Now i have a connection problem, suddenly not allowed to report a fault on the portal and phone line busy - 10 min wait (plus all the questions) - how can i get my service back?

Copious cups of tea (@Iron_B__) reportedReceived the most disgusting “service” from @Hyperoptic this evening. Called to discuss a cancellation fee being applied unfairly only to have my time wasted by the most awful person deliberately going round in circles trying to avoid the subject. Disgusting.
