    @HyperopticCS Hyperoptic confirmed that there was an outage caused by a hardware failure. To be quite honest, your network has been absolutely great ever since I became a customer several years ago. However, I’m noticing a trend of regular outages though your prices have been increasing YoY.

    @Hyperoptic no service in N1 for 20 hours no updates. Can’t get through to find out what is going on. Can I at least get an ETA? The outages keep increasing and the response rate decreasing. #internetdown #badservice

    @Hyperoptic ABSOLUTLY DISCUSTING SERVICE, FAST TO ANSWER THE PHONE BUT THEN THEY PUT YOU THROUGH TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT WHERE YOU CAN BE WAITING HOURS, THEY JUST DON'T GIVE A 🤬

    Wow. £245 to cancel broadband with @Hyperoptic. I'd previously had a great service with them but now I would definitely not recommend. @HyperopticCS
