    So @Hyperoptic is down AGAIN in London. SORT IT OUT. Shouldn’t be paying this much for it to be going out every other week (position number 12 in queue though)

    @Hyperoptic any danger of you providing updates on when the service is up and running again. WiFi has been down almost a day, for the second time this month
