    @Hyperoptic why is your website / account section completely down? Chat support also completely down. No way to contact anyone. I have never been less impressed with a company I’ve signed up with. Huge sales team to get you in and then absolutely shocking once you sign up

    Good god @Hyperoptic are absolutely tragic. Over 48 hours no service and solving world hunger would likely be easier than getting in contact with customer service. Complete shambles

    @evadne oh hyperoptic is a service provider! for a second there i was like woah there's something _above_ fiber optic already jesus. all the stops i'm checking on rightmove say "ultrafast ~1500mbps" which frankly is more than i need (assuming its not shared with the whole building)

    @hyperoptic. Has anyone managed to get service back yet. Mine has been down in SE London since yesterday morning and still down

    @Hyperoptic internet's been out since early Friday morning. Something that should've been fixed in a few hours is still down, with no real updates so far!!!! no one answering calls, are you even trying? the worst providers, ever!!!!!

    After 9 or 10 hours of no service, and no customer service, no helpline, no online info about the mass outage, and no attempt to fix or communicate at all, @Hyperoptic now has a phone line open at least, where it tells you there's no problem in your area, and puts you in a 20 plus person queue. This is pathetic.

    @Hyperoptic diabolical service. Approaching 48hrs with little to no service. Issue claimed to be fixed for it to stop working again 2 hours later. No estimated timeframe for resolution.
