@PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic @hyperoptic cannot start offering service to "smaller properties" soon enough. I understand their business model, but that doesn't mean that I don't miss their rock solid service every single day under "current service provider" (no names, no dog pile, but they know who they are)

Now they were happy for me to go find another provider and send me an email that I can discuss my complaint. To rejoin the HyperOptic Internet now I would lose on the offer of 27.99 and pay £30.00 p/m and they will activate it. They are happy for me to rejoin. 3/4

@PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic We had a problem with signal to noise ratio for ages. Basically someone on my estate had crappy wiring. Whenever they went online it ****** everyone else in the area up. Tremendous fun.

@Hyperoptic I work from home. I cant work without internet. Either I have to go to office which is 2 hours one way or loose 2 weeks of pay. And there is no way to get early appointment. This is reddiculous. Extra price+installation charge still wait for 2 weeks. Help appreciated

@Hyperoptic your service is very bad! I had an outage at Beam Park Rainham last week for 2 days and today again! I contacted your provider and they said you guys are getting multiple calls from residents I think its time to switch providers as its disrupting me working from home

Absolutely fuming. First @Hyperoptic doesn't cancel my account after I switch to @CommunityFibre, and now they're asking for £180 just so I can cancel a service I haven't used in months after I was reassured by CF there would be no charge. to do this in a cost of living crisis..

@slightly76 @PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic oh my god, i think this is our problem as well. how did you go about fixing it? i don't even know how we'd figure out whose wiring it is. currently typing this from my laptop with a 12 foot long ethernet cable running across the room because the wifi is just that bad

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS no connection for a week! In one of the most advanced cities of the world - unbelievable! They really take you back in time for at least 30 years, when internet was unstable and rare beast. I wouldn’t recommend Hyperoptic to the worst enemy. Avoid.
