@jesslynnrose @axelk @Hyperoptic That generally comes down to discussions with the building owners, whom either don't want to talk about it, or don't like the terms offered. The same schtick would also quickly hinder anyone else.

internet outage for 4 days ( since Saturday 13/08) at Basque Court, SE16. No ETA yet. 100 people with no internet in this day and age. As we work from home it is having an impact on our livelihoods. I have also not seen the Hyperoptic van on site at all #hyperoptic #hyperopticCS

Every Tuesday my upload speed is next to zero. No solution, no support, no help. Directly impacts my income and no compensation. @Hyperoptic are absolutely shocking. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Do not recommend at all

  • ST03VEN ST03VEN (@ST03VEN) reported

@Hyperoptic I’d agree with all of that however your service has failed 4 times in less than 2 years and your MTTR (Mean time to recovery) is not acceptable. From experience it has been between 18 and 36 hours after a connection failure. You need to invest in better network resilience.

  • stripey_stripey Bryan RS (@stripey_stripey) reported

@virginmedia As it happens, I have just caused our building to be wired for Hyperoptic - think you might be seeing a bit of an exodus from this corner of London when that service is connected in the next month or so.

  • juanmaperezvar Juanma Pérez (@juanmaperezvar) reported
