    @subtlerose_xo @virginmedia Hyperoptic isn’t in my area yet. Switching as soon as I can. Virgin upgraded me from 100mb to 350mb for “free” after complaining but I never get these speeds

    @Hyperoptic connection installed on 17may, following up since 20th May for activation which is failing due to “technical reasons”. If this is your start don’t know how contract will span out. Super ordinary service!!

    @Matthew_Wright Camden eh? Middle of our capital city but mobile signal that won't go through walls & internet through wires. We've just had @Hyperoptic put in & very impressed. 500gps & no drop outs. It's like a new world. Still have to hang out the window to get 5g phone reception 😜

    @Hyperoptic #appalling #unprofessional 2 weeks now i sent a complaint about my contract im paying for 150mb and get a 1/3 of that, i have been told the technical support team will contact me and nothing, i hehe sent another 3 emails but still ignored…
