    @jdnoscrubz @ryantegan @skytv Matter of fact is I’ve been with Sky 11 yrs never once rang me or my landlord to offer to install better wifi beyond what I had for the crazy price they offer. I was approached my Hyperoptic and liased with them with my landlords permission and just like that have better product

    @Hyperoptic what the hell is going on? Internet has been down for 10 hours so far today. This is the second time in the space of a couple months. I hate that I renewed my contract with you for another 24 months only a few months ago. This is diabolical!

    @real_amos @GuthixMoney This is the thing, they all appear to be amazing for the first year or two then they go to **** 😭 this is what happened to me with Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic My router has had a red Internet light for over 3 hours. I’ve power-cycled it several times, but the Broadband light is green and the Internet light stays red.. could you help please?

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.
