    @HyperopticCS I already did sent you dm.i spoke to you on chat and over the phone all your staff was doing blaming Sony update. It is very clear that its your end issue. It Sony update as all the other internet provider customers are fine apart from hyperoptic.

    I’ve never had internet issues before plusnet took over but I’m not allowed to leave, even though I lose internet connection dozens of times a day, @Hyperoptic I have to wait a couple of months till I’m out of contract but can I officially put the transfer request in now?

    @Hyperoptic your engineers have been round drilling holes in my building and now I have a water leak in the wall where the holes have been drilled. Please help.
