Matt (@bigsmolhands) reportedInternet went out again after a engineer visited. Contacted @Hyperoptic to arrange another technician. They said they fixed it. I said it's going to cut out again in 20 mins so please can I arrange a engineer visit. They said they would email me if it does... andd they didnt🤬
