    @HyperopticCS I have messaged in Facebook, created ticket in Hyperoptic account, Live chat option is already dead, called customer care multiple times but no resolution yet and no communication on ETA.

    So will @HyperopticCS or @Hyperoptic update the residents of Beaufort park NW9 as to what’s actually happening with the outage or will they just ignore us again and slink off for the evening? I’m going for the latter.

    What the hell @virginmedia sw9 broadband down again in the same week!!! On and off all month. This is not on. Will be looking at @hyperoptic if you don’t fix this issue.
