@Hyperoptic is something happening to the website ? When i log onto my account it says “we’re currently assessing the next steps needed to activate your service” i’ve been on a monthly rolling since september 2024 and was logging it to make sure it’s still active and change my DD

Hey @Hyperoptic . Ive been a loyal customer of yours now for a year+. I have your 1GB service. My renewal is coming up and your "best" offer is £10 more than the exact same service for a new customer - directly from your website. Why dont you give loyal customers this same price?

@Hyperoptic 👋🏼 I raised a ticket last weekend to change my home address and I'm no further along, no response and without WiFi 🥲 the live chat assured me this is in a queue.. as a long-term customer I know the self serve portal functionalities were *previously* impressive 😕

@Hyperoptic what am I paying for? No internet connection for 3 days. I called customer service and they said engineer will be coming on Thursday. So that’s 6 days without wifi/internet. I’m switching back to BT since this is the 2nd time this has happened to me. #hyperoptic
