Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.

Tia (@justforumrah) reported@Hyperoptic have the absolute WORST customer service, no wifi for 3 days now - engineer did not turn up and they are not allowing us to rebook an engineer till they find out why. Incredibly hard to get through to them on the phone in the first place - do not recommend.

I have never been less impressed with a company I’ve signed up with. Huge sales team to get you in and then absolutely shocking once you sign up
