@HyperopticCS Don't trust hyperoptic, they will mess up your service then not resolve it and avoid contact with you, they will send automated responses but will never deal with the issue, I've been a customer for a while and been treated really poorly by them, they have no shame at all

@Hyperoptic absolutely shocking customer service. Been trying to send a router out for the last two weeks. But keeps getting stuck in the Hyperoptic "system"!!So told just keep waiting to see if one turns up. Tried to speak to a Supervisor but they haven't got time to speak to me

If anyone changing broadband service just a heads up. @Hyperoptic offer fantastic speeds but the customer service is the worst you will ever experience. As long as no issues guaranteed would recommend, as soon as you have an issue good luck.

@complaint_ms @HyperopticCS I've had Hyperoptic for more than 5 years. No outage at all in the last 3 years but several planned outages in the first 6 months as the network grew. For reliability and speed I wouldn't change.

Internet has been off since Sunday, being told LIES by @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS I switched to hyperoptic from sky not long ago. Customer service is terrible. Why is there still no Internet ??!

@MSE_Deals Virgin has the worst customer services says Which? Have to concur with that after getting numerous lies when connecting up my development. Call backs from Branson's 'personal assistant' that someone will call me back. 5 yrs later, still waiting! Hyperoptic for me thanks!

@ixdStudio @Hyperoptic The whole point of NPS is that people gauge their responses truthfully per their 1-10 rating, with the “meaning” of that rating interpreted later. If I gave you 2 options to pick from and one was red, one green, it’s implied that green is correct. However - also, yes, NPS is crap
