    @rayaleksandr @Hyperoptic Planned outage you were warned about? If not, do contact them, Ray. My service somehow managed to turn itself off recently. I phoned them and they restored it in minutes.

    Over the past month I've had 7 days of outage with @Hyperoptic - starting to think my recommendation should change from getting it to scrapping it @HyperopticCS

    @HyperopticCS In SW6 there’s also no internet since this morning. I’ve been trying to connect with the Customer Support team via the chat. However, your website automatically shuts down the chat message after waiting for more than 30mins in the queue. Overall, frustrating! @Hyperoptic
