    @Hyperoptic do you have an update on when internet will be restored in HA4? Its been close to 4 hours since the outage and there’s no update from your end .

    @Hyperoptic CS12010207 you don't answer the phone and your robot doesn't speak or understand English, I have sent an email to support however I don't want a telecoms supplier that takes 48 hours to respond cancel the install booking for Friday 1st May

    @Hyperoptic - broadband down for over 30 minutes and your customer care unreachable. Downdetector also showing multiple reports, is there an known outage?
