A repair team working on behalf of @networkhomesuk may have disrupted the physical connection for @Hyperoptic at Templar House, Harrow. @HyperopticCS have contacted Network Homes to gain access to restore access but the repairs team has gone home for the evening and will

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS awful customer service experience today, ongoing issue since February - the same fixes keep being tried - had support hang up on me and exit the live chat in minutes - hopefully they're just trying to fix the issue and not leaving me in the lurch...

@Hyperoptic like actually help me ffs

  • UKTechMan76 Gino Guillermo (@UKTechMan76) reported

@btsport Your £25 monthly pass (if not a BT customer) is laughable & pathetically exorbitant. Why not partner w/ #skybroadband or #Hyperoptic and lower your asking monthly price then you'll get more customers than ever. PLEASE MAKE IT SO.

  • SOCYearwood Son of Carl 🇧🇧🇯🇲✊🏾💙 (@SOCYearwood) reported from Harrow Weald, England

Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

@HyperopticCS I'm thinking about having a Sky Fibre Broadband connection installed to be able to use the internet while I wait for my Hyperoptic service to be fixed on the 20th of September. Can you confirm if I'll be able to use both services at the same time thereafter?

  • DalbySteph Steph Dalby (@DalbySteph) reported

@lottyburns @BT Hyperoptic are good. I'm really gutted that we couldn't move to them when we moved. We're with Vodafone and as a fellow millennial I've not found them too bad. Rung once in 2 years and that was because I accidentally switched the router off on the initial download 🤦

  • AvbCole ade 💜💛 #BLM (@AvbCole) reported

@TalkTalk any chance I can use the internet I'm paying for? Hasn't been a month and I've had to complain 3 times. Can't log into my account... Can't change my password... Can’t get through to someone on the phone.... Shambolic service. @Hyperoptic come to PURFLEET already!😡

  • AhmadAlmot Ahmad AlMot (@AhmadAlmot) reported

All the apartments in my building have their internet working perfectly fine, yet 20 days and 2 engineer visits later - they still couldn’t fix mine. Thanks @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic …..
