@Hyperoptic signed up on 8 Aug, took over 2 weeks for router to arrive. Now can't activate my router because of network issue... seriously considering terminating my contract.

@UKPolicyPro @Hyperoptic They don’t give a **** about the impact they have on peoples lives. I went 11 days with no internet and it went down again 2 days after being fixed. On day 2 now, hardly any data left on my phone contact and it’s the same lines each time.

@R_N_Lee @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Absolutely horrendous provider. Same issue. No coverage since Monday. Cannot even give me a time frame when It will be fixed. Caused from a planned maintenance by one of their engineers. Shambles

If you’re looking for an ISP I cannot recommend @aaisp or @Hyperoptic enough. Only ISPs I’ve ever had where I almost never had any issues.

@blackamnesias @HyperopticCS I hope it is resolved soon, but wouldn't hold your breath. They are also terrible at providing ETA, had 2 stints of downtime this month. First was 11 days and now on day 4. Hyperoptic have no idea when this will be fixed but assure me it is in hand...
