    @Hyperoptic please respond and do something about your bad work! Last maintenance I had no service for more than 4 days and you said “few hours” as today! It’s 9:30 hours and still NO service 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @Hyperoptic I have had no service for 3 days and am currently without internet. I now have to wait another week for an engineer visit. Not good enough.

    @MoneySavingExp Been with @Hyperoptic for 7 years, loyal to a fault yet my charges go up every year while I see new customers only pay less than half for exactly same service. Appalling. There needs to be legislation to stop this inequity, deeply unfair & greedy. Complaining gets nowhere either

    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

    @Hyperoptic no information from your support team and no internet for +7 hours in WC1X? You prompt people to contact customer support but all they say is “hopefully it will work soon”. Can we do better?

    @theashrb Hyperoptic is actually a good network (used to work for them). Starlink makes sense if you live in the sticks
