@Hyperoptic absolutely useless, can’t watch a movie without the connection breaking down countless times

  • kevtrav Kevin Chua (@kevtrav) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic To others: you’d be trading off service reliability for Hyperoptic’s marketing promise of “fast speed & low price”. Think again before signing up.

  • Dan25932780 Dan Brack (@Dan25932780) reported

@HyperopticCS We're in 2022 and you're still charging early termination fees when I've been a customer for over 4 years and would have taken my service with me if you provided it at my new house. What a joke. Haven't been dissatisfied with #hyperoptic until now, don't recommend!

  • dshirlaw Dougie Shirlaw ★ (@dshirlaw) reported

@fitbatweets Why are you ditching Sky? It’s just a white labelled BT service. Is your area not Hyperoptic capable?

  • larryandpaul ⭐️ ʟᴀʀʀʏ ᴀɴᴅ ᴘᴀᴜʟ ⭐️ (@larryandpaul) reported

@IanDunt @Hyperoptic (Assuming you can get their service. Their customer service is second-to-none, too.)

  • ibrahimthecat ibrahim💙 (@ibrahimthecat) reported

@shadowbIood The only FTTH I know of here is hyperoptic but they don't serve my area, so we use virgin media, however the upload speed is poor, our plan is 350mbps download and 36mbps upload

  • WMBigLocal WM Big Local (@WMBigLocal) reported

Thread: Providers with inbuilt social tariffs don’t usually advertise this in their marketing material, but BT, Community Fibre, G. Network, Hyperoptic, KCOM and Virgin Media O2 are the six broadband providers in the UK that offer the social tariffs to those on Universal Credit.

  • pezza_91 Perry Kennedy (@pezza_91) reported

@IanDunt @Hyperoptic if available is amazing for speed, reliability and customer service. Sadly if not only virgin will have speed but they’re so bad if anything goes wrong. Possibly community fibre but they’re quite small

  • glitchcrab Simon Weald (@glitchcrab) reported

@Hyperoptic @Daily_Express That's great, but the vast majority of us aren't able to get your service. I'd ditch BT in a heartbeat if I could.
