    @Hillingdon @Hyperoptic Will this include a landline phone service? Many full fibre services don't, which means being forced to pay for a mobile phone separately. Elderly social housing residents in particular may still prefer the simplicity of a fixed landline.

    @JoshJonesLFC Day 6 still no internet in se1 . Direct debit taken tho ? Paying for no service ! Hyperoptic are the problem !

    @drljnoble @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I wouldn’t customer service awful and repair service is appalling no internet for 5 days in se1 so far

    @Overlite1 That’s annoying :/ depending on your provider the might offer a faster package so upgrading could be an option? It depends though, the place I live in didn’t have fibre so we only had really slow options until I got Hyperoptic to install here.

    @Hyperoptic your customer service is very poor. Been over 48 hours without internet and the reason given for engineers not attending was ‘due to traffic’ 🙄🙄🙄

    On call waiting in a queue from last 45 mins to speak to an executive at @Hyperoptic . Speak of customer experience . Just hope now it’s toll free line . :-/

    @jamesrawcliffe9 @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic And they had the cheek to say that there customers praise their customer service. Laughable. Hope you manage to get it sorted. I am cancelling co tract and changing supplier
