@HyperopticCS We're in 2022 and you're still charging early termination fees when I've been a customer for over 4 years and would have taken my service with me if you provided it at my new house. What a joke. Haven't been dissatisfied with #hyperoptic until now, don't recommend!

@thejsa_ I'm no expert in any of this by any means, but I'm with Hyperoptic and it's £19 a month and has never once in 10 months dropped or caused me issues!

Hyperoptic and the London fire service need to be visited. How are these two organizations that should at first glance have more make workers, having positive pay gaps? I'm really curious now.

@Hyperoptic It's bad business to charge renewing customers (£42) more than the offer you are giving new customers (£40) and then make them fight to get it matched. Why not reward my loyalty? All that's left now is negative brand sentiment.

@sheenkelly @bobbyleeswagga @Hyperoptic They were crap in my area, I literally had to change after a month, my sons game lagged so much I couldn't take the noise.

Day 47 trying to get @Hyperoptic service. Engineers have fixed everything, all the relevant lights are lit up and told I can activate. Ring to activate, get told there is a company wide issue and I can’t be activated yet. The stress and daily time I waste on this is draining.
