@Hyperoptic support has gone downhill over the past few years. I remember when you could chat with them online and sort things out in minutes.

  • DragonWolf5589 Jay Smith (Sonic/Dragonwolf) (@DragonWolf5589) reported

Hi @hyperoptic. I've asked 2 times via support for my PDF file of my contract I signed up to December 2024 to renew my Internet from Jan 2025 until Jan 2027 with the discounted price.. I'm yet to get this still. I have NEVER recieved my contract .pdf only plain emails!

  • RikkiGregory_ Rikki Gregory (@RikkiGregory_) reported

@Hyperoptic I have called the support helpline multiple times as funds continue to be taken from my account. I was ASSURED that no further funds would be taken, then just as a I take my eyes off the ball due to an unplanned stay in hospital, I’m debited again? 2/2

  • xenom0rph09 Xenomorph (@xenom0rph09) reported

@Hyperoptic Are you looking at upgrading to 1.5 to 2gb lines? OpenReach offer 1.6 down and Community Fiber offer 2gb down and up. You are slowest Alt net out in the UK now

  • DragonWolf5589 Jay Smith (Sonic/Dragonwolf) (@DragonWolf5589) reported

@Brsk_uk I sent a support ticket and would like to get answer ASAP as I apparently get install tomorrow but deal. seems too good to be true and I'm getting red flags and my friends think I was mis-sold. hyperoptic contract doesn't end until 2027 and was told brsk be "free"?

  • ChaceLau1 Chace Liu (@ChaceLau1) reported

@Hyperoptic is absolutely diabolical these days. 2nd outage in a month, the last one lasted for over 2 days. How long do I need to wait for my connection to be restored this time?

  • krystel68 Christelle G. (@krystel68) reported

@Hyperoptic I asked to cancel end of Aug & again 4 Sept on your chat ! ). You STILL cut me off on 18 Sept but are charging me until END of Oct for ZERO service. Then admitted “we cancelled because someone else wanted to.” This is disgraceful. @DanaTomicic why rip off customers?

  • 2R_JG Aythami 🇵🇸 (@2R_JG) reported

What about @Hyperoptic ****** customer and installation service? Please do NOT switch, have been without internet at home for 4 days because of their incompetence, no timeline for resolution yet and no one seems to care. Major regret.

  • neilforbessoul Neil (@neilforbessoul) reported

@Hyperoptic Total drop out again. We've had an engineer and a replacement router. All of these dates are logged for the inevitable court battle for failure to supply the service I pay for

  • FilipKasprzyk_ Filip Kasprzyk (@FilipKasprzyk_) reported

@4thUtilityUK I switched my broadband service to you in August, but Hyperoptic claims they have not received any information from you regarding the switch and are asking me to pay the bill for the period when I was already using your broadbandCould you please contact hyperoptic ?
