    @Hyperoptic internet has been down in Pimlico since yesterday evening, the last update was that an engineer was attending at 12:05 nearly 4 hours ago. What's happening?

    @jammach @theashrb @Hyperoptic I used to use hyperoptic. Their service was very unreliable. A few xmas's so we were without internet for over a week due to not having access to the cabinet on our estate. We're with community fibre now which has been much more reliable (and faster)

    @Hyperoptic Ongoing outage since 11:30 yesterday at E3 4RW. Still no service or updates after almost 24 hours. Please investigate and provide an ETA.

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    @Hyperoptic No internet at TW8 0AX following your maintenance today. Outage is now 8 hours and counting. When will it be fixed?
