@HANCXCK @jxsha1 @NAAAYIL hyperoptic the G’s. been with them a year now, and been down once and for only 20 minutes. never going back to virgin

  • seyefaro Oluseye Farodoye (@seyefaro) reported

@Hyperoptic is seriously messing with my work. Getting download speeds of 1Mbps when you’re paying for 1Gig is unacceptable. Spoke to customer support and they’re asking me plug a cable to test. Where am I supposed to find a computer with an Ethernet port?

  • SamSteadman86 Samantha Steadman (@SamSteadman86) reported

@Hyperoptic Deffo not hyper reliable, I've had virgin media installed as a back up as your service is down at least once a month!

  • paul_orkin paul orkin (@paul_orkin) reported

@Hyperoptic been a customer for a year...just found out accidentally that company does a social tariff for disabled customers...explained t situation/would be prepared to enter into new agreement would like difference returned as it was never explained to me ..they said no!

@FPL__Raptor @Hyperoptic They’re shocking. Regrettably been with them for a year + and I had multiple issues on the initial installation, as well as range extender installation. They sent me the incorrect items TWICE 🤮 also takes an age to get through to their customer services team!

@Hyperoptic really upset with the progress and quality of my installation, it's the 4th visit and yet the wrong team and engineers who are incapable of solving the problem and don't have the equipment are being dispatched to me. I've had to constantly chase for more visits myself

@FPL__Raptor @Hyperoptic If it helps, I have Hyperoptic (moved in 6 months ago) and the internet is fantastic. No outages and very fast (and very well priced). I luckily didn't have any issues with setup so you might just be unlucky unfortunately

According to @MartinSLewis market website, @Hyperoptic has a really good service. I hope they really comply with what the offer.
