Intelligence Service 🕵🏽♂️ (@london_Iran) reported@bikhialoo 1- Good neighborhood is better than good home infra or larger flat 2- Check warm water during visit 3- Prefer to have a on-site management 4- Access to under/over ground and ELZ line is the key 5- Do lots of search, don't settle with the first flat 6- Avoid Dexters. Chase Evans if better letting agency. 7- Avoid east, go west if possible 8- Check if the home is damp or not. Check molding 9- Check consoul tax and make sure it's reasonable 10- Check avg monthly water/electricity price 11- Check if Hyperoptic has installation in the building or not 12- If you like a flat to rent, check RightMove for the building history. There might be signs of issue 13- Avoid places near council homes. 14- Take pictures of the flat if you decide to rent. This can help resolve disputes later on. 15- Always use a letting agency. Do not deal with the landlord directly. Good Luck.

Neil (@NRManc) reportedLogged a formal complaint about breach of GDPR with @Hyperoptic and after a 3 week delay I receive an AI generated response (which can’t even figure out my name) which pretty much says we have no idea who you are so **** off. Appalling

MazardsLtd (@MazardsLtd) reported@Hyperoptic Our business in London has been effectively offline for a week due to an unresolved fault on our business line. Around 12 staff have been impacted and client delivery has been disrupted, yet there is still no stable resolution. (1/4) #UKBusiness #Broadband

Chris Newton (@drchrisnewton) reportedWi-fi down for a second day. @Hyperoptic are very slow to respond, and won't even guarantee an engineer visit today. It looks like my time with this company won't be very long. Not good enough.
-
Liam Richards (@liam_richards) reported@KurtRobsonn @Hyperoptic 48 hours.... 😭 Remote working tomorrow should be fun. Compensation, it's something ridiculous like £10 a day after 48 hours no service after reporting it.

M. (@mariucha77) reported@jamsmcp @Hyperoptic Imagine 11 days without service!!

Alex 🌐 (@ajr_codes) reportedHey @Hyperoptic your service to me in London has gone down multiple times this week, with no issues reported online. It's been fine for the past 4 years. What's going on? You used to be so good.

pratap singh (@pratapsingh71) reported@Hyperoptic 30–45 mins on hold without connecting, emails ignored, tickets never closed. Customer service is non-existent. Yet auto-billing works flawlessly—even after disconnection. How do you justify running a business like this? Your business need some human in loop to survive

M. (@mariucha77) reported@donedgley1 @lulu_veganx @Hyperoptic No updates and no estimate when this issue will be solved.
