    @1980sRewind I told Sky where they could stick their service when they demanded a £25 setup fee... Thats over 10 years ago now I'm with a company called HyperOptic who installed their kit in my block recently with 500mb D/L Hope you get your Wi-Fi sorted nothing worse than dodgy Wi-Fi

    @Hyperoptic Almost like everyday internet connectivity is slow or it's not working.. When we call customer care no one response.. No response to mail.. Can you please help to resolve the internet issue..

    @Hyperoptic We're in 2022 and you're still charging early termination fees when I've been a customer for over 4 years and would have taken my service with me if you provided it at my new house. What a joke. Haven't been dissatisfied with #hyperoptic until now, don't recommend now

    @charlicbread_ I'm having the same issue with OFNL, we just moved to a building with this ****** provider. I miss Hyperoptic already. Did you find a good provider within OFNL?

    @RCBrownPO @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach Unfortunately, Hyperoptic is 100x worse. BT is the best of a bad bunch.

    @HyperopticCS You don't care about your customers even they work from home. So I never recommend hyperoptic to anyone.

    @ign_emgreen 418?? 😭 i hate paying extra money for things so would never but like you could try to haggle a bit or something? do note that if hyperoptic isn't already in the area it might take a long while to install
