  • JGhotora Jaz Ghotora (@JGhotora) reported

@Hyperoptic HELP! Afternoon, We/you made contact with us in January this year when the service was coming to our street. We have had a site visit about 3 months ago and still waiting for an engineer to come out and install.

  • Shawlands_Lee The_Asthmatic_Strong_Man (@Shawlands_Lee) reported

@bt_uk Yes, reported by multiple households. There is currently a @HyperopticCS van in the lane waiting for an @OpenreachHelp engineer. I did tell the engineers from Hyperoptic of the issue when they were running the new cables, but they just said phone BT, and left shortly after!

  • kel_mackinnon Kelly-Ann MacKinnon (@kel_mackinnon) reported

@Mewzahh @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Wonder where you are, we are day 6 with zero internet what so ever!! No resolution in sight!!

  • DaveEV8 DaveEV (@DaveEV8) reported

@slye @2nd_ellllectric @Hyperoptic Wonder why Spectrum is so slow where you are? I had been paying the same for 200/10 for a long time and they recently upped it to 300/10 for free. Still signed up for fiber that Ting is rolling out, though who knows when that'll arrive.

  • Ms_Cherry_B 🇬🇩 Elle-Ay 💕 (@Ms_Cherry_B) reported

@DedrichWilliams @Hyperoptic Sorry to hear that! If that work day caused you to feel the rage I was feeling when I tweeted that, it’s ALL bad

  • samfoster99 Sam🌹 (@samfoster99) reported

@HyperopticCS @mariusfanu This seems like an effort to mislead your customers. Not just the name, but in the text notifications which discourage customers from reporting. Why raise an incident when Hyperoptic has already promised in a text to fix it?

  • VR2AR Steve Dann (@VR2AR) reported

@Hyperoptic internet down in East London for over 8 hours. This level of non-service is unacceptable.#FAIL

  • _katiegal_x Katie 🌸 (@_katiegal_x) reported

The customer service from @Hyperoptic has been absolutely shocking... 2 weeks tomorrow with next to no internet (everything turned off on Thursday last week), and they're not even trying to fix it at this point...

  • MichaelBridge_ Michael Bridge (@MichaelBridge_) reported

@Hyperoptic Been told ONE WEEK to sort a line issue with my flat building & box. Plenty affected. A week is too long.

  • Kish__1 Kish ( '-') (@Kish__1) reported

@RoyalMail is there a way to find out if I’m due a delivery as was expecting something to arrive from Hyperoptic, but it’s been 7 days and they can’t provide a tracking number due to issues with the service?
