    Customer support is equally frustrating. 1+ hour waits on calls, 30+ minute chat queues, then agents disappear for 5–7 minutes and the chat gets terminated if I'm inactive for 60 seconds. Poor performance, endless waiting, no resolution Customers deserve better #Hyperoptic

    @Sudonte_ Awful. Moved from #hyperoptic and absolutely dismal from @skybroadband and @skytv via their puck streaming which only works half the time. Can't wait to change.

    @Hyperoptic disgusted with service. Moved out of my flat and my new one isn’t served by hyperoptic, contacted as new tenant wants to take on contract but told can’t do that and will be £260 early termination charge. Robbery!!!

    Internet down, chat bots don't work weekends 🙄 so on hold to provider for over half hour @Hyperoptic not acceptable!

    @hyperoptic, your business technical support is rubbish and an embarrassment to me. We were supposed to be down for 3 hours Thursday afternoon. 14 hours later, nothing. No one bothered to tell me when our connection will be restored. Apparently there is a simple fix.
