  @Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic your 12 hour SLA has been violated multiple times with delays over days. The best you've done so far is a single reply to multiple emails over the course of days. And even that one took 2 days, 16 hours, 42 minutes. Why are you so bad at this?

  @Hyperoptic for over a week now I've been experiencing drop-outs on my internet connection and and for 6 days I've been largely ignored by your support team. You used to have excellent competent staff and now it's a frustrating mess to deal with you.

  @Hyperoptic having just spoken to the rudest customer service representative I have ever come across whilst giving my 30 days notice, please can you confirm when I will receive written confirmation of this? He couldn't do anything other than be rude to me 👍👍

  @Mabs79 @londoncolly @Hyperoptic I got through to them. They are sending an engineer tomorrow as their troubleshooting picked up nothing. I'm in E2 - it seems to be a problem here too

  @Hyperoptic disgusted with service. Moved out of my flat and my new one isn’t served by hyperoptic, contacted as new tenant wants to take on contract but told can’t do that and will be £260 early termination charge. Robbery!!!
