@Hyperoptic hi a simple task as placing a mature content filter as a parent has had Me on a call for 45 mins with me having to login to my iP address. This shouldn't be the case.raises the question of speed of safety! A simple check box on easy to UI !

Thread: Providers with inbuilt social tariffs don’t usually advertise this in their marketing material, but BT, Community Fibre, G. Network, Hyperoptic, KCOM and Virgin Media O2 are the six broadband providers in the UK that offer the social tariffs to those on Universal Credit.

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Of course - got home and it’s not working. Why is it so hard? YOUR engineer said it would take a week and you just don’t believe me? Why? Now it will be at least 7 days down.

@VodafoneUK my internet has been cutting off randomly for last 3 days. When it has connected my speed has been going from 67Mbps to 20Mbps Please fix it or I'm moving to @Hyperoptic

@IanDunt @Hyperoptic if available is amazing for speed, reliability and customer service. Sadly if not only virgin will have speed but they’re so bad if anything goes wrong. Possibly community fibre but they’re quite small
