    How has @Hyperoptic told me I'm second in the queue for them only to keep me on hold for 20 mins. First day of service and theres no internet lol.... looks like ill be finding another provider

    Come home yesterday from a lovely holiday to find a @Hyperoptic Internet outage that's gonna last an estimated 3 (or more) total days, and no compensation for the outage till Monday cause the weekend isn't "business days" Crazy lack of consumer protection in the UK

    @Hyperoptic has to be the WORST customer service ever! Changed my provider last month, and they still chasing me for a bill, even though they called me last month and said I owe nothing. Their customer service keep cutting me off!!! Disgraceful

    @Hyperoptic You provide speed tests on your website, but went the speed is 5% of what I pay for there isn't a means to propagate this into a support request. Is it simply there to confirm the service is performing horribly?

    @Hyperoptic internet's been out since early Friday morning. Something that should've been fixed in a few hours is still down, with no real updates so far!!!! no one answering calls, are you even trying? the worst providers, ever!!!!!

    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.
