    @JDSantos273 I'm with Hyperoptic mate, 4 years now and think the service has dropped off twice and only for an hour or two each time.

    @iCave_Dave Yeah. I wouldn't use VM anyway, their pings are very high even to local servers, absolutely terrible for my Jamulus and teaching needs, but VDSL or Hyperoptic is better. I'm just waiting for that day...

    @HyperopticCS @HyperopticCS In waited whole day but no timeline has been shared yet to fix the issue. Can you please check with customer service team and confirm timeline. It's 2 months now waiting to get issue fixed. @Hyperoptic 😠

    I had such high hopes of @Hyperoptic . So quick to respond when selling me their service. Now I have a problem, 15 min and counting on hold. #sameoldsameold As I am still in my cooling off period, I suggest you pick up the phone ASAP or I am off back to BT

    @phd_at_work @Hyperoptic Hey Peter. Yes - sadly, there is an outage in this area, and the service is down. We've organized an engineer visit, and they should be there any minute to fix the connection. We hope it will be fixed ASAP. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.

    @HyperopticCS Recently my Hyperoptic broadband has been awful. Slow speeds and connection dropping every few minutes. Can you assist?
