It’s been an entire day without internet.I have been calling the whole day. Baffles me that none of your engineers even attempted to visit the property. Poor Service!!!

Brijraj (@AnandBrijraj) reported@Hyperoptic we’ve recently moved into a new apartment. Already setup the box, selected the 24 month plan, provided the tenancy agreement and shared our bank details but still the service is inactive. Any resolution?
