@Hyperoptic I has one of your engineers install my line into my flat today & I would like to say how impressed I was with this guy and his customer service. He is an asset to your organisation. Extremely informative & polite. Please make sure he gets recognised for this.

@Hyperoptic hey I’ve been having issues with talk talk setting me up and am getting no where. I’ve already got a router and all the fibre stuff in my house. How soon could I go live if I purchase a fibre 500 package? 👀

  • joekemon20 Joe (@joekemon20) reported

@Hyperoptic hello. My service is down in the L1 area. Do you have any idea what the problem is and if it will persist? If it’s going to be an ongoing issue I will need to make arrangements to work elsewhere you see, else I will lose out on a day(s) pay. Thank you

@HyperopticCS There we go again! A service outage affecting the SW6 area. Can Hyperoptic please explain why there’s a service outage this time? When can residents from the area also expect to get the connection back up and running?

  • SternPissarro Stern Pissarro Gallery (@SternPissarro) reported

We are a gallery in London and have been without Wi-Fi for two weeks due to @Hyperoptic. Without connection we cannot function as a business. I advise anyone using @hyperoptic to reconsider. Very poor attempts to resolve the issue. #hyperoptic #avoid #WiFi

@axel__tv @RealTigz @Hyperoptic I can second that. I pay for 500mbps up and down and I get the full 500. And that’s for only £28 a month. Great customer service and faultless performance! I’m in Hampshire though with fttp so you would have to check your area
