    Hey @Hyperoptic, loved the service for several years and always had a good response on your portal. Now i have a connection problem, suddenly not allowed to report a fault on the portal and phone line busy - 10 min wait (plus all the questions) - how can i get my service back?

    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

    @Hyperoptic I and others in my estate have lost service but the service checker on your website disagrees. None of your phone numbers work and the chat bot won’t deal with technical issues - please can you help??

    @Hyperoptic what’s going on with your service? You said maintenance this morning from 9am to 1pm (4hours) it’s 3:17 and still no service! Last time you made a “maintenance” I lost my service for 4 days!! 😡😡😡😡

    @Hyperoptic Your tech support is non-existent. No tech support on chat. No email. Only phone. Don't even have hold music! Just repeat same sentence saying "We are currently experiencing a higher than usual call volume" on every call. No choice but to hang up. Service very intermittent.
