    @Hyperoptic Hello - I just 49 minutes in a Hyperoptic queue for customer service billing. Due to cash flow issues asked for short payment deferral so can do work. Flatly refused due help received prior. Long standing and loyal customer. Unhelpful and callous customer service.

    If anyone buying a new home is thinking of using @Hyperoptic as they promise to connect you instantly please don’t believe them. Three days and still no clue when we will get this sorted. Tv engineers cancelled and unable to work from home and no help from them. Avoid!

    @Hyperoptic ABSOLUTLY DISCUSTING SERVICE, FAST TO ANSWER THE PHONE BUT THEN THEY PUT YOU THROUGH TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT WHERE YOU CAN BE WAITING HOURS, THEY JUST DON'T GIVE A 🤬
