    @Hyperoptic unfortunately it has been 2 months, 2 engineer visits and still no internet. customer service is really poor

    Again really disappointed in @Hyperoptic 's service. Multiple service outages after a horrendous 12 month installation and failed activations. Yet no response from @HyperopticCS to a number of emails. #fibre

    @hyperoptic, high expectations big disappointment. I'm paying for 1 Gbps and I'm receiving 3.5 Mbps, in 2022. No customer service, no explanation. I'm starting to wish we had chosen TalkTalj 17 Mbps for three times less money.
