    Do not repeat do not use @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS one weeks outage no updates useless customer services who knows very little about anything when pushed. Worse than BT and that's says something... Appalling

    @Hyperoptic A hyperoptic engineer visited to mend an intermittent internet today. This evening I now have zero internet, the 24/7 support line is not answering and the vm box is full…..!!

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS more messages than I care to count two tweets two DM's five days of outage no updates. Your customer service is beyond shocking worse than BT which is saying something. 0 out of 10. Might as well as take your equipment back for what it's Worth

    @josephwarnett @Hyperoptic Hello Joseph, even though we are terribly sorry to hear about this, you should know that it only happens when there is a major infrastructural issue, which we are doing our best to properly resolve it. We are providing more updates in our DMs now.
