    @virginmedia our Internet has been off for over 24 hours in RG4 8SP, shocking service! Complete contrast from the excellent service I received for two years from @Hyperoptic 😠

    @Hyperoptic I feel distressed and aggrieved, I have been mislead on the availability twice. First in June 2021 and now again in April 2022, AFTER being told and confirmed service was available this time. I am broken by this experience, I was very keen on getting full fibre.

    @Hyperoptic they are happy to take your money and provide a second rate service. I now wish that I did not renew my contract with Hyperoptic a sham of an organisation. My advise is do not register with them or open an account. @BritishTelecom where are you?

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic I finally talked to someone after waiting 50min! All this because of maintenance work in the building that clearly wasn't checked properly despite having been marked as completed. I know other residents who have the same issue... Not impressed, I have to say :/

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS @HyperopticBuild 5 weeks down now and no mobile broadband either - just absurd really. Direct debit still being taken.

    Thanks for a terrible experience, @Hyperoptic! 1) Got notified our building was connected 2) Booked a pre-install, he didn't show up 3) Couldn't book an install because of an error 4) Opened a ticket, took weeks to resolve 5) My order was cancelled, "building not connected".
