    Hyperoptic service outage for an entire day. No help from their online chat, and been queuing for 2 hours on their phone line. Not sure why they charge so much for such poor internet and customer service @Hyperoptic what’s going on?

    @Hyperoptic can you check KT20 5FP have had no service since 1930 and your service checker says no known outages. My neighbour is the same. X

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @lulu_veganx @mariucha77 @Hyperoptic Still broken late on Day 4. Seems hyperotic have 2 systems. The new system is fine and the old one has broken for everyone in a km radius. No meaningful updates being provided.

    @Hyperoptic I've been on hold for 50 minutes - will you just pick up the bloody phone? Ridiculous service - you need to hire more staff innit. Think it might be time to change provider - you're even worse than Vodafone and that is sayyying something!
