-
Ironside (@ironside) reported@HyperopticCS You don’t have my patience any longer. #hyperoptic #outage #review. Given what you’ve written above, the process taken to resolve this has been incompetent at best.
-
Dee (@HinisliD) reported@Hyperoptic your service is very bad! I had an outage at Beam Park Rainham last week for 2 days and today again! I contacted your provider and they said you guys are getting multiple calls from residents I think its time to switch providers as its disrupting me working from home

SlightlyAskew (@slightly76) reported@PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic We had a problem with signal to noise ratio for ages. Basically someone on my estate had crappy wiring. Whenever they went online it ****** everyone else in the area up. Tremendous fun.
-
PyrionFlax (@PyrionFlax) reportedso virgin media tell me it's a "signal noise ratio outage" in my area. been 2 months unfixable apparently. of course, none of this is mentioned on the service status page.... please @Hyperoptic or someone else expand here. please. I beg you. please god.

Tomasz Rykała (@tomaszrykala) reported@Hyperoptic You're the best. Shame you aren't everywhere though. I miss you after moving out of the apartment in which I had you 150 mbps up/down <3
-
Yeptch (@yeptch) reported@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS have had 500mb down speed since “upgrading” to 1gb over 5 weeks ago. Why do I have to keep chasing you guys when I get told I’d be provided w/ an update. Absolute sh*tshow. And still no compensation when my device went down for 4 days after “upgrading”.
-
Andrejs Fjodorovs (@AndrejsFjodoro2) reported@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS no connection for a week! In one of the most advanced cities of the world - unbelievable! They really take you back in time for at least 30 years, when internet was unstable and rare beast. I wouldn’t recommend Hyperoptic to the worst enemy. Avoid.
-
Alex 🥔 (@Almc_11) reported@PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic Generally ISP's can change the SNR of an individual line to provide more stability at the cost of less speed. Generally something that is done for residents further away from the telephone exchange. This is VM's infrastructure though, not sure if this is within their remit.

Jay Taylor (@jaytay1or) reported@thisisAlanTurk I would avoid Three like the plague, frankly. I had a terrible time with them. Download speeds were snail pace. Poor customer service. I’d try to get Hyperoptic or Community Fibre if I were you :)

karla 👁 (@robokarla) reported@PyrionFlax @Hyperoptic hang on what the heck is "signal noise ratio outage" because that sounds suspiciously like why our wifi has been randomly dropping these past few months in certain areas of the house. the answer i was given was "too many wifis" which sounds kinda like this??
