    @Hyperoptic Are you not even upgrading your network beyond 1GB? Everyone else is going faster and your stuck. I cant even get full 1GB on wired on your 1gb package. I only get 700mb...

    @Hyperoptic can’t provide broadband at my new address… but still want £120 to let me leave. Charging customers for YOUR failure to deliver a service is beyond a joke. Predatory, shameless, and disgusting.

    @Hyperoptic loss of service yet again. 8th time since I moved here in July. Now I’m 36th in your queue. Not even one week since the last outage.

    Nahhhh @Hyperoptic how am I on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes and the phone cuts off because the customer service lines close at 9pm …. AN HOUR AND A HALF ARE U LYING
