@Hyperoptic This, for anyone else, is @Hyperoptic 's reply. What we need to know is the cause/how long it will take to fix. Another 36 hours? "We're sorry about the disturbance due to the outage. We understand that this is a big inconvenience, our team is still at the area working on this."

@philipbrown @virginmedia With an open choice, I’d go with @Hyperoptic but they seem mainly concentrated around apartment blocks and high-density areas. Biggest outage with VM over 5 years was maybe a couple of hours, and only a few times. Can’t fault the speed, just the online options for a/c mgmt.

@MiniNeedsSleep @Hyperoptic Given I haven't had Wi-Fi for 11 days this month, no surprise their own staff don't want to rely on the service. AVOID at all costs.

@andyAVAVsystems We have hyperoptic Their (Polish?) crews put a lot of purple conduit about first and then came back round hooking it up To be fair - and I am a misery - they weren’t that bad. There aren’t that many cabinets. Some pods put on poles

@Hyperoptic Just wanted to share the appalling wi-fi service I’m experiencing as a home worker and the even worse Customer Service…11 days to respond. Thank you also for the reminder that I can terminate my contract with you.

@ofcom please can you investigate hyperoptic broadband @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic . They leave their customers without broadband for days and weeks without any explanation or fix. Their customer service is atrocious. A simple search on Twitter will show you just how bad they are

I wouldn't recommend this company ever - @Hyperoptic You get in touch because you need to downgrade due to cost of living and they said they'll charge me 50% more for the lower package. Feels like I've been trapped and this is how they treat people struggling for money.

@UKPolicyPro @Hyperoptic They don’t give a **** about the impact they have on peoples lives. I went 11 days with no internet and it went down again 2 days after being fixed. On day 2 now, hardly any data left on my phone contact and it’s the same lines each time.
