In another flat installing hyperoptic when we've been cancelled on and ignored and told to wait another week+. This is not good enough at all. The customer service is absolutely dreadful and we just want our flipping internet! Sort this out!

@iamHilmiSamat @virginmedia @Hyperoptic Consider yourself lucky. If you’d signed up with #hyperoptic you would have internet go down for days with zero update.

@HyperopticCS Just received a total nonsense Dm. All I need is a replacement box or an engineer visit & can’t understand why a decent company would take 5 days to arrange this. Your customer service & the actual service provide is truly awful and people should avoid @Hyperoptic at all costs

Finally decided to register for @virginmedia and guess wait the earliest installation is in 2 weeks, 28th of July. So my property will have no wifi until then. Only if @Hyperoptic would told me earlier that they would not support my location, I would’ve registered with Virgin

@Hyperoptic I nominate #hyperoptic as the worst #internet provider in UK. #isp internet goes down for days (not hours) with no explanation.

@cal_stoneman @northernMPR @dj__k The minute I can get off of VDSL 80/20 I will do so. Waiting for Hyperoptic here or something else, don't care. I just want post-100 mbit. This sucks.

@JimboFromYT @SwagYoloBrehYT Increasing bitrate will just put more traffic on the network that's why it jumps to 100ms. My old provider (hyperoptic) let me have 2 diff wi-fi connections on my router, 1 for 2.4ghz and other for 5ghz (diff benefits to each one), it'd separate what your devices are connected to
