    @hopper70 @Hyperoptic It's crazy. They've had only minor outages, as in less than an hour, for years. It went down late last night and it's as if there's no one working at the weekend.

    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment
