    @hopper70 @Hyperoptic It's crazy. They've had only minor outages, as in less than an hour, for years. It went down late last night and it's as if there's no one working at the weekend.

    Customer support is equally frustrating. 1+ hour waits on calls, 30+ minute chat queues, then agents disappear for 5–7 minutes and the chat gets terminated if I'm inactive for 60 seconds. Poor performance, endless waiting, no resolution Customers deserve better #Hyperoptic

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @MrRoflWaffles its crazy how i would put them as one of the best, had it for 4 years and never had more than about an hour of down time :( Sorry its been so terrible for you man! @Hyperoptic sort it out

    @evadne oh hyperoptic is a service provider! for a second there i was like woah there's something _above_ fiber optic already jesus. all the stops i'm checking on rightmove say "ultrafast ~1500mbps" which frankly is more than i need (assuming its not shared with the whole building)
