    @Hyperoptic for over a week now I've been experiencing drop-outs on my internet connection and and for 6 days I've been largely ignored by your support team. You used to have excellent competent staff and now it's a frustrating mess to deal with you.

    @Hyperoptic Your post states that I can contact Customer Support via the online chat but when I try, I get an everlasting waiting to respond signal. I can see how embarrassing it is for your lack of customer support to be advertised on social media. Not a good advert, is it?

    Waited four days for my hyperoptic router only for it to arrive and there’s a fault somewhere in my flat and can’t get an engineer till next week. Wouldn’t have been the worst thing but O2 has next to no signal so I’m basically stuck in the stone ages in this flat.

    @Hyperoptic can you check KT20 5FP have had no service since 1930 and your service checker says no known outages. My neighbour is the same. X

    @Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic your 12 hour SLA has been violated multiple times with delays over days. The best you've done so far is a single reply to multiple emails over the course of days. And even that one took 2 days, 16 hours, 42 minutes. Why are you so bad at this?

    @marcwalsh @Hyperoptic Yes, same. Drove me mad, now using a hotspot to do some work. There is no outage apparently in my area....

    @Hyperoptic no service in NW6 since Wednesday 15th, and no updates from yourselves. The ombudsman WILL be involved! Live chat doesn’t work - no sms updates, missed call outs, it’s BAD!

    @Hyperoptic easily the most shoddy internet provider in the UK. Random outages and when you try and contact them they just literally switch off their customer support. Can’t call them. Can’t live chat them. Can’t do anything.
