    @TomPickering @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic Virgin Media died on me less than an hour before a broadcast...twice. Forced me to move my entire setup to a different house just so I didn't flake on my commitments. Switched to a different provider immediately after the 2nd incident. Never looked back since.

    @Hyperoptic disgusted with service. Moved out of my flat and my new one isn’t served by hyperoptic, contacted as new tenant wants to take on contract but told can’t do that and will be £260 early termination charge. Robbery!!!

    over a month since my initial complaint and you still haven't had the decency to have a manager contact me. Its all on record and file. disgusting behaviour to paying customers. @Hyperoptic
