@Hyperoptic How about a Christmas gift of fixing your service when it goes down?! Waiting more than a week now in E1 for Hyperoptic to fix its outage. All the Hyperoptic customers in our building in Whitechapel are without any internet service now- v disappointed with your customer service

@CHAYHO1 @Hyperoptic @zeninternet We understand that it may not be the fastest solution, but it is our standard practice to send our routers via Royal Mail. This way we have engineers available to immediately help our customers if they have a connection problem, or if an installation is required!

When can you fix your outage since last night? It’s been 24 hours and no one seemed to care fixing this! @Hyperoptic

@virginmedia Apologies but your customer care is the worst out of all UK providers. I will never recommend you to anyone and switch to @Hyperoptic as soon as they are in my building

@nikospolydorou @EddieBrand To be honest I believe they are all under staffed. I moved to Virgin from Hyperoptic 1Gb. I never had to call them, but I don't expect it would have been great if I had!
