    @Hyperoptic Your tech support is non-existent. No tech support on chat. No email. Only phone. Don't even have hold music! Just repeat same sentence saying "We are currently experiencing a higher than usual call volume" on every call. No choice but to hang up. Service very intermittent.

    @Hyperoptic big outage across multiple sites, yet status on web page says no faults. Don't waste time trying to troubleshoot and resetting or calling them. It's down until engineers fix it.

    @Hyperoptic 30–45 mins on hold without connecting, emails ignored, tickets never closed. Customer service is non-existent. Yet auto-billing works flawlesslyβ€”even after disconnection. How do you justify running a business like this? Your business need some human in loop to survive
