    @ZONEofTECH @Hyperoptic They've deactivated their X. They don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails. They're completely rubbish. My Internet is down since last night.

    @Hyperoptic internet's been out since early Friday morning. Something that should've been fixed in a few hours is still down, with no real updates so far!!!! no one answering calls, are you even trying? the worst providers, ever!!!!!

    @Hyperoptic myself and several neighbours in W6 having outages in last 24h. Your site status update reports no problems. Also can't seem to get through on the phone and no other way to report a technical issue

    @Sudonte_ Awful. Moved from #hyperoptic and absolutely dismal from @skybroadband and @skytv via their puck streaming which only works half the time. Can't wait to change.

    Friends who understand broadband, why ******** do companies ONLY offer asymmetric speeds with their fibre deals? I’d love to get @Hyperoptic but they don’t cover the property I’ll be hopefully moving to, I’m looking at options but most of them are pretty bleak…

    @AussieBromo I pay £35 in Scotland for 1gig down / 1gig Up from Hyperoptic. Your costs and speeds are shocking.

    @MoMayet3 @Hyperoptic Same. Chat for over 1.5 hours, no response. On hold on telephone for over an hour. Prices keep going up, service is rock bottom.
