    @Hyperoptic How is it possible that I live literally 1 mile away from ur headquarters and my Internet needs to have an outage everyday! Shocking services! It's been 7 days since ur service in white city area is down!

    @Hyperoptic I swear I will ******* lose it with you people. Refund me my £700 NOW. And furthermore what is this bullshit that I can only call or chat within certain times. I have hadbthe worst experience with your uncouth business. I want that refund immediately.

    @Hyperoptic our Internet is down in our apartments block. Can’t get anywhere with sorting it. Have tried the troubleshooting on your website. Hasn’t worked. Been down for half hr so far.
