@robokarla @PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic Just kept complaining and getting engineers out. The engineers seem much more invested in solving the problems than the people on the phone so, so I think the key thing is to get an engineer stood in front of you

  • yeptch Yeptch (@yeptch) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS have had 500mb down speed since “upgrading” to 1gb over 5 weeks ago. Why do I have to keep chasing you guys when I get told I’d be provided w/ an update. Absolute sh*tshow. And still no compensation when my device went down for 4 days after “upgrading”.

  • bunkchuckler Tom Cummins (@bunkchuckler) reported

@HyperopticCS Has anyone else been trying to get an internet connection for 1 month from @Hyperoptic with no success. It appears disjointed with customer service passing to a non present IT department. Next steps anyone?

  • ironside Ironside (@ironside) reported

@tomcoady @Hyperoptic Yeah Tom hide it in the dms please so that everyone else can’t see how our support makes promises and then fails to meet them 🤫

  • demuDann Dann Parry (@demuDann) reported

Absolutely fuming. First @Hyperoptic doesn't cancel my account after I switch to @CommunityFibre, and now they're asking for £180 just so I can cancel a service I haven't used in months after I was reassured by CF there would be no charge. to do this in a cost of living crisis..

  • tomcoady Tom Coady (@tomcoady) reported

@Hyperoptic why are you ignoring my support requests by email and using your contact form?

  • exhalemoons ally (@exhalemoons) reported

. @Hyperoptic is literally the worst Wi-Fi service provider ever. I’ve been trying to activate my service whilst PAYING for it for over two weeks and you just leave me on hold every time I call you

  • PantsManUK Murray Crane 🌸 (@PantsManUK) reported

@PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic @hyperoptic cannot start offering service to "smaller properties" soon enough. I understand their business model, but that doesn't mean that I don't miss their rock solid service every single day under "current service provider" (no names, no dog pile, but they know who they are)

  • JitanEDM JitanEDM (@JitanEDM) reported

@BusSafetyRep Provisioning should take all of about 5 minutes by the ISP. It’s literally just sending an address to your router and registering it to receive connection to the internet. I have no idea why hyperoptic have a network team that takes forever to do this.

  • tomaszrykala Tomasz Rykała (@tomaszrykala) reported

@Hyperoptic You're the best. Shame you aren't everywhere though. I miss you after moving out of the apartment in which I had you 150 mbps up/down <3
