    @Hyperoptic You guys are the most unprofessional, unseasoned and terrible internet company I have come across. I terminated my account as I was moving home and you guys still have the effontry to be billing me and asking me for payment. ARE YOU MAD?

    @Hyperoptic Most useless and unhelpful customer service I’ve had with any wifi provider so far I was meant to have wifi up and running at my address originally over a month ago and still have no wifi. Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.
