    @EcoFrench @virginmedia Perhaps try Hyperoptic if they serve your area? I find them very good - with just one day when there was a problem in our block.

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Awful service. Nice Phone+Chat Team can only answer what's in FAQs I can google. Advanced Team NEVER answer. Literally NEVER. Serious issue about line dropping this week MERGED with weeks old one about ongoing issues with video calls?! Not the same!

    My @virginmedia has been out for almost 12 hours now. And will probably be out for another 12. God I hate them so much. Sending out help requests from @GNetworkComms and @Hyperoptic to serve more of London. I beg you.

    25hrs so far with a total loss of #broadband service frm @vmbusiness #VirginMedia missed deadlines for restoring service Cust svcs are useless, can’t give any meaningful updates, manager hasn’t called back as promised. Sooner we can move to @GNetworkComms / @Hyperoptic the better
