Pathetic Customer Services by @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS, I’m without internet since last 5 days and they promised Engineer will attend today 9am sharp. But still at 14:45 no sign of engineer at all and no one picking the phone up waited 50 mins on phone

@IslingtonBC @CommunityFibre @Hyperoptic Please don’t they’re rubbish no services at all internet never worked or May be you have to live without internet for weeks or months cause they never reply to customer queries properly

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic we are experiencing intermittent slow internet or lost of connection int eh entire building (200 flats) for the past weeks. We had your service for three year with never an issue. Clearly something is wrong. Any report of issues in CR0 area?

Day 54 since my @hyperoptic instillation and my service has still not been activated. Compensation period has finally ended and yet no wifi and no one able to give me a switch on date @HyperopticCS
