@HyperopticCS service statis is showing up as green, however red light by “internet” (across all Hyperoptic customers at the development). Also: poor QOS and intermittent drops over the last couple of weeks… Thanks in advance!

  • LaurieIsATart Laureo Speedwagon (@LaurieIsATart) reported

Hey @Hyperoptic, any explanation as to why my internet upload/download speeds are so poor in Glasgow city centre? Can barely watch a thing

  • muaythaidevil Simon 💙 (@muaythaidevil) reported

If you thought BT or Virgin had bad customer service, well they have nothing on @Hyperoptic who failed to attend to install new broadband. No contact whatsoever, it took nearly 6hrs to speak to someone who then couldnt tell me what happened & all support tickets not answered.

  • F1Danii Danielle (@F1Danii) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hmodh1B There’s lots of requests because they are unable to provide a service. 15 days of no internet this month, Hyperoptic can honestly go to hell.

  • Martinned81 Martin 马丁 Holterman (@Martinned81) reported

Since I'm on hold with @Hyperoptic (5th in the queue for 10 minutes now) trying to get my Internet turned back on, let's sum up how this is only the last instance of terrible service around my recent move. (It's not like I can do any work.)

  • F1Danii Danielle (@F1Danii) reported

@blackamnesias @HyperopticCS I hope it is resolved soon, but wouldn't hold your breath. They are also terrible at providing ETA, had 2 stints of downtime this month. First was 11 days and now on day 4. Hyperoptic have no idea when this will be fixed but assure me it is in hand...

  • taxbod Andrew Brooks (@taxbod) reported

Use our handy indicator to check on your broadband service. Yep. It’s not working. No ****. Thanks, Hyperoptic.

@Dingdong429 @Hyperoptic You still have probs? We are connected to south Glasgow but are 8miles away. We have nothing either. Don’t use a hyperoptic router so they won’t help. My google mesh says it has internet but nothing on the house is working.

  • bettyo1976 Bethan Ovens (@bettyo1976) reported

@NickHulin @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Was it fixed? I'm TW9 and mine also went down on the 25th but yet to be sorted out (despite emails and Live Chats).

  • jcceltic Sir Digby Chicken Ceasar (@jcceltic) reported

@TRealSlimJadey @HyperopticCS They now refuse to proceed to resolve UNLESS I test the speed using a laptop ( which I don’t have ) that is connected via Ethernet to their router 👀👀👀. Running out of patience now Hyperoptic, it’s YOUR problem not mine, now any chance I can get the service I pay for ie, 500Mb
