    @koenjideck Could not recommend hyperoptic enough not had a single issue with them and its chep to i get full 1000 fibire for 35 quid a month

    I am seriously confused why we are stuck paying ridiculous prices for 1GB Internet from @virginmedia because @toobbroadband and @Hyperoptic won’t get there stuff together to help the north of the UK

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.
