  • Taj_Ali1 Taj Ali (@Taj_Ali1) reported

Providers with inbuilt social tariffs don’t usually advertise this in their marketing material but BT, Community Fibre, G. Network, Hyperoptic, KCOM and Virgin Media O2 are the six broadband providers in the UK that offer the social tariffs, priced at £10-£20 per month.

@Hyperoptic do you have an outage in SW3 and if so how long before it’s fixed?

  • DudleySO23 Dudley Rees (@DudleySO23) reported

@Hyperoptic Can you say why our business static IP address is in use by someone else and why your telephone helpdesk don't understand that sending a new router won't fix that? Any IT manager with remote-working staff may feel my pain over the past 10 days..

  • tackledbyskipp Nick (@tackledbyskipp) reported

Made a complaint on the 6th February, we are now on the 15th and I've only had one email from @HyperopticCS (Which I replied to 5 days ago) STAY AWAY from Hyperoptic

  • JamesPBattle James Battle (@JamesPBattle) reported

@Hyperoptic - The UKs worst service. Don't subscribe unless you can afford to wait a month for installation as their engineers cancel last minute and customer service offers nothing other than waiting another week.

  • lilitu93 Renée Rosen-Wakeford (@lilitu93) reported

@Hyperoptic Tried to register interest, but I kept getting an error. Finally figured out it's because I have a double-barrelled name and the form wouldn't accept "-" in a name. Thought you should know in case others have this trouble.

  • WorlldG George Worlledge (@WorlldG) reported

@Hyperoptic hey, Internet has been down all night in our block in South London. Any updates for us? @HyperopticCS

  • Zeebaybz Roasted Golden Morn (@Zeebaybz) reported

So @Hyperoptic just embarrassed me like this today. Wow. Fix it.

  • moonshotswag MoonshotSw@9 (@moonshotswag) reported

@virginmedia At this point nothing can be done to resolve this. it has taking over 9months, countless telephone hours, and several complaints filed and the issue not resolved. I have already been provided an exception service by one of your rivals @Hyperoptic . More details to follow in soon
