    Urrrgh got my new @Hyperoptic broadband installed not realising what a nightmare it would be to get all my smart devices connected. 4 hours with Amazon customer help and only one reconnected after very tricky technical instructions followed. Be warned if you have older devices!

    Just had @Hyperoptic installed last week. It randomly stopped working, apparently due to bad wiring The next engineer available is in six days Dog **** company, avoid

    @Hyperoptic no information from your support team and no internet for +7 hours in WC1X? You prompt people to contact customer support but all they say is “hopefully it will work soon”. Can we do better?

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    @Hyperoptic how come your service quality standards have stooped so low? Paying 40GBP+ per month and yet the network outage has left me with no internet for the past 3 days. Cannot attend meetings, cannot do anything. Tech support requires waiting for 30 minutes.

    Received the most disgusting “service” from @Hyperoptic this evening. Called to discuss a cancellation fee being applied unfairly only to have my time wasted by the most awful person deliberately going round in circles trying to avoid the subject. Disgusting.
