It can be up to 60% service accounts costs build with fake/ invalid invoices and utter negligence of managing agents. We have system to tackle this, will government will listen??

10 weeks since to my escalation, 4 weeks since my follow up, zero response from @Hyperoptic! Service live in the block for over 12 weeks, with only a couple of apartments installed. Is this tweet enough to get a response, or is posting a review on @Trustpilot? #fibrebroadband

@Hyperoptic why are Google services no longer working on your network? Everything was great until 3 days ago, now I can't even check Gmail, connect nest devices or use Google services and apps on your network. Get it sorted. And before you ask... Yes I've reset everything already
