    @Hyperoptic - I live in Colindale, in the Trinity Square development and our entire block hasn’t been able to access the Internet since yesterday. Your customer service is impossible to get hold of + your website is reporting there is no issue even though 30 people say there is!

    @Hyperoptic 5 days since my router was delivered and still no internet access. Called tech support team 4 times and been assured it will be fixed and still nothing. Been on hold for over an hour this morning - sort it out

    @Mabs79 @londoncolly @Hyperoptic I got through to them. They are sending an engineer tomorrow as their troubleshooting picked up nothing. I'm in E2 - it seems to be a problem here too

    Been on hold for hours. No support no help @Hyperoptic. Not good enough, please someone get back to me right away been without internet for 24 hours

    @MrRoflWaffles This was me with sky and we changed to hyperoptic same day and never had a problem. Could be area based

    @lulu_veganx @mariucha77 @Hyperoptic Still broken late on Day 4. Seems hyperotic have 2 systems. The new system is fine and the old one has broken for everyone in a km radius. No meaningful updates being provided.
