    @Hyperoptic I have to say your customer service is awful once again!! Waited in all afternoon for the engineer to turn up and guess what no show!! And I only found out when I had to ring you!!! I’ve been a customer nearly two weeks still no internet really not good enough!!!

    Had hyper optic installed today.the building went live over 2 weeks ago and now I have to wait for a authentication software to get broadband what a joke that is! @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS just bad service.

    No Wi-Fi has to be one of the most effective modern day torture strategies. Couple that with awful customer service and piss poor excuses and you have the perfect storm. Sort it out @Hyperoptic
