    @droler @Hyperoptic I've generally found them to a decent and reliable service. Have used them in two properties, and would again when I move.

    @Hyperoptic really disappointed with customer service received - been a customer since 2017 and need to cancel due to moving house (you don't supply the new property). Being told I can't cancel for 30 days despite not being in contract! Last thing I need with a stressful move.

    Recently moved from Hyperoptic to @virginmedia broadband, absolutely atrocious service and now they’re asking me to pay them extra monthly in order to get constant speed and coverage within my house? Oh @Hyperoptic where are you when I need you…

    @Hyperoptic do you have a complaints contact, please? I’m having to move home and you can’t supply my new place as your service isn’t available there. Both circumstances are out of my control yet you are expecting me to pay hundreds to cancel.

    @ianvisits @Hyperoptic They are laying cables in my street. Notwithstanding this incident would you recommend them? I'll be switching broadband in the summer because Virgin are rising prices.

    I had Hyperoptic for 3 years and never had an outage. Had to move to @virginmedia in my new place and there are at least 1/2 outages a month. Some big company like that can't even keep the internet stable 🙄

    @ianvisits @Hyperoptic Moved into a new house - Hperoptic and BT both installed. Went with BT as Hyperoptic had poor reviews- BT online within days and delivers 900 mb and customer service excellent. But more expensive

    @Hyperoptic connection in my new address was supposed to start on Thursday still not working. Engineer came today said switch was not registered its a 2min job but the people who do it don’t work on weekends So support only works during week? You said it takes 15 min #unreliable
