    @Hyperoptic no service in NW6 since Wednesday 15th, and no updates from yourselves. The ombudsman WILL be involved! Live chat doesn’t work - no sms updates, missed call outs, it’s BAD!

    @lulu_veganx @mariucha77 @Hyperoptic Still broken late on Day 4. Seems hyperotic have 2 systems. The new system is fine and the old one has broken for everyone in a km radius. No meaningful updates being provided.

    @AussieBromo I pay £35 in Scotland for 1gig down / 1gig Up from Hyperoptic. Your costs and speeds are shocking.
