    @SkyHelpTeam are there outage issues with SkyQ? My SkyQ is saying our hyperoptic router has no internet but we’re connected fine on other devices.

    @Hyperoptic Hi, there appears to be an issue with Hyperoptic users connecting to the PlayStation network. This has been all day. I think the issue is with Hyperoptic because I can login to my account via 5G but not when connected to Hyperoptic. Could you please investigate?

    @Piskopat54Yazar @firaskamal @AskPS_UK Don't suppose you've had any more luck with this? Me and my flatmate are unable to launch FFXIV's launcher on PC or Windows Updates without tethering to our phones, so seems like a Hyperoptic problem?

    @Hyperoptic can you please sort out PlayStation network connectivity. Everyone using your router and service can’t connect to PlayStation network.

    @ArmaVALIANT @zoetargaryen @AskPS_UK Which internet provider are you with? The reason I ask is, I can’t even login to the network via my pc or phone but when I activate 5G and turn off wifi, I can login to PSN via my phone so got a feeling it’s something to do with Hyperoptic

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic 2h waiting in line for your CS agent to copy paste a reply and exit the chat? Is this your standard of customer support? Having trouble connecting to Origin, Ubisoft, Epic Store, Riot games for over 2h and you say nothing wrong with your service?
