@Hyperoptic beginning to think this 24hr support is a lie. Reported issue a day ago. No response. Been no. 1 in queue for chat support for over an hour now. No support at all. Getting worse and worse. And you want me to renew? Renew what?

  • Miss__LL L (@Miss__LL) reported

@Hyperoptic Exactly. My hyperoptic broadband has become substandard since 04/01/22. 58.75 mbps download and 139mbps upload vs the 500mbps paid for and previous. Location N1. Causing me hassle. Please help.

@Hyperoptic Any update when normal service may be restored?

What’s wrong with @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS ? Continuous drops through the day and now total outage !

  • Clem109 Clem (@Clem109) reported

@bt_uk how much would it cost to cancel my broadband, I have 12 months left? @Hyperoptic are offering me a much better deal.

  • appariciojunior AJ (@appariciojunior) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS it would be very nice to email when service is down. Also when you drop the speed in half even though we pay 1gb and get 250mb. You were better a few years ago, now it is the same as the other companies…really bad, unfortunately.

  • HyperopticCS HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported

@appariciojunior Thanks a lot for the feedback. Unfortunately we do not such a system in place, but you can check your service status through the Hyperoptic account. If you haven't already please reach us via DM, to take a look into other issues you've been having.

@Hyperoptic Just been told by I have a fault in a cable and you can fix it in 7 days. Doesn’t sound reliable and hyperfast to me. Meanwhile we can’t do our job for the next week but am expected to pay you £50 a month!

@HyperopticCS All my neighbours in Wantage who use Hyperoptic have lost internet, is tht related to your power outage issue & if so I would imagine an ISP ensuring redundancy for power supplies

Hi @Apple since my network provider in London, @Hyperoptic, decided we are not worth the private relay function, I was wondering ... any chances you may want to get into the broadband business too ? I'd switch from day 1
