    @MoMayet3 @Hyperoptic Same. Chat for over 1.5 hours, no response. On hold on telephone for over an hour. Prices keep going up, service is rock bottom.

    @Linkifi_ @Hyperoptic Same, it came back for 10 minutes then went offline again, 8 hours without internet when you WFH is ridiculous They need to sort their **** out
