    @ianvisits @Hyperoptic They are laying cables in my street. Notwithstanding this incident would you recommend them? I'll be switching broadband in the summer because Virgin are rising prices.

    @suddenlyjoseph Having the same issue and it’s utterly infuriating. Have tried Hyperoptic and Community fibre. Both not available and waiting for virgin’s latest price rise

    @Hyperoptic development wide internet issue you won't acknowledge. Engineer today quoted "at least you have internet". Appalling customer service! We pay for 1gb and are getting 30mb! #sortitout #appallingcustomerservice #hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic hi. I missed my renewal option date by 1 day and am now unable to get the price quoted for my renewal. I am being treated as a new customer. Is there any way my quote can be reinstated. This type of treatment is very different to all other providers who value loyalty
