    Disappointing service from @Hyperoptic nearly 3 hours with no Internet. Can't get through to online support been holding fo over 20 mins. Missed an important meeting. I should be compensated

    You have very conveniently disconnected my internet today stating some validation error. I have never dealt with an internet company so slow in functioning and so frustrating to deal with. There is no turn around time, no customer satisfaction, no accountability. @Hyperoptic

    @XmasRights @Hyperoptic Hyperoptic is the supreme customer service example. Had them for 4 years at my old place, price only ever came down, while keeping the same speed and great service. All the other providers (broadband and cell) operate a bait and switch model, and good luck if anything goes wrong

    Day 44 since my instillation and still no internet. Starting to think @Hyperoptic’s technical support team won’t ever activate my account. @HyperopticCS it was only after my call today that I was offered any sort of escalation to a complaint department. Travesty.

    @Hyperoptic Getting you on the phone is impossible, waiting times are crazy. The same with chat. Also, why can't I install my service and why do you say you don't have installers available in West London? How can I be confident in choosing your service if you are unreachable?

    @Hyperoptic internet has been down pretty much all day in SE1. Been in the chat queue for ages or no answer on the phone. Sort it out!
