    I’ve had @Hyperoptic for 3 years now and I don’t think it’s ever gone down or had any sort of problem in that whole time. We need more competition & small full fibre providers.

    @Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic you know what isn't easy? Speaking to your customer service team. Your engineers visited my site at 8am this morning. My internet stopped working at 11. Your engineers were still on site when I first contacted your customer support. To be told that i have to wait 8d.

    @Hyperoptic new customer here. Seems impossible to get some help, I’ve followed instructions and links but just hitting dead ends. I’ve set up my account but can’t find the booking page for installation

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS 4 hour outage. No updates from Hyperoptic. An outage of this length without an update to customers is unacceptable. Your outgoing message about outage was recorded in an echo chamber and is inaudible. 1/2
