@NewhamWellness @Hyperoptic Argh this is why I can’t work - didn’t get this email as my landlord is the customer. Utterly ridiculous….

@Hyperoptic You don’t quite have the service coverage of BT though yet do you… get to more homes faster and you’ll be quids in I’m sure! P.s I’m already a FTP customer but only BT can supply 😠

  • JusticeCladding Cladding Justice (@JusticeCladding) reported

@Hyperoptic Very unhappy today with @Hyperoptic service today following planned service disruption in the middle of working day when many still work from home. Insufficient notice was provided and a customer service that has no means of helping. Hours of working time lost due to bad planning

@SuspiciousPleb @JKempEnergy Interesting. I thought the London fiber market was super competitive, i.e. extremely lucrative for consumers. I know Hyperoptic focus primarily on Multi dwelling units. Communityfiber/G.Network any better among the altnets?

  • PeterHolden_ Peter Holden (@PeterHolden_) reported

@wildlime @flibblesan @Hyperoptic Pfft. We have crap 5g signal as well. #Screwed and no pickle network either.

  • per_hansen Per Hansen (@per_hansen) reported

@Hyperoptic I'm with these guys and it's been really good so far. They know how to run an IP network, downtime has been minimal (usually only their transparent caches) and performance is great. Upgrades have been easy and I have never had to contact them about a fault.

@Hyperoptic Your service has been down for around 3 hours, could you provide an ETA as to the fix? Website information scarce.
