  @bikhialoo 1- Good neighborhood is better than good home infra or larger flat 2- Check warm water during visit 3- Prefer to have a on-site management 4- Access to under/over ground and ELZ line is the key 5- Do lots of search, don't settle with the first flat 6- Avoid Dexters. Chase Evans if better letting agency. 7- Avoid east, go west if possible 8- Check if the home is damp or not. Check molding 9- Check consoul tax and make sure it's reasonable 10- Check avg monthly water/electricity price 11- Check if Hyperoptic has installation in the building or not 12- If you like a flat to rent, check RightMove for the building history. There might be signs of issue 13- Avoid places near council homes. 14- Take pictures of the flat if you decide to rent. This can help resolve disputes later on. 15- Always use a letting agency.   @Hyperoptic - broadband down for over 30 minutes and your customer care unreachable. Downdetector also showing multiple reports, is there an known outage?

  @Hyperoptic for over a week now I've been experiencing drop-outs on my internet connection and and for 6 days I've been largely ignored by your support team. You used to have excellent competent staff and now it's a frustrating mess to deal with you.

  @Hyperoptic Your tech support is non-existent. No tech support on chat. No email. Only phone. Don't even have hold music! Just repeat same sentence saying "We are currently experiencing a higher than usual call volume" on every call. No choice but to hang up. Service very intermittent.

  @Hyperoptic Technical support is not available via online chat. Have to call for support, and this is supposedly a telecoms company!? What a joke. 40 mins wait on hold only to be told that they need to dispatch an engineer and the next available slot is Friday afternoon (3 days time) Awful
