Kyle 'Olly' Walker (@Kyleyuu) reportedUtterly disappointed with @Hyperoptic and @HyperopticCS team. Due to unfortunate circumstances out of my control I’ve had to terminate my fixed term contract as the landlord has sold the property and source last minute accommodation. Now charged with a hefty cancellation fee!

Dr Nick Hazel (@DrNickHazel) reportedDon't choose @Hyperoptic if you need a dependable service. For 2nd month in a row, I have maintenance resulting in loss of connectivity for 3 hours during the day. @HyperopticCS don't even refund their users for the inconvenience. They may be fast but unreliable. Not impressed.

Andy Castell (@AJ3) reportedPlayed my first game of Fifa on the new business internet last night (against Itani on his hyperoptic) And when I pressed pass... THEY PASSED!!! 🤯🤯🤯 I conceded a stupid rebound goal because it’s still Fifa, but it honestly felt like I was playing a completely different game

Dr Nick Hazel (@DrNickHazel) reportedJust got another email from @Hyperoptic saying my service will now be down for another 3 hours on the day before. What is going on @HyperopticCS? Should I be looking for a new broadband supplier? Speed is important but is useless without a reliable service.

SweervyWine (@sweervywine) reported@Hyperoptic down again for the 2nd time in 3 weeks. What is wrong with your service? Last time it took over 24h to fix it, how long will it be this time? I wasn’t even offered a discount btw, I am close to leaving. @HyperopticCS
