@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCEO No disrespect but you are a media person. If your support team wanted to, they have our contact details and could easily make contact. Even Nina in the complaints team doesn't communicate what is happening. All we hear is "hopefully soon". Pathetic really.

@goulcher dependent but a few good ones around: Hyperoptic and G Network

  • Gawny7789 Gawny7789 l Pirate Goomba ☠️🍄 (@Gawny7789) reported

@RiddasRinascita @StephMcBee Don’t think I can get toob but I will be looking at hyperoptic if I do switch. The problem is BT sport having all the champions league games.

@Overlite1 That’s annoying :/ depending on your provider the might offer a faster package so upgrading could be an option? It depends though, the place I live in didn’t have fibre so we only had really slow options until I got Hyperoptic to install here.

  • frombauer Fabio (@frombauer) reported

Hi @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS any idea when service is being restored around E14 9B? It's been over 2 hours...

  • GeorgeWL_ George☀️WL (@GeorgeWL_) reported

@Hyperoptic @PixarsLightyear I'm only tweeting to enter a prize draw and I'm not excited about Lightyear at all, it looks just an okay film, not good, not bad. #ReachHyperspeed I'm excited to be underwhelmed!

  • rajeitltd Richard Gross (@rajeitltd) reported

@hyperopticceo Dana how hard is it for your company to get an engineer to sort the issue. What a shambolic company. #hyperoptic #hyperopticareuseless

Why’s hyperoptic so slow tonight ffs

  • _jyMVP JY🔴 (@_jyMVP) reported

@hyperoptic Wi-Fi went down so unexpectedly, struggling to get through to you on the phone either.

  • ASonabike Andrew S (@ASonabike) reported

@Hillingdon @Hyperoptic Will this include a landline phone service? Many full fibre services don't, which means being forced to pay for a mobile phone separately. Elderly social housing residents in particular may still prefer the simplicity of a fixed landline.
