    @Hyperoptic your support service is a joke. Put on hold for 48 mins now to get my connection cancelled. What other channels can I use to cancel my connection? #shocking

    Had an internet outage all morning and had to use my office phone as hotspot. Reported it to my ISP, and the issue was fixed around 1pm. I asked if there was any compensation for the disruption, and they knocked 50% off my next month’s bill. Hyperoptic l’ẹ́kàn sí. 👏
