Don’t just like my tweet @Hyperoptic, increase your service coverage, so that we don’t have to suffer providers like @virginmedia

  • grahamcox82 Graham Cox (@grahamcox82) reported

@Hyperoptic Does your HA-140W-B router have any option to partition off certain devices? We're looking to get a wi-fi doorbell and I'd like for it to not be able to access the rest of the local network for security - as it's going to be physically accessible from outside. Cheers

  • AlphaRichard R (@AlphaRichard) reported

For what it's worth @Hyperoptic broadband are a mess. Their customer service is stuck behind script-based responses, and out-dated notions of "compensation". Wasted a month (so far) offline, paying for services I can't use, a cost Hyperoptic demonstrably don't care about. Ugh!

@Tom_Wuh @Rasta4292 @Hyperoptic Having the same issue. Phone line also down for me.

  • gumbinio James Beesley (@gumbinio) reported

@Hyperoptic Lost my internet signal over an hour ago and I’ve tried to contact you through the live chat, email and the 24/7 phone number which never rings, I would like some explanation for this please and don’t you dare say bloody covid as an excuse!

  • Oueldelhouma Mehdidi (@Oueldelhouma) reported

@Hyperoptic funny to see this the same day this ‘rock-solid’ hyperoptic connection is down in my area in London… and I am quite fed up about it like your ad says yep, especially since I need it for pretty much everything I do and there is no communication about what’s happening

  • JamesJBarber James Barber (@JamesJBarber) reported

It’s now been a week and still no @Hyperoptic wi-fi. Been told there was a power outage but in reality seems like no one can be bothered from #hyperoptic to fix it. Think it’s time to start looking for a more reliable & trustworthy broadband provider. Any suggestions?

4 hours, 12 minutes and counting trying to get @virginmedia CS to resolve my issue. Last time it took nearly 12 hours on the phone across 4 days. @Hyperoptic please come to my area. I miss you.

  • aafaak Chetan Upadhyay (@aafaak) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Looks like support teams are not aligned internally, you wrote in a dm that on 31st there is planned maintenance in my zone and I just received a reply on ticket where support team is eager to conclude the issue by saying they don't see a problem. Funny.

@Hyperoptic damn, we running a nostalgia night or something? Haven’t dipped below 5mbps since the dark days of AOL
