    Urrrgh got my new @Hyperoptic broadband installed not realising what a nightmare it would be to get all my smart devices connected. 4 hours with Amazon customer help and only one reconnected after very tricky technical instructions followed. Be warned if you have older devices!

    @Hyperoptic probably one of the worst experiences we’ve been having after getting these guy!!! No customer support, no clue what’s wrong and we’ve been waiting for days now.

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.
