    @Hyperoptic myself and several neighbours in W6 having outages in last 24h. Your site status update reports no problems. Also can't seem to get through on the phone and no other way to report a technical issue

    @Hyperoptic Appalling service by Hyperoptic!😡 2nd time this month that the wifi has stopped for hours due to thunder. Incredibly frustrated with this provider! Have to wait 30 minutes on the phone for Customer Service, only for them to give you unreliable information! FED UP!

    After 9 or 10 hours of no service, and no customer service, no helpline, no online info about the mass outage, and no attempt to fix or communicate at all, @Hyperoptic now has a phone line open at least, where it tells you there's no problem in your area, and puts you in a 20 plus person queue. This is pathetic.

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    Come home yesterday from a lovely holiday to find a @Hyperoptic Internet outage that's gonna last an estimated 3 (or more) total days, and no compensation for the outage till Monday cause the weekend isn't "business days" Crazy lack of consumer protection in the UK

    Hyperoptic down again. All lights green but no internet!
