    @bt_uk signed up with you because of dreadful comms from HyperOptic yet 20 mins and counting on hold with you. Just as bad.

    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.
