  @Hyperoptic CS12010207 you don't answer the phone and your robot doesn't speak or understand English, I have sent an email to support however I don't want a telecoms supplier that takes 48 hours to respond cancel the install booking for Friday 1st May

  @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP

  @Hyperoptic Definitely not hyper reliable. London, NW10 has dropped to 2Mbps even though I paid for 1Gb. I've been on hold with tech support for 45 minutes and then the connection mysteriously drops out. Get it sorted for goodness sake! Cheap prices = poor service

  @Hyperoptic Amazing. Got hyperoptic less than a week ago... it's been down all day. No updates. Now have to pay to work outside of my home tomorrow, take time off work and still nothing from you. Not a great start. Might be the end of a very short relationship.

  @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!
