@ianvisits @Hyperoptic Moved into a new house - Hperoptic and BT both installed. Went with BT as Hyperoptic had poor reviews- BT online within days and delivers 900 mb and customer service excellent. But more expensive

  • nick213 nick vandyke (@nick213) reported

Very disappointed with @Hyperoptic 3 days with no internet and their customer services don’t even reply. Still in my first month so time to find another provider!

  • Anubhav_11 Anubhav A. (@Anubhav_11) reported

@Hyperoptic Can you please avoid maintenance work during working hours? As you might be aware a lot of people work from home these days, and loss of network on weekdays between the working hours is a very big inconvenience. Reading RG1.

  • room808 T:man (@room808) reported

@mattfrei @virginmedia I would suggest switching to Hyperoptic if possible where you live and you don't have to worry about these issues ever again.

  • seyefaro Oluseye Farodoye (@seyefaro) reported

@Hyperoptic is seriously messing with my work. Getting download speeds of 1Mbps when you’re paying for 1Gig is unacceptable. Spoke to customer support and they’re asking me plug a cable to test. Where am I supposed to find a computer with an Ethernet port?

  • ianvisits ianVisits (@ianvisits) reported

@droler @Hyperoptic I've generally found them to a decent and reliable service. Have used them in two properties, and would again when I move.

  • YungSpvnach JLT (@YungSpvnach) reported

I had Hyperoptic for 3 years and never had an outage. Had to move to @virginmedia in my new place and there are at least 1/2 outages a month. Some big company like that can't even keep the internet stable 🙄

  • HyperopticCS HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported

@sarahwishart @Hyperoptic We're sorry to hear of your ongoing connection problems, Sarah. It was never our intention to leave you without connection for so long. :/ Our team is on the case, and we are looking forward to providing some positive news as soon as possible.

  • DianaNTaylor Diana Taylor (@DianaNTaylor) reported

@Hyperoptic just sitting @BoroughFood waiting for my turn, how about you fix these guys (they’re a charity feeding folk) some cut-price super fast Wi-Fi? Enable those struggling to top up smart meters and check their emails, maybe even check their Socials 🙏🏻

  • Pro4TLZZ Bilal 🇵🇸🇸🇩 #DeportElonMusk #EuthaniseSettlers (@Pro4TLZZ) reported

@Hyperoptic really upset with the progress and quality of my installation, it's the 4th visit and yet the wrong team and engineers who are incapable of solving the problem and don't have the equipment are being dispatched to me. I've had to constantly chase for more visits myself
