    I hear stories like this all the time, never thought it would happen to me. After 3 months of working for @Hyperoptic I got called into the office this morning and told I no longer had my job all because I stood up for myself in a incident with a manager 2 weeks ago

    @virginmedia I’ll also leave it to you to do the right thing. I’ve got @Hyperoptic offering me a deal and I’m tempted to change broadband suppler if this is how you treat a customer of 10 years.

    I don't know who else needs to hear this, but after several months of silence, and occasional obfuscation, Hyperoptic have finally admitted that an install won't be happening in Edinburgh until October/November. Contrary to their bus advert claiming their service 'has landed'.

    @saradietschy In the UK you can have 1Gbps up and down for 50-60 bucks. Company is called hyperoptic.

    @Hyperoptic any idea when your broadband will be back up in south-east London? It’s been down for about two hours now and the service status just says you’re aware of it.

    @CuckooInternet I love how you people think that everybody else doesn’t have a live (and a living). Should I take the morning off? Or maybe sit on the floor for 6 hours just in case this guy decides to knock on the door. Getting charged 60£ for this **** is insane. I’m gonna miss @Hyperoptic...
