    @hyperoptic, your business technical support is rubbish and an embarrassment to me. We were supposed to be down for 3 hours Thursday afternoon. 14 hours later, nothing. No one bothered to tell me when our connection will be restored. Apparently there is a simple fix.

    @Hyperoptic Reported a broadband fault on Friday. 500 Mbps package, but only 17–70 Mbps download while upload remains around 500 Mbps. Ticket open, no update from Technical Support, and unable to reach support by phone. Please DM me.

    @Hyperoptic LS16 constantly dropping off all evening, didn't have a problem for 3 years and its been a nightmare for.the last week! Please sort it out.

    @Hyperoptic your customer service is in the gutter. Hundreds of customers have been without service for hours, yet there’s been zero communication, no way to reach support and seemingly no acknowledgement that there’s even an issue. Absolutely disgraceful.

    @TomPickering @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic Virgin Media died on me less than an hour before a broadcast...twice. Forced me to move my entire setup to a different house just so I didn't flake on my commitments. Switched to a different provider immediately after the 2nd incident. Never looked back since.
