@LucieGutfreund @field_hugo48968 @Hyperoptic Don’t count on it. Hypertoptic are notorious for having terribly slow resolution.

  • leymytel Eleftherios (@leymytel) reported

@Hyperoptic support has gone downhill over the past few years. I remember when you could chat with them online and sort things out in minutes.

  • mhmnat1 Marcelo Hidalgo (@mhmnat1) reported

@Hyperoptic What kind of service is this! Again no internet connection 😡😡😡 @Hyperoptic

  • MaxRichSES Max Richardson (@MaxRichSES) reported

@Hyperoptic I am sick of chasing and chasing, to essentially be told that you taking money is my problem. I pre-empted this was going to happen so I initially called to check no fee was going to be taken. Then I got a pre-warning of an upcoming (wrong) bill.

  • FilipKasprzyk_ Filip Kasprzyk (@FilipKasprzyk_) reported

@4thUtilityUK I switched my broadband service to you in August, but Hyperoptic claims they have not received any information from you regarding the switch and are asking me to pay the bill for the period when I was already using your broadbandCould you please contact hyperoptic ?

  • SanchoMagnifico SanchoMagnifico (@SanchoMagnifico) reported

@stuarthazeldine @Hyperoptic I’ll also be reporting them to Ofcom if they don’t update this statement on their site: Reliability: Full fibre is the UK’s most reliable broadband tech, giving you a 99.9% reliable network you can count on. This is a blatant lie and false advertising.

  • DeanLyall Dean Lyall (@DeanLyall) reported

.@Hyperoptic your support team via email haven't even acknowledged my complaints about recieving 5% of the speed I pay for with constant disconnections. The phone team don't even answer the phone. Instant email the next day when I cancelled my direct debit BUT STILL NO HELP

@Hyperoptic There has been no internet service since 1pm in Craven Park and no indication to when this will be fixed have not been able to do any work or use any services all day. I work from home and have no access to the network which is ridiculous!

@Hyperoptic this is the third day in a row i’ve had to spend an hour on hold listening to your unbelievably loud hold music, because my service keeps cutting out. i was assured by a lady yesterday with 100% confidence that this issue would not happen again, yet here we are.
