    @HyperopticCS @HyperopticCS Waited whole day but no timeline has been shared yet to fix the issue. Can you please check with customer service team and confirm timeline. It's 2 months now waiting to get issue fixed. @Hyperoptic 😠

    @iCave_Dave Yeah. I wouldn't use VM anyway, their pings are very high even to local servers, absolutely terrible for my Jamulus and teaching needs, but VDSL or Hyperoptic is better. I'm just waiting for that day...

    @iCave_Dave Can't tell you how jealous I am. I live in London and my street has no VM, no Hyperoptic, best I can get is 70 mbit down and I'm on the top tier broadband for the area. What utter crap.
