@jellyforlunch @Hyperoptic Seriously so annoying 😫 hope @Hyperoptic will fix it soon!

  • rwigleysmith Becky Wigley-Smith (@rwigleysmith) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic what’s happening with the internet in NW9? I start work in 10 minutes and currently can’t use your internet. Imagine yourselves in our shoes. Now what are you doing to fix this and how long will it take?

  • jjwere1 jjwere (@jjwere1) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic This is more than just that ofcom compensation within 48 hours. You have caused me a huge loss as I can’t attend meetings or do online transactions. You have not bothered to provide ETA for sorting out this issue and you have just posted a few mins ago about the issue. Disgrace

  • latishaleighx lleigh (@latishaleighx) reported

@Hyperoptic the service you are providing is appalling and no one is working fast enough to get this issue resolved.

  • strivedrama 🎀Sooz Moffat🎀 (@strivedrama) reported

@Hyperoptic you’re a disgrace!! Was left on hold for 30 minutes to then be cut off! No internet since 2pm! Sort it out @Hyperoptic you’re so quick to take payment but not so quick with your internet or resolving issues!!!

  • RajanPatel91 Rajan Patel (@RajanPatel91) reported

@HyperopticCS @beebeegom @Hyperoptic You just have an idea if the issue will be resolved by the morning?! Are people on site investigating or all not working? Having no ETA is unacceptable! Majority of us work from home on a Friday. This is a huge outage affecting everyone!

  • Alex_Dack Alex Dackevych (@Alex_Dack) reported

@jellyforlunch @Hyperoptic Also no internet in NW9, I was in the online support queue from 52nd place to 5th place and then froze on that number. Been hours now.

  • ArnavDreams arnav (@ArnavDreams) reported

You have very conveniently disconnected my internet today stating some validation error. I have never dealt with an internet company so slow in functioning and so frustrating to deal with. There is no turn around time, no customer satisfaction, no accountability. @Hyperoptic

  • jellyforlunch jellyforbreakfast (@jellyforlunch) reported

@Sandra_xoxx @Hyperoptic Looks like its a london wide outage. No news from @Hyperoptic though

  • RamGam90 RG90 (@RamGam90) reported

@HyperopticCS @jjwere1 @Hyperoptic “ If we’re unable to get you back online within 2 working days of the outage being reported to us, we’ll give you £8.06 bill credit for each following day you’re without service for any outages” What a joke! I need WiFi to earn my wage now, not in 48 hrs!
