    @x_zaich damn. just ended a 20 plus year relationship with virgin and switched over to hyperoptic .. v pleased so far. for what you get, virgin media is ridiculously overpriced/underwhelming. i think if you can persuade a few people around you to get hyperoptic, they’ll come to you.

    Nahhhh @Hyperoptic how am I on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes and the phone cuts off because the customer service lines close at 9pm …. AN HOUR AND A HALF ARE U LYING

    @CityFibre I have been speaking to @VodafoneUK constantly. Apparently you sent an engineer out on Friday who found no issue!! 🤡 Almost 7 days now! Anyone able to confirm if @Hyperoptic are any better?

    @Hyperoptic Good service once we are up and running, but they were bad when I moved house, and looks like no better now that I am moving house again - makes it hard to want to stay!
