    @Hyperoptic “keeping your network super fast” should not be done at our expense . For the gazilionth time you do maintenance and shutting down of services ( 2 hours this time ) during working hours . “Informed you so you can find alternatives” is not acceptable

    @Hyperoptic CS12010207 you don't answer the phone and your robot doesn't speak or understand English, I have sent an email to support however I don't want a telecoms supplier that takes 48 hours to respond cancel the install booking for Friday 1st May

    @Hyperoptic - I live in Colindale, in the Trinity Square development and our entire block hasn’t been able to access the Internet since yesterday. Your customer service is impossible to get hold of + your website is reporting there is no issue even though 30 people say there is!

    Intermittent speeds as low as 0.35Kbps from @Hyperoptic for the last 3 weeks. Totally unusable service. Somehow the faster and more reliable of the two providers that actually cover my building so I can't switch, otherwise I would. Great job, guys.

    @Hyperoptic what’s going on with your service? You said maintenance this morning from 9am to 1pm (4hours) it’s 3:17 and still no service! Last time you made a “maintenance” I lost my service for 4 days!! 😡😡😡😡
