    @Hyperoptic hi. Your service people just destroyed our Internet while putting in cabling for another flat in the building. This is the SECOND TIME and we need this fixed IMMEDIATELY. The hold time when calling is hours long. DM me or I’ll go on a campaign

    @Linkifi_ @Hyperoptic Same, it came back for 10 minutes then went offline again, 8 hours without internet when you WFH is ridiculous They need to sort their **** out

    @MoMayet3 @electrodrummer @Hyperoptic I’ve had to hang up as having calls but still in chat and 1.5hrs 😳. Crazy as just need to be online and back from holiday 🫣

    Hey @Hyperoptic do you understand people have better things to do than waiting on a call with you for an hour only to hear that you’re incompetent in fixing anything. You’ve the worst customer support I have ever experienced.

    @jdnoscrubz @ryantegan @skytv Matter of fact is I’ve been with Sky 11 yrs never once rang me or my landlord to offer to install better wifi beyond what I had for the crazy price they offer. I was approached my Hyperoptic and liased with them with my landlords permission and just like that have better product
