@Hyperoptic I don’t like to complain, but I contacted your customer services to try and transfer my broadband to you. They were very abrupt and dismissive when I asked if they could still provide a deal that expired 48 hours ago. If they couldn’t, it could be communicated nicely.

@SkyUK are putting up my broadband bill by 12.5% for the 2nd year in a row. They treat loyal (read: 10yrs at this address) customers badly yet they offer NEW customers discounted rates to hook them in. Time to shop around for a new provider. Pity @Hyperoptic aren't in my area 😞

@Jamieonthisday @TalkTalk Yeah I was with Hyperoptic for 5 years before we moved but they don’t operate in my new area. Never had an issue with them. Issue I have at the moment is I need internet for work on Monday but no one can install until 20th earliest. **** show.

@ToughAndReddy @SkyHelpTeam Im with hyperoptic too!! I tried Sky Go at my parents (vodafone broadband) and it works It’s weird cos my bbc app still works, and that won’t work abroad!! This is why I assumed was a Sky issue… I will contact hyperoptic and see what they say Thanks for your help

Honestly, screw these companies advertising "superfast internet" when it's below 100Mbps. Superfast = 250Mbps MIN. I've had 60 down for a decade, at least. Places like @Hyperoptic and @CityFibre could be making huge wins right now if they could get rolled out quicker.

  • mikedlv80 Mike (@mikedlv80) reported

@Hyperoptic looks like your support number isnt working for the installation team. It also didnt tell me that the office is closed. It goes back to the main options

@HyperopticCS Hi there, having problems logging into Microsoft apps today - works fine if I hotspot off my phone but not if I'm on Hyperoptic broadband. Any ideas?

  • DrWillN Will Nutland (@DrWillN) reported

Still no functioning internet from @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS. Appalling service. Terrible customer service. Broken promises from managers to fix the issues. No communication between teams. 01/10 for this company.

  • breidobrien Breid O'Brien (@breidobrien) reported

@Hyperoptic What’s happening in West London. No internet service since Friday. With wfh now the norm, I’m sure this is a critical incident for many - unimpressive service in terms of downtime management, no proactive customer communication.
