    @Hyperoptic So no reward for customer loyalty then?!’ And a 2 tier system. This is such poor practice, not to mention unethical, and disadvantages vulnerable customers. I will take my business elsewhere, you are not competitive.

    @Hyperoptic what a joke, renewal went from £27pm to £67pm, then when I said I'm leaving they said £40, then to £30 and that was the best they can do. After saying again please cancel they offered £27. New customers get it for £18pm. After 7 years time to move to @CommunityFibre

    @Hyperoptic have finally followed the herd and now have started to increase their prices on a yearly basis and by £3! And they won't even offer the prices online because I aint a new customer! How sad after 7 years of being with them.

    @Hyperoptic Your service is beyond poor!!! All I want to do is change address and keep your service with the same pricing. Why have I been on hold for 35 minutes just to get through to somebody?! Awful.
