    @TomPickering @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic Virgin Media died on me less than an hour before a broadcast...twice. Forced me to move my entire setup to a different house just so I didn't flake on my commitments. Switched to a different provider immediately after the 2nd incident. Never looked back since.

    @Hyperoptic your support service is a joke. Put on hold for 48 mins now to get my connection cancelled. What other channels can I use to cancel my connection? #shocking
