    Received the most disgusting “service” from @Hyperoptic this evening. Called to discuss a cancellation fee being applied unfairly only to have my time wasted by the most awful person deliberately going round in circles trying to avoid the subject. Disgusting.

    @GeneticGenesis @Hyperoptic I know, I bet they're just overprovisioning the network and overselling. If you look at reddit there's plenty of recent posts with the same **** download speed issue.

    @MoneySavingExp Been with @Hyperoptic for 7 years, loyal to a fault yet my charges go up every year while I see new customers only pay less than half for exactly same service. Appalling. There needs to be legislation to stop this inequity, deeply unfair & greedy. Complaining gets nowhere either

    @Hyperoptic as you won't answer the phone and your robot can't speak or understand english be advised I don't have a contract and you can cancel my installation visit tommorow oss I don't like threats

    @Hyperoptic I swear I will ******* lose it with you people. Refund me my £700 NOW. And furthermore what is this bullshit that I can only call or chat within certain times. I have hadbthe worst experience with your uncouth business. I want that refund immediately.

    @MartinSLewis Sky broadband wouldn’t budge for slow speeds very expensive so went Hyperoptic’s for less than half the price and much faster

    So @Hyperoptic is down AGAIN in London. SORT IT OUT. Shouldn’t be paying this much for it to be going out every other week (position number 12 in queue though)
