amy (@amy35672408) reportedBT openreach van outside my flat earlier, and now suddenly there's no WiFi on my network #hyperoptic ... if openreach broke something I want compensation. I'm working from home! Not ok! @Hyperoptic
-
justin (@jamsmcp) reported@Hyperoptic I have had no Internet since Wednesday afternoon. Your team let me know that the earliest available time for someone to come out is Friday afternoon. 48 hours without Internet that literally controls everything plus working from home has been a poor experience 🤧😠😤

Darren Symons (@DarrenSym) reported@Hyperoptic Are there any outage issues? I’m in RM16 and none of my devices can connect to the internet - but my box has all its lights on!
-
Alex Tarrant (@AlexTarrant4) reported@Hyperoptic We’ve been without internet since Sunday and it’s now Tuesday evening. We’ve had to repeatedly call for updates, spend long periods on hold, and still have no clear explanation or resolution timeframe in W3 Area. Told engineers attended today but still no timeframe.

Kate (@katefalkingham) reported@Hyperoptic having just spoken to the rudest customer service representative I have ever come across whilst giving my 30 days notice, please can you confirm when I will receive written confirmation of this? He couldn't do anything other than be rude to me 👍👍
-
Unnat (@unnat_619) reportedCustomer support is equally frustrating. 1+ hour waits on calls, 30+ minute chat queues, then agents disappear for 5–7 minutes and the chat gets terminated if I'm inactive for 60 seconds. Poor performance, endless waiting, no resolution Customers deserve better #Hyperoptic
-
Amin Salehzadeh (@aesnobari) reported@Hyperoptic you have atrocious service. I have booked an installation with you TWICE. Each time your engineers just come for five minutes, don't do anything and without saying what's wrong just leave and your customer support can't tell me what's wrong. Embarrassing honestly.
-
Carolina (@caro_SpecialOne) reported@Hyperoptic no service, no one knows what is going on, no update, again terrible customer service
-
Tom Hartwright (@hartwright_tom) reported@Hyperoptic Technical support is not available via online chat. Have to call for support, and this is supposedly a telecoms company!? What a joke. 40 mins wait on hold only to be told that they need to dispatch an engineer and the next available slot is Friday afternoon (3 days time) Awful

Gregor_Masterton (@GregorMasterton) reportedGood god @Hyperoptic are absolutely tragic. Over 48 hours no service and solving world hunger would likely be easier than getting in contact with customer service. Complete shambles
