    @hyperoptic, your business technical support is rubbish and an embarrassment to me. We were supposed to be down for 3 hours Thursday afternoon. 14 hours later, nothing. No one bothered to tell me when our connection will be restored. Apparently there is a simple fix.

    @Hyperoptic LS16 constantly dropping off all evening, didn't have a problem for 3 years and its been a nightmare for.the last week! Please sort it out.

    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.

    @Linkifi_ @Hyperoptic Same, it came back for 10 minutes then went offline again, 8 hours without internet when you WFH is ridiculous They need to sort their **** out

    @Hyperoptic Leading the way for fast Wi-Fi in blocks of flats. Very hard where I live, but very helpful, very good customer service never had no problems. When I was with ee, I had nothing but problems. Thank you so much.

    @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic If you think that’s bad try the Netherlands, we had a cable problem and it took them 3 months to fix it no compensation whatsoever…

    @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic you think that’s bad try the Netherlands, we had a cable problem and it took them 3 months to fix it no compensation whatsoever… Still incredibly annoying and they should do better as a company.
