    @ixdStudio @Hyperoptic The whole point of NPS is that people gauge their responses truthfully per their 1-10 rating, with the “meaning” of that rating interpreted later. If I gave you 2 options to pick from and one was red, one green, it’s implied that green is correct. However - also, yes, NPS is crap

    @freetoswitch @Hyperoptic has the worst customer service ever, all they care about is money and it's been over two weeks and they still haven't solved my problem

    @Hyperoptic is there no internet! I tried logging into the account using my cellular data via mobile phone. To obtain a network status, it won't let me into my account. #networkstauts

    Internet contract runs out next month and im looking for a new one, not getting virgin again and ive just looked hyperoptic doesnt work in my area belter.
