Jeremy Davies (@MorairaJeremy) reported@HyperopticCEO @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Dana - Are you aware of the ongoing problems of cut cables at Putney Wharf? I'm reaching out to you as CEO because your customer support has been terrible in dealing with this issue which is now weeks old. DM me for details.

paulusthewoodgnome 💙 (@woodgnomology) reported@mwt2008 Yes, I suspected it was fibre related. BT cutting corners as per usual. Our block is getting Hyperoptic. They wanted to connect us to their network via an overhead catenary wire to an adjacent building. We objected, proposing a more discrete route which they were happy to adopt.

Pierre Ribeyron (@Pierre_Ribeyron) reported@Hyperoptic some of your engineers came while we were away on hols to do work in our building, and now that we’re back the wifi isn’t working, which is pretty bad since we’re WFH. Tried a reboot & factory reset and still down…

InCOGnito (@jokerkilledu666) reported@virginmedia Hi John well fingers crossed he will be able to relocate my router with minimal fuss and i can get back to work. If not I've got @hyperoptic on speed dial for the 1gb up /down at less money than I'm paying you for 500mb that doesn't work .

Shivanshi Rathaur (@shivanshi94) reported@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic I have been without internet for 36 hours and my issue is not being resolved. I am not even being told what the issue is. I am tired of calling the CS every hour and spent the entire day yesterday and today trying to even what the issue.
