  • SilkeKer Silke Kerruth (@SilkeKer) reported

@LQcontactus whole building out of Internet for almost 24 hours because the technician of hyperoptic cannot get access to the room within the building. History repeats itself as last time we were out of water for 3 days due to same access issues. No learning from mistakes!!

  • Fidel2000 Nick Johnson (@Fidel2000) reported

@Hyperoptic Internet has been down since yesterday evening in W12. Do you know the cause and when it will be fixed?

  • AM_UK19BONG Abhijit Majumdar (@AM_UK19BONG) reported

@Hyperoptic They are no different. Their customer service is horrible. I have to change address after staying with them for 1 year. The new address they can not provide service. Now they want me to pay for remaining term.

  • benootral Shahaj (@benootral) reported

@Bdonna191 @Hyperoptic @PixarsLightyear Hyperoptic has the rudest customer service team

  • EyUpPete Pete Smi (@EyUpPete) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic This is what I don't understand. I pay for 1gb speed but the WiFi doesn't reach 20ft to my bedroom, so I'm expected to pay more to get full coverage in a 2 bed flat? I've never had this issue with other ISP's, your router is awful.

  • HyperopticCS HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported

@AM_UK19BONG @Hyperoptic We do understand your point of view, however, in our T&C it's stated that we guarantee the service at the address where the account is opened. We can't guarantee our services on the other address in case you decide to move during the commitment period. :/

I can’t get internet installed until 21st June. This is a first world problem that stops me from finding out about all of your first world problems. On top of that, they want to do it when I’m on night shifts… so, not to be dramatic, but I really think @Hyperoptic want me dead.

  • AM_UK19BONG Abhijit Majumdar (@AM_UK19BONG) reported from Hillingdon, England

@Hyperoptic Hyperoptic policies are horrible for the customers. I have been withbthem for a year and looks like their only goal is making customers life misreable rather than improving service.

These things do happen, and @Hyperoptic support are great, so I'm sure it'll get fixed quickly enough.
