@Hyperoptic Be careful of any offers that @hyperoptic promote. I have been waiting since January for the reward for a referral. Made numerous phone calls but nothing happens. Very bad customer service

@Hyperoptic How can you justify offering new customers (via comparison sites) broadband at £12-£26 PCM but want me to renew as an existing loyal customer at £30-£35 PCM?! That’s daylight robbery. Already spoken to your agents but no reasoning with them. I am not impressed. 😡

@Hyperoptic So no reward for customer loyalty then?!’ And a 2 tier system. This is such poor practice, not to mention unethical, and disadvantages vulnerable customers. I will take my business elsewhere, you are not competitive.
