Our internet’s been down since 5am (been over 7 hours now) and the sassy customer service lady snapped at me informing saying that you can solve an issue within 48 hours and she doesn’t care how long it’s been. I work from home….or trying to!

First in June 2021 and now again in April 2022, AFTER being told and confirmed service was available this time. I am broken by this experience, I was very keen on getting full fibre.

Liam (@lgladdy) reportedI've spent about 24 hours now with very weird networking issues. Assumed it was my router and reset everything but still they persisted... turns out it's actually Hyperoptic having some issues; especially when talking to Apple Services.

Liam (@papafuzzz) reported@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Hopefully it’s quicker than when one of your engineers unplugged my connection and it took a month to get someone to admit that might be the issue and send an engineer.
