    @FourthStreetDan @Hyperoptic Interesting. The light on my router went green and sure enough the Internet is back up if I switch back from mobile tethering to my usual Wifi. I'm at two hours three minutes on hold but I'm at position three and it seems to be going down.

    After 9 or 10 hours of no service, and no customer service, no helpline, no online info about the mass outage, and no attempt to fix or communicate at all, @Hyperoptic now has a phone line open at least, where it tells you there's no problem in your area, and puts you in a 20 plus person queue. This is pathetic.

    @Hyperoptic Bad news. Waited in chat queue for 1.5 hours with zero response. Gave up.

    @Hyperoptic internet's been out since early Friday morning. Something that should've been fixed in a few hours is still down, with no real updates so far!!!! no one answering calls, are you even trying? the worst providers, ever!!!!!

    @Hyperoptic hi. Your service people just destroyed our Internet while putting in cabling for another flat in the building. This is the SECOND TIME and we need this fixed IMMEDIATELY. The hold time when calling is hours long. DM me or I’ll go on a campaign

    @DeathlyAcorn Had such bad experiences with Virgin and Sky. TalkTalk were okay but then they started jacking their price up. I went with Hyperoptic this year and it's been ******* brilliant
