    @Hyperoptic no internet and no updates for over 6 hours in WC1X 9HF - simply “hopefully it works soon”. What is going on - give your customers transparency on issues and estimated time of fix. This is unacceptable

    @theashrb Hyperoptic is severely limited to specific blocks of flats in urban areas and isn't available elsewhere. **** comparison.

    @theashrb But hyperoptic is utterly unreliable, I live just about a mile away from their headquarters in Hammersmith, and have monthly outage that can last up to 5 days.

    @Hyperoptic Extremely poor installation & repair service. Cable left unsecured → chewed through. Engineer “fixed” with tape, then a junction box that fell off the wall. Business disrupted, extra costs for mobile data. Why should I stay? Compensation? #HyperopticFail

    While everything else goes up in price, my broadband bill is going DOWN in price over the next 2 years - unreal work for the consumers from Hyperoptic honestly

    @Hyperoptic Most useless and unhelpful customer service I’ve had with any wifi provider so far I was meant to have wifi up and running at my address originally over a month ago and still have no wifi. Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.

    @Hyperoptic Ongoing outage since 11:30 yesterday at E3 4RW. Still no service or updates after almost 24 hours. Please investigate and provide an ETA.
