikesh patel (@VikeshKPatel) reported

@HyperopticCS no internet since Wednesday and no indication of it being resolved. Hyperoptic cannot resolve the issue and will only compensate from day three onwards. How does that work? How about chalking off the contract entirely and allowing me to move to a reliable provider.

  • Lotx Charlotte Moore #NATIONALISE GOVERNMENT (@Lotx) reported

@Hyperoptic You also say you run a 24hour service. YOU DON'T.

  • ingotism69 LG (@ingotism69) reported

    9. #Hyperoptic Customer services escalated internally to internal Network Management as they are not receiving updates, therefore unable to really assist us as customers

  • 23drm Dean Masters (@23drm) reported

@virginmedia Yes I have. Each and every day. But that doesn’t help when there’s no warning there will be issues and I have work to do. Really poor, especially when Hyperoptic look like they’re coming to the area.

  • VikeshKPatel Vikesh patel (@VikeshKPatel) reported

@Hyperoptic no internet since yesterday but still expected to be charged regardless of service provision. How does that work please?

  • Niall_McCann Niall McCann (@Niall_McCann) reported

Tried to order @Hyperoptic in June: repeat fail. Took them to 25July (+old ISP cut off) to realise need freehold say-so to install (granted 26July) +offer mobile WiFi (never received). Was just asked to "register order interest". In 11days I can rejoin old ISP as new customer

  • ingotism69 LG (@ingotism69) reported

    7. #Hyperoptic Customer Services admitted they are not receiving updates from engineers (as advised by Customer Services)

  • wabdoteth wab.eth ❁ (@wabdoteth) reported

@dolessdoteth @Jarritos I don't think that would transfer £30 to Hyperoptic but you never know
