    @Hyperoptic Hey, why don't you guys allow one-click cancel or downgrade from your site? You can let me upgrade or sign up with the click of a button! But to cancel I have to go through your support? Very shady!

    @Hyperoptic I had internet installed yesterday! Everything is set up and running yet I have no service! After three hours no engineer was able to find a problem! I have been left with no internet! No technical support person can find a problem! What a cowboy company!
