@Hyperoptic when are you going to fix the internet in Hardwicks Square SW18? It’s been down for 2 days now. I’m absolutely baffled as to what you’ve been doing

  • Rianluk Rian 🎴🎮 (@Rianluk) reported

Hyperoptic, 1 message cancelled Talktalk 8 months they are still trying to charge me for my old internet. WTF

@ViciousHorizon @Veracityy_ This.... I had a bad Hyperoptic connection and it was still far and above everything else I've ever had

  • ironside Ironside (@ironside) reported

@Hyperoptic how about you lend a hand to @HyperopticCS, who hide behind DMs, provide generic replies and no detail to ongoing issues. Central London and I’ve had no internet for a week - with no resolution time in sight. #hyperoptic #outage #rubbish

  • F1Danii Danielle (@F1Danii) reported

@ironside @nzlata @Hyperoptic Back in August my service stopped running for weeks and you cannot get a straight answer out of them. Absolutely cowboys - hope your issues are resolved soon! Once my contract is up, I’m out of here

@addictedlens @Hyperoptic Ouch, that is not good news to hear Stanley. :/ Can we please have your postcode and we can check for the status of the connection issue on your site?

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic And being in customer support you should have some respect for GDPR. That’s the reason I did not post people’s names. I have their full addresses with@post code if only u cared to DM n ask. #unethicalHyperoptic

  • danny_chips_ Danny Chips (@danny_chips_) reported

@Hyperoptic Thanks for the 6 text messages, emails and phone call yesterday from the engineer to ensure someone would be in and everything would be ready for them to come and install our broadband…but then never turn up or call us to let us know. Now we have to wait 10 more days

  • toady Annie (@toady) reported

And I wish “the internet had been nationalised” as per Shaun on #LBC. My son’s entire block of flats has been without a service for 2 weeks with no end in sight, thanks to @Hyperoptic failing to address the problem with any urgency.

  • F1Danii Danielle (@F1Danii) reported

@ironside @nzlata @Hyperoptic Initially they claimed the cables had been vandalised, took them nearly 2 weeks to fix. Within 24 hours the service broke again after ‘maintenance works’, I needed to wait for an engineer to rectify which took nearly another week. Just seems to be problems after problems.
