    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @Hyperoptic I and others in my estate have lost service but the service checker on your website disagrees. None of your phone numbers work and the chat bot won’t deal with technical issues - please can you help??

    Come home yesterday from a lovely holiday to find a @Hyperoptic Internet outage that's gonna last an estimated 3 (or more) total days, and no compensation for the outage till Monday cause the weekend isn't "business days" Crazy lack of consumer protection in the UK
