    @Hyperoptic Are you not even upgrading your network beyond 1GB? Everyone else is going faster and your stuck. I cant even get full 1GB on wired on your 1gb package. I only get 700mb...

    @Hyperoptic can’t provide broadband at my new address… but still want £120 to let me leave. Charging customers for YOUR failure to deliver a service is beyond a joke. Predatory, shameless, and disgusting.

    What is going on with @Hyperoptic on NW2? They scheduled maintenance on August 13th. The internet went down for a few hours. At 6 AM, the internet came back on, but it was terrible, dropping all the time. Then, at 6 PM, we lost the signal, and they haven't fixed it yet.
