@virginmedia how can you continue to charge us for 500 aka the highest level of broadband yet consistently fail to deliver. Unacceptable. Cancel our account and refund us as we want to move to @Hyperoptic

@Hyperoptic I just called Hyperoptic and internet is down in E14 area due to fiber cable issue. They mentioned their engineer is on the field but no exact ETA yet.

I miss @Hyperoptic. 8 years with barely any faults, and always communicated when there was an issue. 4 months in with @virginmedia and I’ve been without internet for 2 days, told the fault may be fixed by the 11th after I had to chase them up as their website reported no faults.
