    @Hyperoptic @ChooseUK Your broadband may be fast but the activation is hyper slow. I'm at day 15 of my "activation" . You've taken my money and after 13 days a technician came on site to confirm that the setup was fine, you just hadn't configured it correctly on the backend. Still waiting.. Zzz

    @hyperoptic from a top end reliable service to more cost new router and more outtages with no info from company - @HyperopticCS any idea when internet will come back as my EE reception here is rubbish thus internet via hotspot ropey.

    Is anyone at @Hyperoptic's broadband setup team available on the phone?.. no complaints, I'm just wondering if I'm near the top of queue after 30 minutes or if I can hang up, and call back tomorrow? So that I can do prayers :)
