@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS absolute radio silence from your customer service teams today can't get any acknowledgements. There's a 4 week outage with minimal updates no end in sight and a discrepancy over compensation start dates can't make it up

Anyone with recent experience of @Hyperoptic in Edinburgh? Some older posts suggest it has outages. My virgin fibre never does but it’s overpriced and I resent paying for phone and TV I literally never use

My @Hyperoptic renewal felt like they were trying to pressure me into 500Mbps and 1Gbps packages when I wanted to downgrade to 150Mbps - left a very bad taste in my mouth 😔

  • Anniestarsia1 Anastasia Amorin (@Anniestarsia1) reported

@Hyperoptic worst ever customer service. Still no internet after a month an no formal explanation disgrace. I will not be forced to pay a month I am not using your service.

Hi @Hyperoptic I recently upgraded to your 500mb service from your 250. Since then, I'm barely getting 20mb download speed on an ethernet connection. I've emailed your support team twice with no response. yes, I've restarted the router several times. Starting to feel annoyed.

@Hyperoptic disgusting service response from you: our entire building is without internet, you need to send an engineer - earliest is 22 AUGUST? Totally unacceptable…

  • 256db Donna Bruce (@256db) reported

@Hyperoptic It would be great if i could actually activate my service, 4 days and im still not connected. They are unwilling to make it a priority & I've had no updates from them & had to call everyday to get an update. Extremely poor service considering im a new customer
