    @diptyquer @Hyperoptic For the best! I must of been 1 of the first to call and they haven’t got a scooby. Useless now I’m hearing potentially 48 hour outage

    @koenjideck Could not recommend hyperoptic enough not had a single issue with them and its chep to i get full 1000 fibire for 35 quid a month

    @Sophie__Hayes @Hyperoptic They really are ****, our area has been down 16 hours. Way too many drops lately. Thank god my contract ends in a couple of months

    @jammach @theashrb @Hyperoptic I used to use hyperoptic. Their service was very unreliable. A few xmas's so we were without internet for over a week due to not having access to the cabinet on our estate. We're with community fibre now which has been much more reliable (and faster)

    @Hyperoptic Ongoing outage since 11:30 yesterday at E3 4RW. Still no service or updates after almost 24 hours. Please investigate and provide an ETA.

    Just had @Hyperoptic installed last week. It randomly stopped working, apparently due to bad wiring The next engineer available is in six days Dog **** company, avoid
