  @Hyperoptic Most useless and unhelpful customer service I’ve had with any wifi provider so far I was meant to have wifi up and running at my address originally over a month ago and still have no wifi. Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.

  @Hyperoptic Hi, from yesterday, suddenly I lost connection, turned off and on the router, today 17 min in a meeting call happened 5 times, I work from home and is impossible to work like this. Called your customer service but was told because I use the 5 instead of 2.4 GHz 1/2

  @Hyperoptic I am sick of chasing and chasing, to essentially be told that you taking money is my problem. I pre-empted this was going to happen so I initially called to check no fee was going to be taken. Then I got a pre-warning of an upcoming (wrong) bill.

  @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP

  @tpilla @CryptoCap97 @Hyperoptic He was wrong about the numbers - the outage was also in Gloucester where I am, Cheltenham, and somewhere else according to the automated message I got when I called. Doesn't seem like they pass information between departments very well!

  @Hyperoptic Your internet are got really bad since Nov in some parts of London, like from 500mbps+ to 2mbps. Should you have a chance to investigate the infrastructure?
