    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @KurtRobsonn @Hyperoptic 48 hours.... 😭 Remote working tomorrow should be fun. Compensation, it's something ridiculous like £10 a day after 48 hours no service after reporting it.

    @Hyperoptic big outage across multiple sites, yet status on web page says no faults. Don't waste time trying to troubleshoot and resetting or calling them. It's down until engineers fix it.

    Wi-fi down for a second day. @Hyperoptic are very slow to respond, and won't even guarantee an engineer visit today. It looks like my time with this company won't be very long. Not good enough.

    Intermittent speeds as low as 0.35Kbps from @Hyperoptic for the last 3 weeks. Totally unusable service. Somehow the faster and more reliable of the two providers that actually cover my building so I can't switch, otherwise I would. Great job, guys.

    @Hyperoptic internet has been down in Pimlico since yesterday evening, the last update was that an engineer was attending at 12:05 nearly 4 hours ago. What's happening?
