    @Hyperoptic have the worst customer service team - they make you wait hours on the call then ignore your query & request to speak to managers / callbacks & hang up on you & the same people handle the support inbox so you can’t actually issue a legit complaint #hyperoptic

    @jammach @theashrb @Hyperoptic I used to use hyperoptic. Their service was very unreliable. A few xmas's so we were without internet for over a week due to not having access to the cabinet on our estate. We're with community fibre now which has been much more reliable (and faster)

    @Hyperoptic Definitely not hyper reliable. London, NW10 has dropped to 2Mbps even though I paid for 1Gb. I've been on hold with tech support for 45 minutes and then the connection mysteriously drops out. Get it sorted for goodness sake! Cheap prices = poor service

    goddamn Hyperoptic in the UK just mogged Sky right off my internet subscription, cut 20 pounds off the cost of my internet, and are installing their magic fibre on a Sunday. that's service.

    @Hyperoptic I swear I will ******* lose it with you people. Refund me my £700 NOW. And furthermore what is this bullshit that I can only call or chat within certain times. I have hadbthe worst experience with your uncouth business. I want that refund immediately.

    @theashrb £27pm for Hyperoptic. I have issues with their internet speed though.
