@Hyperoptic …Phoned in on Friday to ask what was going on and when the network will be activated. Told they didn’t know but it should be soon and I’ll get a call back today to confirm details of activation and my plan. No call back. Arrived home today after weekend away. No internet still..

  • Googlana Michele Castellana (@Googlana) reported

  • LilPiglet__1 Skye (@LilPiglet__1) reported

@StayGh0sting Since community fiber and hyperoptic don't service my area, I might have to take a leap of faith with virgin lool

  • samtincey Sam Tincey (@samtincey) reported

@Hyperoptic why am I only getting half speeds and why is it taking over an hour for you to answer your phones. Not acceptable. Hurry up!! Ps your services was not what It was. MAYBE PROFIT OVER SERVICE

  • HyperopticCS HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported

@fidilydidilydee @Hyperoptic Hello! There was a small power outage at the area. The connection is now restored, we're sorry about the disturbance!

  • ianpatterson99 Ian Patterson (@ianpatterson99) reported

… one of the worst aspects of BT was the extended process to signup or switch, even if you have all the physical connection and gear. If all you need is a standard (ish) modem and router, then there’s no reason it should take more than a phone call to activate, like Hyperoptic.

  • lizardalice Alice Turner (@lizardalice) reported

@HyperopticCS @FinancialBear James don’t try hyperoptic. They are not providing information regarding why there’s a seemingly London wide outage, many customers affected FOR DAYS without a clear ETA or update, and their customer service isn’t picking up the phone or support tickets. AVOID

  • ingotism69 LG (@ingotism69) reported

@HyperopticCS #hyperoptic No service for over 24 hours. Can’t get through on phone or chat. Can you please provide update?

  • Stephen__Dunne Stephen Dunne (@Stephen__Dunne) reported

@ingotism69 @NTulswani @HyperopticCS I'm loving the ticket portal at Hyperoptic. My fault report for the initial outage report is flagged as "Solved". No it's not !! Every follow-up, "Solved" Nope, they're not either. New speak at its finest. If you can't fix the problem, redefine what the problem is !!

@Hyperoptic Just imagine if you gave a damn that customers are paying and you ain’t delivering! 🙄
