    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

    @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic If you think that’s bad try the Netherlands, we had a cable problem and it took them 3 months to fix it no compensation whatsoever…

    @Hyperoptic Hi, from yesterday, suddenly I lost connection, turned off and on the router, today 17 min in a meeting call happened 5 times, I work from home and is impossible to work like this. Called your customer service but was told because I use the 5 instead of 2.4 GHz 1/2

    @Hyperoptic Wouldn't recommend signing up with Hyperoptic. When the internet is down, usually weekends their attitude is tough luck, we'll fix it during the working week. Had issues with this several times, so they cannot be bothered with customers Internet. Cannot work from home with them

    @Hyperoptic big outage across multiple sites, yet status on web page says no faults. Don't waste time trying to troubleshoot and resetting or calling them. It's down until engineers fix it.

    @Hyperoptic awful service, got the installation 2 days ago and still no internet they don’t have no answer and expect us to wait without internet they take hours to pick up regret joining them
