    … one of the worst aspects of BT was the extended process to signup or switch, even if you have all the physical connection and gear. If all you need is a standard (ish) modem and router, then there’s no reason it should take more than a phone call to activate, like Hyperoptic.

    @HyperopticCS @FinancialBear James don’t try hyperoptic. They are not providing information regarding why there’s a seemingly London wide outage, many customers affected FOR DAYS without a clear ETA or update, and their customer service isn’t picking up the phone or support tickets. AVOID

    Hi , my connection (St. John’s wood, London) has been down for 24 hours. No response on phone, chat, email and twitter DM from Hyperoptic so far. This is hardly 24/7 support ! Can you please get back to me ? @HyperopticCS

    @Hyperoptic …Phoned in on Friday to ask what was going on and when the network will be activated. Told they didn’t know but it should be soon and I’ll get a call back today to confirm details of activation and my plan. No call back. Arrived home today after weekend away. No internet still..

    Hi @Hyperoptic we have had a wifi outage since Thursday and still no update on when it will be back on or if there is an interim fix ??
