    @Hyperoptic Reported a broadband fault on Friday. 500 Mbps package, but only 17–70 Mbps download while upload remains around 500 Mbps. Ticket open, no update from Technical Support, and unable to reach support by phone. Please DM me.

    @Hyperoptic big outage across multiple sites, yet status on web page says no faults. Don't waste time trying to troubleshoot and resetting or calling them. It's down until engineers fix it.

    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

    Now over 24 hours without service, tried calling @Hyperoptic and they were about as useful as the social media team… no solution, no explanation, no timeline. Just no service.
