Intelligence Service 🕵🏽♂️ (@london_Iran) reported@bikhialoo 1- Good neighborhood is better than good home infra or larger flat 2- Check warm water during visit 3- Prefer to have a on-site management 4- Access to under/over ground and ELZ line is the key 5- Do lots of search, don't settle with the first flat 6- Avoid Dexters. Chase Evans if better letting agency. 7- Avoid east, go west if possible 8- Check if the home is damp or not. Check molding 9- Check consoul tax and make sure it's reasonable 10- Check avg monthly water/electricity price 11- Check if Hyperoptic has installation in the building or not 12- If you like a flat to rent, check RightMove for the building history. There might be signs of issue 13- Avoid places near council homes. 14- Take pictures of the flat if you decide to rent. This can help resolve disputes later on. 15- Always use a letting agency. Do not deal with the landlord directly. Good Luck.

michaela👑💋 (@michaelad1997) reportedSomeone give us a good WiFi provider. Currently with @Hyperoptic that is shocking, TV loads every 2 minutes. Also been with @virginmedia and NEVER again, shocking connection. So yeah an actual decent recommendation would be nice

BelLa (@BellaFelize) reported@EKOcasts @Hyperoptic you think that’s bad try the Netherlands, we had a cable problem and it took them 3 months to fix it no compensation whatsoever… Still incredibly annoying and they should do better as a company.

Mr Direction (@swestzeta) reported@Hyperoptic still no internet and no communication from you as to when (or if) I will. You market yourselves as great customer service - which, so far, has not been my reality 😡😡

Neil (@NRManc) reportedLogged a formal complaint about breach of GDPR with @Hyperoptic and after a 3 week delay I receive an AI generated response (which can’t even figure out my name) which pretty much says we have no idea who you are so **** off. Appalling

karen thompson (@karenthompson52) reportedDisgusting service from @Hyperoptic which I had installed on Tuesday and still zero internet. No front door bell, lighting, heating, sound system etc. Spent hours on phone 3 times but apparently no engineers available and no idea how many days before they can get one WTAF?!
