@Hyperoptic we still have outage at SE15, London. Your customer service team said it would be fixed by 4.35 and they’d update me - neither has happened so far. Please update

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic can someone take a look at your DNS, Apple Music streaming isn’t working on it. Using mobile network or VPN it does, your default router settings and I assume the DNS are at fault.

  • lgladdy Liam (@lgladdy) reported

I've spent about 24 hours now with very weird networking issues. Assumed it was my router and reset everything but still they persisted... turns out it's actually Hyperoptic having some issues; especially when talking to Apple Services.

@Hyperoptic I feel distressed and aggrieved, I have been mislead on the availability twice. First in June 2021 and now again in April 2022, AFTER being told and confirmed service was available this time. I am broken by this experience, I was very keen on getting full fibre.

  • vsriv1 Vivek (@vsriv1) reported

@Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic Can you please help me. My broadband connection is not working since last 30 days. Many complaints but no resolution. Customer support is hopeless. Please help.

  • DezsoDiana Diana Dezso (@DezsoDiana) reported

@Hyperoptic @Daily_Express Yes, I wish I stayed with BT. Our internet’s been down since 5am (been over 7 hours now) and the sassy customer service lady snapped at me informing saying that you can solve an issue within 48 hours and she doesn’t care how long it’s been. I work from home….or trying to!

  • JayBec2015 MrsMalone 💙 (@JayBec2015) reported

@DezsoDiana @Hyperoptic @Daily_Express BT internet is down in large areas today, has been for hours

Viewed many developments. I would value working Hyperoptic service at £100k premium. Think about how expensive it is to provision 1Gbps microwave internet or leased line over the lifetime of the house.
