@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic we have not had any network for almost 2 hours now. We rely on this @Hyperoptic network for 98% of our services and business and now we just waiting. Please what's happening. Aylesbury

@Overlite1 That’s annoying :/ depending on your provider the might offer a faster package so upgrading could be an option? It depends though, the place I live in didn’t have fibre so we only had really slow options until I got Hyperoptic to install here.

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCEO No disrespect but you are a media person. If your support team wanted to, they have our contact details and could easily make contact. Even Nina in the complaints team doesn't communicate what is happening. All we hear is "hopefully soon". Pathetic really.
